Characters for the ''VideoGame/LEGOIsland'' video game series.

!Main characters

!!Shared Tropes

* HeroicMime: Pepper, Papa, Mama, Nick, and Laura in the first game are all very talkative as [=NPCs=], but are totally silent when you play as them.

!!Pepper Roni

->Voiced by: John Morris (''LEGO Island''), Diane Perry (''LEGO Island 2'', ''Island Xtreme Stunts'')

-->I'm the pizza delivery dude, the dude with the food!
-->--Pepper's CatchPhrase in the first game

Pepper, the only character playable in all three games, is the adoptive son of Mama and Papa Brickolini. His biological father, Bologna Roni, who was either an accomplished adventurer or a talented story teller, vanished one day. He now works as delivery boy at Brickolini's Pizzeria, and loves nothing more than riding around the island on his skateboard. He excels at math, but spelling and reading are a challenge for him. He is the ''de facto'' hero of the series.

* CatchPhrase: "Way cool!"
* DisappearedDad: His father, Bologna Roni. [[spoiler:He can be found in the GBC version of ''LEGO Island 2''.]]
* DubNameChange: He introduces himself to the Adventurers as "Pepper Pizzabud" (lit. "Pepper Pizza Delivery") in the Danish version of ''LEGO Island 2''.
* HappilyAdopted: He was adopted by the Brickolinis after his dad, Bologna Roni, disappeared. He is perfectly happy with Mama and Papa as his adoptive parents.
* HeroicLineage: His father is (allegedly) a [[BoldExplorer great explorer]], his grandparents were [[WalkingTheEarth traveling]] [[BigEater gourmets]], and his ancestor, [[OnlyKnownByTheirNickname Rootin' Tootin']] Roni, was a {{cowboy}} and [[ThePioneer early pioneer]] of Lego Island.
* HeroicMime: The few to be this outside of playing him in the first game. Aside from a few grunts, Pepper Roni has no dialogue in ''Island Xtreme Stunts''.
* LIsForDyslexia: Several islanders mention Pepper's poor spelling and reading skills in the first game. While playing as Pepper, a sign by the jail that reads "NO PIZZA" is changed to "NO PIZAZ".
* MissingMom: While it is known that his father vanished on an adventure, there is no mention of what happened to his mother.
* NiceGuy: He is a very chill dude who is always happy to help someone in need.
* PunnyName: His name is a play on "pepperoni".
* TotallyRadical: In the first two games, Pepper is constantly speaking with radical slang to play up the idea of him being a cool skateboarding kid to appeal to TheNineties kids.
* VocalDissonance: While John Morris averts this trope due to being [[ChildrenVoicingChildren an actual kid voicing a kid]], Diane Perry plays it straight by giving him a squeaky voice that makes him sound more like an alien than a pizza delivery boy.

!!Mama Brickolini

->Voiced by: Creator/JuneForay (''LEGO Island''), Diane Perry (''LEGO Island 2'', ''Island Xtreme Stunts'')

Mama is an immigrant who came to LEGO Island with only the clothes on her back and her piano. She has a passion for music and is often seen playing her piano. She is nearsighted, even though she doesn't wear any glasses. She owns and runs Brickolini's Pizzeria along with her husband, Papa Brickolini, whom she met and married on the boat that took her to the island. As mentioned above, she is the adoptive mother of Pepper. She is one the playable characters in the first game.

* KingIncognito: Her rumored maiden name, Clickoff, just so happens to be that of the Royal House of Buildovia.
* LiteralMinded: When asked what brought her to LEGO Island, her first answer was...
-->'''Mama Brickolini''': The boat, silly!
* PunnyName: Her name is a portmanteau of "brick" and "broccolini".
* WomenAreWiser: More level-headed and prudent than her husband or Pepper.

!!Papa Brickolini

->Voiced by: Ralph Peduto (''LEGO Island''), Tom Clarke-Hill (''LEGO Island 2''), John Guerrasio (''Island Xtreme Stunts'')

Papa owns and runs Brickolini's Pizzeria along with his wife, Mama Brickolini. He the man who makes all of the pizzas on Lego Island. Like his wife, he enjoys music. He is good at dancing, but is a terrible singer. As mentioned above, he is the adoptive father of Pepper, who is always told by Papa to get to work delivering pizzas. He is one of the playable characters in the first game.

* DreadfulMusician: At least he acknowledges that he's bad. (Doesn't stop him from singing anyway.)
-->'''Papa:''' Now I put the sauce on the dough. Dough? ''Do, re, '''mi!'''''
* ImpossiblyDeliciousFood: Island citizens love his pizzas so much that he is constantly stresses out making so many pizzas. One has to wonder how many pizzas he and his [[{{StealthPun}} brick]] oven can make at a time.
* JerkWithAHeartOfGold: Tends to be really grumpy and impatient, but is a good guy and loving father.
* PunnyName: His name is a portmanteau of "brick" and "broccolini".
* SupremeChef: Makes the best pizzas on Lego Island, even though he is the ''only'' chef on the island.

