In this "episode", Red Bear confronts our heroes with [[MonsterOfTheWeek the shark monster Minsk Mask]], while attempting to [[BrainwashedAndCrazy brainwash]] the children of Japan by swapping out the pages of their textbooks with red paper. Creator/ShinjiHiguchi worked on the special effects.
