* The entire scene with Dumbo's DeliveryStork.
** He's later than the other storks, having gotten lost along the way. The circus has already moved on, so he stops on a cloud to consult a map. Since Dumbo is a baby elephant, his bundle keeps slipping through the cloud and the stork keeps having to pull him back up.
** The stork alights on the train, and walks along the top of the cars looking for Mrs. Jumbo. The first car he comes to has a skylight, which he peeks into, only to be ferociously roared at. He meekly apologizes and tips his cap.
** After finding Mrs. Jumbo, the stork is quite dedicated to the ritual of delivering a baby elephant, which includes a poem, an alternate poem, ''and'' she must sign for the baby, of course. Just when Mrs. Jumbo thinks this is all over with, the stork pulls out a pitch pipe and proceeds to sing a very dramatized version of "Happy Birthday." He insists this is all "part of the service." During the third line, he hesitates on the name and has to ask Jumbo what it is to the other elephants' annoyance. While he's finishing the final cadenza, he gets snagged by a mail hook while Casey pulls away. And he's ''still singing!''
* The Matriarch entering the train and [[HelpImStuck getting wedged in the doorway]], forcing several circus workers to shove at her.
* Casey Jr. is good at getting the circus to its destination, but his starting and stopping leave a little to be desired. He barely gets enough momentum to move, then rams the entire train before it smacks him in the tender and sends him flying while wailing. And when he stops, he wakes the entire troupe before he wheezes himself to sleep.
* The gorilla acting all fierce... until he breaks one of the bars on his cage. [[MeanCharacterNiceActor Then he sheepishly puts the bar back in place.]]
* Mrs. Jumbo dunking the ringmaster in the tub of water after which he gets hit in the face with his shirtfront trying to wring himself dry. A well-needed moment of levity between a NightmareFuel sequence and a TearJerker one.
* Everything from Timothy's appearance as "Inspiration" to "I've got it! I've got it!".
** Especially the scene where Timothy spooks the gossiping elephants using antics such as [[FelonyMisdemeanor jiggling his face, twitching his nose, whistling, and doing a Napoleon pose]]. This is also a SugarWiki/MomentOfAwesome, for putting the snobby elephants in their place.
*** Funnier still when you consider there is some TruthInTelevision about this. The Series/MythBusters [[JustForFun/TropesExaminedByTheMythBusters showed that]] elephants are slightly wary of mice and go out of their way to avoid them.
** Timothy saying to the gossiping elephants, "You like to pick on little guys, huh? Why don't ya pick on me?" and the elephants turn around and he resumes spooking them.
** Once Timothy is done scaring the gossiping elephants, he starts to walk out the door. The elephants, figuring that it's over, start to come down from where they're hiding, only to have Timothy suddenly do a 180 and give them a deadpan "Boo!". The elephants scream and go back to hiding.
* This exchange while the Ringmaster is making a lengthy introduction to the pyramid act:
-->'''Catty:''' To hear him talk, you'd think he was gonna do it.\
'''Matriarch:''' The stuffed shirt!
** Later on, when the elephants finish the act and the Ringmaster goes into lengthy intro mode again (this time for Dumbo himself):
-->'''Matriarch:''' ''[sweating under the strain of the elephants on top of her]'' [[JerkassHasAPoint That windbag! Why doesn't he come to the point?!]]
* The elephants commenting during their pyramid:
-->'''Prissy:''' [[HypocriticalHumor Gaining a little weight, aren't you, honey?]]\
'''Catty:''' [[LampshadeHanging You're no cream puff yourself, dearie!]]
* During the climax of the disastrous Elephant Pyramid, the Matriarch shouts this to the fleeing Dumbo, who they are about to fall onto:
-->''"Out of my way, ''assassin!''"''
* In the aftermath of the aforementioned scene, we get to see the elephants' AmusingInjuries. Among other things, Prissy's wearing a BeefBandage over her eye, Catty's got a huge block of ice on her head, and the Matriarch's got her trunk in a sling (keep in mind that elephant trunks have no bones whatsoever). Now that's slapstick!
* The initial performance by the clowns when Dumbo is incorporated into their fireman act is quite hilarious, [[BlackComedy once you get by the fact they're practically abusing him]]. Some highlights include:
** A line of clowns pass a bucket of water up a ladder, where the top clown prepares to throw it on the fire, only to swing the bucket over his head and down the water in one gulp.
** One clown climbs to the top of another ladder and pulls out a hot dog on a skewer to cook over the flames.
** Another clown uses a watering can to water a flowerbed on the windowsill.
* During the animal family montage in "Baby Mine", the hyena family laughs in their sleep.