!!Nick Brick

->Voiced by: Fred Raker (''LEGO Island''), Jack Roberts (''LEGO Island 2''), Alan Marriot (''Island Xtreme Stunts'')

Nick takes passion for being a cop, one of his impressive abilities is his memory, in fact, he would remember telling you he has good memory in the first place. When The Brickster breaks out, he vows to be on him like "studs on a brick".

* CatchPhrase: "The thing that impresses most people is my memory."
* DonutMessWithACop: Can be seen pigging out on donuts at the Metro PD Station. When catching the Brickster, eating donuts makes him drive faster.
* {{Expy}}: His mannerisms and speaking patterns are closely based on those of [[Franchise/{{Dragnet}} Sgt. Joe Friday]].
* OnlySaneMan: [[DownplayedTrope Downplayed since he is still really eccentric and even a bit dopey,]] but nevertheless Nick is still arguably the most level-headed and mature person on the whole island. This is most prevalent in ''Island Extreme Stunts'' where he is one of the few characters who doesn't fall for the Brickster's lies on being reformed.

!!Laura Brick

->Voiced by: Erin-Kate Whitcomb (''LEGO Island''), Diane Perry (''LEGO Island 2'', ''Island Xtreme Stunts'')

Laura believes that being a cop is about people and respect, only needing reason to solve conflicts but she does get tough when she needs to be when on the job.

* UsefulNotes/AmericanAccents: Has a Upper-Midwestern accent, possibly a ShoutOut to [[Film/{{Fargo}} Marge Gunderson]].
* BewareTheNiceOnes: As she says in her intro video:
-->'''Laura Brick''': But don't get the wrong idea. I ''can'' be tough when I have to be!
* CloudCuckoolander: She can get rather loopy on occasion, which makes for a funny contrast with her otherwise serious personality.
* DonutMessWithACop: Can be seen pigging out on donuts at the Metro PD Station. When catching the Brickster, eating donuts makes her drive faster.

!!The Infomaniac

->Voiced by: Patrick Hagan (''LEGO Island''), Jack Roberts (''LEGO Island 2''), Nigel Pegram (''Island Xtreme Stunts'')

The benevolent but ''extremely'' goofy creator of Lego Island and the closest it has to a leader. He is your almost constant guide and mentor in each game.

* AbsentMindedProfessor: Poor fellow is plagued with forgetfulness.
-->'''Infomaniac''': Hi! Welcome back! Come on in! I have... something to do. I can't remember what it is, but feel free to look around!
* BigGood: Or at least the closest there is to one, even with his eccentricities he is basically the island’s head honcho and almost always has an answer to any problem.
* EccentricMentor: The Infomaniac is your guide to the world of LEGO Island and is always happy to give you tips and instructions... and yet, he's one of the most zany and eccentric residents of the island.
* InkSuitActor: Subverted. The Infomaniac's appearance is modeled after Wes Jenkins, who provided the voices of a few characters... but not the Infomaniac himself.
* KingOfAllCosmos: No seriously. The Infomaniac is essentially a god, being the creator of both LEGO Island and nearly everyone on it!
* SpellMyNameWithAThe: THE Infomaniac.

!!The Brickster

->Voiced by: David L. Lander (''LEGO Island''), Jack Roberts (''LEGO Island 2''), John Guerrasio (''Island Xtreme Stunts'')

