8	''Crown of Stars'' is a historical fantasy series by Kate Elliot. The books chronicle the adventures of three people in a Europe clone. The three main characters are:

105	** In order to become king or queen, you have to sire or birth a bastard to prove your fertility. Sanglant is the bastard son of the current king and an elven woman from that "ceremony". He gets treated even worse than the average bastard thanks to his mother's blood.
