* In the Christmas special, Skeletor falls under the influence of the holiday. HilarityEnsues.
** After kidnapping the two Earth children, Skeletor reluctantly takes along the lost puppy they've found:
---> '''Skeletor''' (confused): I don't know what's coming over me. But whatever it is, '''''I don't like it!'''''
---> ''(walks off, complaining because the puppy keeps licking his face)''
---> '''Little Girl''': It was nice of you to save Relay, Mr. Skeletor.
---> '''Skeletor''': I am '''''not''''' nice! ''(puppy licks his face)'' Stop that!
---> '''Little Girl''': You want me to hold him?
---> '''Skeletor''': Er, no, no. [[BlatantLies We'll go faster if I carry him]].
---> ''(Suddenly, they're confronted by a snowbeast. Skeletor immediately yells for the children to get behind him and does away with the creature)''
---> '''Little Girl''': Thank you, Mr. Skeletor, you saved us! You really are wonderful! \
'''Skeletor:''' ''(looks up at the sky and smiles for a moment, before shaking his head and going back to his evil demeanor)'' Listen, I am '''''not''''' nice, I am '''''not''''' kind, and I am '''''not''''' wonderful!
** After saving the children from Horde Prime, he's utterly bewildered by his heroic actions:
--->'''Skeletor:''' What is wrong with me!?\
'''He-Man:''' It's the spirit of Christmas, Skeletor. It's making you feel ''good.''\
'''Skeletor:''' (growling in evident frustration) I don't like feeling good. I like feeling ''[[CardCarryingVillain evil]]''.\
'''She-Ra:''' (unable to hide her amusement) Don't worry, Skeletor. Christmas only comes once a year\
'''Skeletor:''' Oh, thank goodness!
* "The Region Of Ice":
** When all the others, including Adam, are captured by the Ice Lord, and kept as hostages so the famous He-Man will agree to rescue the Ice Lord's daughter Snowflake from Skeletor, Orko tries to convince the Ice Lord that ''he's'' He-Man. The Ice Lord finds the idea just as ridiculous as the audience does...
** ...but then Orko actually ''succeeds in convincing him'' when he through pure luck actually manages to get through the "test" the Ice Lord sets for him.
** And then he manages to get Adam set free by convincing the Ice Lord that Adam is his "assistant." Cue Adam ''clearly'' trying not to laugh as he thanks "He-Man" for rescuing him.
** Later on, when He-Man and Orko rescue Snowflake, she asks which of them is He-Man, and He-Man quips: "Don't ask Orko, he just gets confused."
** Skeletor gets some really good lines in this episode as well.
*** When staring into his magical monitor: "The Ice King has done something to my reception in the Ice Mountains! All I get is ''[[{{Pun}} snow!]]''"
*** And then, when Beastman wanders in after a fight with He-Man, wearing a gigantic cooking pot on his head (ItMakesSenseInContext), Skeletor's only reaction is an annoyed: "Beastman, is this supposed to be funny?!" As if Beastman made a habit of clowning around on the job.
** And Snowflake, despite being set up as the episode's DamselInDistress, proves to be more of a BadassInDistress who, even before her rescuers show up, uses her powers from the cage she's locked up in to put {{B|uttMonkey}}eastman through a number of pranks (creating snow to fall on him, making ice for him to slip on, and so forth).
* Hearing that a magical staff can "destroy half of Eternia" if it's used, Orko asks "couldn't we be on the other half?"
* The plot of "Journey to Stone City" is driven not by Skeletor but by the [[SurroundedByIdiots idiots he surrounds himself with]], who decide to steal a "Life Bringer" machine and frame He-Man for it, getting the city's protector to attack Grayskull. Skeletor only learns of this when He-Man shows up at Snake Mountain and starts beating the door down. Quickly confirming that the thing He-Man wants is what Evil-Lyn and the others are standing in front of, Skeletor turns back to the window: "[[BlatantLies Sorry, He-Man, haven't seen it!]]"
** He-Man, of course, doesn't believe him, and Skeletor decides to keep the thing simply because He-Man wants it. His resolve lasts for all of ten seconds, until He-Man's continued blows threaten to bring the tower down.
** This exchange when Skeletor first sees the Life Bringer.
---> '''Skeletor:''' What's that?
---> '''Evil-Lyn:''' Oh, nothing.
---> '''Skeletor:''' I can see it right in front of me, Evil-Lyn, so it's not nothing!
** Webstor in general is hilarious in this episode, but the best part comes when Evil-Lyn bitches at him for even DARING to think of telling Skeletor they've conquered Grayskull. His expression is adorably priceless!!
** The ending where Evil-Lyn and Webstor have to carve a giant Skeletor statue, which then shouts at them to get back to work. Skeletor's reaction. 'I like it! It's ME!'