* AcquiredPoisonImmunity: During ''Lego Island 2'', The Brickster had stored away a ton of chili peppers from previous Pizza deliveries in order to use them for his [[BreathWeapon Brickster Dragon Breath]] so he could escape, only to later get recaptured by the Brickolinis' creating Pizzas with extra-spicy Peppers from Ogel Island. By the time of ''Island Xtreme Stunts'', The Brickster states that Pepper throwing Pizzas at him aren't going to be effective against him now.
-->"Over the years, I've eaten so much pizza that I am ''immune'' to any type of Chili."
* BigBad: In each game, he executes a plot to deconstruct LEGO Island.
* BlatantBurglar: The Brickster always wears a black DominoMask and a [[InstitutionalApparel white/black-striped shirt]], even when he is supposedly "reformed" in ''Island Xtreme Stunts''.
* BlowingARaspberry: He does this to taunt Pepper in the first game.
* CardCarryingVillain: Falls under the Destruction sphere.
* DominoMask: The Brickster is always seen wearing a black mask over his eyes.
* DubNameChange: In ''LEGO Island 2'', he is named "Kim Cool" in the Danish version, "Steinbrecher" (lit. "Brickbreaker") in the German version, "Casbric" in the French version, "Dondersteen" (lit. "Thunderbrick") in the Dutch version, and "Briccone" (lit. "Rascal") in the Italian version.
* EarlyInstallmentCharacterDesignDifference: In the first game, the Brickster's beard is depicted as SolidCartoonFacialStubble. In subsequent appearances (and the physical Franchise/{{LEGO}} sets), his beard is depicted as black dots.
* EvilFormerFriend: The Infomaniac created the Brickster as a friend, and they were friends for a while. The Brickster only went evil after the Infomaniac suggested building more friends.
* IJustWantToBeBadass: According to his bio in the LEGO Island Comic Adventures, the Brickster wishes that he was more like [[Toys/LEGOAlphaTeam Evil Ogel]], but he just isn't evil enough.
* {{Jerkass}}: That said, while he isn't truly evil he is still a condescending and selfish sleaze with almost no redeeming qualities.
* {{Leitmotif}}: "The Jail" from [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CGjHUdZARd0 the first game]], which overlaps with EvolvingMusic in [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WRpp99TZdxY the third game.]]
* MalevolentMaskedMen: Wears a DominoMask.
* MyGodWhatHaveIDone: In the bad ending of the first game, the Brickster actually seems to regret taking apart all the island's buildings once he surveys the results.
-->'''Brickster''': Its mine! All mine! [[EvilLaugh Hahahahahaha!]] All mine! (Looks around at the destruction and crying people) [[HeelRealization Mine?]]
* NotSoHarmlessVillain: Sure, he seems pretty silly and not in any position to do anything bad at first, but if the helicopter has been built and Pepper delivers pizza to the Brickster, he gets out and soon makes it clear that he was locked up in jail for a ''damn good reason.'' This is further displayed in ''LEGO Island 2.''
* ObviouslyEvil: A man who dresses up like a [[BlatantBurglar burglar]] even when he isn't in jail. Taken to absurd to levels in ''Island Extreme Stunts'' where he claims [[HeelFaceTurn to be good now]] and everyone [[OnlySaneMan except Pepper, the Infomaniac, and Nick Brick]] believes him, but is still very clearly up to no good given the Brickster's obvious sabotaging of Pepper's stunts and dropping unsubtle threats to him within earshot of everyone else.
* PunnyName: His name is a portmanteau of "brick" and "trickster".
* SatanicArchetype: Silly as it may seem, the Brickster does fit the bill. He was the first Lego person created by the Infomaniac, and was initially on good terms with him. But when his maker went on to create other people, the Brickster went mad with envy and became the enemy of all Lego Island, even making his own EvilCounterpart to the Island called [[SdrawkcabName Ogel]] Island.
* SolidCartoonFacialStubble: In the first game, the lower half of the Brickster's face is solid gray to represent stubble. It's also a case of EarlyInstallmentCharacterDesignDifference, since the sequels (and the physical [=LEGO=] sets for Island Xtreme Stunts) give him more detailed stubble represented as tiny black dots on his yellow skin.
* SpellMyNameWithAThe: He is THE Brickster.
* StartOfDarkness: When the Infomaniac told him his intention to build a second companion for them, the very idea [[GoMadFromTheRevelation drove him insane]].
* TaughtByExperience: Having been defeated twice before through Pizzas, The Brickster by the time of the third game had AcquiredPoisonImmunity to every type of chili that is put on them; making the FinalBattle that much more difficult for Pepper.
* ThinkingUpPortals: In ''LEGO Island 2'', the Brickster can open a portal to OGEL Island and summon Brickster-Bots.
* VileVillainSaccharineShow: In the first game, he's the only source of real conflict should Pepper accidentally set him free, and despite his comical {{Jerkass}} personality and lines, when he steals the Power Brick he goes around ''zapping entire parts of the island out of existance'', and if Pepper fails to stop him in the final chase, [[DownerEnding he]] [[TheBadGuyWins wins.]]

!Characters who debuted in ''LEGO Island'':
!!Bill Ding

->Voiced by: Terry [=McGovern=], Jack Roberts (''LEGO Island 2'')

A LEGO Island native who will appear to assist you when building the various vehicles. Every time he puts a cap on, his accent and speech patterns change corresponding to the logo on the hat.

* ChuckCunninghamSyndrome: He is one of the few characters from both ''LEGO Island'' and ''LEGO Island 2'' not to return in ''Island Xtreme Stunts''. The [[https://archive.org/details/character-bible-v-0-4/page/40/mode/2up character bible]] for ''LEGO Island 3'' reveals the reason why: [[ScrewedByTheLawyers his name was trademarked by another company]].

