* Even in a monarchy, politics is unavoidable, and one needs to keep their emotions in check lest they make poor judgments. Peach's ability to do so is what enables her to control the Vibes in this game, and this plus said political experience makes her a competent actress in [[VideoGame/PrincessPeachShowtime her next solo performance]].
* Bowser loves Peach, correct? So he wouldn't want her to be destroyed, hence why the game is so much easier: His minions are going easy on her because Bowser loves her.
* It's not that Peach ''needs'' to find all of the lost Toads before she can enter the final level and fight Bowser, it's that she ''refuses not to''. She knows how dangerous Bowser is, and if she is defeated and/or kidnapped then all of her citizens she didn't already rescue would remain captured with no one left to save them. Can double as heartwarming if one assumes Peach acted that even if she goes down in the final battle, at least her people would be saved.
* Boos with blindfolds. Consider that Boos typically shy away when looked at, wearing a blindfold allows them to advance without fear (with a side of reckless abandon).
* Boos that attack when you look at them instead of looking away is sheer brilliance in of itself and an idea that is very rarely seen. One cleverly designed level in Shriek Mansion shows this.
* Peach could just as easily demand items and power-ups from the Toad vendor in the shop, since [[ScrewTheRulesIMakeThem she's well]]... you know... ''the princess'' after all. Peach willingly indulges in NoHeroDiscount because of how fair and honest she is, and it just wouldn't be right.
* Peach cannot kill enemies with a mere GoombaStomp, mainly because she still hasn't gotten the hang of it yet. Her [[VideoGame/SuperMarioBros2 last playable appearance]] made her unable to even hurt enemies at all by jumping on them.

* She's got a carnivorous umbrella and violent mood swings. Imagine the mayhem she could get up to if she was less inherently nice.
* Also of note is that the {{idle animation}} is Perry ''trying to eat her''. Imagine what mayhem Perry could get up to if he was being wielded by, say, Bowser.
* Just how long has it been since Perry was separated from his "grandpa"? For all we know, Perry's "grandpa" has long since died of old age.
* Perry talks to Peach throughout the entire game and it seems to be bonding with her ... except if you notice Peach never actually acknowledges Perry, or treats him as anything other than a parasol. It's entirely possible Perry only ''thinks'' he's communicating with Peach (like when he tries talking to the merchant in his back story), but in reality he's been talking to himself the entire time. Doubles as a Fridge TearJerker.
** Alternatively, Perry knows that he can't really communicate with anyone and is only doing so out of loneliness. This might even be more of a TearJerker, as it might count as AndIMustScream.
** This may not be so horrible; except for action callouts and pain grunts, Peach [[HeroicMime has no dialogue herself]] in this game, even before she gets her hands on Perry. We don't know if she does talk to him, and his "trying to eat her" may be his attempt at a hug (one late- or post-game upgrade lets Peach recharge Vibe while idle, something that probably wouldn't happen if she was panicking).
