[[folder:Aeolia Schenberg]]
[[quoteright:300:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/Aeolia_Schenberg_196.png]]

Celestial Being's founder, he lived over 200 years before the beginning of the series. He established the theoretical basis of the combined orbital elevator and photovoltaic energy system, the construction and defense of which he foresaw to employ humanoid machines not unlike mobile suits. [[GambitRoulette In a long term plan]] to rid the world of armed conflict and ready humanity into the next phase of its evolution, he founded the private paramilitary organization Celestial Being. It is this plan that becomes the driving force for both the first and second series.

->Voiced by Creator/ChikaoOhtsuka (Japanese), Tsutomu Isobe (Japanese, "A Wakening of the Trailblazer"), and Creator/MichaelKopsa (English)
-----
* AncientConspiracy: Celestial Being's grand entrance was over 200 years in the making.
* BaldOfEvil: It depends on whether the individual sees him as a visionary genius or just a narcissist with a messiah complex. Especially when, combined with his beard, he bears a surprising resemblance to a certain [[UsefulNotes/VladimirLenin Vladimir Ilyich Ulyanov]].
%%* BatmanGambit:
* BigGood: Subverted. He may be out to save humanity from itself but his more morally ambiguous actions make him responsible for all the tragedy that occurs.
* BlueBlood: He’s super rich.
* BoomHeadshot: [[spoiler:Alejandro kills him by shooting him in the head]].
* CharClone: While he never dons a mask, his views and ambitions to create a better world are very reminiscent of the Red Comet. Unlike Char however, his methods and ambitions are not only far less destructive but also considerably more long term. His English voice actor, Michael Kopsa, also voiced Char in [[Anime/MobileSuitGundam the original Gundam anime]] and ''Anime/MobileSuitGundamCharsCounterAttack''.
* TheChessMaster: Was able to create a private military organization that would have enough firepower to fight the entire world after 200 years.
* CoolOldGuy: Despite not having a lot of people to talk to, he seems like a decent person.
* CrazyPrepared: It seems like he predicts almost everything that happens. And he set up Veda to deal with anything he ''didn't'' predict, just in case.
* DeadManSwitch: [[spoiler:He made preparations so that if he were killed before he could be revived from cryosleep, the Gundams would gain the ability to use Trans-Am so they can stop those who threaten Celestial Being's plans.]]
* {{Expy}}: Let's see, a supposedly long dead scientist comes up with a centuries-long plan involving a secret foundation, manipulating events to suit the plan, and leaves recordings of himself to the public long after his time. Oh snap, [[{{Franchise/Foundation}} HE'S HARI SELDON]]!
* GambitRoulette: He knew there was no way to predict everything that would happen in 200 years, hence the existence of Veda.
* GenghisGambit: Part of his plan was to [[spoiler:ensure that Celestial Being would become such a threat to world peace that the various power blocs would peacefully unite to stop them.]]
* HighClassGlass: Never seen without his monocle.
* HumanPopsicle: [[spoiler:He froze himself so he could see this new, war-free world his organization would create. Didn't work out in the end, as Alejandro finds and kills him before he can be revived.]]
* MyDeathIsJustTheBeginning: [[spoiler:Both apparent and official]].
* ItsAllAboutMe: Cryogenically froze himself so he would live to see his plan come to fruition, all so he could bask in the glory of being mankind's self-appointed savior.
* NonActionGuy: Scientist, not a fighter.
* TheOmniscient: It's a little scary just how much of the plot he apparently predicted, although how much of that was him and how much was Veda playing Speed Chess is unclear.
* OmniscientMoralityLicense: His plans to reform humanity call for the deaths of thousands... but he probably didn't mean for it to be ''that'' many.
* ThePlan: Whenever Celestial Being talks about "the Plan", it's his they're talking about.
* PosthumousCharacter: Died over two hundred years before the start of the series. [[spoiler:It is later revealed that he survived via cryogenic freezing, but Alejandro kills him before he can be revived.]].
* PowersThatBe: He’s a very powerful man, but doesn’t interact with anyone present day.
* TheProfessor: Celestial Being’s founder and the source of much of the problems and answers.
* ScaryShinyGlasses: In his case, [[HighClassGlass monocle]]. Though whether he is a good person or not is up to interpretation.
* [[ScienceHero Science]] ''and'' GuileHero: He’s a very scientific genius and did a lot of the work alone.
* ThanatosGambit: [[spoiler:He didn't plan on dying, but ''if'' something went wrong and he did, he had contingencies in place.]]
* WellIntentionedExtremist: For him, humanity had to change and leave behind war or they would just end up carrying their conflicts into space. Considering how most Gundam timelines especially the Universal Century feature recurring Earth vs Colonies conflicts he definitely had a point.