* InformedDeformity: Is frequently referred to as being short (even being nicknamed "Stubby" by Papa Brickolini), yet every other character is the exact same height.
* SeinfeldianConversation: Some of his dialogue:
-->'''Nubby''': Ever wonder why we don't have any elbows and if we did what we would use them for? What is an elbow anyway? I haven't seen one. And why are we all yellow?

* AlliterativeName: Her first and last names both begin with N.
* [[CowBoy Cowgirl]]: Although she doesn't work with any cows or ride any horses, Nancy talks with a midwestern American accent and wears a cowboy hat, giving her this appearance.
* InSeriesNickname: "Little Brickaroo", Possibly her call sign because she only seems to use it when she's talking on the CB radio.

* TotallyRadical: Speaks with exaggerated surfer slang all the time.

->Voiced by: Doug Boyd (''LEGO Island''), Tom Clarke-Hill (''LEGO Island 2''), Alan Marriot (''Island Xtreme Stunts'')

* JerkWithAHeartOfGold: She's cocky and likes to taunt you, but will compliment you if you win the race or do well enough.
* PunnyName: Her name is a play on "road hog".

!!Jack O' Trades

->Voiced by: Bruce Robertson (''LEGO Island''), Mike Jones (''LEGO Island 2''), Nigel Pegram (''Island Xtreme Stunts'')

* CompositeCharacter: [[AllThereInTheScript Development documents]] for the first game confirm that Jack O. Trades was intended to be one of the car mechanics, not one of the Flying Legandos. A fan website that misattributed the name to the Flying Legando ended up resulting in citogenesis, as future installments would combine the appearance of the Flying Legando and the name of the car mechanic into a single character.
* CoolShades: In his original appearance as a mechanic, he wears stylish sunglasses with black lens.
* InconsistentSpelling: His name is written as Jack O. Trades in ''LEGO Island'', Jack O' Trades in ''LEGO Island 2'', and Jack O'Trades in ''Island Xtreme Stunts''.

* PunnyName: His name is a play on "jack of all trades".
* RhymesOnADime: Bumpy Kindergreen and Jack O' Trades' entire dialogue during the tow truck mission consists of them speaking in rhyme.
* ThoseTwoGuys: Like Return and Enter, Bumpy Kindergreen and Jack O. Trades form a comedic duo in the first game. After Bumpy got {{chuck|CunninghamSyndrome}}ed, this is no longer the case in the sequels.

!!Mr. DJ Radio/DJ Jackitt

->Voiced by: Terry [=McGovern=] (''LEGO Island''), Jack Roberts (''LEGO Island 2''), Brad Levelle (''Island Xtreme Stunts'')

* CoolShades: In the sequels, he is always seen wearing sunglasses.
* EveryoneCallsHimBarkeep: DJ Radio is simply credited as the "Radio Guy" in the first game's credits.
* MeaningfulName: DJ Radio operates L.E.G.O. Radio and often plays music on the air.
* SuddenNameChange: The first game's manual revealed his full name DJ Radio... until ''Island Xtreme Stunts'' changed it to DJ Jackitt. This has even caused some debate about whether the original game's DJ Radio and the sequels' DJ Jackitt are actually meant to be separate characters.
* TheVoice: In the first ''LEGO Island'' game, DJ Radio could only be heard on L.E.G.O. Radio.

!!Marty Snaps

->Voiced by: Patrick Hagan

* ChuckCunninghamSyndrome: He does not appear in the sequels.

* ChuckCunninghamSyndrome: He does not appear in the sequels (outside of the GBC port of ''LI2''.
* MeaningfulName: Being the LEGO Island bank keeper, it makes sense that his name refers to two forms of currency.

!!Gideon Worse

->Voiced by: David L. Lander

* BornUnlucky: Poor Gideon always seems to have bad luck, such as frequently losing body parts or getting a brick stuck in his torso.
* ChuckCunninghamSyndrome: He does not appear in the sequels.
* PunnyName: His name is a play on "get any worse", a phrase associated with bad luck and TemptingFate.

!!Enter & Return

->Voiced by: Wes Jenkins (Enter, ''LEGO Island''), Frank Hausman (Return, ''LEGO Island''), Alan Marriot (''Island Xtreme Stunts'')

* CrazyPrepared: They bring a shark, a tree, a parasol, and a mailbox on their ambulance mission. They explain that they're bringing the parasol just in case it's hot outside, and the mailbox just in case they happen to need to mail a letter.
* PunnyName: Both their names refer to a certain key on the computer keyboard, sometimes known as "enter" and sometimes known as "return".
* PutOnABus: For unexplained reasons, Enter and Return did not appear in ''LEGO Island 2: The Brickster's Revenge''. However, TheBusCameBack for ''Island Xtreme Stunts''.
* ThoseTwoGuys: Enter and Return are always seen together, and they play off of one another for comedic shenanigans.

