2	''Oskar'' (der Familienkater) is a ComicStrip by the German artist Cefischer (real name: Carl Ernst Fischer) about a FunnyAnimal tomcat and his family. It appeared during the years 1952-62 in the ''Frankfurter Illustrierte''. WesternAnimation/FelixTheCat was an inspiration for Oskar.
