1	* The Fix-Its' initial contact with everyone in the building. Their first acts are to repair various personal items; firmly establishing that their intentions are not hostile:
2	** Frank's photo of their first day of business that was ruined when Carlos and his goons trash the cafe.
3	** A vase that got smashed by Frank out of frustration and despair.
4	** Harry's glass jar. Not only that, but the tiles that were in the jar are restored and arranged as a mosaic of one of the Fix-Its.
5	** Mason's door that Carlos' goons has smashed out.
6	** Marisa's statue that they broke.
7	** Then, after Faye properly introduces them, they repair Frank's pocket watch and it's revealed that they fully restored his cafe.
8	* Faye Riley's relationship with the "[[AffectionateNickname Little Guys]]", as she calls them.
9	* Faye's relationship with Carlos. Even though she thinks she's her son Bobby and he's antagonistic toward the tenants, the fact that she's nice to him and treats him with kindness likely went a long way toward his HeelFaceTurn and saving her life.
10	* Kilowatt and Carmen's MatingDance.
11	* After the Fix-Its give birth, Frank promises that he and the other tenants will do everything in their power to protect them.
12	* Harry's strong connection with the smallest Fix-It. The fact that he worked so hard to bring the little guy to life should be mentioned.
13	** The other Fix-Its' reaction when they find out the little one is alive after all. Flotsam and Jetsam jump and chirp which their baby sibling copies in an adorable way.
14	* The very end of the film, where thousands of Fix-Its descend from the sky to repair the destroyed apartment building.
15	* And everyone's reactions to seeing the fully repaired and restored building.