!!Studs Linkin

->Voiced by: Terry [=McGovern=] (''LEGO Island''), Brad Levelle (''Island Xtreme Stunts'')

* AgonyOfTheFeet: At least his losing animation suggests this when he kicks one of his wheels and bounces around for a moment.
* CoolShades: He wears stylish sunglasses with blue lens.
* PermaStubble: He always has a chin full of stubble.
* {{Jerkass}}: Is both a braggart and a ''really'' bad sport, even making excuses whenever he loses a race.
* PunnyName: His name is a reference to the studs on a brick that link them together. Additionally, his father's name is said to be Hot Rod, a pun on the rockabilly song "Hot Rod Lincoln."
* PutOnABus: For unexplained reasons, Studs Linkin does not appear in ''LEGO Island 2: The Brickster's Revenge'' (except for the GBC port). However, TheBusCameBack for ''Island Xtreme Stunts''.
* SoreLoser: Throws a fairly substantial tantrum when you beat him in a race.

!!Dorothy and Glen Funberg

->Voiced by: Kathleen Salvia (Dorothy)

* ChuckCunninghamSyndrome: They do not appear in the sequels, though they both appear in the GBA version of ''Brickster's Revenge'', though Dorothy looks completely different and Glen is now a farmer.
* DirectionlessDriver: The Funbergs get lost driving on the racetrack because Glen refuses to pull over and ask for directions.

!!Captain D. Rom

->Voiced by: Bruce Robertson

* ChuckCunninghamSyndrome: He does not appear in the sequels (except for the GBC port of ''LI2'').
* CoolShades: He wears stylish sunglasses with black lens.
* DonutMessWithACop: Can be seen pigging out on donuts at the Metro PD Station.
* PoliceAreUseless: Often appears quite confused and incompetent, for example mistakenly telling the player they are under arrest. He also is the only member of the police department who plays no visible role in capturing the Brickster.
* PunnyName: His name is a play on CD-ROM.

!!Captain Click

->Voiced by: Patrick Hagan

* AdaptationalVillainy: In ''VideoGame/LEGOSoccerMania'', Captain Click joins the Brickster's Intergalactic team, which is otherwise comprised of notorious LEGO villains. While he was initially planned as the antagonist in a potential TV series pilot, he's only a [[CynicalMentor helpful (albeit cranky) mentor]] in ''LEGO Island''.
* AlliterativeName: His title and name both begin with C.
* CynicalMentor: Like the Infomaniac, Captain Click gives tips and tricks to the player. They are also both voiced by the same actor. However, while the Infomaniac is an enthusiastic EccentricMentor, Captain Click is very cranky, rude, and only tells you gameplay secrets so you'll go away and leave him alone.
* DemBones: [[AllThereInTheManual The game's manual]] and credits revealed that Captain Click was a pirate skeleton.
* EyepatchOfPower: When Captain Click appears in the flesh... err, bone... in ''VideoGame/LEGOSoccerMania'', his eyepatch is his sole distinguishing feature from the other pirate skeletons on his team.
* GhostPirate: Captain Click is the skeleton of an old pirate.
* PosthumousCharacter: As a skeleton. [[WhatCouldHaveBeen There were plans]] for a spinoff showing his exploits in life [[AbortedArc that fell through]].
* TalkLikeAPirate: Given that you only hear his voice in ''LEGO Island'', the fact that he talks like a stereotypical pirate is the only clue you get to his identity.
* TheVoice: Until his appearance in ''VideoGame/LEGOSoccerMania'', Captain Click only stayed behind his locked door and only his voice could be heard.

!!Mr. Super

->Voiced by: Wes Jenkins

* ChuckCunninghamSyndrome: He does not appear in the sequels.
* TheVoice: Only can be heard during the Super 2 Store's advertisement on L.E.G.O. Radio.

!!Mr. and Mrs. Pollywanna

->Voiced by: Patrick Hagan, Creator/JuneForay

* AmplifiedAnimalAptitude: Along with the sharks in the first game, Mr. and Mrs. Pollywanna seem to be the only intelligent animals in the ''LEGO Island'' series.
* ChuckCunninghamSyndrome: They do not appear in the sequels.
* PollyWantsAMicrophone: These two parrots talk on their own without needing to repeat others.
* PunnyName: Their name is a play on the phrase "Polly wanna cracker".

!!The Flying Legandos
* ChuckCunninghamSyndrome: With the exception of Jack O'Trades, none of them return for the sequels.

!!Mrs. Jingle

->Voiced by: Tamborine Bancroft

* ChuckCunninghamSyndrome: She does not appear in the sequels.
* MeaningfulName: She sings the L.E.G.O. Radio jingle.
* TheVoice: Only heard while listening to L.E.G.O. Radio.