** Skeletor is almost ''ridiculously'' GenreSavvy in this episode, knowing Evil-Lyn's tendency for betrayal he decides to check up on her when he hasn't seen her for awhile.
* In "The Diamond Ray of Disappearance", King Randor gets a GoodNewsBadNews situation while waiting for his son to show up on time: good news, Adam found his lost flying chariot; bad news, Adam broke its steering controls.
-->'''Randor:''' Adam, you've destroyed the wall!
-->'''Man-At-Arms:''' And the zoom chariot!
-->'''Orko:''' Well, at least he destroyed them ''on time''!
-->'''Randor:''' (''looks serious, then [[NotSoAboveItAll breaks down laughing]]'')
* At least two episodes involve a SightGag in which the "O" on Orko's robe falls off.
* [[http://i.imgur.com/e8a5w9s.gif Skeletor uses a mirror as a portal]]. He walks through it, then brings his arm back through and ''punches the mirror'', smashing it to pieces.
* "The Rainbow Warrior":
** Skeletor says his patience wears thin, but Beastman and Trapjaw mishear him and Trapjaw has the nerve to comment Skeletor looks a little fat.
** Skeletor taps on Trapjaw's head and says, "Just as I suspected, hollow!"
* "Visitors From Earth":
** Andrea throws a rock at Beast Man, who assumes Two Bad did it and attacks him. He-Man and Andrea struggle not to laugh at them.
** Skeletor prepares to use a bomb to blow up the doors of Castle Grayskull, and gloats, "Soon, the knowledge of the universe itself will be in ''my'' brain!" He-Man shows up and quips, "A nice, safe, empty place, eh Skeletor?"
* "Mistaken Identity":
-->'''Modulok:''' But why can't I join your gang?\
'''Skeletor:''' Because you are a wimp scientist and you could be a wimp villain!
* "Wizard of Stone Mountain":
** There's a RunningGag of characters referring to Mallek as Teela's ex-boyfriend and her angrily correcting them because they never dated.
** At the end, Teela decides to go on a date with Ram Man, utterly shocking He-Man and Battlecat.
* The following Exchange from "Hunt for He-Man"
-->'''Trap Jaw:''' I didn't know you could [Use the Havoc Staff like] that!
-->'''Skeletor:''' I could ''write a book'' about what ''you'' don't know!
* In the episode "Masks of Power", Skeletor sends two would-be recruits of his to the lost City of the Ancients to retrieve the titular Masks. They turn out to be soul vessels for the ancient Wizard King Deemos and his Witch-Queen Tarella, possessing the recruits and promptly marching off to Snake Mountain to recover the Sword of the Ancients, a powerful magical sword that has been hidden in a secret chamber without Skeletor's notice. Cue a ''very'' surprised Skeletor getting some most unexpected guests.
** Firstly, the ancient {{Sorcerous Overlord}}s brazenly march into Snake Mountain, trash talk Skeletor, and command him to bow. When he promptly blasts them with his staff in response, Deemos deflects the bolt into the ceiling, forcing Skeletor to leap for safety to avoid being crushed... and coincidentally ending up sprawled on the floor at Deemos' feet, where the Wizard-King mocks him.
** Then the two ancient mages effortlessly trap Skeletor in a cage of fallen stalactites and dismiss him, zapping open a secret door and passing through. Keep in mind, Skeletor has ''no idea'' who they are, what they want, or why they're here, and he's not taking the confusion very well.
-->'''Skeletor:''' There was never a door there before, what's going on?!
** And then ''He-Man'' shows up. After some banter, Skeletor agrees to tell them where Deemos and Tarella went if He-Man will free him. He promptly points them to the wall and, once He-Man has let him out ([[LampshadeHanging grumbling about he only did this because he gave his word]]), he mocks the apparent futility of He-Man's quest.
-->'''Skeletor:''' You'll never get through that wall, it's forty feet thick!\
'''He-Man:''' Oh, really?
** He-Man promptly smashes through the concealed door in a single punch. Skeletor's jaw drops at the sight.
** Skeletor literally just goes and sits on his throne to sulk over this home invasion... and then he figures out that Deemos must be after something pretty powerful, so he changes his mind and decides to go after He-Man!
** Finally, the icing on the cake; after everything is all said and done, He-Man recovers the Sword of the Ancients, but in the process, Skeletor manages to grab He-Man's Sword of Power... and then the Sword of Ancients starts talking, revealing its destiny was always to fuse with and augment the Sword of Power. This results in He-Man's sword plucking itself from a dumbfounded Skeletor's hand and flying over to He-Man to merge with its counterpart, making He-Man even stronger than before. Skeletor just cannot catch a break... as proven when he subsequently has to use a portal to run away from ''his own lair'' to avoid being dragged off to Eternian jail!
