But the cartoonist won't be giving this character big or even medium-sized breasts. Often this isn’t possible because [[CurvesInAllTheRightPlaces large breasts and an hourglass figure]] [[ThinkOfTheChildren aren't considered to be family-oriented]] and this cartoon is in the AnimationAgeGhetto, where big breasts [[ExecutiveMeddling can't get past Network Standards and Practices]]. Or maybe it's a deliberate stylistic decision: not all adult women have large breasts after all.
