* Why Cleo and Nefera are less 'mummies' than their father? Are they really undead monsters? They look exactly as normies (except with some magic bandages). Also there's some aspects of their monster powers. They use amulets mostly, charm some animals and a weird scream but rarely we see those abilities. Even a video about the ghouls's powers is only about using amulets. Are they capable of sand manipulation as their father? Honestly with the forgotten abilities of super scream and animal charming, and the only use of amulets they are mostly very old humans instead of undead magic beings. Also, they sleep, and eat as normal humans. This is about Generation 1.
** Are you sure? In Boo York Ramses can control sand like Imhotep in Film/TheMummyTrilogy. It's very probable that Cleo and Nefera also can do it, as both of them can summon and control scarabs and snakes, and both have the glass breaking scream. In Cleo's Gloom and Bloom diary she mentioned that by becoming a monster increases the strength enormous. She have powers, also Nefera, but they are drama queens, and prefer use amulets and leaving work yo their servants. And for the question about how they are "less mummies", they were designed as dolls for children. Also the mummification process was different here, as the bandages are magical. They must use the bandages, if not they will turn into skeletal dust remains.
** Apparently Mattel recognized this, taken note to G3, where Cleo is a complete and most traditional mummy, with her organs put in canopic jars, scarab beetles living inside her, [[AdaptationalBadass and vast curse powers without amulets]].
----
* Why does everyone seem to think Lagoona is the daughter of the Film/CreatureFromTheBlackLagoon? She's just the daughter of sea monsters. Gil, her crush, is the Creature's son.
** Oh, and Cleo's parents are never named. She's just the daughter of the Mummy.
*** It has more to do with iconic monsters from the old films. Lagoona's name is a reference to Film/CreatureFromTheBlackLagoon. Sea Monster is just too vague. We'll have to wait for more information on Gil before we treat him like Gill-man's son. For Cleo, it's somewhat implied to be Imhotep. I think the series is more or less a ShoutOut to old monster movies in general.
*** her father has been named Ramses De Nile. He's even going to make an appearance in the movie Ghouls Rule.
*** Gil looks more like the Creature than Lagoona, and the titular Mummy of the old movies had his name changed in the sequel to Kharis. I know my Universal Horror, thanks.
*** Just about every old movie sea monster looked the same. While they might be ripping off the Gill-man design, Gil represents the rather generic look that these sea monsters have. Heck, by that argument alone we could say plenty of the other background sea monsters in the webisodes could be Gill-man's kids as they also look more like him than Lagoona.
*** I've always thought that Lagoona was the daughter of the Loch Ness Monster. But a recent webisode states that Lagoona is a Saltwater monster. So no lake-based monsters.
*** Now we have the actual Loch Ness Monster girl, Lorna [=McNessie.=]
*** It has been explained in Lagoona's newest diary that her mother is an Ocean Nymph. She is the first known mixed monster.
** [[WildMassGuessing Gil is the son of]] [[ComicBook/{{Hellboy}} Abe Sapien]].
*** That's exactly what I thought!
** Officially Jossed: a recent webisode showed that both of his parents are gigantic featureless sea slugs. Only that raises the question of how two giant sea slugs have a son who is not only humanoid but has the features of a fish.
*** Maybe he's adopted?
*** Slugs? I thought they were like Krakens and we were watching only one of their tentacles each. They spit ink. Maybe Gill’s species is more humanoid when is very young and became big and monstrous with time like Father Dagon and Mother Hydra (parents of the humanoid Deep Ones) in Lovecraft’s lore.
----
* Where is the monster police? Like dude, this kid is literally about to be publicly executed over pumpkins and spraypaint! A dozen kids just got kidnapped from their high school so they could forcefully attend another school, and at that same school they've been taken to every student is getting chained up and not allowed to leave! This one guy is just turning people into stone! THE SCHOOL IS GETTING ATTACKED BY A KRAKEN, WHERE ARE YOU?!
----
* Little bout of FridgeBrilliance. In Heath's debut webisode Draculaura keeps swooning over him, but in his later appearances, she doesn't appear to like him as much. Why? Because at some point she probably realized what he meant with "You look horrible! ...I like that in a girl!" and dumped him for being too narcissistic.
