Who is Mitsuki Saiga (born June 12, 1973 in Saitama, Japan)? Well, she's got quite a deep voice; as a result, she's normally cast in the roles of young boys or Tomboy tomboyish women. In fact, she can pitch her voice so deep that it's almost impossible to tell it belongs to a female. Even her female roles tend to have deep voices. A certified Bifauxnen in RealLife as well; just check out the group shot she took with Creator/MamoruMiyano, Creator/AyaHirano and Creator/HiroshiKamiya at the 2nd Seiyu Awards.

Essentially is the DistaffCounterpart of Creator/AkiraIshida, Creator/AyumuMurase and Creator/KazutomiYamamoto in terms of vocal range, though in terms of career path and typecasting, it goes to Creator/KoukiMiyata. Her western counterpart is Creator/JenniferHale, as many of their roles specialize in using a contralto voice.

Seems to be friends with Creator/TakahiroSakurai in real life.

!!Tropes relating to Mitsuki Saiga's works:

* Bifauxnen: Not only is her voice masculine, but so is her appearance.
* CrossdressingVoices: Many of her characters are boys and sometimes even fully grown men. Sometimes is confused for this trope too, when voicing female characters with a particularly deep register.
* TomboyishVoice: Many of her roles qualify, as well as herself.
* Typecasting: Many of the characters she voices are either tomboyish women or boys.
* WomanOfAThousandVoices: Thanks to her very deep voice, she can voice characters anywhere from Tomboy tomboyish women, to boys, and even fully grown men.