* Timothy falling into the bucket of alcohol and the operatic singing that comes shortly afterwards is absolutely hilarious as an adult.
* The numerous gags involving bubbles leading up to the "[[MoodWhiplash Pink]] [[NightmareFuel Elephants]]" [[DisneyAcidSequence sequence]].
-->'''Timothy:''' All right, let's see you blow a ''square'' one, pal.
-->'''Timothy:''' ''[hugging a bubble about his size]'' HIYA, GEORGE!
* The "Pink Elephants On Parade" scene was NightmareFuel to most viewers, but some parts of it can be pretty funny.
** The exaggerated "Oom-pah" marching band style of the opening section is quite amusing, not to mention catchy.
** Two elephants' legs are continuously growing and shrinking to make them alternate in stepping over each other.
** One large elephant is constantly trampling a smaller elephant (making its trunk-horn honk each time). After one trample leaves the smaller elephant behind the larger one, it decides it's had enough and kicks its tormentor in the rear. The elephant splits into three somewhat smaller elephants who make trumpet noises at the other elephant before it grows to a massive size and uses a pair of cymbals to smash the three into a load of tiny elephants. Also a SugarWiki/MomentOfAwesome.
*** One tiny elephant is stuck between the cymbals. As soon as it pries itself free, it dances on the others' heads as if to say "Look at me! I'm a big shot!"
** At one point an elephant head pops up. Then another, upside down. The two heads look at each other, freak out, and shrink away from each other at the same time.
** And finally, there's a point where an elephant wipes his ass with a lightning bolt. Hey, who said all randomness was creepy?
* After the [[DisneyAcidSequence Pink Elephants number]], some crows discover Dumbo. They discuss whether or not the elephant is dead.
-->'''[[FatIdiot Fats]]:''' No, dead people don't snore... or do they?
* When Dandy wakes up Timothy as he and Dumbo are sleeping in the tree:
-->'''Timothy:''' ''[rubs his eyes and moans]'' Ohhhhhhhh! All those pink elephants.\
'''Dandy:''' Pink elephants? Mm-mmmm! ''[the other Crows laugh]''\
'''Timothy:''' What's so funny? What're you boys doin' down here, anyway?\
'''Dandy:''' What're we doing ''down'' here? Well hear him talk! ''[the Crows laugh harder]''\
'''Timothy:''' ''[trying to go back to sleep]'' Ah, fly up a tree where you belong.\
'''Dandy:''' ''[puffs a cloud of smoke around Timothy]'' Now look here, Brother Rat...\
'''Timothy:''' ''[suddenly stands up, then stares Dandy straight in the face]'' "Brother Rat"?! [[BerserkButton Now listen! I ain't your brother, and I ain't no rat, see?]]\
'''Dandy:''' Uh-uh. And I suppose you and no elephant ain't up in no tree, either. ''[the Crows laugh harder again]''\
'''Timothy:''' No! No, me in no tree and I'm no... What? Tree?\
''[he and Dandy look up, then down to see that they really are up a tree. Timothy gasps, then squeals as he hides in Dumbo's trunk]''
* The myriad of puns during "When I See an Elephant Fly", all beginning with this:
--> '''Glasses Crow''': Ah ha ha ha! Did you see an elephant fly?
--> '''Preacher Crow''': Well, I seen a horse fly!
--> '''Fat Crow''': Ah ha! I seen a dragon fly!
--> '''Straw Hat Crow''': Heh, I seen a house fly.
--> ''(crows laugh)''
-->'''Dandy''': Hey, I seen all dat, too!
* A [[FreezeFrameBonus blink-and-you-miss-it-moment]] on the newspapers at the end. Important stories about [[UsefulNotes/WorldWarII the war]], which you'd probably think would get priority, [[WorstNewsJudgmentEver are secondary headlines]] [[SkewedPriorities to a FLYING ELEPHANT!]]
* It's a bit of a MoodWhiplash, but after "When I See an Elephant Fly" and Timothy wants the crow's attention, Dandy once again mocks him by saying, "Quiet, gentlemen! The Reverend Rodent is gonna ad-dress you!"
* The final dialogue before the iris out.
-->'''Dandy:''' I wish I'd have gotten [Dumbo's] autograph!
-->'''Crow''': Hey, man, I ''got'' his autograph!
-->'''Dandy''': Well, so long, glamour boy!
* Out-of-universe, someone once did a remix of "We're Gonna Hit the Big Boss for a Raise" on Website/YouTube. Sadly, it was taken down.
