1	* In one of the Fortress of Solitude raids, Krypto is mind-controlled by Brainiac to attack. When the control is broken and Brainiac's forces are defeated, Lex calls it an "insane mutt" but Superman retorts that "maybe one day you will understand loyalty, human or animal".
2	* The Booster Gold exploration tours are full of jokes and grandstanding on Booster's behalf, all spoken in a very cheerful and cocky manner. When he gets to Leslie Thompkin's free clinic in Gotham, however, he speaks very seriously and sullenly out of respect for the clinic, noting that "This Booster Gold endorsement is provided free of charge".
3	* Near the Crime Alley kiosk in Gotham you can visit the spot where Bruce Wayne's parents were murdered. There laying on the ground is a bouquet of roses undoubtedly left by their son.
4	* In some of the higher leveled villain quests, Calculator seems to be more genuine in rooting for you and/or wishing you success.
5	* A villainous example with Black Adam, who vows revenge against you after you destroy a revived Isis. CameBackWrong be damned.
6	* After saving Smallville, Martian Manhunter thanks you and your team, saying that "it means more to [[{{Franchise/Superman}} some]] than you [[SecretIdentity know]]."
7	* Beast Boy's line in the Gotham Wastelands
8	--> Trigon's sons think they're Raven's family. They're wrong. ''We'' are!
9	** Called back in Episode 32 where Raven states that while she may have multiple siblings, the Titans are her true family.
10	* In certain Raids, if you're knocked out, there's a chance you may be revived by any NPC allies you have fighting alongside you, which is heartwarming enough, but depending on the Raid, you may even have Villain NPC allies reviving you when you're down, a good example is during the fight against Brainiac in one of of Fortress of Solitude Raids where you might get revived by Lex Luthor or even General Zod, showing that even the the foes you usually fight against recognize an EnemyMine situation and signifying the fact that whether you're a hero or a villian, you're ALL fighting to protect Earth from the same threat.
11	* In the Phantom Zone alert, the player team is trapped in the Phantom Zone due to a trap meant for Superman, and [[YearOutsideHourInside weeks pass outside]] until the latter rescues them, and he said a certain reporter has saved the newspapers if they need to catch up.
12	* After completing the Mirror Image: Justice League briefings, Superman sends you this message, reminding you that yes, you are a part of the Justice League:
13	--> The Justice League historical files on this other Earth are invaluable. Looking forwards to hearing yours when you make one.
14	* While wandering around, the player may find a civilian [[DrivenToSuicide preparing to commit suicide by jumping off a building]]. If the player is a hero, they have the option to talk them down and save them, at which point the civilian thanks them for saving their lives.
15	* Truthfully, any time an NPC civilian thanks your superhero or cheers you on can be this.
16	* In "Origin Crisis", You and Future Batman have to time travel to prevent the origin of an evil version of Batman. As it just so happens, the origin involves that fateful day in Crime Alley. When given the chance, Future Batman decides to SetRightWhatOnceWentWrong by saving the alternate versions of his parents and ensuring that events happen as they (in his opinion) are ''supposed'' to. As a bonus, that version of Bruce Wayne becomes inspired by Future Batman and aims to become just like him, ensuring Batman comes into existence in that reality even without his DarkAndTroubledPast.
17	* At the end of the "Teen Titans: The Judas Contract" episode, Cyborg says that even though he's moving on to the Justice League, he'll always be a Titan. Even stating that there is no team that can compete with them. Not even the Justice League.
18	* The monologues from Aquaman and Mera during the Sea of Love Valentines event are really sweet.
19	* After helping Supergirl rescue Superman from the Phantom Zone, she personally tells you that both she and her cousin consider you a part of their family.
20	* Why is Killer Croc willing to aide the heroes in defending Gotham in ''Metal: Part I''? It's his home, as it's the only place he feels he's able to fit in.
21	* When you open 15 Flashpoint Time Capsules, you are rewarded with the Half-Up Ponytail Hairstyle. When you receive it via mail, there is the following message from Wonder Woman:
22	-->''"An Amazon's hairstyle is a bond between sisters: personally expressive, combat practical, and made with care. Of course, your style and prowess is legendary, but more than that, you are important to me. When you wear this, remember the bond between us."''
23	* ''Flashtastic Voyage'': After defeating the fake Flash (actually Brainiac in disguise), Kid Flash is still shook over what he believed to be The Flash's HiddenDisdainReveal towards him. Flash assures his grandson that he does love him and that he is proud of him. Kid then says to his allies:
