5* Drink if Riot makes an allusion to a previous champion they had trouble getting balanced (Fizz, Mordekaiser, Ryze and so on).
6* Drink if a champion's gameplay is described as 'feast or famine'.
7** Drink if a champion is described as getting 'quality of life adjustments'.
8** ''Sip'' if they refer to a champion's '(playstyle) fantasy'.

48* Finish your drink and HeadDesk if an ally is AFK for the entire match. Feel free to drink some more if he reconnects much later and dies over and over trying to engage level 12+ enemies when he's level one.

50** Take another if you're a support or tank and a carry really needed it.
51** Take two if the person yells at you for it and doesn't believe it was accidental.
52** Take a shot for questionable accusations by players, like by the support towards the adc, or if you've done most of the work fighting the champion. [[{{Troll}} Take another one if they go afk and feed afterwards.]]
53* Take a drink and FacePalm when someone on your team tries to imitate a famous player's crazy playstyle or unconventional build and fails miserably at it.
54* Take a shot whenever you try to help a team mate get a jungle buff and end up stealing it instead.
55* Chug your drink whenever your champion is channelling an ability for more than one second. If you're feeling hardcore, do this for recalls as well.
56* Take a drink for each time you pull off a daring escape when your team [[LeftForDead gave up on you]].
57** Two if it's unconventional (eg. Quinn's backflip, enemy knockback sends you to safety, Baron Nashor disables your pursuers...)
58** Finish your drink if you manage to just walk out without using your abilities.
59* Take a drink whenever you land a blind skillshot (into the fog of war) to score or secure a kill.

64* Take a drink for each crowd control in an unbroken chain. Examples include juggling with knockup without letting your opponent touch the ground, or chaining stuns so the opponent gets ''no'' control in between the abilities connecting.
65* Take a sip for every count of any variation of "throw" or "feed" in chat.
66* Take a sip for every count of "noob team" or a premature "gg".
67** Down the bottle if it's a support, especially a [[LowTierLetdown Soraka]] saying it.
68** Finish your drink if it's the complainer who's failing and/or throwing the game.
69* Drink whenever someone goes really in-character as their champion in the chat. Drink again if someone yells at them to stop being an idiot.
70* Take a long drink and sigh if people on your team are being stranded and dying in their lane because either they refuse to ping for support or no-one answers them.
71** Take another (the drink and the sigh) if you're trying to encourage chat conversation and discussion and no-one else is bothering.
72* Drink if your entire team is in alternate skins.
73** Chug if everyone is in Legendary or Ultimate skins so that no-one has their normal voice pack.
74** Chug if you get a full set of skins in your team (eg. the five members of Pentakill, a full set of Pool Party skins, the four Heartseekers etc.).
75* Drink when someone starts a surrender vote.
76** Another if it's started by the person with the worst kill/death ratio on the team.
77* Take a drink whenever you predict a flash and hit a skillshot where the enemy champion was going.
78* Take a drink whenever you flash away from a skillshot that would have killed you and get out.

82** Optional extra drinks if you get Honours for things like Teamwork when you actually didn't do anything outside your class/character's standard remit.
83* Drink if an item like Statikk Shiv allows you to clear an entire minion wave at once. The ''first'' time only.
84* Drink if you accidentally go jungling because a stray attack or ability hit a jungle monster and aggro-ed them.
85** Drink if a neutral monster ends up joining a fight between players in the jungle, and take two if the extra damage dealt leads to someone dying.
86** Down half your glass if you (or a teammate) decide at the end of the fight to kill the monster as well since it's here instead of running away.
87* Take a drink if an enemy pauses to dance on your corpse.
88* Take two drinks if someone uses Zhonya's and all it does is let the enemy catch up to them. Can also be done with Guardian Angel.
89** Take three drinks if the enemy doesn't even have to catch up, and just patiently waits for them to become targetable again.
90* Drink whenever you divert to clear up a large group of enemy minions coming down a lane.
91** Alternatively, sip for the time it takes you to kill them (either after or during).