** I don't think that's the case. Heath still pursued Draculaura until Clawd took interest in her. He is going after Abbey in the diaries. Tell me if I'm getting this wrong, but it sounds like you think Heath only took interest because he will look better by comparison?? He's full of himself, but not that full.
*** I prefer a simpler explanation: She went out with him, saw what a tosspot he was, and declined to continue dating him. Recall that in the webisode where Heath challenged Clawdeen to a race (which took place between his debut and Draculaura falling for Clawd), she wanted nothing to do with him.
----
* Holt's face tattoo. . . It's silly, but Jackson and Holt share all other body modifications. So how does Holt have the facial tattoo but not Jackson? Is it just makeup or something?
** Holt has never referred to his facial mark as a tattoo. It is probably another part of the transformation with the blue skin and flaming hair.
----
* If Clawdeen and her siblings are werewolves, how come they're always wolves? Aren't werewolves humans who only transform into wolves under certain phases of the moon?
** In this universe, werewolves and other werebeasts are essentially hybrids. The full moon does make the werewolves unruly and even more wolf-like. The real-life answer is probably just aesthetics and the doll line would stick out with a character that doesn't resemble a human so easily.
** G2 is a bit more faithful to classic werewolf mythology, as they're shown to be wolf-people capable of turning into "true" wolves.
** G3 has taken a step further that, while passing it off with Clawdeen having a human father, she tends to shift between wolfgirl and fully human form. The G3 cartoon has also established that werewolves in general turn into humans under the full moon.
----
* Is there any evidence whether Frankie is made from dead people or not? In the original story, Frankenstein couldn't use dead people, in at least one remake he used dead body parts.
** You know what might be the case Frankie might be like Edward Scissorhands, in the movie he was artificially made instead of using actual dead parts and this might explain why Frankie looks like that woman from Skull Shores. This either means that her father got the girl's body and used it or used the women's likeness to make Frankie and if that's so then... Jesus her parents are genius! I mean wasn't in the book The monster was dumb now he can make his kid whether it be artificial or real? But you know he could've made her both ways explaining why her hand can come off at will and not bleed in the Monster high book though when her head fell off she was out for a while so yeah it could go either way but I'd like to think the parents used both.
** I think you're mistaken. In Mary Shelley's ''Literature/{{Frankenstein}}'' (the book, [[JustForFun/IThoughtItMeant not the adaptation]] [[Film/MaryShelleysFrankenstein with]] Creator/RobertDeNiro), Victor Frankenstein specifically mentions that he cannot bring CORPSES back to life, but he does get parts from slaughterhouses and morgues. But to answer your question, it is never explicitly mentioned if Frankie was made in the same way, although the fact that she is very clearly made from sewn-together parts might suggest it.
*** I don't want to think of where he might've gotten teen girl body parts from because most dead teen girls die through pretty terrible means and I don't like to think he got some suicidal teen girl body parts, let's just have how she was made be kept secret.
** I can't speak for the dolls/webisodes, but in the books, Frankie's dad explains that he made her parts himself. Exactly what they're made out of isn't specified, but it's implied to be artificial, not made from actual dead people. But it could mean that he found said teen girl's body parts and fixed them up so Frankie would not look grotesque like he did, so it could be either way
** Well, she CAN detach body parts without bleeding, and can even remote control her own hands. Whatever she's made from, the separate parts seem to be able to exist split from the whole.
** If you read the original Frankenstein, Victor never actually specifies how he built the creature, and outright refuses to tell us the details. For all we know, Frankie's parts could've been artificially grown in a lab and just sewn together after
----
* So exactly how long does Deuce's stoning last? One webisode has him mention that it'll wear off quickly, a later one shows that he accidentally stoned his pet dragon and only knows it'll wear off on a future anniversary of the day of the accident, and the recent television special had him state that there's no way to determine how long until it wears off. So which is it?
** There's no way of knowing, but the rule of thumb for Deuce is 24 hours.
** FridgeBrilliance if you think about it. Deuce was just a child when he accidentally petrified his pet; in real life, the bite of a rattlesnake is deadliest when it's very young before it learns to control the dosage of its venom.