[[folder:Alejandro Corner]]
[[quoteright:300:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/Alejandro_Corner_5106.png]]
->'''Main mecha:''' GNMA-XCVII Alvatore, GNMS-XCVI Alvaaron

A UN Ambassador who is also an Observer for Celestial Being, although he has grand ambitions of his own.

->Voiced by Creator/YasunoriMatsumoto (Japanese) and Andrew Kavadas (English)
-----
* AGodAmI: Has a huge god complex. [[spoiler: Though not as much as Ribbons.]]
* AmbitionIsEvil: Desires to twist Aeolia’s plans so he may rule the world.
* AmbiguouslyGay: Alejandro gets very touch feely with Ribbons in more than one scene and he almost crosses the ambiguous line in a scene in the special edition.
* AssholeVictim: [[spoiler:Ribbons sells him out to die by Setsuna's hands, but considering how awful he is, it's hard to say it wasn't deserved.]]
* {{Badass in A Nice Suit}}: Sharply dressed in a tailored red suit and a dangerous man.
* BigBadWannabe: Lampshaded in the first season's last episode, where, after all of his schemes come crumbling down, the true BigBad gives Alejandro a call to put him in his place.
--> '''Alejandro''': This is the Corner family's dream!
--> '''[[spoiler:Ribbons]]''': That obsession is precisely what makes you such a ''small'' man.
* BitchInSheepsClothing: He's able to play the part of a suave, affable man while in public, particularly during talks with Princess Marina, but behind closed doors he's a smug megalomaniac. By the time he reveals his betrayal in the first season finale, he shows his true colors as a raving lunatic.
* BlingBlingBang: His Mobile Armor/Suit the Alvatore/Alvaron.
* BlingOfWar: His car, gun and pilot suit are all gold.
* BlueBlood: He’s very rich, but he’s not a great person.
* BreakTheHaughty: [[spoiler: Just when everything comes together, he’s sold out by Ribbons and left for dead. Hard to say he didn’t deserve it.]]
* ChronicBackstabbingDisorder: [[spoiler:Betrays Celestial Being and then arranges for the deaths of Laguna Harvey and the Trinity siblings after they [[YouHaveOutlivedYourUsefulness stop being useful to him.]]]]
* ConspicuousConsumption: He has a lot of gold-related stuff.
* CorruptCorporateExecutive: He’s very rich and also a very diabolical man.
* CulturedBadass: Rich and very professional.
* DiabolicalMastermind: Is scheming to control the world [[spoiler:although it later turns out that he was never anything more than a pawn to Ribbons.]]
* DiscOneFinalBoss: Appears to be the main villain until [[spoiler:Setsuna kills him in the Season One finale and it is revealed that Ribbons was secretly manipulating him.]]
* DrunkWithPower: He’s shown to be really fucking mad later on.
* EnigmaticMinion: Appears to be a loyal Observer, but has a tendency to smirk at odd times. [[spoiler:He turns out to be plotting to use Celestial Being to take over the world.]]
* EvilLaugh: [[spoiler:Laughs manically when he kills Aeolia and thinks that he has won]].
* {{Gayngster}}: It’s implied he may have feelings for Ribbons. [[spoiler: The feeling is not mutual.]]
* GoldColoredSuperiority: The Alvatore and Alvaaron are quite a cut above the typical Mobile Armor and Mobile Suit (respectively) at their time in the series.
* HistoricalVillainUpgrade: Since nobody publicly knows about the events of the second season, the in-universe Celestial Being movie depicts Alejandro as the BigBad.
* HoistByHisOwnPetard: So you like backstabbing people eh? [[UnwittingPawn Enjoy]]!
* ItsAllAboutMe: Alejandro only cares about himself, admitting he's a greedy man who wants Celestial Being and the world for himself.
* KilledOffForReal: [[spoiler: Setsuna is the one that does him in.]]
* LightIsNotGood: [[spoiler:His Alvaaron is a golden angel-like mobile suit]]
* LongHairedPrettyBoy: Long hair tied in a ponytail and is quite a stunning man.
* NiceJobFixingItVillain: [[spoiler: So you assassinated Aeolia Schenberg? Good job, you just activated the Trans-Am System to power up the Gundams.]]
* OmniscientCouncilOfVagueness: The Observers who govern Celestial Being of which he is a member.
* [[RichBitch Rich Asshole]]: He’s very rich, but very much not a good person.
* TheScapegoat: [[spoiler:TheMovie reveals that the A-LAWS and the GovernmentConspiracy from season 2 were apparently blamed on him after the fact (despite him having died five years previously), with the [[ShowWithinAShow in-universe movie]] using his likeness for portraying the A-LAWS' leader. This was done because the Federation couldn't reveal information about Ribbons Almark and VEDA to the general public.]]
* SharpDressedMan: Never seen without his suit.
* SmugSnake: Alejandro fancies himself a mastermind who's one step ahead of everyone else. In reality, his arrogance is completely unwarranted as he's completely dependent upon his right-hand man [[HypercompetentSidekick Ribbons]] for his plans to succeed and not only is he outmaneuvered by Aeolian Schenberg--even after [[spoiler:murdering him--but Ribbons turns out to have been using Alejandro to further his own agenda the entire time]].
* StraightGay: He may be gay for Ribbons, but he shows none of the stereotypes.
* TakeOverTheWorld: His ultimate plan boils down to ruling the world and remaking it in his own image.
* UnwittingPawn: [[spoiler:Ribbons was using him to create the Federation for his own ambitions.]]
* VillainousBreakdown: [[spoiler:Loses it when Ribbons reveals that he was using him from the very beginning.]]
* VillainWithGoodPublicity: Publicly he's an influential and well-respected [=UN=] ambassador. Privately he has aspirations of world domination.
* YouHaveOutlivedYourUsefulness: Alejandro has a habit of pulling this--with varying degrees of success--on anyone he's done manipulating, including but not limited to [[spoiler:Laguna Harvey, the Trinity Siblings, the crew of the Ptolemaios and Celestial Being's Gundam Meisters. He eventually falls prey to this himself by his own right-hand man, Ribbons.]]
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Laguna Harvey]]

