[[folder:General]]
* The premise of the show itself is actually quite heartwarming when you really get down to it--fairies helping children who're miserable (for one reason or another) and have hard lives. And no matter what can kind of fairy they are--such as a [[OnlySaneMan Wanda]], someone who knows that giving such power to immature children will cause problems, vain, narcissistic womanizer like Juandissimo, Swizzle, who SERIOUSLY HatesBeingTouched and Cosmo, who's arguably the least intelligent character on the show after Timmy's dad--the ones who're assigned to be godparents are more than happy to take on such a job and make children happy.
** To go off on Juandissimo as a godparent--despite all the bad things that he and Remy (his godson) have done, it's obvious that they really do love and care about each other. In one episode, Juandissimo was actually willing to defy Da Rules just to help Remy.
* Timmy and Poof’s brotherly relationship is this since the latter’s introduction in Season 6. Despite being the SixthRanger, Poof enjoys spending time with his godbrother to the point of refusing to stop crying until he sees Timmy in the episode "Wishing Well." Timmy himself also developed a BigBrotherInstinct towards Poof as well, considering how he went through a lot of trouble to save baby Poof in "Fairly Oddbaby" and "Mission Responsible."
** Poof’s second word? [[spoiler:"Timmy..."]]
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Oh Yeah! Cartoons & Season 1]]
* A small one PlayedForLaughs, but when Vicky calls Mr. and Mrs. Turner trying to get them to come home in "[[Recap/TheFairlyOddParentsS0E4PartyOfThree Party of Three!]]" by saying she think there's a problem with Timmy, the two immediately come home in seconds. And keep in mind that the two were at an award ceremony for Mr. Turner winning shiniest hair at his office. They ditched an ''award'' to make sure their son was okay.
* The speech Timmy gave about why he loves Cosmo & Wanda in "[[Recap/TheFairlyOddParentsS0E7TheZappys The Zappys!]]":
-->''"Why? What do you mean why? They're my best friends. Well, they make me feel safe. They make me feel special. They make me feel loved. They may make a few mistakes, but they're my pals, and I love them more than anything."''
* Timmy [[HeroicSacrifice sacrificing his life for Chester and A.J.]] in the episode "[[Recap/TheFairlyOddParentsS1E2PowerMad Power Mad!]]". Thankfully, [[DisneyDeath he receives enough points for an extra life]].
* A heartwarming, yet [[TearJerker depressing]] one in "[[Recap/TheFairlyOddParentsS1E5AWishTooFar A Wish Too Far!]]" has Timmy at Fairy Court because he was sued by Fairy World, and was declared guilty. Not only does he lose his popularity, [[spoiler:he's also losing his fairy godparents!]] Timmy [[spoiler:alone]] returns home with his friends and [[AnAesop learns his lesson of]] [[BeYourself being himself,]] [[AnAesop popular or not]].
** When [[spoiler:he reunites with his fairies]], he throws the party that was supposed to be for the popular kids--only this time it's just for them. Awww...
* "[[Recap/TheFairlyOddParentsS1E8Apartnership Apartnership!]]" was a very sweet one. Mama Cosma is angry after going through a date show simulation for Cosmo ([[ItMakesSenseInContext long story]]), and begins a rant about how much she hates Wanda. Cosmo steps in and says "Let's get something straight! I'm not bright, big words confuse me, I have the attention span of a rodent, and Wanda loves me anyway! [[SugarWiki/MomentOfAwesome She makes me happy, and]] ''[[SugarWiki/MomentOfAwesome THAT SHOULD BE ENOUGH FOR YOU!]]''"
** This is lampshaded when the audience is supposed to say "Awww..." at the heartwarming scene.
** In the same episode, Mama Cosma engineers a giant scheme to separate Cosmo and Wanda by bribing Cupid to rig his "Fairy Bachelorette" game show and drive a wedge between the two. But despite all of the questions being designed to put Wanda in the worst light possible, she still gives apologetic and heartfelt answers, and Cosmo starts laughing along with her and feeling sparks of romance. As Mama Cosma furiously puts it: "It's ''not working!'' He's falling in love with her all over again!" It goes to show that even at their lowest, Cosmo and Wanda's bond is unshakeable.