!!Bumpy Kindergreen

->Voiced by: Uncredited

* AllThereInTheScript: Although his name is mentioned in the manual, the only thing linking that name to this character is design documents for the first game.
* CoolShades: He wears stylish sunglasses with blue lens.
* PermaStubble: Sharing the same face with Nubby Stevens and Studs Linkin, he always has a chin full of stubble, unlike the clean-shaven Jack O. Trades.
* RhymesOnADime: Bumpy Kindergreen and Jack O. Trades' entire dialogue during the tow truck mission:
-->"We've been waiting for you."\
"Now there's something to do."\
"We'll bring back the car."\
"We're not going far."\
"To pick up the tow."\
"So, it's off we go!"\
"We'll be right back!"\
"Follow us to the track!"\
"I said we'd be back!"\
"It's up on the rack!"
* ThoseTwoGuys: Like Return and Enter, Bumpy Kindergreen and Jack O. Trades form a comedic duo.

!Characters who debuted in ''LEGO Island 2'':

!!Gnarly Bones

->Voiced by: Mike Jones

* AscendedExtra: Gnarly Bones first appeared in the skateboard park of ''LEGO Island 2'' as a background character with a non-speaking role. He's given a bigger role in the sequel, ''Island Xtreme Stunts''.
* FriendlySkeleton: As his name indicates, Gnarly Bones is a skeleton. He's also a friendly skateboarder who races against Pepper.
* SuddenNameChange: In the Game Boy Advance version of ''LEGO Island 2'', he is referred to as Bony Hawk. This was changed to Gnarly Bones in ''Island Xtreme Stunts''.

!!Darren, Rich Pickings, Steve Hen, and Rob Banks

->Voiced by: Tom Clarke-Hill (Darren), Mike Jones (Rich, Steve, Rob)

* AllThereInTheScript: The [[https://archive.org/details/li-2-cast-list cast list]] reveals that Darren's surname is Eana. However, the same document gives Rob Banks' name as "Rob Stuff", so this might not be canonical.
* ChuckCunninghamSyndrome: These characters did not return for ''Island Xtreme Stunts''.
* CreatorCameo: All four characters are modeled after people who designed ''LEGO Island 2'' (Darren Drabwell, Rich Hancock, Steve Hughes, and Rob Carter, respectively), and as such they show up in the [[DevelopersRoom Developer's Cave]].
* PunnyName: With the exception of Darren, who has OnlyOneName in the game itself. Rich Pickings and Rob Banks are both phrases, while Steve Hen seems to be a pun on the name Stephen.

!!Technician Bob

->Voiced by: Carl Kingston (''LEGO Island 2''), Alan Marriot (''Island Xtreme Stunts'')

* AdaptationNameChange: The LEGO Space Port line originally called him Chris Com Link, although this might just be [[OnlySixFaces an identical-looking technician]].

!!Pete Bog

->Voiced by: Jack Roberts (''LEGO Island 2'')

* ChuckCunninghamSyndrome: Pete Bog did not return for ''Island Xtreme Stunts''.

!!Super Station Master

->Voiced by: Jack Roberts (''LEGO Island 2''), Nigel Pegram (''Island Xtreme Stunts'')

* TheCape: He is a brightly-dressed superhero who protects civilians from incoming trains by flying them off the tracks.

!!Brickster-Bots

->Voiced by: Mike Jones (''LEGO Island 2'')

The robotic minions of the Brickster, they are typically obnoxious pranksters who stir up trouble.

* DubNameChange: Since they are named after the Brickster, different language versions of ''LEGO Island 2'' change their name accordingly, though it doesn't always match. The Brickster-Bot is called "Cool-Bot" in Danish, "Stein-Boter" (lit. "Brick-Bot") in German, "Robrique" (lit. "Robrick") in French, "Briccobot" (lit. a portmaneau of "rascal" and "robot") in Italian, and "Blokbotten" in Dutch.
* InconsistentSpelling: Their name is hyphenated in ''LEGO Island 2'', but written as "Bricksterbot" in ''VideoGame/LEGOSoccerMania''.
* InstitutionalApparel: They dress in black and white striped prison shirts, just like the Brickster.
* MechaMooks: Until ''Island Xtreme Stunts'', the Brickster's only henchmen were these robots.
* WeaksauceWeakness: They can be knocked out by throwing a pizza at them. Even if that doesn't work, [[InvoluntaryDance they can dance themselves to submission if they listen to music]].
* YouAreNumberSix: In ''VideoGame/LEGOSoccerMania'', the Brickster-Bot players are simply named "Bricksterbot 1" through "Bricksterbot 6", unlike all the other uniquely-named characters in the game.

!!King Leo

->Voiced by: Mike Jones

!!Queen Leonora

->Voiced by: Judy Jenkins

!!Princess Storm

->Voiced by: Laurel Lefko

!!Cedric the Bull

->Voiced by: Carl Kingston

The main villain of ''[[Toys/LEGOCastle Knights' Kingdom]]'', Cedric the Bull is one of the villains allied with the Brickster.

