* In [[Recap/FrasierS1E01TheGoodSon the pilot]], Martin has just moved in with Frasier, setting the stage for their frequent butting of heads. Eventually, Martin calls into Frasier's show and [[IHaveThisFriend indirectly]] lets Frasier know how much he appreciates how much Frasier has done for him.
* "Miracle On Third Or Fourth Street", an early ChristmasEpisode wherein nothing seems to go right for Frasier, ends on a heartwarming note. After Frasier and Martin had an argument and Lilith - possibly purposefully - went to Austria with Frederick (whom Frasier hadn't seen in years) to give him a Sound Of Music Christmas, Frasier was forced to work on Christmas Day (and sit through depressing calls), and then he lost his wallet at the diner where he went to have supper. Without missing a beat, a homeless guy sitting down the bar offers to pay for Frasier's meal. Frasier protests, but the guy says simply, "It's Christmas."
* Despite his hatred for his father's chair, Frasier went to great lengths to return it the two times it was lost. After it was accidentally thrown out, Frasier has to act in a middle school play to get it back. Even better, though, when Frasier accidentally destroys it, he has an ''exact'' duplicate made, getting the original company to reweave the fabric and hiring a master builder to construct it. It ends up becoming the most expensive piece of furniture in the entire apartment. Given Frasier's penchant for expensive designer pieces, that means it likely cost over $10,000.
* In "A Mid-Winter Night's Dream", Niles and Maris's marriage is in trouble for the first time, and Niles and Daphne are stuck alone in the mansion during a storm.
** Niles is about to make a move when a music box he bought for Maris springs into life:
--->'''Niles:''' It hasn't worked like that in years! Oh, Maris will be thrilled! [{{Beat}}] ...Maris.\
'''Daphne:''' You really love her, don't you?\
'''Niles:''' ...you know, I do.
** It became HarsherInHindsight by knowing that their marriage will break down over the next couple of years, but it's a sweet moment all the same, especially when Niles goes on to reassure Daphne that she'll find a man worthy of her "as soon as the gods create him."
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Season Two]]
* "Breaking the Ice":
-->'''Frasier:''' Well, I mean, you know that Maris loves you, right? But it's still nice to hear it.\
'''Niles:''' ''(giggling)'' I imagine it would be, but let's stick to attainable goals.\
''(Frasier joins in on the laughing)''\
'''Frasier:''' ''(musing)'' As they laugh the laugh of the damned.
** Though the confession was made under a degree of duress, hearing Martin admit out loud that he loves his sons in "Breaking the Ice" was genuinely heartwarming. The Heartwarming part is Martin's self-reflection, pondering ''why'' it's so difficult to express love for his sons. When they tell them he doesn't have to say it because they know he loves them, he rejects that, ''insisting'' he be able to ''verbally'' say it. He states that it was one of the things Hester reprimanded him for.
--->'''Frasier:''' Dad, you don't have to say it.\
'''Martin:''' ''(upset)'' Well, did it ever occur to you that... maybe I want to say it? You know, your mother used to get all over me about not saying stuff too. ''({{beat}})'' Well, I can't say it if you're looking at me!\
'''Niles:''' ''(mildly)'' [[SugarWiki/FunnyMoments Would it help you if we left?]]\
'''Martin:''' [[DudeNotFunny Just for that, I'm doing you second!]]\
''(After some banter...)''\
'''Martin:''' No - if I'm gonna do it, I'm gonna do it right. ''([[{{Beat}} awkward pause]])'' Frasier... ''[INeedAFreakingDrink stops and takes a pull from the bourbon bottle]'' Frasier... I love you. Niles... I love you.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Season Three]]
* Near the end of "Frasier Grinch", Frasier is upset after learning that his son Frederick wanted the hot new Christmas toy of the season called the Robogeek, since Frasier had only bought him educational toys for Christmas, and believes he'll let him down on Christmas morning. Martin says that he never knows what to get Frasier either before [[EncouragedRegifting giving him his present]].
-->'''Martin:''' Merry Christmas, son.
-->'''Frasier:''' Oh, Dad, how did you know? My very own Outlaw Laser Robogeek.
** Earlier, in a Fridge moment, Frasier is reading a very treacly self-composed fable. It's labeled as "Olaf, the Lonely Goatherd". He's also looking forward to his first Christmas with Frederick, whose favorite movie is ''Film/TheSoundOfMusic'', which has a song named "The Lonely Goatherd" in it. Not hard to imagine the inspiration behind it.
* In the episode "Martin Does It His Way", Frasier and Niles spend hours helping Martin to transpose a song from his head to the page so he can send it to Frank Sinatra, as Martin has dreamed of having Sinatra sing one of his songs for years. Later, after the song is rejected, in a moment that doubles as a Moment of Awesome, Frasier turns a eulogy for the ever-cruel Aunt Louise into a chance for Martin to hear his song sung by a choir. "She's such a groovy lady..."