** Or he's learned to control it better since then.
----
* Why did they give Draculaura two beach-themed dolls? Why not give a character like Spectra(who currently only has one doll while Drcaulaura has 6 other dolls not counting Gloom Beach and Skull Shores) one instead?
** Ghoulia and Frankie are in both Gloom Beach and Skull Shores. In the trailer for the Skull Shore specials, we do see Clawdeen and Cleo are wearing new outfits as well, so they might even get a short SS release. As for why Draculaura for her 'special treatment' in getting two beach outfits, she is the most popular character amongst the demographic.
** I just blame ExecutiveMeddling as always.
** She is getting a 3rd, with the 2013 beach line.
----
* Why do so many people take Spectra's account of Toralei's history as being canon? Beyond the usual bit of FanDumb at play, it seems a lot of MH fans accept Spectra's film without questioning it. Do they forget-
** Spectra is known to get info completely wrong.
** The webisode claimed that Toralei and the werecat twins are all orphans. At the very least, the twins' diary says numerous times that they still live with their parents (can anyone with Toralei's diary confirm if it also says she lives with her parents?).
** Toralei merely said she liked the film- she didn't say whether or not any of it was true. After all, the film did seem to give her more "street cred" as a tough person with a rough past.
----
* Why does Jinafire Long, daughter of the Chinese Dragon, have ''fire'' as her element? Isn't the Chinese Dragon ''water'' based? For that matter, why is she hot-tempered? Shouldn't she be difficult to rattle and have a calming influence on people? I've never even studied Chinese mythology, I just recalled someone ranting about how [[WesternAnimation/{{Mulan}} Mushu]] should also be water-based (probably on this very website), checked Google, and skimmed a couple of links. It's not that hard to do basic research.
** Out-of-Universe explanation: Mattel probably thinks kids won't know that Chinese dragons are different from Western ones and will be confused if she doesn't have them. In-Universe explanation: One of her parents is a Western dragon, or is part Western dragon, so while her appearance and culture are Chinese her powers and attitude come more from the Western side of the family.
** Funnily enough, she will become a water dragon when she combines with Lagoona in the Freaky Fusion line/special.
----
* Is there any relation between Operetta and Mr. Rotter? She's the Daughter of the Phantom of the Opera, and he's physically modeled after the Lon Cheney Phantom.
** Not likely, as he has a German accent, and the Phantom has never been portrayed as German.
----
* Another Question about C.A. Cupid, is why is she adopted? I mean Cupid was married! So why is his kid adopted?
** ...Being married doesn't mean you can't adopt kids.
*** True, but I don't think she ever mentions her mother or adoptive sibling(s).
** Her diary says she was left on their doorstep.
** Because Eros' "canon" daughter is the goddess of orgasms. I don't think Mattell was gonna let that slide, high school valentines day special or not.
----
* Was it just me or was that a play on the Law and Order SVU theme song playing during the courtroom scene in Frights, Camera, Action?
----
* I see a bit of continuity snarl in the specials. In "Ghouls Rule" and a couple of earlier specials, it's implied that Monsters are the minority and Humans the dominant species. However in later specials like "Scaris: City of Frights," it's shown as if monsters are the only species and humans, with exceptions like Jackson Jekyll, are largely forgotten. Any ideas?
** They probably realized the potential UnfortunateImplications of that plotline and decided to drop it, most likely.
*** Not for long though, as the new Generation brings it back and put it in the focus, in essence fusing the book series with the web series.
----
* The real headscratcher is HOW ON EARTH WAS SIRENA EVER CONCEIVED?! We know one of her parents is a mermaid, here we already have a huge anatomical impediment for one side of her family, and the other being a ghost... how could he possibly knock up a sold? It makes sense a mermaid gets pregnant from another merman, but a ghost! How was the mechanic involved?"
** Perhaps her mermaid/merman parent made a deal with a sea witch to make it possible. If Ariel could make it so she could get legs, perhaps a more outlandish desire like 'I love this ghost and I want a family with him/her, make it happen.' is possible.