* AdaptationalJerkass: While he was already the BigBad of the Knights Kingdom 1 sets he originated from, he did have some redeeming qualities, such as him taking the orphaned boy Weezil under his wing. But here, none of those traits of Cedric exist. Here, he proves that he WouldHurtAChild in his battle against Pepper.
* BullfightBoss: In the Game Boy Color version of the game, in which he charges at you with a lance and you have to trick him into running into the walls of the castle.
* DemotedToExtra:
** As with Mr. Hates, Cedric was planned to have a larger role in ''LEGO Island 2'' and become a recurring villain at OGEL Island, but this was cut from the game.
** In the Game Boy Advance version, he only appears as a target in the custard pie-yed based game.
* DubNameChange: While his name is Cedric in most languages, it is changed to "Simon de Stier" ("Simon the Bull") in the Dutch version.
* GiantSpaceFleaFromNowhere: In the PC and [=PS1=] version of the game, he just randomly shows up, takes the page right when Pepper is about to trade the Bull's flag for it and challenges Pepper to a cannon fight, and after you defeat him he's never seen again. Nobody on Castle Island mentions him prior to his battle and it isn't until AFTER the fight that they decide to mention him if you talk to the soldiers. While Mr. Hates mentions working with Brickster, Cedric doesn't mention Brickster at all, making it seem he just decided to fight Pepper as a LoneWolfBoss. This trope is {{averted|trope}} in the Game Boy Colour version, which properly introduces Cedric as a cohort of the Brickster shortly before the battle.
* MoralMyopia: He scolds Pepper Roni for shooting at him with cannons, all the while firing his own cannons at Pepper.
-->'''Cedric the Bull''': It's not fair! I should be the only person with cannons here!
* OneSteveLimit: In the game itself, Cedric the Bull is the only character named "Cedric". However, [[AllThereInTheScript the text dump for the Game Boy Advance version]] refers to the Bull King as "King Cedric", meaning there are at least two Cedrics associated with the Bulls faction.
* WouldHurtAChild: He is the most aggressive villain in the ''LEGO Island'' series, firing cannonballs directly at Pepper Roni. In contrast, the Brickster is only interesting in deconstructing the island, and Mr. Hates only attacks Pepper's hot air balloon.

!!Bologna Roni

Pepper's DisappearedDad. Left Pepper to the Brickolinis and has not been seen since. Originally debuted in the manual of the first game, but his only appearance is in the GBC version of ''LEGO Island 2''.

* BoldExplorer: Purported himself to be the strongest, bravest explorer on LEGO Island.
* FakeUltimateHero: As his claims have never been verified, he's just as likely to be this instead, as speculated by the ''LEGO Island'' manual.
* HeroicLineage: His parents (Pepper's grandparents) were [[WalkingTheEarth traveling]] [[BigEater gourmets]], and his ancestor, Rootin' Tootin' Roni, was a cowboy and [[ThePioneer early pioneer]] of LEGO Island.

!!Johnny Thunder

->Voiced by: Mike Jones

* DubNameChange: In German, he's Joe Freeman; in Spanish, he's Johny Explorador. Notably, he's the only one of the three heroic adventurers to have different names across different languages, since Pippin Read and Dr. Kilroy's names remain consistent.

!!Pippin Read

->Voiced by: Laurel Lefko

* InconsistentSpelling: Pippin's surname tends to vary in spelling between different sources. In this case, it's spelled "Read", matching her original Danish name.

!!Dr. Kilroy

->Voiced by: Carl Kingston

* SpeaksFluentAnimal: Dr. Kilroy is able to converse with the T-Rex that needs help rescuing its fellow dinosaurs from Mr. Hates' camp. According to the design document, he's speaking "an ancient language".

!!Queen Legotiti

->Voiced by: Laurel Lefko

* CurseOfThePharaoh: After Pepper takes the Constructopedia page from her tomb, she "curses" Pepper Roni to be crushed by a giant boulder. DummiedOut dialogue suggests that there would have been more illusion-based curses that she would have attempted to inflict.
* ToylessToylineCharacter: There was no "Queen Legotiti" in any of the ''Toys/LEGOAdventurers'' sets, so she is an original invention of this game.
* TheVoice: Queen Legotiti is never seen; the player only hears her voice after taking the Constructopedia page.