* "The Show Where Diane Comes Back" sees a reversal of Frasier and Niles usual big brother-little brother dynamic. Upon seeing Diane again Frasier freaks out and barges into one of Niles' sessions, with the patient willingly stepping out when he hears it's about a woman. Niles is annoyed at Frasier's intrusion until Frasier tells him it's because of Diane. On hearing her name Niles reaches for the intercom and tells his secretary to tell the patient to go home. It's PlayedForLaughs but Niles' willingness to end a therapy session to counsel his brother is still very touching.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Season Four]]
* In "Mixed Doubles," Niles and Daphne each meet someone at a singles bar; Frasier later spots their new significant others together at Cafe Nervosa, and Niles' reaction shows how much regard he really has for Daphne's feelings.
-->'''Niles:''' I don't believe it! The betrayal! [[ComicallyMissingThePoint No one treats Daphne like that!]]
* "Roz's Krantz and Gouldenstern are Dead": Frasier admits that he feels unfulfilled with his job at the radio station because, unlike a practicing psychiatrist, he never has the chance to follow up with his "patients" and see whether his advice has helped them or not. But while accompanying Roz to a retirement home, he meets an elderly blind man, Norman (Creator/JamesEarlJones), who says he used Frasier's advice to another caller to help get over his grief for his deceased wife; where Frasier suggested to his caller that he keep pictures of his wife around to help with the transition, Norman found an old porcelain mask that his wife made of her face:
-->'''Norman''': This is how she looked when we first met. Isn't she beautiful?\
'''Frasier''': Oh, yes.\
'''Norman''': So you were right. Every night before I fall asleep, I run my fingers over Helen's beautiful face, and it takes me back to all those wonderful years we had together. It made a world of difference. I want to thank you; you really helped me.\
'''Frasier''': ''(from his heart)'' You've no idea how nice it is to hear that.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Season Five]]
* In "The Gift Horse", Martin says that Niles' birthday gift of his old police horse was the best gift he could get. After he thanks him, Niles lies and says that the horse was from both himself and Frasier--who was earlier upset that he'd lost their "gift-giving" competition because of that horse.
* Another one in the episode "The Maris Counselor" when after [[spoiler: Niles breaks it off with Maris for good]], the three Crane men have drinks and joke about their failed love lives. At one point in the discussion, when Niles is explaining how he ran into Maris's lover, there is also a SugarWiki/{{Funny Moment|s}}:
-->'''Niles:''' Fifteen years with Maris, I end up in bed with her lover.\
'''Martin:''' Geez, I didn't need to hear that!\
'''Niles:''' No, no, it was an accident. It was pitch dark, I thought he was Maris.\
'''Frasier:''' It's a natural mistake. What tipped you off?\
'''Niles:''' The heat from her side of the bed. ''[they all laugh]''
** Niles's resigned vibe is similar to his earlier words from "Breaking The Ice".
* "First Date": Near the end of season five a now single Niles decides to ask out Daphne, but loses his nerve and ends up telling her he's in love with a woman he made up. One thing leads to another and Daphne ends up helping him cook a romantic dinner for "Phyllis". As they start chopping up vegetables, Niles points about that they're chopping in rhythm. Daphne starts humming along to the beat, prompting Niles to start singing "Heart and Soul". And then Daphne joins in.
** At the end of the episode, Niles ''still'' isn't able to work up the nerve to tell Daphne how he feels about her, and Daphne inadvertently makes things worse by saying she doesn't think it'd be a good idea for him to date anyone while still recovering from his divorce. But Niles is able to suggest that Daphne stay and enjoy the meal they cooked together. As the episode ends, they're clearly beginning to enjoy themselves..
** Subverted the hell out of in "Daphne Returns", when Frasier accuses Niles of romanticizing Daphne too much. When they visit the scene, Frasier rolls his eyes, and snarks about it.
--->'''Frasier:''' Oh, ''please!''\
'''Niles:''' What?\
'''Frasier:''' Even your everyday memories are idealized. [[Franchise/DisneyPrincess How long until the cartoon blue bird lands on her shoulder?]]
** Still, that episode ends on a nice heartwarming note too. Once Niles admits to himself that he's idealized Daphne too much in his imagination, and his subconscious fear that he isn't worthy of her, he and Daphne finally make passionate love for the first time (right in the middle of Frasier's apartment, apparently). The next day Niles has a look of sublime satisfaction on his face when he meets his brother for coffee. "You know the best part, Frasier? It wasn't at all like I imagined it." Frasier smiles back and they "clink" coffee mugs.
** We later learn in "Crock Tales" the day after, Daphne confided to a gobsmacked Roz that Niles ruined her for any other men.