President of Linear Train Industries and Team Trinity's boss of sorts.

->Voiced by Creator/ShinyaFukumatsu (Japanese) and John Novak (English)
-----
* AssholeVictim: [[spoiler:Ali kills him, but considering all the terrorism he asked Team Trinity to do, it’s hard to feel bad.]]
* BigBadWannabe: [[spoiler: Below Alejandro, a BigBadWannabe himself.]]
* BoomHeadshot: [[spoiler: How he’s killed by Ali.]]
* CorruptCorporateExecutive: The president of a company, but he is the one that instructed Team Trinity what to do and has bigger plans.
* EvilCounterpart: He can be considered one to Sumeragi. Both are the bosses of sorts to their respective Meisters, but Sumeragi is resourceful in her plans and generally tries to not get innocents involved while Laguna is extremely short-sighted and tells the Trinities to do acts of terrorism, regardless of who gets involved.
* KilledOffscreen: [[spoiler: Ali murders him, but we don't see it actually happen.]]
* SmallRoleBigImpact: [[spoiler: He doesn't show up often, but it's thanks to him sending Team Trinity to do work that would cause events later on, even long after they’ve all been killed.]]
* SmugSnake: Wants to overthrow Alejandro, but he’s shown to be insanely dense [[spoiler: and it gets him killed.]]
* WeHardlyKnewYe: Only appears in two episodes.
* YouHaveOutlivedYourUsefulness: [[spoiler: Alejandro has Ali kill him for this reason and would subsequently follow with the Trinity brothers.]]

[[folder:Wang Liu Mei]]
[[quoteright:300:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/Wang_Liu_Mei_5031.png]]

A beautiful Chinese celebrity who became the head of her house at the tender age of 15. She works as a secret agent, leaking information to Celestial Being, but she also seems to have her own agenda. She wants the world to change, no matter what the cost... but seems not to care how it changes as long as it doesn't stay the same, and she can be in the middle of it. To that end, she is willing to ally with and betray anyone. Has a BattleButler named Hong Long, who is also her elder brother.

