[[quoteright:200:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/arnoldskaaland_712.jpg]]
A former United States Tag Team champion in the WWWF who would later manage Bruno Sammartino and Bob Backlund as the first-ever face manager.
----
* ActionSurvivor
* AwesomeMomentOfCrowning: Inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 1994.
* BewareTheNiceOnes: During his managerial time, he was portrayed as a quiet, humble guiding force to his wrestlers, most notably Wrestling/BobBacklund and Wrestling/BrunoSammartino, this in stark contrast to the bombastic, loud evil managers who conspired against him. But if you managed to cross him the wrong way, he would make sure you paid for it. Most notable was when Backlund betrayed him in 1994 and Skaaland rallied the troops to knock some sense into the newly-turned heel Backlund.
* RedBaron: "The Golden Boy"
* SemperFi
* WrestlingFamily: His son, George Skaaland.
* WrestlingManagersAreHeels: One of the very first aversions of this trope. His managerial time characterized him as a stoic and kind {{Face}} in contrast to the evil and petty managers of the time.

!!! Uncle Zebekiah/Zeb Coulter (Wayne Keown) 1994-1997, 2013-2016
* CatchPhrase: Now I want you all to stand, place your hand over your heart and in a loud clear voice say "WE THE PEOPLE".
* CelebrityResemblance: Jerry Lawler once called him "WesternAnimation/YosemiteSam."
* ConflictKiller: Yeah I'm sure you'd all like to see Jack Swagger and Antonio Cesaro fight one another but that will have to wait, they've got bigger fish to fry like Los Matadores Engañoso.
* {{Eagleland}}: Type 2. You all know the UK would be a better place if Real Americans were running it.
* GetAHoldOfYourselfMan: It's called tough love, it helped Jack Swagger win, reminded him what he's made of.
* NoTrueScotsman: A real American would admit there is some sense to what Zeb Coulter has to say.
* PatrioticFervor: Although instead of the standard Red-White-Blue he opts for the black "Don't Tread On Me" flag.
* PoliticallyIncorrectVillain: There is a problem with this country and Real Americans know it: Mexicans. Furthermore, Real Americans know how to fix it and we're starting with Alberto Del Rio.
* SkywardScream: If you had to endure the trials that Zeb Coulter and real Americans like him regularly go through you'd occasionally have to vent too.

!!! [[Wrestling/{{Raven}} Johnny Polo]] (Scott Levy) 1993-1994

!!! Oscar (Greg Girard) 1993-1995

[[folder: The Ruthless Aggression Era (2002-2008)]]

!!! Daivari 2004-2007

* BadassInANiceSuit: In his managerial role in WWE he dressed in sharp suits.
* {{Foreign Curse Word}}: Once called Wrestling/ChrisBenoit a "motherfucker" in Persian.
* {{Jerkass}}: Wrestling/JohnCena called Hassan and Daivari out on this.
-->"These people don't hate you because you're Arab-American. They hate you because you're (censored) Asshole-American."
* OneSteveLimit: WWE renamed him Khosrow Daivari when he was in OVW, in part as a tribute to Wrestling/TheIronSheik, whose real first name that is, although the first name never made it to WWE TV, and as a way to avoid anyone possibly confusing him with Wrestling/ShawnMichaels. This was lampshaded by John Cena calling him a "bootleg Iron Sheik" on the December 12, 2005 ''Wrestling/{{WWERAW}}''.
* PoliticallyCorrectVillain: Hassan and Daivari were angry about stereotypes.
* WrestlingFamily: Has a younger brother, Ariya, that wrestles for WWE in their revived Cruiserweight division.

!!! Armando Alejandro Estrada (Hazem Ali) 2006-2008, 2011
[[quoteright:200:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/armandoalejandroestrada_2176.jpg]]
* CarnivalOfKillers: Sent many people after [[{{Jobber}} Colin Delaney]] when he was in [=WWECW=].
* EarlyInstallmentWeirdness: In OVW, he was billed as "Osama" and did an Arab, anti-American gimmick.
* {{Fanboy}}: He said he grew up as one of Ric Flair but was bent on proving that he was obsolete by the time he made it to the WWE. Significantly, he debuted by having the debuting Umaga attack Flair.
* ForeignWrestlingHeel
* FullNameBasis[=/=]SayMyName: "Armando Alejandro ESSSTRADA!", complete with TrrrillingRrrs.
* HammyHerald
* SmokingIsCool: Or rather, cigars are cool. Nobody actually smoked them, at least not on screen.

!!! Wrestling/{{Hornswoggle}} (Dylan Postl) 2006-2016

!!! Ranjin Singh (David Kapoor) 2007-2011
[[quoteright:200:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/ranjinsingh_9530.jpg]]
* NonActionGuy: He lost an arm-wrestling match to ''Hornswoggle!''
* {{Omniglot}}: Speaks both Punjabi and English
* PutOnABus: After Wrestling/TheGreatKhali [[FaceHeelTurn attacked him]] and sided with Mahal, he disappeared off TV, and even after Khali turned {{face}} again, he hasn't returned. One of the reasons is that Singh is part of the creative staff.
* TranslatorBuddy: Since Khali's English isn't the best, and his speech is [[TheUnintelligible muddled]], Ranjin was there to translate for him
* UnrelatedBrothers: To The Great Khali.
** [[{{Kayfabe}} Wrestling Family]]: The brother in law to Jinder Mahal.
[[/folder]]

[[folder: The WWE Universe Era (2008-2011)]]
!!! Abraham "AW" Washington (Brian Bary Jossie) 2009-2010, 2012
[[quoteright:200:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/abrahamwashington_6053.jpg]]
* BaldOfEvil
* EarlyInstallmentWeirdness: Started out in WWE's developmental program FCW as Abraham Saddam Washington, a {{Heel}} {{Parody}} of President UsefulNotes/BarackObama, complete with his Secret Service stable of [[Wrestling/{{EC3}} Agent D (Derrick Bateman)]], Agent T (Tevita "Donny Marlow"/"Camacho" Fifita) and Agent C (Matthew "Joseph Canterbury" Walsh). This gimmick was eventually abandoned.
* FunWithAcronyms: AW stands for All Worlds Promotion. However it could also be his former ringname, [[MeaningfulName Abraham Washington.]]
* LargeHam[=/=]HammyHerald: Not helped by the fact that he is mic'd up while at ringside for his stable's matches.
* OurPresidentsAreDifferent: As Abraham Washington in FCW, he was an [[NoCelebritiesWereHarmed Unmodified]] President {{Jerkass}}.
* RapeAsComedy: Made an off-color reference to the Kobe Bryant rape case from several years ago. He's since been [[RoleEndingMisdemeanor released from WWE.]] It didn't help that he wasn't so apologetic backstage about it, the following weeks, which lead to his release.
** The internet, being what it is, quickly raised a clip from a ''Smackdown'' episode where [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UiK3Gsk1x_g Big Show made the same joke.]] It's believed he was really fired for referring to Linda's second race for the senate with an excuse thrown up for plausible dependability.
** And WWE fans, being what they are, started chanting "Kobe Bryant" during the Wrestling/PrimeTimePlayers' ''Wrestling/{{SummerSlam}} 2012'' match.
* TalkShowWithFists: "The Abraham Washington Show"
* VitriolicBestBuds: With Tony Atlas
* YouHaveOutlivedYourUsefulness: He was first Primo's and Epico's manager, but turned on them for the Prime Time Players during an number one contenders match for the tag titles (which Primo & Epico had to be a part of since they lost their rematch clause after it expired after thirty days due to AW never telling them when to use it.)