* In "The 1000th Show", the city is throwing a huge party in Frasier's honor. Frasier spends half the episode trying to make it in time for the ceremony, facing one obstacle after another. As he's finally in a cab on the way to the park where the party is held, the driver starts telling him about his ex-wife getting remarried, and his relationship with his children. [[AFriendInNeed Frasier spends the remainder of the celebration sitting in the cab, right outside the park, listening.]]
* "The Kid": When Roz becomes pregnant, she lies repeatedly about who the father is...and it turns out that he's a twenty-year-old college student who works at Cafe Nervosa (the two had a one-night stand). Once he learns the truth, he immediately declares his intention to drop out of college, marry Roz, and help to raise his child. That alone is heartwarming, but Roz's reaction is even better: she gently but firmly tells him not to drop out, insisting that he live his own life. It's sweet to see her willing to give so much to someone she barely knows.
** After spending the entire episode insisting that she can handle the situation alone, Roz breaks down and cries because she's not sure she can raise a child on her own.
--->'''Frasier:''' [[YouAreNotAlone But you're not alone, Roz. I'm here.]]
** When Roz is frightened of having a baby, Frasier's response:
--->'''Frasier''': Roz, I'm going to tell you something that I didn't learn until I became a father. You don't just love your children... you fall in love with them.
* "The Maris Counselor": After Niles finds out Maris has been having an affair with their marriage counselor, he comes into a joint therapy group he and Frasier are hosting and makes a complete fool of himself, breaking down in front of the patients. After they leave, Frasier calls him out for acting like an idiot. That is until Niles tells him what the counselor did and Frasier switches from being angry ''at'' Niles to angry ''for'' Niles in the blink of an eye.
-->'''Frasier:''' What the ''hell'' are you doing, you lunatic?!\
'''Niles:''' Maris is having an affair with Shenkman.\
'''Frasier:''' (''StunnedSilence'') Shenkman... [[TranquilFury that contemptible bastard]].
** FridgeBrilliance when you remember that any mental health professional dating a patient is a ''massive'' ethical breach. Frasier is not only angry on Niles' behalf, but on behalf of the entire psychiatric profession.
** It also helps that after Niles ends things with Maris for good, he spends the evening trading shots with Frasier and Martin over how mutually pathetic their love-lives are. One of the best bonding moments amongst the Crane boys in the whole show.
** In general, also the fact that whenever Niles has a meltdown, Frasier is almost always willing to drop everything and comfort him. The man really does love his little brother.
* "Roz and the Schnoz": although the appearance of the Garretts' (the future grandparents of Roz's baby) is played mostly for laughs, there are several sweet moments, the most prominent of which is when they both hasten to assure her that they are not there to judge her or take control of the baby's life; instead, they believed their son when he told them what a wonderful, capable person Roz is, and wanted to ''"offer any help or support that you think is appropriate."''
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Season Six]]
* The ending scene of the "Shutout in Seattle" two-parter where Frasier, Niles, and Martin all end up losing or breaking off their happy relationships and all end up commiserating about it in the same bar. Watching Frasier and Niles over-analyze the situation and conclude that they have serious issues with women, Martin insists on cheering them up by having them sing a happy song together. He ends up making them sing the theme to ''Film/{{Goldfinger}}'', a movie they liked as children. Although initially deriding it as stupid, Frasier and Niles both start getting enthused as they remember more and more of the lines. The episode ends with the three Cranes happily belting out the tune and enthusiastically dancing to the music with big grins on their faces.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Season Seven]]
* The premise of "Something About Dr. Mary": Frasier takes advantage of Roz's vacation to temporarily offer her job to a student from a charity called "Second Start", that offers career training to people without high school or college educations who are stuck in minimum wage jobs. He ends up choosing Mary, a woman recently laid off from a bakery who "clicked" with the program's courses on radio broadcasting.
** This pays off big-time for her in the end: she is offered her own show on a rival network to KACL, and when Frasier admits that he concealed his low opinion of her advice because he didn't want to seem racist, she takes it in stride, admitting that giving her freedom to speak on his show helped establish her radio persona and has catapulted her to an exciting new career.
--->'''Mary''': Well, I think you could have been honest with me. Then again, if you'd told me to be quiet then I'd be back at the bakery. Instead, I've got this brand-new career and this afternoon I'm shopping for cars. So I guess what I'm saying is... God bless your guilty white ass!
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Season Eight]]
* In "And the Dish Ran Away with the Spoon", [[spoiler: Niles and Daphne]] seem not to be able to have their first date they looked forward to, but Frasier and Martin surprise them with organizing one.
* "Taking Liberties" has Niles finally draw the line with Mel and confess his love for Daphne, publicity be damned. While he could accept the consequences for hurting Mel, he wouldn't stand for her taking it out on Daphne.
** The B-plot of the episode involves Frasier hiring Ferguson, a highly classed butler who is clearly overqualified for the Crane household. While he indeed does end up taking leave at the end of the episode, it is not because of the Cranes' shenanigans, but because Niles' affection for Daphne moved him, explaining there is "a certain Lady Westerfield" he'd like to reaquaint with. Frasier instantly understands, and the two leave on kindly terms.