->Voiced by Creator/KeiShindou (Japanese) and Creator/MarykeHendrikse (English)
-----
* AnimeChineseGirl: Beautiful, wore a qipao, styled her hair in odangos. The works.
* AssholeVictim: [[spoiler:A SmugSnake DoubleReverseQuadrupleAgent who [[PlayingBothSides plays any side she wants to]] as long as she benefits in some way, and [[ItsAllAboutMe she has no love for anyone (not even her own brother) but herself]]. Yeah, she pretty much deserved it when Nena, another big HateSink, blasted her into atoms.]]
* BadBoss: Treats Hong Long like crap and when Nena is forced to take shelter under her, she treats her no better, even aligning herself with the A-Laws, infuriating Nena as Ali, her brothers’ killer works for them.
* BigFancyHouse: Owns a small island complete with a large mansion and a full staff of servants.
* BitchInSheepsClothing: She is very cheerful and friendly, but she is willing to betray everyone and work with mass murderers just so she can have a hand in changing the world.
* ChronicBackstabbingDisorder: She's assigned to assist the ''Ptolemaios'' crew, but she also assists the Trinities after the Ptolemy Meisters come to blows with them. [[spoiler:She later sides with the Innovades against Celestial Being, betraying Nena in the process by forbidding her from taking revenge against Ali. When Ribbons tells Wang that he will not let her become an Innovator, she betrays the Innovades for Celestial Being, at which point Ribbons and Regene arrange for Nena to kill her.]]
* DoubleReverseQuadrupleAgent: For pretty much... um, everybody. It all depends on her whim at the moment.
* [[EntitledBastard Entitled Bitch]]: Genuinely believes she deserves so much despite her awful behaviour.
* EyeTake: [[spoiler:Gets a really nice close-up of the horror in her eyes when Nena blasts her shuttle and vaporizes her.]]
* FatalFlaw: [[LackOfEmpathy Her apathy towards everyone.]] [[spoiler: Rather than agreeing to hop in with Setsuna when Nena tries to kill her, she goes on a defenceless shuttle. It bites her in the ass when Nena successfully kills Wang without anyone to defend her.]]
* {{Foil}}: Ends up as one to ''Setsuna'', of all people.
** Setsuna was deprived of a normal childhood due to becoming a ChildSoldier. Liu Mei was wealthy, meaning she had a relatively normal childhood.
** Setsuna is TheStoic, but learns to open up and becomes an AllLovingHero. Liu Mei seems like a cheerful NiceGirl, but she really has an ItsAllAboutMe demeanour.
** Setsuna stayed true to his allegiance to Celestial Being, Liu-Mei has none.
** [[spoiler:Setsuna ended up becoming a true Innovator, changing the world and becoming a saviour, something Liu Mei desperately wanted, but could never get.]]
* FreudianExcuse: [[spoiler:She became the head of her family and had to bear the burden she didn't want because Hong Long doesn't have what it takes to lead the family, which leads her to be the SmugSnake she is now. It comes off as a tad flimsy as it's revealed that her family is just her and her brother and she seems quite able to do what she wants with the family's money.]]
* GirlishPigtails: Wears her hair in pigtails often in season 1.
* {{Greed}}: [[spoiler: {{Lampshaded}} by none other than Nena, who had just enough of her shit.]]
* HateSink: While not evident at first, the Second Season ultimately shows Liu Mei's true colors, showcasing how much of a horrible, [[ItsAllAboutMe self-absorbed]] [[TheSociopath sociopath]] she is. Not really caring how the world changes, she becomes responsible for a lot from the moment she starts the feud between Celestial Being and the Trinity Siblings ([[PlayingBothSides which she plays both sides of]]), and later betrays Celestial Being in hopes that by serving Ribbons, she will become an Innovator. She even self-admits that she will gladly sell out ''anyone'' for her own gain, just so long as she benefits in some way... and that even extends to her own brother Hong Long, [[spoiler:whose HeroicSacrifice she ''completely'' disregards]].
