A long time ago, the wife of a [[SociopathicHero noble crusader]] fell under the spell of Carmilla, the lesbian vampire queen. The crusader killed Carmilla, but in turn she cursed his village: every woman in the town will turn into a LesbianVampire, until she returns.

Today, slackers Jimmy and Fletch hike into the [[TownWithADarkSecret town]], meet a busful of sexy women, and decide to stay the night. Bad idea!

!!This film contains examples of:

* ActionGirl: Lotte is quick to fight the lesbian vampire menace.
* AlienBlood: The lesbian vampires bleed sticky white goo.
%%* AmbiguousSyntax: See NonindicativeName.
%%* AndTheAdventureContinues: See SequelHook below.
%%* AudibleSharpness: The enchanted sword at the beginning.
* AlphaBitch: Judi, Jimmy’s ex-girlfriend, cruelly dumps him (apparently for the seventh time) after cheating on him and then simply turns up completely unapologetic to rekindle the relationship simply because her affair partner dumped her.
* AssholeVictim: [[spoiler:Judi. She’s a nasty, cruel, cheating AlphaBitch who makes Jimmy miserable. There are very few tears shed when she is turned into a vampire and subsequently killed.]]
* BadassBoast: The Vicar gets one hell of a boast as he makes his LastStand: "Whores of fucking Hades! Prepare for fucking death!"
* BadassPreacher: Subverted with the Vicar, as it turns out he doesn't actually have any experience fighting vampires and has never fired his crossbow before.
* BadassNormal: Lotte. She's able to take on Eva, Carmilla's second in command, without any help or supernatural powers.
* BigBad: Carmilla the Vampire Queen, progenitor of the LesbianVampire curse.
* BigNo: The baron has one in the introduction when he discovers Carmilla has turned his wife into a lesbian vampire.
%%* TheBladeAlwaysLandsPointyEndIn
* BloodMagic: The blood of the last of the [=McLaren=]'s is required in the ritual to resurrect Carmilla the Vampire Queen.
* BrainlessBeauty: Trudi is so dimwitted as to have a vocabulary that consists of literally one word but because she has large breasts (Or DOES she?) Fletch slobbers all over her.
%%* BrickJoke: The gay werewolf.
%%* {{Camp}}: Just a little bit.
%%* ExactlyWhatItSaysOnTheTin: Pretty much played for laughs, as the characters repeatedly point out how ridiculous the idea is.
%%* FanService: Less than what the title would suggest though.
* ForgottenFallenFriend: Lotte, the female love interest, doesn't seem that upset that all her friends have turned into vampires, and then were killed, by her and her new boyfriend.
%%** And everyone for [[spoiler:the vicar]] at the end (See [[LeftHanging below.)]]
* GiganticMoon: The film ends with a shot of a (gay) werewolf in front of a gigantic moon.
* HateSink: Judy, Jimmy's ex-girlfriend who dumped him at least seven times only to convince him to get back with her when she came back. She's shown to be cheating on him even when she is with him. [[spoiler:It's incredibly telling that when she gets turned her behaviour is nearly identical.]]
* JobTitle: ''Lesbian Vampire Killers''.
* KillItWithWater: Holy water will do intense damage to a vampire, And kill it outright if enough is used. At one point they manage to melt a vampire by holding her in a running shower as the vicar blesses the water.
* LampshadeHanging: The film point out how ridiculous a lot of its elements are, then does it anyway.
* LeftHanging: [[WhatHappenedToTheMouse What happened to the vicar?]] And how would he have coped when he found out about his daughter being dead? [[spoiler:Unless the vampires killed him, that is.]]
* LesbianVampire: All the women turned into vampires become lesbians [[spoiler: and the survivors who get cured of vampirism remain lesbians.]]
* LoveAtFirstSight: It takes Lotte less than 12 hours to decide that Jimmy is The One, though that may just be being forced into a life-and-death situation after just meeting.
* MarketBasedTitle: In the US, the title is shortened to "Vampire Killers".
* MsFanservice: The lesbian vampires are all very beautiful, dressed in diaphanous dresses which [[VaporWear barely cover them]], while several also show breasts at different points. Before turning, the women often wore low-cut tops and short-shorts too.
* MustBeInvited: At one point Jimmy accidentally invites the vampires into the cottage by talking about how neither he or Lotte are going to ''say'' "Come on in, lesbian vampires".
* MyDeathIsJustTheBeginning: Carmilla's curse goes [[Film/ANewHope "As you strike me down (...). I shall rise again, more powerful than you can possibly imagine".]]
%%* NatureAbhorsAVirgin / NatureAdoresAVirgin: Lotte.
* NonindicativeName: It's about [[ExactlyWhatItSaysOnTheTin people who kill lesbian vampires]], but going by the title it could ''also'' have been about either lesbian vampires who are killers, or lesbians who are vampire killers.
* NoSell: Camilla is immune to all the weaknesses of the other vampires. She can only be killed by special sacred weapons, such as a sacredly forged sword.
* OurVampiresAreDifferent: These are turned by either the standard bite or a mystical curse. They have all the standard weaknesses, though water also destroys them, and can also be killed by conventional means. Their blood is white, and they explode when killed. Also they're all lesbians.
%%* PlayedForLaughs: "You punched a child in the face, Fletch."
* SequelHook: At the end the survivors decide to rid the world of other supernatural evils, and become [[TitleDrop Lesbian Vampire Killers]]. Cue silhouette of a limp-wristed werewolf.
* ShoutOut:
** The vampire queen is named after the title character of ''Literature/{{Carmilla}}''.
** Also, MyDeathIsJustTheBeginning: see above.
%%* SlidingScaleOfSillinessVersusSeriousness: Take a guess. Go on.
* SophisticatedAsHell: The narration in the opening is very straight-forward, until the description of Carmilla's death at the hands of the crusader after she gives details of the curse she just inflicted on his bloodline.
-->'''The narrator:''' And with that, he lopped her fucking head off.
* TargetedHumanSacrifice: The blood of the last of the [=McLaren's=] is required in the ritual to resurrect Carmilla the Vampire Queen.
%%* TownWithADarkSecret
* ThrowingYourSwordAlwaysWorks: How Jimmy kills Carmilla. Lampshaded by Steve's reaction of disbelief.
* TitleDrop: "Are you suggesting we become lesbian vampire killers?"
* VampireHunter: The film ends with Jimmy, Fletch and Lotte vowing to become [[TitleDrop lesbian vampire killers]].
%%* TheVicar
%%* VirginSacrifice
* WaterGunsAndBalloons: The protagonists use water balloons made from condoms filled with holy water as weapons against the lesbian vampires.
* WeaksauceWeakness: The vampires are ridiculously easy to kill (Fletch lists every weaknesses to the Vicar), and are easily held off by crosses. It's a shame that there's so many of them, and that Carmilla doesn't suffer from any of their weaknesses....