* In 'Enemy At the Gate' Frasier refuses to pay a parking fee because he hasn't actually parked so he decides to stay his full 20 minutes and holds up traffic behind him. Niles become fed up and is about to leave until the man working there calls Frasier an idiot. Niles says Frasier is just passionate, looks at him through the window and then sits back in the car. The brothers share a respectful look.
** The b-plot of the episode is about Daphne moving her belongings out of the apartment now that she's married to Niles. As she's about to leave with the last box Eddie starts barking and sits in her way. Martin suggests she stay and sit with them for a while so he'll calm down, which he does but they realise he'll just start up again once she tries to leave. Martin delivers a touching speech about how Eddie's going to miss Daphne because he's so used to her presence in the apartment and their lives. While he's in the kitchen Daphne realizes Eddie was barking because his tennis ball was in her box and that Martin is actually talking about how much ''he's'' going to miss her. Daphne promises to make time each week to come and see "Eddie".
* In "Hungry Heart," Frasier finally decides to say something about Daphne's recent weight gain (which has become extremely noticeable at this point) to Niles. He tries to tactfully broach the subject, but when Niles doesn't get the hint, he's forced to get more and more blunt, finally outright asking about "her size"; [[ComicallyMissingThePoint Niles assumes he's talking about his and Daphne's height difference]]. Frasier then realizes that Niles genuinely doesn't care about Daphne's appearance, and simply says that he hopes to one day love someone as much as Niles loves her. Subverted a little since we later find out Niles is being willfully blind to his girlfriend's weight problem because he's still obsessed with his fantasy image of Daphne. It's even implied that this is when Frasier realizes Niles and Daphne have a serious issue they need to deal with before they can have a realistic relationship. [[EarnYourHappyEnding Fortunately Niles and Daphne are able to overcome their expectations and have a happy marriage by the end of the series.]]
** Even concerning this mental dilemma, Frasier gently and empathetically consults Niles about this, they delve into his past with Daphne via a course of flashbacks they both analyse. He cares about both Niles and Daphne and makes clear he wants this relationship to be the real deal, but knows that above anything they must both be sure that it is real.

[[folder:Season Nine]]
* Between "The Guilt Trippers" and "Moons over Seattle", Niles goes to Manchester in order to get Daphne's father Harry to reconcile with his wife Gertrude, getting thrown out of a pub six times for his trouble. He finally manages to convince Harry to fly back with him only for them to end up fighting, leaving Daphne furious with him. Fortunately for all involved, the final scenes of the episode are some of the series' most heartwarming:
** As Daphne and Harry say their goodbyes, we see ample evidence that for all his faults, Harry truly loves Daphne and wants her to be happy - and, more significantly, realises that Niles can make her happy in the way she deserves:
--->'''Harry:''' There you are! Well, back to England, then.\
'''Daphne:''' Yes. No chance of you and Mum getting back together?\
'''Harry:''' Don't think so, love. Not this time.\
'''Daphne:''' Maybe if you give it another chance! You could-\
'''Harry:''' Daphne. I'm sorry. It's ''over''. Has been for a long time! I mean, I've got no complaints! I got something wonderful out of it: you! ''[they hug as he laughs jovially]''\
'''Daphne:''' Oh, Dad. ''[he kisses her on the cheek before they let go of each other]'' If you don't love each other, why did you stay together for forty years? Through all the ''fighting'' and the screaming and the hitting!\
'''Harry:''' That was for you kids.\
'''Daphne:''' I can't believe this is really happening. Maybe I'm naive, but I always thought love would save the day.\
'''Harry:''' Well, you know, we all think that when we're young, but then life beats us around a bit, then you learn to dream a little smaller.\
'''Daphne:''' ''[bitterly]'' So that's how it goes. Two people get married, they're together for forty years, and then, all of a sudden, it just ''ends''.\
'''Harry:''' But it's different for you! I mean... you've found the right person!\
'''Daphne:''' You barely know him!\
'''Harry:''' Well, all I know is, I threw him out my pub six times, and six times, he marched back in and yammered me ear off until, until I went back with him to America, ''all to make you happy! [Daphne is stunned]'' I never did anything like that for your mother. No, no, I tell you, Daphne, you've got the right one there, a good one! You know? And another thing - he's worth a bob or two! ''[rubs his fingers together in a "money" gesture]''\
'''Daphne:''' ''[swats Harry on the arm]'' Oh, Dad!\
'''Harry:''' Oh, sweetie. ''[he laughs jovially again as they hug]''
** Later Daphne shows up at Niles' house saying that she would rather elope with him right then and there, than spend one more minute without being his wife.