115** Finish a glass in satisfaction if the ADC you're against isn't building any damage.
116** Finish the bottle if, at the end of the game, the enemy team (or even your own) complains that the marksman you are using is overpowered [[NeverMyFault for no other reason beside you playing him/her correctly]].
117* As a support, take a long, hard drink if you're [[CloudCuckoolandersMinder babysitting an idiot ADC]] that's [[LeeroyJenkins way too gung-ho]] [[TooDumbToLive for his own good]].
118** Take a shot every time you fail-ward (i.e. try to place a ward in a brush then it ends up *just* outside it).
119** Take a shot for every enemy ward you destroy with a Vision Ward or Oracle Lens.
120** Take a shot when your carry yells at you for failing to save them from getting killed [[NeverMyFault despite the fact that the aforementioned death was a result of their own stupid mistake]].

126** Chug in frustration if you unload your full combo and the target makes it out with 100 or less HP.

129* As a tank, take a shot every time you hard-initiate for your team but no one goes in with you.
130** Take a drink if the enemy team is dumb enough to focus you first. Take two if you have an ability or item (like Thornmail) that's [[CounterAttack actually killing them]] as they do so. Down the bottle and laugh if you're [[BreadEggsBreadedEggs Rammus with a Thornmail]] and the enemy team is doing this.
131** [[ThisIsGonnaSuck Just start drinking and sigh]] toward the end of a fight if you're the only one left alive and the enemy is [[RasputinianDeath taking forever to wear down your indestructible shell]]. Down the bottle in triumph if you somehow manage to ''win'' said fight.
132* As a jungler, drink at the start of the match [[ButtMonkey just for picking the role of jungle in the first place.]]
133** Take a shot when a lane demands to be ganked with unwarranted rudeness. Take two if you actually do help them out and they don't go in with you. Take an extra shot for every time you ping indicating you're about to gank.
134** Take a shot when you gank a lane successfully and earned your kill (didn't KillSteal or walk in on a sure-kill) through the play you made and still [[UngratefulBastard get yelled at for not feeding the kill to the laner]].
135** Take a shot when you get killed by the enemy jungler in your own territory and no one on your team lifted a finger to help.
136** Take a refreshing drink of something else if someone actually thanks you for ganking/de-warding/donating a buff/stealing enemy objectives.
137** Take a drink whenever you kill the [[EliteMook Dragon]] all by yourself. Finish your glass in shame if you fail to do so, and your team proceeds to yell at you for it.
138* As a mage, drink at the start of the match [[LowTierLetdown just for picking a mage in the first place]].

144* As Gragas, take a sip every time you use Drunken Rage (drink even more if you feel like being beyond smashed by the end of a match).
145** Alternatively, take a drink all the time all game if you're a ''[[NoTrueScotsman real]]'' Gragas player.
146* As Singed, take a shot and laugh maniacally every time you use Insanity Potion. Also, take a shot every time you use all your abilities and even summoner spells to reach someone before they just hit you with a crowd control spell and walk away.
147** Playing against Singed, take a sip every time you hear him laugh (beware, very likely to cause liver failure).
148*** Also applicable for playing against Lux.
149* As Master Yi, take a shot for every tower you manage to backdoor, two for an inhibitor.
150** Take a shot for every kill and cooldown refresh you get while Highlander is active.
151* As Shen, take a drink of shame if you use Stand United on an ally and they die before you can even get there.
152* As Heimerdinger, take a drink should you stun an enemy champion with CH-1 Concussion Grenade. Take another if you do this blind. Chug should you hit multiple enemy champions with it.
153** Drink every time your lane opponent attempts to charge through all your turrets to reach you only to get nuked in the firing line on the way. Drink again if you baited this and used Zhonya's to ensure their death.
154* As Darius, take a shot every time you run out of mana just as Noxian Guillotine would come in handy and you have to chop your target down the hard way.
155* As Thresh, drink in frustration every time you throw your lantern to teammate(s) in trouble but no one clicks on it.
156** Take a shot if you land Death Sentence on your target and [[HoistByHisOwnPetard double-click to pull yourself into their tower and/or their entire team]]. This also applies to Leona and her Zenith Blade.
157* As Ezreal, Draven, Ashe, Jinx, or Senna, take a shot for every enemy you manage to kill with your ultimate that you weren't even aiming at.
158** As Caitlyn, take a shot every time an enemy [[TakingTheBullet intercepts your Ace in the Hole for their teammate]] but it ends up killing them anyway. Take another if [[ExactlyWhatIAimedAt this was your plan all along]].
159* As Jinx take a shot when you catch an enemy with your Flame Chompers!
160** Take a shot if the Jinx you're playing against wastes all her mana on using rockets early in the game.
161* As Garen, Lux, or Jarvan IV, raise your glass/bottle and shout "DEMACIA!" like a cheer every time your champion does before drinking.
162* As Teemo, take a sip every time one of your mushroom traps detonate onto at least one enemy champion. If the mushroom kills an enemy champion, finish the glass.
163* As Twisted Fate, take a drink of shame for every time you fail to lock in the card you were intending to for Pick A Card.
164** Take another if you waste your Destiny/Gate or use it then get killed. Just finish the glass and facepalm if [[BreadEggsBreadedEggs you use Destiny/Gate to gank someone then die because you locked in the wrong card for Pick A Card]].
165* As Alistar, take a drink of shame every time you knock back an enemy with Headbutt in a position that is actually favorable for them. Take a drink of triumph for every Headbutt canceled into Pulverize that you pull off.
166** Take another if you're near full-build and the enemy team attacks you, ignoring the rest of your team, while you're ulted.
167* As Pantheon, chug triumphantly should you manage to damage at least one enemy champion with Grand Skyfall. Chug twice should you kill at least one enemy this way!
168** Finish your drink if you achieve this by [[LeeroyJenkins diving onto the enemy respawn platform]].
169* As Janna, take a drink of shame every time your Monsoon doesn't work as you hoped. Do this as well if you continue to channel Monsoon and get yourself killed for it.
170* As Blitzcrank, finish your glass for every time you pulled an enemy champion from the fog of war with Rocket Grab.
171** Down a shot if you accidentally kill your opponent with your Rocket Grab. Two if someone calls you out on it.
172* As Sona, take a shot for every Power Chord you apply onto a champion. Take a sip instead if you don't feel like having your stomach pumped afterwards.
173* As Ryze, take a sip for every time your passive makes Overload immediately available to you again (pretty likely to kill you if the match lasts at least 30 minutes).
174** As Cassiopeia, take a sip for every time Twin Fang gets its cooldown refreshed from hitting a poisoned champion (pretty likely to kill you if you can somehow still aim enough to poison champions while drunk).
175*** As Skarner, please do not take a sip every time you use Crystal Slash. It will ''definitely'' kill you.
176*** Or doing this as Karthus every time you use Lay Waste.