----
* If Draculaura has turned 1600 (and it's treated as a regular birthday), does that mean she ages? And if she's aging one year every hundred years, does that mean her friends are soon going to be far older than her (and even die)? Plus, if she's known Clawd and Clawdeen since they were kids, isn't her relationship with the former a little... creepy?
** This is a children's franchise, so I highly doubt they thought through the implications all that much. People in the target age range, after all, probably wouldn't consider any of that stuff very deeply, if at all. Now, to answer parts of your question, I doubt vampire birthdays are considered all that important. This is Draculaura we're talking about, and she's the sort who would throw a party for any reason she could; her birthday could just be an excuse to have one more party a year and to get presents. Plus, 1600 years fall evenly into a whole new century, which could make it a commemorable occasion. I don't think she ages past the age she turned into a vampire. This likely is true of some of her friends, but not all of them. Cleo's functionally immortal as well, as long as she keeps her bandages on, and doesn't seem to age at all; Ghoulia and Spectra are more likely than not already dead, so they can't exactly age themselves (depending on how MH defines zombies/ghosts, which isn't entirely clear). Gigi's probably older than Draculaura is as well, though she might age; we don't know if she was born as a teen or not. I don't know if Frankie would age at all, either, since she's not a biological human. Honestly, most of the student body is far older than they appear, and many of them seem to be immortal. The biggest question is probably whether or not the immortal students have just been held back a lot.
*** ProportionalAging. By virtue of being a vampire (not sure what kind she's supposed to be), we could say that Draculaura ages really slowly, so, chronologically, in human years, she's mega old (she was born in about 412 AD) but, in vampire years, she's the same age as Clawd, so, when they say they met as kids, they met when the former was still a kid, as per vampire years. Another interpretation is that her "birthday" might be the official day that she's turned, in which case, she's spent about 1,600 years a vampire. Worth pointing is that we don't even know what year Clawd was born in.
----
* Meta question here. Besides the obvious (they're a line of fashion dolls), why are all of the monsters similar to conventionally attractive humans? Sure, they all have a few weird details, but on the whole, they all look like models. Is there any reason for the children of more bizarre monsters like the Hydra or a corpse flower to be humanoid? [[FridgeHorror Do we want to know?]]
----
* Although she doesn't attend the titular school, why is Mouscedes King, the daughter of a ''fairy-tale villain'' in the Monster High line instead of Ever After High?
** Most likely to tie into ''Boo York, Boo York's'' foreshadowing the crossover that eventually happened in the Lost Movie. Same with how Astranova would fit better into the scrapped Luna High and Elle and Dayna would likewise correspond to the Robo and High Seas trademarks. Sadly, with Generation II on the horizon, we probably won't get a full fleshed-out cosmology.
** Assuming she's the daughter of ''The Nutcracker'''s Rat King, she's at MH because the Rat King is a monster in a way.
----
* Why is Meowlody included in the Ghouls' Getaway line when she, Purrsephone, and Toralei are inseparable characters, mainly due to the twins' [[FlatCharacter flatness]]?
** Probably because the doll diaries have been developing the twins as separate individuals for years and Mattel wanted to put their dolls where their mouth was.
----
* What kind of monster is the CAM Three-Eyed Ghoul?
** Since she's customizable, she can be anything.
*** Shapeshifter?
----
* Why are the Blue family the only known residents of the Great Scarrier Reef with humanoid legs? Yes, Lagoona was conceptualized before her backstory and place of origin were developed, but it only makes her fish transformation seem out-of-place.
** She's part sea-nymph and sea nymphs (ICR remember exactly what they're called) are pretty humanoid looking already. Later toylines, however, explain that the Blues get legs after puberty, as Ebbie (The youngest one) is shown with a fishtail.
----
* How does a skeleton excel at pottery? Forming clay requires a lot of handwork, but without skin, it would likely be very difficult.
** Some of pottery making is where you sculpt the vase or whatever into shape, so maybe they use their bones like you'd use sculpting tools.
----
* And [[SkewedPriorities most importantly]], what happened to the snacks Twyla left to get in "Boogey Mansion?" When she returns to the nightmare chaos, she doesn't have any food, so what was she doing before she returned?