--->''[a dishevelled-looking Niles answers a knock at the door to reveal Daphne]''\
'''Daphne:''' I want to marry you.\
'''Niles:''' ''[brightly]'' I want to marry you!\
'''Daphne:''' No. I want to marry you '''now.'''\
'''Niles:''' As in... now??\
'''Daphne:''' Yes.\
'''Niles:''' ''[hesitantly]'' Why?...\
'''Daphne:''' ''[on the verge of tears]'' Because you'd do anything, even put up with my insane family, to make me happy. Because you'd travel half way around the world to make my dreams come true, even the impossible ones. And because I can't spend one more second without being your wife, Niles Crane, because I adore you.\
'''Niles:''' ''[overwhelmed]'' But... I thought you always wanted a big wedding!\
'''Daphne:''' You wanna make my dreams come true? ''This is my dream.''\
''[Niles looks at Daphne, then, his hand not leaving hers, he picks up his coat, and they leave together]''
* Niles spends all of "The Proposal" planning an elaborate WackyMarriageProposal for Daphne. He writes a lengthy speech, gets Martin to take Mrs. Moon out for the night, hires Wolfgang Puck to cook dinner and arranges a whole host of musicians to serenade them. Then Daphne turns up with the flu and a splitting headache. While Frasier smuggles everyone else out of the apartment Niles settles Daphne by the fireplace and realises they don't ''need'' the elaborate proposal. Instead Niles simply tells her how much he loves her and asks her to marry him. Frasier, unseen by Niles and Daphne, watches from nearby and is clearly touched at how happy they finally are...[[SugarWiki/FunnyMoments and then tackles the trumpeter who he'd failed to get out of the room earlier.]]
* In "Frasier Has Spokane," Roz has recently broken up from a long-term relationship and seems, to Frasier's concern, a little too okay with the whole thing. In the meantime, they're doing a show in Spokane to try and get more listeners but are having a hard time getting people to call in. Frasier asks Roz to pretend to be a caller and she randomly picks a fear of the dark as her psychological problem. However as Frasier pretends to analyse her problem, it swiftly turns into an analysis of her failed relationship and she starts to break down and cry. Frasier dispenses some touching advice, including a strong urging that she let her friends help her, and as soon as the "call" ends, he immediately gets up, runs over to her and gives her a big hug. Awwww. Undercut when Kenny races in to remind them that there's dead air. However, the heartwarming continues when the next caller, who hated Frasier for replacing a local legend, instead offers some words of comfort to Roz. The next person also backs down from insulting Frasier and admits he has the same problem as Roz, making him Frasier's first legit call at the new station.
* In "Cheerful Goodbyes," Frasier says of his old bar pals:
-->"They were there for me when I needed friends the most."
** In a minor heartwarming note, Norm and Martin immediately bond being beer aficionados. Martin identifies Norm quickly having a "mug callous" and Norm identifies Martin as a "can man".
--->'''Martin:''' The best thing is, on a summer's day, you open a cold one, and that foam runs down your hand and for a split second there, you're jealous of your own ''knuckles''.\
'''Norm:''' ''(reverently)'' Oh, yeah. I had no idea that you were a poet. Yeah, tell me the one about the bacon again.\
'''Martin:''' Which one?\
'''Norm:''' All of 'em!
** Another minor heartwarming note: by this point, Cliff's years of LittleKnownFacts have bored everyone at Cheers to death and they completely tune him out. Daphne, though, doesn't know any better and genuinely thinks he's the wisest, most fascinating man she's ever met, taking all of his ridiculous stories at face value. It's nice to see Cliff finally have someone who wants to listen to him!
** The episode takes place at [[KnowNothingKnowItAll Cliff Clavin's]] retirement party before he moves to Florida. Cliff happens to be at the airport when the Cranes' plane arrives, and upon seeing Frasier, he assumes that they've come to celebrate with him. They're actually in town for a conference, but upon hearing about the bash, Frasier ''immediately'' drops his plans and goes with Cliff, bringing the whole family along. Keep in mind that to do this, Frasier [[OOCIsSeriousBusiness ignores a reservation at an extremely fancy and expensive restaurant]], which speaks volumes about just how much he cares for the [[TrueCompanions Cheers gang.]]
** Later, Cliff admits to Frasier that his friends don't seem all that sad to see him go, and he leaves for a walk around the block to clear his head. It's Heartwarming in and of itself that Cliff still trusts Frasier enough as a psychiatrist and friend to be vulnerable around him, but Frasier then tops this by going back into the party and sharing what he heard. He urges everyone to make speeches in Cliff's honor, and they follow through.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Season Ten]]
* After Niles and Daphne elope in "The Ring Cycle", they come to realize that getting married without their friends and family would be hurtful, and so they decide to stage another wedding (and then another -- it's complicated).
** When everyone finally learns the truth, they are predictably offended and begin arguing over each other until Martin interrupts.
