If they're harboring a SecretStabWound, they may wear extra shirts and haphazard bandages to avoid a MortalWoundReveal.

Perhaps they don't want their friends handling them with [[DontYouDarePityMe kid gloves]] or passing the DespairEventHorizon, or they want to spend their last days seeing their sweetheart [[WhenSheSmiles smiling]] rather than grief-stricken. However, Yuna eventually recovers and the show ends on an optimistic note.