* The episode where Timmy wishes for Chompy (the town goat) to be free. Although what he did was wrong and framed Vicky for the blame, it's still heartwarming.
** Not only that, but he also found a family ([[BabiesEverAfter ...with kids!]]). Awwww.
-->'''Cosmo:''' Who doesn't want that?
* The entire plot for "[[Recap/TheFairlyOddParentsS1E13ChristmasEveryDay Christmas Every Day]]" is kicked off by one giant bit of heartwarming. The reason Timmy made the wish that Christmas was every day? All because it meant that he could always spend time with his parents.
** When Timmy admits to Santa it was his fault it's Christmas every day, the first thing Santa does is tell Timmy that he appreciates the fact Timmy would want peace and joy every day despite all the trouble it's caused him.
** When Mrs. Clause says Timmy's still getting coal for the rest of his life over this, Timmy doesn't even argue; he doesn't care if he never gets another present again, he just wants to fix his mistake.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Season 2]]
* Timmy's Dad telling him to run for his life after his mom threatens to punish him for no reason if Chip Skylark doesn't show up in "[[Recap/TheFairlyOddParentsS2E1BoysInTheBand Boys in the Band]]".
* In "[[Recap/TheFairlyOddParentsS2E3BoyToy Boy Toy]]", Timmy realizes that Tootie has to put up with Vicky 24/7, being her little sister. Seeing her crying her eyes out over Timmy's lack of interest in her, he informs her that there may be a chance for them one day when he's actually interested in girls [[spoiler:(which actually ''does'' come to pass by ''[[Film/AFairlyOddMovieGrowUpTimmyTurner Grow Up, Timmy Turner!]]'')]], and gives her his Crimson Chin action figure so a) she won't feel sad and b) she'll never, ever follow him home again. He even adds that it would be their secret of love.
** Which becomes hilarious when Tootie arrives with a wedding cake topped with both the Crimson Chin doll (with a pink hat) and a doll looking similar to Tootie and makes them kiss each other.
* In the only episode that ever focuses A.J.'s and Timmy's friendship "[[Recap/TheFairlyOddParentsS2E6SmartyPants Smarty Pants]]", the scene at the Academic Brain-A-Thon when Timmy goes up to the moderator to disqualify himself because he cheated (in actuality used Cosmo's and Wanda's magic) but A.J. stops him by saying to the moderator:
--> A.J.: "What he wants to say is he would like to switch chairs."
--> Timmy: "Yeah; what he said; he's the smart one."
--> A.J.: "And you're the fast one; I'll be the brains and you be the reflexes."
** Earlier, we have Timmy apologizing to AJ for mocking him for being so smart, and AJ apologizes for gloating (reasoning that if he hadn't, Timmy might've agreed to let AJ help him study).
** Timmy then goes on to say that AJ is good at being smart; when he stumbles on what ''he's'' good at, AJ is quick to point out that "(you're) the fast one." referencing how fast he hit the buzzer. This results in an effective system in which Timmy hits the buzzer to ensure they can answer first, and AJ answers the question.
* In "[[Recap/TheFairlyOddParentsS2E7SuperBike Super Bike]]", Timmy's dad worked hard to make him a working bike, but feels sad when Timmy doesn't use it. Timmy's mom explains that she could buy stuff at the store, but she decides to use her husband's inventions to make him happy. This causes Timmy to dismantle Super Bike and use the trash bike his father made for him. Giving his father this heartwarming line.
-->'''Timmy''': Any Dad can go out and ''buy'' a bike. You loved me enough to make one yourself! That’s what makes it cool!
** Also, in the scene where Timmy's mom was explaining why she uses her husband's inventions, she makes it clear she's not trying to force Timmy to ride his father's bike, and more tries to suggest him.