--->'''Martin:''' I have a question. If you two have been married for three days, ''[opens door]'' why aren't you on your honeymoon?
** Daphne then thanks Martin, calling him "Martin" (instead of "Mr. Crane") for the first time without it sounding awkward.
* The episode when Niles has heart surgery.
** During the episode Niles almost out of his head on anesthetic muses that hospitals have memories and there are flashbacks throughout the episode to other times the characters were there at different points in their lives. After Niles recovers, Daphne goes to awaken Niles and as she leaves him it pans to a room where Daphne and Niles are welcoming their second child. It should be noted that the flashbacks are done like the hospital remembering actual events. Not to mention that fact that Niles' possibly-last words are, "Daphne, Daphne, Daphne," because he wants to say her name as much as he can.
** Also heartwarming is the fact that Maris calls Niles before he goes into surgery. Despite everything she still cares a lot about him.
** The fact that Roz is there throughout the entire episode. She's not literal family, and earlier in the show she and Niles weren't the best of friends. But by the time this episode rolls around she is an honorary family member, she shows up to support both Niles and Daphne through the day, and thus stays to be there for Daphne and to make sure Niles comes out of surgery okay.
* In 'Star Mitzvah", after Lilith gets emotional and tells Frederick not to grow up, Niles scoffs before Martin starts crying, hugging him, and saying "Come here, Daddy's little peanut man!"
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Season Eleven]]
* The ending of "Crock Tales", when everyone comes home to dinner, and Frasier reconsiders the broken crockpot not as garbage, but as a silent observer to all the precious moments Frasier had spent with his family over the years.
* Martin thanking his son "for everything" in the finale.
[[/folder]]

* When Frasier goes on vacation with the family and has a dream about Lana (while vacationing with Claire). He calls Lilith for her advice. Despite all the mockery and antagonism directed at her, she's a long-time, trusted friend and an excellent psychotherapist.
-->'''Lilith:''' I love you, Frasier.\
'''Frasier:''' I love you too, Lilith.
* When Niles has a panic attack as result of the stress in dealing with Maris killing her abusive boyfriend and the resulting news coverage, Roz immediately jumps to his defense and prevents the Cafe Nervosa staff from calling the cops after he strips naked in the middle of the shop. It's a pretty good demonstration of their VitriolicBestBuds relationship.
* Roz explaining that ComicBook/WonderWoman really ''is'' her hero. Frasier is moved to sincerely apologize for his earlier dismissiveness.
-->'''Frasier:''' All right, Roz, since you misunderstood tonight's theme, tell you what, why don't you answer this question as your true hero, whomever that may be.\
'''Roz:''' Actually, I didn't misunderstand anything. You made so much fun of my costume, I got so embarrassed, so I lied. Wonder Woman really is my hero. I mean, she's smart and beautiful, moral, and totally independent.
* Niles and Daphne ''finally'' make it happen.
-->'''Daphne''': ''[bursting into the Winnebago after escaping out the bathroom window]'' Hello... I was wondering if you might be free for a date.
-->'''Niles:''' Oh, my GOD, YES!

-->'''Niles''': Fasten your seatbelt, Daphne.
-->'''Daphne''': Fasten ''yours'', [[FirstNameBasis Niles]].
-->'''Niles''': [''stupidly ecstatic grin'']
* From the episode "Good Samaritan," where Frasier gets punished at every turn for helping people that turn out to be inconsiderate jerks. Near the end he offers a lift to a woman standing out in the rain, only for "her" to turn out to be a male prostitute in drag. This results in him being humiliated throughout Seattle; as he tries to explain this all to Frederick, who's visiting, he admits that he was trying to do a good deed "but it was all a mistake." Frederick asks if this means that you shouldn't try to help people. ....Then we learn that this was all a [[ImagineSpot worst-case-scenario]] in Frasier's head, and he soon after opens the door to let the woman in. Because there's no way he'll ever tell his son that you shouldn't help people.
** A lesser moment is when [[Creator/RonHoward Stephen]] calls in claiming people are talking to him through the radio. After Stephen gets distracted by the radio, Frasier plays along, claiming to be the radio and advising Stephen to seek counseling in the morning. It seems to work.
* Donny's proposal speech to Daphne is absolutely beautiful, showcasing the clear depth of the love and devotion he has for her. He even notes that despite having every reason to be cynical about relationships, divorce court being his profession, he's lately started encouraging couples to reconcile, so that they might feel even a fraction of the happiness he has with Daphne. It's tragic in hindsight, given how their relationship turns out, but sweet nonetheless.