* HimeCut: It's a downplayed and kinda strange example; a Chinese elite girl who leads her family's household and her hairstyle certainly resembles the trope (bangs are trimmed but not even, side tails, long hair in coils rather than loose) but her outrageous arrogance and {{Stripperific}} tendencies point in the other direction.
* IJustWantToBeSpecial: She's not contented with her wealth and celebrity status and seeks to have a hand in changing the world as well. [[spoiler:She also wants to become an Innovator.]]
* ItsAllAboutMe: Her constant side switching is based on who will benefit her rather than any loyalty. Celestial Being is going to change the world. She'll back them. Ribbons can make her a superior being? She helps A-Laws. Ribbons points out that he won't make her a superior being because she's selfish and he personally can't stand her. She starts sending CB info again to spite Ribbons.
* JerkWithAHeartOfJerk: It finally looks like Wang Liu Mei may realize the error of her ways when [[spoiler:her older brother Hong Long sacrifices her life to save hers. Liu Mei appears genuinely grief-stricken as she watches him die and later willingly gives the coordinates to Veda to Setsuna while declining his offer to take her with him, seemingly as atonement for her actions. Then she takes the opportunity to escape in her own ship, monologuing about how she's gladly willing to sacrifice the Innovators, Celestial Being and even her "dear brother" just so she can get the future she deserves. Seconds later, Nena shows up to [[KarmicDeath give her just that.]]]]
* KarmicDeath: [[spoiler:After PlayingBothSides for so long, she dies in large part thanks to Regene doing the same thing with her and Nena.]]
* LackOfEmpathy: While she did agree to [[spoiler: take Nena in, she makes it clear she doesn’t care for her plight. Not to mention, her final moments have her making it clear she will sacrifice anyone if she needs to.]]
* MsFanservice: Some of her outfits are quite revealing.
* OhCrap: [[spoiler:When Nena turns against her, she is left in a total state of terror as she is relentlessly pursued and ultimately fragged by Nena and her Throne.]]
* OpportunisticBastard: Though Wang Liu Mei has the nebulous goal of "changing the world," she doesn't particularly care how the world changes just so long as it does so in a way that benefits herself. She plays both sides of the Ptolemaios and Trinity Sibling divide in Celestial Being, despite their radically different interpretations of Aeolia Schenberg's plan, then does the same thing later on with Ptolemaios and [[spoiler:the Innovades. Unfortunately for her, her transparent disloyalty just means Ribbons and Regene have no problem arranging her death once she's outlived her usefulness.]]
* PlayingBothSides: Works with both the Ptolemy Meisters and Trinity Meisters after the two sides come to blows. [[spoiler:In Season 2, she works with both Celestial Being and the Innovades. Ribbons and Regene eventaully get annoyed with her lack of loyalty, and Regene ultimately arranges her death.]]
* SmugSnake: Mostly because her arrogance eventually overrode her survival instincts, and because she was a little slow to figure out her usefulness ended with certain parties, and this ''really'' bites her on the ass in the worst way imaginable.
* {{Stripperific}}: Most of her outfits that are usually {{Sexy Backless Outfit}}s.
* TomboyAndGirlyGirl: Nena and her.
* TooDumbToLive: [[spoiler:After her brother is killed by Nena, Setsuna notices her wounds and offers to take her to safety. Wang Liu Mei declines the offer and elects to leave on her own. Yes, she turns down an offer of protection from ''the best Gundam pilot in the world'' and escapes into a puny unarmed shuttle, while still injured, when she already knows she's been pursued by Nena in a Gundam; the same one that attacked her last episode. Counting down to space debris...]]
* UnlimitedWardrobe: She always come up with new outfits.