* In "[[Recap/TheFairlyOddParentsS2E12TheBoyWhoWouldBeQueen The Boy Who Would Be Queen]]", Trixie and Timmy, er, [[GenderFlip Timantha]] spend some quality time together, with Trixie revealing some HiddenDepths about the typical "girls can't do boy stuff and vice versa" DoubleStandard and Timmy trying to break from said standard. When Timmy offers her his friendship accepting her gender non-conforming hobbies, she clearly appreciates the gesture and would've accepted it had she been willing to not bow to peer pressure.
* In "[[Recap/TheFairlyOddParentsS2E14TheSwitchGlitch The Switch Glitch]]", Timmy wishes he were the babysitter and Vicky were a child in order to get back at her. This results in her becoming so miserable, Cosmo and Wanda are reassigned to her. But then Timmy tricks her into giving them up, making her even more miserable. But then Timmy cheers her up by wishing her a carnival and ice cream. The reason he's suddenly being nice to her? If it weren't for her, he wouldn't have met Cosmo and Wanda, so he decides to make it her best day ever before wishing her back to her mean teenage self.
* In "[[Recap/TheFairlyOddParentsS2E17FairyFairyQuiteContrary Fairy Fairy Quite Contrary]]" where Timmy learns the snotty rich kid Remy has a fairy godparent, and the kid loses his fairy after a magical duel. With the knowledge that Remy's parents aren't ever around to spend time with him, hence his douchey attitude and demeanor, Timmy wishes that Remy would have more time to spend with his parents...which means marooning them on an island. But at least the wish works.

[[folder:Seasons 3 & 4]]
* Timmy wishes for parents who don't care about him so that they will stop nagging him all the time in "Ruled Out". But when Timmy's in danger, his parents break the spell through sheer PowerOfLove. No loophole in Da Rules. Their love for their son is so strong that not even magic can stop it.
** It actually probably does have something to do with Da Rules, it just wasn't stated outright. The book states that magic can't stand in the way of true love. Apparently, that doesn't only count romantic love. Still, that's pretty cool and now it's a case of FridgeBrilliance to boot.
* "Odd, Odd West" opens with Timmy and his Dad in their Squirrely Scouts garb, on their way to a filed trip to Dimmsdale Flats. Timmy's Dad is unabashedly thrilled to be going back on a field trip he went on as a child, and expresses it by shouting, "This is gonna be great! Just me and my son, [[MyFriendsAndZoidberg and all those other kids!]]". While Chester, AJ, Elmer and Sanjay all packed into the back with the luggage is just funny, his excitement to share something that meant so much to him with Timmy is very genuine and sweet.
** Timmy and his friends are severely underwhelmed by Dimmsdale Flats, and Timmy muses that if he owned the property, he'd have bulldozed it all and built a mini-mall in its place. [[FatSweatySouthernerInAWhiteSuit Doug Dimmadome arrives,]] [[StrangeMindsThinkAlike to do just that.]] Everybody jumps for joy when they hear the news, except for Timmy's Dad. Timmy instantly changes his mind from excited about the mall, to defending the town because he knows his father loves it. He even fabricates a rule in the manual that says, "A Squirrely Scout always stands up for his scoutmaster!" Timmy's Dad is moved to tears.
** Timmy locates the lost deed to the property, and gives it to his father, "the one man that he knows will take care of the place the way it deserves". Timmy's Dad, once again, is so touched that he begins crying, and he thanks Timmy for giving him a town that represents "everything good and wonderful about his childhood". Subverted by Timmy's Dad selling the place immediately for eight bucks, but he's happy nonetheless, calls Timmy his hero and gives him a badge.
* Timmy convincing his dad not to go to Uranus in "Odd Jobs", despite Mr. Turner using his spacesuit toilet during the whole thing.