* In "The First Temptation of Daphne", Daphne finds session notes in Niles' briefcase on a patient, Heather Murphy, who is apparently in love with Niles. He tries to explain the concept of transference to her - the premise that a patient near the beginning of therapy can sometimes misinterpret a therapist's concern as affection, and reciprocate the imagined feelings - but she can't shake her concern that she might have competition for Niles' affection, and eventually goes to Heather's office with Roz to see what she looks like. In the episode's final scene, she admits to Niles that she read Heather's file and visited her office; as the only emotion Niles feels more powerfully than his love for Daphne is his sense of duty to the psychiatric profession, he is ''[[TranquilFury livid]]'' at the breach of privacy Daphne's actions represent, and offended that she doesn't trust him. Until she explains that the reason she had to investigate Heather's apparent love for him:
-->'''Niles:''' How could you ''possibly'' think there could be somebody else?!\
'''Daphne:''' ... because ''I'' was somebody else.\
'''Niles:''' ... what?\
'''Daphne:''' You were married to ''two'' other women while you claim to have been in love with me. Well - now that we're together, [[ArmorPiercingQuestion how can I be sure, REALLY sure that there won't ever be a somebody else?]]\
'''Niles:''' ''[reflexively]'' Because I would NEVER- ''[stops, and thinks, possibly for the first time, about this very question]'' Because this time it's different. Our love is different. It's not based on somebody's expectations, or, or... anything I'm supposed to be. When I was with Maris, or with Mel, I found myself thinking about you. Going about my day, or, uh... even when I was in a session. I found myself thinking about you. Well, now we're together... I find myself thinking about you. It's not going to stop.\
''[Daphne and Niles hug]''\
'''Niles:''' I'm still mad at you.\
'''Daphne:''' ''[with an ear-to-ear smile of pure relief]'' I know.
* During "The Last Time I Saw Maris", after Maris has threatened to divorce Niles for finally calling her out on her mistreatment of him, she says that she'll take him back if he shoulders all the blame for her latest mistreatment of him. In spite of Frasier's advice (partly born of his marriage to Lilith), Martin tries to be neutral, telling Niles that if he decides to take the deal, the two will still support him. But not five seconds later, as Niles turns to the stairs leading to Maris...
-->'''Martin:''' '''''WHAT ARE YOU, NUTS?!''''' You're gonna go up there and grovel to that woman after what she did to you?!\
'''Niles:''' Actually, I was just going to get my car keys. ''(picks them up, then adds amusedly)'' But thanks for the impartial advice, Dad.
** He does so, and the three leave together.
* "Kissing Cousin", Episode 4 from Season 10. For most of the episode, station manager Kenny is going through a bit of a mid-life crisis, with the only indication he gives to anyone being a "superstition" that's connected with finally unpacking the boxes in his office. He even lets Roz's party-girl cousin sweet-talk him into considering abandoning everything and touring the world. After she leaves and Kenny's considering his options, he listens to the current broadcast, in which Roz (frustrated after her cousin's remarks) is making an impassioned speech about dealing with her own maturity and finding value in settling down and making a home for yourself instead of wild pursuits. When the caller is distracted by remembering Roz and her cousin at a club earlier that week, Frasier says that he knows that someone out there took her words to heart...and Kenny starts unpacking his boxes.
* Season 11's "Guns N' Neuroses" features Lilith's final appearance on the show. After spending some of the episode either avoiding or just missing each other, they meet up halfway through for what should be a brief time before heading out on their respective blind dates (not knowing that they've actually been matched up with one another). Invoking PoorCommunicationKills, they accidentally canceling their dates with each other through phone calls to their intermediary and spend the rest of the night together. They then get into a situation where they have to counsel a nearby arguing couple, working together perfectly as a team to help the couple resolve their issues. When they're left alone again, Frasier and Lilith reveal that they each got canceled on and decide just to order room service and fall asleep on the couch. They wake up hastily, as Lilith has a plane to catch out of Seattle. As Frasier exits, the two talk about how the relationship has shaped their lives, underlining how, even if the marriage ended in divorce, the two still care about each other.
-->'''Frasier''': What would we think of each other if we were just meeting for the first time?\
'''Lilith''': But if we hadn't met, we'd be different people now.\
'''Frasier''': Ah, true. But, then, that raises many other questions. I mean, what sort of man would a non-Lilith Frasier be? What sort of woman would --\
'''Lilith''': ''(rushing over to him)'' Did I mention I have a plane to catch?\
'''Frasier''': Yes. Of course. ''(Opens the door to leave the apartment.)''\
'''Lilith''': But you're right. It was a lovely evening.\
'''Frasier''': We do have our baggage, don't we? ''(chuckles)'' But, then, sometimes, that's what makes the trip so interesting.\
'''Lilith''': With one hand, the past moves us forward, and with the other, it holds us back.\
''(The two hug and Frasier kisses Lilith on the cheek.)''\
'''Frasier''': Goodbye, Lilith.\
'''Lilith''': Goodbye, Frasier.\
''(Frasier walks over to the elevator.)''\
''(Lilith stares at him meaningfully for a few seconds before closing the door.)''\
''(Frasier turns back to look at the door upon hearing it close, the elevator dings, and he smiles slightly before turning back around to step inside.)''