----
* So what is Cupid's status as of the reboot? Is she still a former student of Monster High despite not being in Welcome To Monster High? She's been fully moved to Ever After High, so will Mattel even bother addressing this?
** Since Mattel canceled Ever After High, she might be retconned.
----
* Why in the world were Ghoulia and Abbey left out of Welcome To Monster High? For that matter have Howleen, Clawd, and Clawdia been permanently replaced by a group of nondescript cubs?
** Presumably they weren't important yet and we'll see them later or Mattel mistakenly thought they wouldn't be so missed and they were wrong. Clawd has been confirmed for future doll releases, at least, so maybe the rest will come.
----
* How does the latest movie even work as a prequel(as Mattel claims it is) when there are so many discrepancies between it and the old show?
** It's a desperate attempt to save face, due to the backlash at the "reboot" status of the brand. The continuities fit together very sloppily, if at all, so it'll take some work to merge the two.
----
* Finnegan Wake is paraplegic; his tail does not work, period. At least, not in the diary entries, because the profile says he likes to swim and exercise his tail. If I understand correctly, the profile was the result of a group vote, but couldn't they have made sure he was consistently defined? He's supposed to be in a wheelchair because he's disabled, not simply because mermen can't walk on land.
** To answer the first part, like how RL paraplegics can be taught to swim without their legs, Finnegan probably learned how to swim without his tail and, to answer the second part (and some more of the first part), his tail might not be completely paralyzed, so "exercising his tail" could be read that he's rehabbing his tail to get it more functional. Another thing to note is that "paralysis" could mean "without feeling", " without movement", or "both", so, it seems to be that Finnegan couldn't ''move'' his tail but not that he couldn't '''feel''' it.
----
* What are the limits on vampire visibility? They can't appear in mirrors, sure, but sometimes they're visible in photographs, and Elissabat can be seen on film, so are there any rules here?
** Vampire rules depend on the kind of vampire and a lot of those rules apply to older technology. So, to answer the mirrors one, the mirrors are silver backed/are silver, so Draculaura wouldn't see herself in the mirror, while Elissabat can be caught on film, if it's from a digital or phone camera (which aren't mirrored, like analog cameras are).
----
* How does Gil's water-breathing work? He's normally shown with a tank of water around his head in very implausible outfits for such a thing to be airtight, he's fine without the helmet if he's in water even above the surface, and somehow a scuba mask does the job as well?
** Some species of fish can survive upwards of 24 hours outside of water, as long as their gills are wet. Gil's gills could be on the upper part of his face (around his eyes and nose), going by the placement of his mask.
----
* Whisp could have won easily in 13 Wishes if she'd just sequestered Howleen down in one of the many forgotten rooms in the catacombs under the school before the start of the eclipse, and then quietly buried the last shard somewhere no one would find it. Two simple steps to victory and [[TakeOverTheWorld total world domination]]. Perhaps she should have coaxed Howleen to wish for a copy of the EvilOverlordList?
----
* Why did Principal Revenant bother establishing a high school? She could transfer more than one of her chains to another ghost, so why not grab the first one she could entice into her house, transfer ''all'' of her chains to that unfortunate, and then leave? (Or try to leave, and then much more quickly discover that even divesting herself of all of them would not free her.)
** She probably tried that, since they thought the Red Lady was only a legend, it was a long time ago, and probably Revenant discovered she could transfer her chains only to ghosts who were "guilty" of something. Making a High School allowed her to make rules and punish them as she seemed fit. Since she didn't want to risk people catching up to what she was doing, she did it little at a time.
----
* One question that has been bugging me is why didn't Jackson and Holt's parents ever tell them of their dual nature? You suddenly transfer your seemingly ugly normie son to an institute for monsters with no explanation why. You neglect to tell him, either one, about their differences and just ignore the fact that the normie one has been freaking out about these 'blackouts' he's been having. That's not even going into whether or not Heath even knew about Holt being his cousin too, and if he did why he never addressed Holt to Jackson.
----
* If Deuce and Jackson are such good friends how come he doesn't hang around him or protect him from bullies? Jackson needs a good friend.