** Uranus is a planet?!
* The Valentine's Day special "Love Struck!" featured a very heartwarming moment when, after Timmy had been rejected by [[AlphaBitch Trixie]] and laughed at by every girl in Dimmsdale, he later learns that Trixie wanted to be his Valentine anyways and is poised to accept, but then he notices lonely [[TheWoobie Tootie]] crying on a park bench nearby and realizes she deserved his love more than Trixie did after being rejected and humiliated by her so many times. So he leaves Trixie with what the creators described as "the mother of all snubs" and spends his Valentine's Day with a delighted Tootie, even jabbing himself with one of Cupid's arrows so it'll be genuine.
** Cupid explained that Valentine's magic is powerful enough to keep his power going for the whole year, and that the scale is measured from [[BuffySpeak Nots Of Love]] to Lots Of Love. Timmy's wish separated the planet by gender, so instead of love being generated, all anybody in love feels is a nagging void that they can't put a name to. The scale of love in the world is depleted and Cupid has barely enough magic left to stay alive...and then Timmy's parents see one another after being separated. They exchange a joke, and then embrace, cry, "The void has been filled!" and kiss. [[BrokeTheRatingScale They tip the scales back to Lots Of Love, even though they are literally the only people in the world who are in love right now.]]
* ''WesternAnimation/AbraCatastrophe'' [[index]][[Heartwarming/AbraCatastrophe has it's own page]][[/index]].
* Chester, AJ, Sanjay, and the other kids trying to defend Timmy from the angry mob of parents that Vicky sics on him after she uses the "Double T" microphone to give away Timmy's identity and frame him for calling the parents morons in "[[Recap/TheFairlyOddParentsS3E5MicroPhony [=MicroPhony=]]]" with AJ and Sanjay even attempting to take the fall for being "Double T". It shows how they are willing to put themselves on the line to help him out.
* Chester and AJ putting their differences aside so they can team up and save Timmy from guard dogs in "Sleepover and Over".
* In the episode "The Grass is Greener", Timmy runs away and joins the circus due to overhearing his parents complain about how much nice things they could get without him. In reality, they were just saying those things as examples of what they think ''isn't'' true, as yes, even if they do covet the Dinkleburgs' gadgets, they prefer having Timmy instead. In one part of the episode, Timmy looks through a magic mirror to check up on his parents, and sees them tossing his clothes out of the window. Timmy breaks the mirror right before it's revealed they were just making room in the closet for the new clothes they bought Timmy. And after being chased by the carnies for one-upping them, he ends up back at his house and looks through the window to see his parents crying because they miss him. It's at this point that Wanda and Cosmo reveal that the carnival and the chase were all part of a BatmanGambit to get Timmy to realize that his parents really love him, and the carnies were all fairies in on it (except for the alligator man) Looking back, I'd say it's a moment where Mr. and Mrs. Turner actually show that they [[AwLookTheyReallyDoLoveEachOther care about their only son]]. At the end of the episode, Mr. Turner tells Timmy that [[YouAreGrounded he's grounded for running away]], but Timmy doesn't even mind because he's just happy to be back with his parents.
** The absolutely glowing look of appreciation Timmy gives when they admit that he's more important than anything the Dinkleburgs have.
* In "Most Wanted Wish", where Timmy wishes that he was wanted more, all the fairies engage in a cage match to see who will be his fairy godparent (by throwing shoes at each other's behinds). Timmy notices that Cosmo and Wanda aren't affected by his wish and asks why. Wanda simply says that she and Cosmo couldn't want him more even if they tried.
* When Vicky threw herself between Timmy and what she thought was an abominable snowman to protect him in "Snow Bound". Sure, it's ruined later on when Vicky turns back to her mean it at least showed she may truly care about Timmy deep down.
** Heck, just the brief moments of Vicky being nice to Timmy are sweet and show the rare occasion where Vicky proves she can be good of her own volition. Again, the ending sadly ruins it but it was nice while it lasted.
* ''WesternAnimation/ChannelChasers'' [[index]][[Heartwarming/ChannelChasers has it's own page]][[/index]].
* ''WesternAnimation/SchoolsOutTheMusical'' [[index]][[Heartwarming/SchoolsOutTheMusical has it's own page]][[/index]].