180* As Anivia, drink if you were counting on Glacial Storm acting as a no-man's-land between you and their team and you all get jumped the moment it stops casting.
181** Hardcore mode: After a full teamfight, chug for each second you spent with your ultimate active.
182** Also as Anivia, take a drink every time you miss a QE or RE combo.
183** If you get egged, start chugging right from the bottle until you resurrect. Finish the bottle while laughing if there were enemies nearby who failed to finish you off.
184* As Ahri, take a sip for each Charm you land.
185* As Malzahar, take a shot for every champion killed in a row with a single Malefic Visions.
186** Finish your glass every time your ultimate is interrupted by someone, and drown your bottle if this ends up killing you.
187* As Leblanc, take a drink every time you successfully juke an opponent, and finish your glass if you fail and get killed.
188* As Zilean, chug a glass every-time you ult a champion who's near death, but then proceeds to try and escape, but only manages to die ''after'' your ult as worn off, wasting it. Chug another if this proceeds to get you and any of your other allies killed.
189** On the other hand, drink if your ult turns the direction of a one-sided fight against them and secures a kill.
190** Drink every time you finish someone's level off with your passive.
191*** Drink whenever you have to chase down a teammate to do this since they don't know what you're doing. Optional extra drinks if this forces you to use your E to catch up.
192* As Karthus, take a drink whenever you kill a champion from across the map with ''Requiem'' after they fled from whichever of your teammates' they'd been fighting. Down your glass if you manage to kill them right after they Recall.
193** Alternatively, take another sip if your teammate yells at you for a KillSteal.
194** Additionally, take a drink if you kill someone unintentionally with with ''Requiem''. Take two if its the enemy jungler in their own jungle. Take three if the person you ''intended'' to kill with ''Requiem'' survives, and someone else on their team dies instead.
195** Do your best impression of Karthus' EvilLaugh and down the bottle if you get a [[TotalPartyKill Pentakill]] with ''Requiem'' after dying. Down another if this leads to a double ace. Down a third and shake your head if this happens later in the game, causing everyone to be waiting to respawn for over a minute.
196* As Soraka, take a drink when your ''Wish'' skill saves an ally that's about to be killed halfway across the map. Take another if this boost of health allows them to kill whoever it is they're fighting.
197** Prior to her rework, another challenge was to take a drink whenever you got yelled at for "giving {{Mana}} to the enemy". (Soraka's old kit included a move called ''Infuse'' that would either give MP to an ally or silence an enemy, but the animation on either effect is the same, making it look like Soraka was giving mana to enemies.)
198* As Lulu, take a shot whenever you use stack your ult on top of [[AttackOfTheFiftyFootWhatever A: a fully stacked Cho'Gath, or B: a Nasus or Renekton who's already ulting himself]]. Start chugging the bottle and don't stop until the effect ends if the champion in question decides to stack an Iron Elixir on top of all that.
199* Going along with the above, take a sip as Cho'Gath or Nasus if the sheer size of the aforementioned champs prevents the enemy from targeting a squishier ally who's hiding in your shadow. Take a shot if you're intentionally pulling off this strategy.
200* As Bard, chug during the duration of your ''Magical Journey'' while trying to flee the enemy team. Celebrate and finish the drink, if the enemy took a ''Magical Journey'' with you, to their doom at the hands of your waiting teammates at the end.
201** Take a sip every time your Bard fails to do their job at supporting the team (Missed stuns, locking down his own team to be killed with ''Tempered Fate'', leading the enemy team to yours when you aren't ready for a team fight with ''Magical Journey'') Down the bottle(s) if it becomes apparent that your team's Bard is doing this intentionally to troll your team, and file a report for Griefing: Assisting the Enemy team post-match loss.
202* As Tahm Kench, take a drink every time you successfully use ''Devour'' on an enemy.
203** Finish the glass if you fail to because they only have two stacks on them. Alternatively, finish the glass if this kills said enemy.
204* As Vel'koz, take a sip every time you manage to ([[ExactlyWhatIAimedAt purposefully]]) nail someone with the split shot from Plasma Fission. Finish your glass if the initial shot ''and'' the two split shots hit their intended target.
205** Take a drink (while sighing and shaking your head) if someone accuses Vel'koz of being broken or overpowered because they're still dying even though they built magic resistance, not knowing he does True Damage. Down the bottle if someone on the enemy team points out the True Damage aspect.
206* As Fiora, take a sip every time you parry an attack. Down the whole glass if it's an Ultimate!
207* For the hardcore Veigar player: Drink for every Ability Power point gained. You will ''die''.
208** Drink every time you ''almost'' kill a unit with Baleful Strike and miss all the juicy free AP.
209*** Drink twice if you almost kill a champion who then escapes and safely gets away from the fight, denying you even the experience points.
210** Drink if your Event Horizon stun wears off just in time for them to dodge a Dark Matter attack.
211** Drink every time Veigar laughs, including in normal dialogue and from killing with your ult.
212* As Rammus, drink and laugh if someone on the enemy team kills themselves by attacking you with ''Defensive Ball Curl'' active. Add another if you have a [[AttackReflector Thornmail]].
213** Take another if the same person does this again, and drink for every time they continue to do this. If this happens more than five times, stop drinking, at this point it's clear you're going to die of alcohol poisoning if you continue.
214** Down the bottle (and laugh as they kill themselves in about two seconds) if you have a Thornmail and an enemy with high attack speed and auto-attack damage (like a Master Yi, Tristana or Jinx) gets taunted by you while you have ''Defensive Ball Curl'' active or ready to activate.
215* As Yasuo, take a sip every time you block an ability or autoattack with your Wind Wall.
216** Take a shot if you block an ultimate.
217** Playing against Yasuo, do the same for your own abilities and autoattacks.