* At the end of "Freudian Sleep", after Frasier, Niles, and Daphne experience disturbing nightmares symbolizing their worries (to sum up: Frasier's worried that he'll be alone, Niles is worried that he'll be a bad father, and Daphne is afraid that Niles will lose interest in her), Martin tells them that everyone has problems:
-->'''Martin:''' BlahBlahBlah. ''[to Daphne]'' You're going to lose your looks? Happens to everyone. ''[to Frasier]'' You're afraid you're going to end up alone? You'll still have your family. ''[to Niles]'' You're afraid you're going to be a bad father? Join the club. Now just clam it up and go to bed.
** When they come back to him to say that he's right, Martin and Ronnee start [[SugarWiki/AwesomeMusic singing a jazzy duet version of "The Sunny Side of the Street"]], ending with Ronnee giving Martin a kiss on the cheek. The scene was (naturally) then revealed to be AllJustADream, but that doesn't make it any less heartfelt.
* At the end of the first half "Something Borrowed, Someone Blue" Daphne learns that Niles and Mel have eloped before she could reveal she's fallen for him. She's naturally heartbroken and makes an excuse to leave the apartment where she breaks down in tears. The elevator opens to reveal a neighbour, who's spent the entire episode overhearing the various conversations about the UnrequitedLoveSwitcheroo, who wordlessly pulls Daphne into a hug.
* In "The Love You Fake," Frasier and [[SitcomArchNemesis Cam Winston]] agree to put their feud behind them once and for all when Martin and Cam's mother Cora appear to have fallen in love. In actuality, Martin and Cora staged the whole thing just to get their sons to bury the hatchet, but the two (meaning Martin and Cora) do become genuine friends.
* In "Visions of Daphne," Daphne has a vision of her true love having a dragon, which she dismisses. At the end of the episode, we see Niles unwrapping a gift from Roz he despises: a ceramic dragon. That said, he doesn't get rid of that dragon. It was actually added to Niles' apartment set (it's on the table next to the front door). [[PetTheDog Niles actually couldn't bring himself to get rid of it, despite his snobbish nature.]]
** The next time that dragon statue is ever clearly seen, though? The stinger at the end of "Maris Returns" when the radio announcer says that Maris killed her boyfriend. Considering the following episode focuses on Niles and Daphne trying to protect themselves from Maris' actions culminating in Niles finally getting the last word on Maris, the symbolism is beautiful: for Daphne, [[AlwaysSaveTheGirl Niles will be a Dragon.]]
* In "Out With Dad", Frasier tries to woo a woman on Valentine's Day who he met at the opera. When she comes to the house, she brings along her uncle Edward, who she believes would be a good match for [[MistakenForGay Martin.]] Martin manages to escape the situation by pretending Niles is his boyfriend, but strikes up a rapport with Edward over their being parents and takes him home at the end of the evening.
* In "The Doctor is Out", Frasier enjoys the benefits of a friendship with Alistair Burke's friend, whilst claiming ignorance that the director is clearly in love with him. When Frasier gently tells him that he is straight, he asks for one favor, that Alistair let him stay until the guests have gone so he doesn't appear to have been jilted. Alistair happily obliges, and takes him off the hot tub.
* "Miss Right Now" has Creator/JenniferTilly playing the same fun girl with a heart of gold she did in ''Cheers''. Frasier breaks off their sex date in the sweetest way possible after yet another interruption, this time by Charlotte. As Kim leaves she quietly and genuinely wishes him good luck.
-->'''Frasier:''' Uh, Kim, I'm terribly sorry about this. I'm afraid it's just not going to work out for us tonight.\
'''Kim:''' ''(smiling, knowing)'' She's the one, isn't she?
* After John Mahoney passed away in February 2018, Kelsey Grammer appeared on ''The Talk'' several days later and declared: "He was my father and I loved him." He explained that [[ParentalSubstitute Mahoney played his father longer than he knew his own father]] and that he never had a brother either, meaning that his relationships with both men was very much like a RealLife counterpart. In fact, in the DVD documentary about ''Frasier'', Grammer asked Mahoney about being in the series, knowing the latter was only fifteen years older than the former, "Wanna be my Dad?"
* In Season Four's "Three Dates And A Breakup", Martin feels guilty about saying "I love you" to Sherry, after being married to his beloved Hester for 40 years. Frasier tells Martin what Hester said to him after his first marriage broke up, and what she would probably say to Martin now:
-->''She said to me, "Frasier, you've got to promise me you're not going to give up." I said, "Mom, please, the last thing I want to hear is a bunch of cliches, and that we're all put on the earth to love each other, and how it's certainly possible for the human heart to love more than one person." I said, "Alright, Mom, give me one good reason to ever let myself fall in love again." She said, "Because I said so and I'm your mother!"