[[folder:Hong Long]]
[[quoteright:300:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/Hong_Long_7535.png]]

Hong Long is a loyal servant to Wang Liu Mei and the Wang family. While a Celestial Being agent, he has no true loyalties to the organization except to Liu Mei. Even though he's the older brother, he contently accepted the role as Liu Mei's personal assistant and body guard. He's often at Liu Mei's side and vigilant over her safety above his own.

->Voiced by Kenji Takahashi (Japanese) and Creator/SamuelVincent (English)
-----
* AbusiveParents: His parents disinherited him for an unknown reason.
* AntiVillain: From [[SatelliteCharacter what little the audience gets to learn about him]], he seems to be a decent person who is sworn to obey the commands of his much more sinister little sister.
* TheAtoner: The reason he became his sister's bodyguard is to [[MyGreatestFailure make up for not being able to lead the Wang family]].
* BattleButler: Both Liu Mei's servant and bodyguard, capable of outrunning bullets.
* BigBrotherInstinct: Will defend Liu Mei from anyone even though she dislikes him.
* BlueBlood: The oldest son of the family, but he didn't have the talent for politics so Liu Mei became the head in his place.
* BoomHeadShot: [[spoiler:Nena kills him by shooting him in the head.]]
* BrokenBird: Male example. He’s become quiet and reserved because of what he’s done and to help make up for it.
* CharlesAtlasSuperpower: Is physically powerful enough to fight fully armor soldiers with his bare hands, busting out some sicknasty Bajiquan moves at one point while hijacking an ATV.
* ExtremeDoormat: Is willing to do anything Liu Mei orders him to.
* FallenPrincess: The former heir of the Wang family. Now he’s just the butler.
* KilledOffForReal: [[spoiler: Nena kills him when he defends Liu-Mei.]]
* LoveMartyr: Towards his sister. She treats him like shit because she had to take up his responsibilities as head of the Wang family, yet he remains completely devoted to her out of guilt.
* MeaningfulName: Wang Hong Long means Royal Red Dragon. He's nobility and a skilled physical combatant.
* MyMasterRightOrWrong: Well, blood is thicker than water they say.
* MysteriousPast: We know he was disowned by his parents, but we never find out why.
* TheQuietOne: He only speaks when he has to.
* RightHandHottie: He's Liu Mei's attractive bodyguard.
* SatelliteCharacter: Very little is revealed about him beyond his being loyal to Liu Mei.
* SenselessSacrifice: [[spoiler:Shields Liu Mei from Nena, but it didn't take long for Nena to kill her too.]]
* TallDarkAndHandsome: As Nena notes, he’s a very gorgeous man.
* UndyingLoyalty: He is completely loyal to Liu Mei and is willing to go along with her schemes even if he disagrees with them.
* TheUnfavorite: Liu Mei became the successor of the Wang family instead of Hong Long for reasons unknown.

[[folder:Veda]]
[[quoteright:300:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/Veda_9553.png]]

The quantum supercomputer that is the closest thing Celestial Being as a whole has to a leader since Schenberg's no longer around. It was built by Schenberg himself and programmed to carry out his goal of ridding the world of conflict through Celestial Being. It is the only thing that knows the full plan, and it directs the other members of Celestial Being to carry out what needs to be done. Its location is secret, even to the organization itself, who only communicate with it through special terminals.
----

* TheChessmaster: It is essentially planning against ''everyone in the world who isn't in Celestial Being''. It's not above using people outside the organization in its schemes as well, but its ability to do that is a lot more limited.
* KeystoneArmy: [[spoiler:All of Celestial Being's weapons are directly connected to Veda. It can withdraw its support and shut them down at any point it chooses. The Gundam Meisters get around this by installing their own OS in their Gundams when Veda is captured by Ribbons.]]
* MagicalComputer: Can flawlessly photoshop global news feeds in real time.
* MasterComputer: It has absolute control over [[spoiler:the spaceship ''Celestial Being''. Even when the ship is occupied by Earth Federation forces in TheMovie, Veda is doing things behind their backs while still cooperating with them.]]
* MeaningfulName: "Veda" is the Sanskrit word for "knowledge", and the computer shares its name with the Hindu scriptures.
* TheOmniscient: It monitors the socio-political status of the entire human race, and its plans take that information into account when it decides what Celestial Being's next move should be.
* PowersThatBe: Veda is the only thing that knows the full scope of Aeolia's plans, so it is pretty much the ''de facto'' leader of Celestial Being. The organization can disobey its orders if they wish, but of course, it has contingencies for that...
* XanatosSpeedChess: Veda is smart enough to allow for deviations from the original plan due to unforeseen circumstances. So long as Schenberg's plan is fulfilled in spirit, and the world is rid of conflict, Veda can make adjustments as needed.

!!E.A. Ray

A young man who talks with Aeolia Schenberg in the epilogue. [[AllThereInTheManual As the novel adaptation describes]], he became the model for [[BigBad Ribbons Almark]] and subsequent green-haired [[ArtificialHuman Innovades]] in both the main show and it's various expanded materials.

Voiced by Creator/ToruFuruya (Japanese) and Creator/MichaelAdamthwaite (English)
----
* IdenticalStranger: Ribbons was actually modeled after his appearance, but DEFINETLY not after his personality.
* PosthumousCharacter: Is long dead by the series proper. He only appears in a flashback.
* SharpDressedMan: From what we seen of him, he’s a very well dressed man.
* ShoutOut: E.A. could either stand for "[[AscendedFanon Evil Amuro]]" or [[Anime/MobileSuitGundam Ensign Amuro]]. And given who his [[Creator/ToruFuruya Japanese voice actor is]], it's pretty obvious.
* TallDarkAndHandsome: Has Ribbons’ look and was his originator. And much like Ribbons, he’s a very pretty man.