** Deuce debuted before Jackson did, so they weren't friends until Mattel added their backstories. Other explanations is that 1) Deuce and Jackson hang out more so after school or 2) Deuce doesn't know.
----
* How come the werecats get tails but the werewolves (at least in the original) don't?
** Meta, but they probably didn't know how to do tails until they released the werecat dolls, and just didn't want to backtrack for some reason.
----
* If Clawdeen is gay, why has she shown no romantic interest in girls in the movies or series? Technically, she's not a lesbian.
** Clawdeen was never meant to be or written with the thought that she could be a lesbian. It was only a popular interpretation of her low-romance storyline. Garrett Sander confirmed this, but he did voice support for the fanon.
** Pretty sure it was established they wanted to, but you have to remember this was made in the early 2010s when execs were less likely to approve of clear LGBT+ relations in children's media.
*** Also, the creator said that he was shut down several times when suggesting that characters could be LGBT (so far he's said Kieran Valentine was meant to be gay and possibly heavily closeted, and he suggested that Neighthan could be LGBT). Mattel was much more concerned with their reputation first and representation second, and at that time, they just couldn't risk it.
----
* So how does snake hair work? It's shown that the snakes are sentient and have some degree of intelligence (being able to hold makeup brushes for Viperine) and that they can eat (Deuce offers his ice cream to some of his snakes in ''[=WtMH=]''). But where does the food go? How do they grow out of the scalp? And how does Deuce have a mostly "shaved" head? Does a "haircut" require the forcible removal of snakes?
** Deuce's snakes so happen to grow like that.
----
* Why exactly did they decide to make Elissabat and Draculaura look so similar? It doesn't lead to a mistaken identity plot (the vampires know who they're crowning), so why?
** They're sisters in a way
*** The original plot called for them to be cousins. That got wiped, but the design stayed.
----
* Zombie and unicorn hybrid. ''How?'' ''[[BestialityIsDepraved Why?]]''
** Nevermind, it was established in Neighthan's diary that unicorns can take a human form.
----
* Is it even safe for Jackson to be at Monster High? A lot of the student population (vampires, zombies, etc) eat humans, and most monsters have some form of SuperStrength.
** Jackson isn't ''human'', just human looking. It's just not clear ''what'' he is.
----
* Zombies can't talk. If that's the case, why is it that every zombie made after Ghoulia can speak English?
** No zombie in G1 speaks English except Neighthan, who is a hybrid, and a zombie cop in the ''Ghoulfriends'' books. The first main continuity full-blood zombie that can speak is part of G2.
** I took it that "zombie noises" was really a different language. Ghoulia can understand English but she just doesn't speak it.
----
* Why is it that whenever Moanica kidnaps someone, it's always a girl and never a boy? She even mentions assimilating Ari into her army via infecting her with her nails ("Anything to say to Tash before she joins my army? Tash will only understand if she becomes one of us!). That sounds like the only reason she's doing it is that she's gay.
** She has a whole army of boys.
----
* Much like how [[Toys/EverAfterHigh Briar]] really should have been in ''Dragon Games,'' there are some weird decisions about who the specials leave out of their main casts. Jackson and Holt are barely in ''Freaky Fusion'', likely because their role as Frankie's love interest was being supplanted by Neighthan, at least temporarily; however, being half human and half monster, with all the drama that's caused them in the past, ''and'' already sharing a body would have made them perfect candidates for the main cast. The de Niles are Jinafire's host family (according to doll diaries; ''Ghoulfriends'' puts her in a dorm with Skelita, but nothing else even mentions the school having dorms), so she really should have been in ''Boo York, Boo York.'' Frankie is the main character of Generation I, with Draculaura only replacing her in Generation II, so why hasn't she shown up in the Lost Movie at all? And Lagoona ''did'' have a major role in ''Freaky Fusion,'' but it should have been a completely different one since the movie didn't even acknowledge that she is a Hybrid herself! It also seems odd that Sirena became a prominent character after ''Freaky Fusion'', but she didn't appear in ''Great Scarrier Reef'', which might have given her a chance to learn more about her mermaid side.