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Seasons 5 & 6]]
* Timmy temporarily giving Tootie his Fairies so she'd have a happy birthday for once in "Birthday Wish!". What's really notable though is that this wasn't at the end of the episode after being taught AnAesop or anything, this was the episode's ''setup''. He was just being spontaneously kind, as Wanda is quick to observe.
* A minor one, but Cosmo's last request to Anti-Cosmo when they go through surgery that could potentially kill them in "The Gland Plan":
-->'''Cosmo:''' If I don't make it, ''stay away from my wife!''
** Earlier in the episode we get one from Anti-Cosmo, of all people:
-->'''Anti-Cosmo:''' ''(after [[TheDitz Anti-Wanda]] screwed up his escape plan)'' Oh Anti-Wanda, I really do love you dear, but you are such a twit.
* In "Hassle in the Castle," we see that Cosmo and Wanda put their former godkid Denzel Crocker's picture (presumably after their memories of him were restored) not in the Hall of Infamy but the Hall of Fame. Even though he grew up to be one of the prime enemies of fairies, that apparently doesn't weigh as much with them as the sweet, generous kid he was when they knew him back then.
** The fact that Cosmo and Wanda love Timmy enough to have his own hall dedicated to him rather than giving him a portrait in the Hall of Fame.
* At the end of "Talking Trash", Timmy hugs Big Daddy and thanks him for saving his parents.
* The last few minutes of "For Emergencies Only" are full of this.
* "Birthday Bashed" has Jorgen attempt to take Timmy's godparents and Poof away on Timmy's birthday, which leads to Timmy going to great lengths to try and make it look like it isn't his birthday so he can keep Cosmo, Wanda and Poof. Jorgen fortunately relents in the end, observing that with the kind of stuff Timmy has to put up with, he's going to need his fairy godparents for quite a long time.
** The episode ends with Jorgen throwing Timmy a birthday party for Timmy in Fairy World, even getting Chip Skylark to perform at the party. Double heartwarming with the fact this is Chip's last appearance in the series (save for a few mentions and posters).
* In "Sooper Poof", Timmy's parents adopt Poof and make him Timmy's adopted brother. When Timmy tries to take Poof back to his real parents, he is unable to put him inside the fishbowl. He then goes outside to discover that Timmy's parents are crying now that Poof is gone. Also, according to Da Rules, Cosmo and Wanda can't simply make them forget about Poof due to them possessing true love for him.
* ''WesternAnimation/{{Wishology}}'' [[index]][[Heartwarming/{{Wishology}} has it's own page]][[/index]].
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Seasons 7 & 8]]
* In "Cosmo Rules" it's revealed that Cosmo and Jorgen are related, naturally Jorgen is not very enthused, but when one of Timmy's wishes backfires and Da Rules book is on the verge of [[ItMakesSenseInContext exploding and destroying the universe]] Jorgen and Cosmo both manage to prevent the end of the universe and Jorgen finally accepts Cosmo as a relative.
* The episode "Bad Heir Day" where Mr. Crocker [[ChildHater of ALL people]] bonds with Poof. Upon discovering he's a fairy, instead of destroying him, he returns him to his parents. Denzel Crocker is very heartbroken [[spoiler: because he has bonded with Poof even to the point of calling him D.J. or Denzel Jr. and states that despite his need to capture fairies, he wouldn't go as far as to steal a child from their parents]]. [[MoodWhiplash Yet the sadness is taken away]] and he gets a SugarWiki/{{Funny Moment|s}} (sort of..) [[spoiler: when he yells "FAIRY IN THE HOLE! and shoots Poof]]. Also when Poof [[spoiler: poofs up a robot son for him because he sees how saddened he is]].
** Poof's little squeak of "''Croc''ker" really just drives it home.
** Made even more heartwarming/[[TearJerker sad]] when Poof hugs Crocker...and then Crocker starts crying.
** Crocker having said robot nice to him now. And he finally can say ''"table for two"''. Least until the heartwarming moment is ruin at the literal last second.
