->Scarface: Don't worry, man. All we gotta do to get you out is to get ten percent of ten million dollars. Which by our calculations is...
->Brian: ...Fucking impossible, man!

A 1998 movie about four stoner friends (Creator/DaveChappelle, Jim Breuer, Harland Williams and Creator/GuillermoDiaz) living in New York City. One of them feeds a diabetic police horse candy (he didn't know it was diabetic) and is arrested as a CopKiller (yes, it's a comedy). The rest of the movie is about how his friends have to raise $100,000 to bail him out of jail.

Extremely funny, as long as you don't have a problem with foul language and marijuana use. Creator/JonStewart recommends you watch it on weeeeed.

!!Tropes:

* AlliterativeName: Sampson Simpson.
* BadassBoast: Sampson's "Class dismissed".
* BodyguardBabes: Sampson's bodyguards. Doubles as Stripperiffic.
* BigEater: Brian is implied to be one, as his LongList of food he asks for during the munchies would suggest.
* BrickJoke: In a seeming throw-away gag, Brian buys "Jerry Garcia-In-A-Pouch". During the movie's climax, Brian, pulls out the pouch, starts praying to it, then throws it, and out pops...Jerry Garcia, who then proceeds to deck Sampson Simpson with his guitar.
* TheCameo:
** This film was one of the first major times that Creator/BobSaget appeared in a less than PG setting in years.
** Also Creator/JonStewart, Music/SnoopDogg, Music/WillieNelson, Creator/JaneaneGarofalo, Tommy Chong, and Creator/StephenBaldwin as a cavalcade of different types of weed smokers.
* ClosedDoorRapport: Thurgood and Mary Jane have a conversation in this fashion.
* Cloudcuckoolander: Brian, probably from smoking himself stupid. His has got to be seen.
-->Thurgood: I never thought I'd say this to anybody but, you've been smoking entirely too much reefer.
* CoolOldLady: The old woman who is the only one Scarface doesn't curse at on his way out. He instead tells her "you're cool" and gets a thumbs up.
* CoversAlwaysLie: Scarface and Kenny are noticeably absent from the poster, making it seem as if the film is only about Thurgood and Brian.
* DefeatByModesty: A cascading one, at that. Sampsons' BodyguardBabes have the heroes on the ropes, when Scarface tackles the blonde busty one. They roll around on the floor and she ends up on top, ready to pound his face in, when he notes that her breast fell out during the struggle. Not only does her embarrassed attempt to fix the mishap allow Scarface to knock her out, but the heroes used the other henchwomen's distraction to turn the tables.
* DoesThatSoundLikeFunToYou
-->Mary Jane Potman: My father was a drug dealer.
-->Thurgood Jenkins: That must've been the shit.
-->Mary Jane Potman: It ruined his life.
-->Thurgood Jenkins: That must've been shitty.
* FanDisservice: The naked inmates in the communal prison shower.
* GenerationXerox: The "After School Special" smoker and the "I'm 40 but still cool and wondering how to bond with my son" smoker.
-->Thurgood: Of course, across town, the kid's nanna is getting high to treat her glaucoma.
-->Nanna: And it's good for my arthritis, too.
* HypocriticalHumor: Thurgood stating "I don't know which one of these categories we fall into, but I'll tell you this; we ain't no goddamn potheads" as he, his friends (all of whom are smoking joints) and even Killer the dog are all textually labeled "pothead".
* MacGyvering: "The [=MacGyver=] smoker is a very handy guy to have around, especially when it comes to reefer." Also doubles as NoodleImplements in the same segment.
* AMinorKidroduction: The four friends smoked weed for the first time a kids during the mid-80s.
* NoCelebritiesWereHarmed: Sir Smoka Lot is, essentially, a caricature of Music/SnoopDogg (who was originally going to play the part).
* ObfuscatingDisability:
* OnlySaneMan: Thurgood is surprisingly cool under pressure compared to the other three.
* PrisonRape:
** "You guys gotta get me out of here! There's this guy Nasty Nate who wants my cocktail fruit, and everyone here likes fresh fish! Then The Squirrel Master came out of left field and told me I'm his bitch!"
** "You ever take off all your clothes and run backwards through a cornfield?"
* RefugeInAudacity You just have to watch it.
* ShoutOut: Billy Bong Thornton and Wesley Pipes are just a few examples.
* SorryImGay:
-->Brian: Hey, Jan... will you be my girlfriend?
-->Jan: Well, I would, but I'm gay. I'm a big dyke.
-->Brian: Oh. What's that like?
* TheStinger: A weird PSA-like message from the cast to visit your local library to learn more about marijuana and other illegal substances.
* TheStoner[=/=]StonersAreFunny: The whole point of the movie.
** EruditeStoner: Brian, as well as some of the various stoners the guys meet.
* SurprisinglyRealisticOutcome: When Thurgood is struggling with giving up marijuana he decides to go to rehab and when he announces he there because he is addicted to marijuana, the crowd rips into him and boos him for wasting their time. As funny as the scene is, it’s also very real. To someone who was so addicted to cocaine he gave another man oral sex for it, your missing a recreational drug is not something he will take seriously. Thurgood is promptly booed out of the meeting.
* TakeThisJobAndShoveIt: Scarface deploys this trope in epic fashion.
-->Scarface: Fuck you, fuck you, fuck you, you're cool, and fuck you, I'm out!
* VillainCred: Parodied when the newly-imprisoned Kenny complains that he's "not getting the respect a cop-killer deserves." While he did technically kill a member of the police force, that member was a diabetic horse that he accidentally killed by feeding it too many sweets.
* WardrobeMalfunction: One of the BodyguardBabes suffering a malfunction in the middle of a fight scene allows the heroes to triumph.
* WatchItStoned: Obviously.
* WhateverHappenedToTheMouse: It is unknown what happened to Jan, Brian’s coworker from the music store he got fired from in movie, who joined him in selling marijuana, as she disappeared after Scarface’s doberman was killed by Sampson’s goons.
* WindowLove: The TropeNamer.