** These odd character choices even occur in the other lines. For example, the Music Festival line left out ''music-themed'' Operetta, Gloom, and Bloom left out Honey and Skelita, who definitely have floral themes, and Meowlody is inexplicably included alone in the Ghouls' Getaway line. Abbey didn't get a Monster Exchange doll, despite accompanying Mari to the train station and receiving a Monster Picchu makeover in the process. There's also the glaring omission of a Great Scarier Reef doll for Gil.
*** Perhaps the most obvious example of QuestionableCasting is the second wave of the swim line: Frankie, Holt, and Rochelle. One would electrocute all of the swimmers, one is a fire elemental, and one would sink.
----
* How do Peri and Pearl move around? In real cases of dicephalous conjoined twins, it's been proven that each twin controls the limbs on their side of the body, which applies to the arms, but as the Serpentines have one tail instead of a pair of legs, who controls their lower body and how?
** They synchronize like RL dicephalus twins, so they'd probably control half of the lower half at the same time.
----

* Why is Cupid's daughter at Monster High?
** Really why is the daughter of Cupid even present at MH, I mean the last time I checked Cupid is not a monster so why is his kid here? It doesn't make any sense to me, whats next the Easter Bunny's kids will be attending MH as well?
*** Actually, Eros ''was'' considered a monster in Greek mythology, because he could make you fall in love with anyone and was known to abuse that power. "Beauty and the Beast" is based on the myth of his marriage to Psyche, who was told that she would marry the most terrifying monster of all the embodiment of love. Greek mythology considered love a serious and ''dangerous'' business; Aphrodite was one of the most feared deities and arguably the most powerful since she could make even other gods fall in love with who or whatever she wanted them to. (Also, fun fact, Eros's daughter Hedone was the goddess of sexual pleasure.)
** C.A. Cupid is adopted. So yes, Cupid is not a monster, but his daughter happens to fall into that category because she is a bone elemental.
** It seems like the writers took notice of this, as they transferred her to Toys/EverAfterHigh

Why was Jackson still at the human school after hours during Ghouls Rule? We know he had his phone on him because that's how the squad tracked him down and it was well after dark so literally why didn't he call his parents and ask them to come get him? Or even- why didn't he wait for the students to clear out and try to walk home? I can get Jackson not knowing where the entrance to the catacombs was because Holt was the one who went through it but he really made no effort to get out of there.

This is about Generation 3. Why Cleo's magic storm curse speech mentions Horus? Wasn't Set the God of Storms (but also chaos and foreigns)? Also, she have a bracelet in her left arm that apparently have Set's image.
** As Monster High's main incarnation of The Mummy, I think that don't matters the knowledge about egyptian pantheon, she only have many cool powers based on vast godlike powers, as other mummies in fiction, that aren't exactly historical accurate.
** Also, Set (that sound as Seth) is a common name in America and other parts of the human world, and Cleo wanted attention of humans to get followers giving them a magic curse as spectacle, so probably she uses the name of a random egyptian god of popular knowledge about. She is a fan of mortals in this version, so it's not weird to suppose that she has been studied humans for years and notice this.

In The Generation 3 episode, Horoscare" how can Toralei being a serious menace to characters as this versions of Frankie and Cleo [[AdaptationalBadass that can defeat a werecat without sweat with their new and coolest abilities?]]
** It's estated that many characters can put down Toralei with ease, but they are too good to make that without causing potentially permanent or even ''fatal'' results, (Draculaura definetly ''can'' do a permanent damage on Toralei easily but she doesn't want this), or Toralei have them menaced (as we see in Witch Hitch also, with Lagoona's secret, take note that this Lagoona is inclined to brutality, but she's still menaced by her soft-side secret), or Clawdeen who is said to be one of the most powerful werewolves and can defeat easily Toralei's mother. Also, Cleo and Frankie were with limited time by the horoscare fiasco, as Cleo wanted to meet her favorite influencer (which was a false prediction).
** Maybe werecats also have a specific weakness in this universe as silver with werewolves?

So, in Generation 3 the monsters hate witchcraft. What would happen with Casta?
