1	* At the end when Clark, Bruce and Diana show up in civilian clothes at the superhero-themed restaurant ''Planet Krypton.''
2	** Clark's gaze at the long-haired teenage Superman causes Diana to giggle, "Be nice, Clark."
3	** One of the tables appears to be Plastic Man. (Knowing Plas, it could really be him playing a prank on Booster.)
4	** The ComicBook/PowerGirl chicken sandwich. The cut is [[MostCommonSuperpower breast]].
5	** Hell, all of the epilogue is pretty funny. From [[spoiler: the guy who asks Bruce for ketchup, the Spectre's irritated reaction to a "Spectre Platter" (spinach and cottage cheese), to Bruce [[INeedAFreakingDrink needing a drink]] once Wonder Woman and Superman break the news to him...]] considering it's the epilogue of a rather tragic epic story, it's incredibly funny.

15	*** In the novelization, Norman [=McCay=] and the Spectre are sitting several tables away, and Spectre is reading their lips so he can relay the entire conversation to Norman. When Bruce guesses correctly about Diana, Norman is so stunned that he drops his fork.
16	** Bruce about to complain that the waiter botched his order of steak, well-done. A brief [[EyeBeams glance]] by Clark [[MundaneUtility obviates]] his complaint.
17	** In addition, the trio's drink orders are pretty much what you expect. Diana asks for water, Clark asks for a glass of milk. Bruce? Coffee. Black. Keep it coming.
18	** A late middle-aged Fire looking for ComicBook/BoosterGold, who owns the restaurant.
19	* Batman's comment about his son Ibn struggling to shake off the programming of the League of Assassins is punctuated with "That's what happens when you're brought up in an isolated society of zealots. You wind up a little '''brainwashed'''," which is a not terribly subtle dig at Wonder Woman, raised on Themiscyra, to which she dryly replies "You don't say". This becomes a BrickJoke when at the end, after Diana reveals [[spoiler: that she's pregnant with Clark's child]], and Batman has agreed to be [[spoiler: the child's godfather]]; Diana states that they should enact a "shared custody" type arrangement, so the [[spoiler: child]] "doesn't grow up raised by isolated zealots".

27	* Monstrous as the action is, Vandal Savage killing Luthor's secretary in the middle of his conversation for such a petty reason is pretty damn funny simply for how dark it is. In the {{Novelization}}, Luthor grumbles that he just had her trained, and tells Vandal an assault on his employees is an assault on ''him'', and will not be tolerated. Vandal accedes, but he's clearly amused.

29	* In the {{Novelization}}, Flash dousing a raging fire, then a split nanosecond later leaving a sign at the fire department reading, "LATE AGAIN, FELLAS".
30	* One scene at the end has the Gulag survivors becoming students under Wonder Woman, and present at her AwesomeMomentOfCrowning in Themyscira. Swastika hocks a loogie, as he couldn't be less interested. Magog {{Dope Slap}}s him to get him in line.
31	* After the battle, and everyone is recuperating, Bruce Wayne passes a brooding Lex Luthor, left humbled and humiliated yet again. Bruce, with a smirk on his face, mutters to him "Shazam," to which Luthor snaps back "Shut up!"
32	** Also, look closely. Dost mine eyes deceive, or is Lex Luthor cleaning a ''bedpan?''
33	* Alex Ross illustrated a brief flashback splash page in the ''Thy Kingdom Come'' story which ran in ''Justice Society of America''. The page featured one of the typical metahuman brawls on this world before Superman returned, wherein the demonic looking cyborg 666 is punched in the face. This seems to particularly enrage the second Joker's Daughter, but what makes it so funny is that this is a clever reference to how the characters were based off Brian Azzarello and Jill Thompson (who are married in real life). So the scene comes across as Jill getting pissed that someone's attacking her husband.
34	* Atom Smasher cold-cocks Marvin when he talks smack to Superman during the latter's "come to Jesus" speech at the bar. Superman, the original Boy Scout, simply says "Thank you".
35	* In the {{Novelization}}, Ollie Queen making his pitch to the younger generation after Superman made his at the superhero bar, laying one StealthInsult after another.
