* The show took creative liberties to make a lot of its victims (aside from the ones that were just stupid) [[AssholeVictim assholes]] so we wouldn't feel sad they died in horrible ways. This means a lot of the people who died in the real freak accidents these segments were based on probably weren't deserving of it, but normal Joes like you or I who just had bad luck.
** Confirmed in at least one case: the JerkAss gym teacher killed by a javelin in "Dead Eye" was, in reality, a private school teacher and [[https://www.thefreelibrary.com/Widow+urges+school+javelin+ban+after+freak+death+of+games+master.-a061851774 a married father of two]], and was well-liked by his students and colleagues. He also died after a month-long coma, when the infection from the wound spread to his chest cavity. (Yes, the real-life case was actually ''worse'' than what was presented on the show.)
* All of the bystanders to the deaths, even if the person who died was an asshole, are very clearly traumatized by what they witness. Who knows how much PTSD they will have to suffer through in the rest of their lives?
* "This Bird Has Flu": An exotic bird smuggler gets sick and dies of bird flu while on a plane. Isn't bird flu contagious?
* "Dung For": "Why does this keep happening to me?!" ... So, has more than one worker ''died'' after putting the moves on the farmer's daughter?!
** Maybe she wasn't referring to workers ''dying'', just them getting unlucky (or otherwise leaving her life).
** Yes. The story is a play on the old joke about [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Farmer%27s_daughter the farmer's daughter]]; in some modern tellings, the father kills the suitor(s).
* "Fat Man in a Little Swing" had... [[FanDisservice yeah]]. Anyway, it happened on a playground at night. What if a child finds the corpse in the morning? Even worse, the body was completely naked.
* "Crib Your Enthusiasm": An infantilist gets his spine and neck crushed by the drop gate of his crib while he was trying to reach for the teddy bear he dropped. Now imagine that happening to an actual baby rather than a fully grown man.
** As the narration explains, this is the reason why drop-gate cribs have been banned in the United States.
* "Polly Wanna Crack Your Spine", has the parrot saying stuff like "You're dead", "Get your hands off me you dirty skank", and "Get on her and stay on her". She was just the housesitter, what goes on in that household? Parrots only repeat what they hear, after all.
** The best case scenario is that they were watching a lot of porn. Unsavory, but not horrible.
* The bamboo exercise equipment the aggro jock was trying to sell in "Info-Pain-Ment" was faulty enough that it ended up killing him. Had he been able to shoot his infomercial and thus sell the equipment, unsuspecting buyers may have been seriously injured or even killed. Given that bamboo is actually a type of grass, it’s a lot more fragile than it looks.
* "Extinguished" has a JerkJock trying to spray his teammates in the locker room with a fire extinguisher, only for it to explode as it was faulty due to not being replaced, and the impact causing the handle to lodge into his chest and puncture his heart. Imagine if that were to happen if someone tried to use the extinguisher while there is an actual fire.
* In "Lady & The Trampled", a douchebag biker strips a dancer's bra off her at a bar. After he gets kicked to the ground by another dancer, his biker friends rush to see the topless dancer, thanking the douchebag by carelessly trampling him to death. Unfortunately, it seems that the drunk, horny bikers with dubious morals have cornered the dancers. Who knows what they'll do to them?
** If it's any assurance, all they're doing is cheering and jeering, but not physically touching them like the douchebag; the narrator makes it sound like he crossed a line even the other bikers wouldn't. A few other women are seen rushing in, seemingly concerned, and at least one of the dancers knows how to defend herself. And the douchebag's death might cause a welcome distraction.
* In "Sneeze Bag", even with Melissa's death, Robert Stone's career is still completely and utterly screwed now that she framed him for cheating. Even if the truth eventually comes out, he is all but confirmed to lose the election.
* In "[=ReTired=]", after the dead old man's car runs over a robber, it is still seen driving. What if it crashes into someone else or another car?
* In "Cat Got Your Life", the CrazyCatLady drops dead from drinking poisoned catmilk. With no one else to feed them or check on her, her darling cats may have no choice but to feed on her.
* "Coffin to Death" features a rock band whose lead singer Tinaka and lead guitarist Basho have been feuding constantly, both wanting to be the face of the band. For their next live performance, Tinaka decides to get into a coffin full of dry ice vapor, have the stage hands bring the coffin out onto the stage, and then make his grand entrance. But then, Basho sits on the coffin lid and plays an extra-long guitar solo, and Tinaka suffocates and dies. Given all of his knowledge and actions in this segment, Basho could easily be convicted of manslaughter, and quite possibly murder.
* "U.P.F'd.": A terrorist sends a box full of anthrax to a judge, but then a porch pirate steals the box and dies from anthrax. Thanks to him, the terrorist who sent the box has likely gotten off scot-free.
* "Trip To The Maul": Cheating husband Peter and his mistress, Julie, decide to have their affair in the woods to avoid getting caught by his coworkers. However, the bastard goes blind from vasoconstriction, and while Julie rushes out with his phone to call for help, Peter stumbles into [[BearsAreBadNews a hungry bear, which mauls him to death]]. However, the segment ends with a scene of Julie returning to the campsite only to see Peter being mauled to death and screaming in fear, with the very last shot being of the roaring bear, implying it will maul her as well.
* "Chairway To Heaven": The deadbeat's kids didn't look too young. The pictures put the daughter at 5 at the youngest depending on how long ago the pictures were taken. Those poor kids last memories of their dad will be him leaving them.

* "Written Offed": While the Armenian-American Army-Navy store owner prevented a {{Jerkass}} banker from completing the foreclosure contract after the latter accidentally shot himself with a pen gun, the poor store owner will have to look forward to charges of manslaughter and thus his store will be foreclosed anyway, making his efforts to protect his shop AllForNothing.
** Foreclosure I'm sure, as the jerk's death doesn't ease his financial situation, but manslaughter? The shop owner tried to warn him and only gave him the pen after he browbeat him without giving him a chance to speak.
* "Chucked Up" has a woman who was acting out a bondage fantasy get robbed, with the husband watching helplessly over the webcam, and the burglar tauntingly thanks her and subjects her to his bad breath, resulting in her choking to death on her own vomit because of the duct tape over her mouth. Considering that she started throwing up ''after'' the burglar took the laptop and webcam, the husband's gonna have a nasty surprise when he gets home...

* "Bushwhacked 3: Waxed Offed": The bitchy redhead at the Korean spa who died when doused with the water from the sprinkler system had a condition called ''aquagenic urticaria'', which, in layman's terms, means "a deadly allergic reaction to water"... then ''how on Earth'' did this woman ever get properly clean?