!!Old Fisherman

->Voiced by: Tom Clarke-Hill

* AmbiguousSituation: [[AllThereInTheScript Design documents]] indicate that the Old Fisherman was at one point intended to be Pepper's father, which would make him Bologna Roni. Although there are hints of this in the final game (they both wear CoolShades and have PermaStubble, and the Old Fisherman and Pepper refer to each other as "Pops" and "Sonny"), it's unknown whether this is still canonical. Furthermore, Bologna appears near Adventurers' Island in the GBC version, which does not feature the Old Fisherman.
* HisNameReallyIsBarkeep: He introduces himself by saying that his name is the Old Fisherman.
* ToylessToylineCharacter: Although based on the ''Toys/LEGOAdventurers'' theme and being derived from Mr. Cunningham's minifigure, the Old Fisherman does not appear as a physical minifigure in any actual LEGO sets.

!!Mr. Hates

->Voiced by: Carl Kingston

The main villain of ''Toys/LEGOAdventurers'', Mr. Hates is one of the villains allied with the Brickster.

* AdaptationalNationality: While the name "Baron von Barron" implies that he is German (and ''VideoGame/LEGORacers'' gave him a German FunetikAksent to go with it), Mr. Hates has a more British-sounding accent in ''LEGO Island 2''.
* AdaptedOut: He does not appear in the Game Boy Advance version.
* BreathWeapon: Not Mr. Hates himself, but he feeds his sauropod one of [[FireBreathingDiner Papa Brickolini's sizzling tongue-melting hot pizzas]] to make it burp fire at Pepper's hot air balloon.
* ConstantlyChangingName: Invoked. After Mr. Hates' defeat, the Infomaniac wonders if he'll change his name, possibly referencing the character's infamous history of {{Dub Name Change}}s.
* DemotedToExtra:
** As with Cedric the Bull, Mr. Hates was planned to have a larger role in ''LEGO Island 2'' and become a recurring villain at OGEL Island, but this was cut from the game.
** In the Game Boy Color version, Mr. Hates only makes a cameo as a minor NPC who tells Pepper to go away for bothering him, as well as a collectible card.
* DitchingTheDubNames: Sort of (it's always a confusing issue with this character). Along with the other ''Toys/LegoAdventurers'' characters in ''LEGO Island 2'', Mr. Hates uses his original Danish name instead of localized names like Baron von Barron. However, when ''LEGO Island 2'' was released in 2001, this character was most commonly known as Sam Sinister (or [[InconsistentSpelling Sam Sanister]]) at the time, making it seem like an AdaptationNameChange for anyone who wasn't familiar with his original name.
* DubNameChange: Despite being called "Mr. Hates" in the English version, he is named "Sam Sinister" in all non-English versions (including Danish), though it is literally translated as "Sam Finster" in the German version. This is especially peculiar, considering that "Sam Sinister" was his most common English name at the time while "Mr. Hates" had been his original Danish and German name; meanwhile, Johnny Thunder is the only other ''Adventurers'' character with a DubNameChange in ''LEGO Island 2'', and only in Spanish and German.
* HuntingTheMostDangerousGame: In DummiedOut dialogue, Mr. Hates comments that hunting Pepper Roni is almost as fun as hunting dinosaurs.
* MeaningfulName: In DummiedOut dialogue, Mr. Hates says he really hates Pepper Roni.

!Characters who debuted in ''Island Xtreme Stunts'':

!!Shugu

->Voiced by: James Goode

!!Brian Shrimp

!!Jenny, Jimmy, and Timmy

->Voiced by: Diane Perry (Jenny), James Goode (Jimmy), Mike Jones (Timmy)

!!Sky Lane

->Voiced by: Sharon Holms

!!The Director

->Voiced by: John Guerrasio

* EveryoneCallsHimBarkeep: Even though his name was revealed to be [[Creator/StevenSpielberg Steven]] in the ''Toys/LEGOStudios Backlot'' game, the Director is left unnamed in ''Island Xtreme Stunts''. However, one of the game's artists referred to him as Block Buster.
* NoCelebritiesWereHarmed: Even though there is NoNameGiven, it's still obvious that the Director is modeled after Creator/StevenSpielberg.

!!Liam Lense

->Voiced by: James Goode

* AdaptationNameChange: The original Cameraman from the ''Toys/LEGOStudios'' line was named Phil Maker. Since that name was given to a Grip in ''Island Xtreme Stunts'', the Cameraman received a different name for this game.
* AlliterativeName: His first and last names begin with L.

!!Phil Maker

->Voiced by: James Goode

* PunnyName: His name is a play on "filmmaker".

!!Penelope Puff

->Voiced by: Maureen Oakeley

* AlliterativeName: Her first and last names begin with P.

!!Belinda Blink

->Voiced by: Diane Perry

* AlliterativeName: Her first and last names begin with B.

!!Lucky Larry

-> Voiced by: Alan Marriot

* AlliterativeName: His title and name begin with L.
* IronicNickname: Following in the footsteps of Gideon Worse, it seems that Lucky Larry is anything ''but'' lucky.