* In ''WesternAnimation/TimmySecretWish'', it is revealed that Timmy made a wish that basically froze time so that he wouldn't grow up and have to lose Cosmo and Wanda (he made the wish to Cosmo and also wished for him to forget granting it). However, when confronted by the Fairy Council about this wish, Timmy explains that he didn't do it so that he could keep his fairies forever, but so he could keep ''Cosmo, Wanda and Poof'' forever, affirming that they are his family, with the Fairy Council observing that in their thousands of years they've never seen such love between a godchild and his godparents.
* In "Invasion of the Dads" [[ItMakesSenseInContext a planet full of clones of Timmy's dad invade the Earth for Timmy's mom]]. Timmy tells them no. He then thinks of the times his mom nags him, and starts to think that he wouldn't have to do anything if his mom was gone. Timmy almost immediately changes his mind and tells them they can't have her because he loves her and would miss her.
* In "Meet the Odd Parents", when [[spoiler: Timmy's parents willingly sacrifice their memories of Cosmo, Wanda and Poof so that Timmy can keep his fairies. Even Jorgen thought it was a sweet moment]].
** Before that, we have Mr. Turner confiding in Timmy that of all the things he could wish for, the one thing he wants most is to give his wife a new diamond engagement ring (after they lost the first one), and thanks to Cosmo, Wanda and Poof he can.
*** And after [[spoiler:Jorgen ends up having to get rid of everything Timmy's parents wished for after wiping their memories, Timmy decides that just because they don't remember doesn't mean he can't wish up nice things for them. The first thing he wishes for? His parents finding the old engagement ring]].
** Heck, the whole episode; seeing Timmy, his godparents ''and'' his parents spending time with each other like an actual family is just adorable. Especially considering the fact that Timmy never gets to spend time with his real parents.
[[/folder]]

[[AC:Everything Else]]

* Another sweet moment comes from the Thanksgiving storybook, ''In a Tizzy over Turkey!'' Timmy spent the book wanting to eat a "proper" Thanksgiving dinner with actual turkey (because his mom made turkey-flavored tofu this year), but of all the people to teach him that he should be spending the holiday with family, it's [[BigBad Vicky]], who in [[PetTheDog is actually sad that she's apart from her family today]]. In the end, Timmy brings Vicky and her family over for dinner at his house.
* Another heartwarming moment from the books is in the Easter storybook, ''Timmy's Eggs-Ray Vision''. After using x-ray vision to find as many chocolate eggs as he can, Timmy sees Vicky pushing Tootie over and stealing her chocolate eggs. But rather than ignoring this, Timmy actually goes over to Tootie and gives her a handful of the chocolate eggs he found.
* ''[[Film/AFairlyOddMovieGrowUpTimmyTurner Grow Up, Timmy Turner!]]'' [[Heartwarming/AFairlyOddMovieGrowUpTimmyTurner has it's own page]].
* In "The Fairy Odd Pet" Sparky just protected Timmy from Vicky, saying he protected him because he loves Timmy.
* Ok, screw the fact that it may have some continuity issues in it, the revelation of Cosmonopoly is a huge one. [[spoiler:Cosmo made the titular board game the crew is trapped in because he was bored...or at least, that's what he thought. It's later revealed that Cosmo made the game that was based around him meeting the love of his life, Wanda. Despite his moments that would have any sane person concern, it's nice to see that he still genuinely cares and loves Wanda. It's even made better by the revelation that he made a sequel, which was about their wedding.]]
* In "The Big Fairy Share Scare!", when Timmy meets Chloe, he absolutely hates her for being so perfect and being better than him, and it just increased when he learns that he has to share his Fairies with her. However, after getting to know Chloe and learning why she needs godparents in the first place, Timmy feels bad for how he treated her--he apologizes to Chloe and finally agrees to share Cosmo and Wanda (and, by extension, Poof) with her, and the two even become best friends in the process.
