* Making [[spoiler: Dick Grayson]] a sociopathic killer actually makes sense when you see how he was treated in ''ComicBook/AllStarBatmanAndRobinTheBoyWonder''.
** Loops back into FridgeLogic when compared with ''ComicBook/BatmanTheDarkKnightReturns'', though, where Bruce's internal monologues referencing Dick are vastly softer than Bruce's comments in this book, despite the events Bruce spitefully references predating the previous book.
*** Easily explained. In ''ComicBook/BatmanTheDarkKnightReturns'', Bruce is regretting his prior treatment with a slightly nostalgic / OldShame view. In this, after he murdered several friends and brutalized Catgirl, Bruce just let his anger and old hatred out.
* When Dick falls to his death, Bruce for a moment seems to revert to his TDKR characterization and actually looks saddened. Despite having relapsed back into his ASBAR personality, it seems he still is capable of feeling guilt for how he treated Dick.

* Batman claims Arkham degenerated into anarchy and cannibalism five years before [=DK2=]. Looked perfectly fine (although staffed by a certain celebrity psychologist) in TDKR, three years back.
** That was not the asylum in TDKR. It was "Arkham Home for the Emotionally Disturbed."
* Why do the Kandorians have superpowers after they get released?
