* NonActionGuy: Has [[http://thesmartmarks.com/old_site/artman/publish/article_919.shtml said]] that the reason he and Tod Gordon put so much effort into their matches was because neither guy could wrestle and they didn't want the fans to think that they were half-assing it.

Tommy Dreamer walked to the ring, put on one of the collars, [[GroinAttack low-blowed]] Raven, hit him with a DDT and pinned him. Dreamer and [=PB#1=] celebrated the win and ring announcer Bob Artese was unsure whether to announce the Pit Bulls or [=PB#1=][=/=]Dreamer as the new Champs. Alfonso came down and said that he approved 2 out of 3 Falls, which wasn't in the contract, and that the match was over because the Pit Bulls couldn't continue, which meant that they would have had to split up as a tag team. ECW Commissioner Tod Gordon came down and declared that the match was over when '''he''' said it was over. Meanwhile, [[Wrestling/TheDudleyBoys Big Dick Dudley]], then a member of Wrestling/RavensNest, made his way to the ring on crutches. Tod restarted the match and Fonzie knocked him down. Big Dick Dudley entered the ring, Chokeslammed Dreamer, and walked away. Alfonso said, "I'm allowing the Chokeslam tonight, because Tommy Dreamer, you're dreaming baby, you've never pinned Raven. The Chokeslam is on!" Cue The Edgar Winter Group's "Frankenstein," and heeere's 911. Fonzie protests but 911 finally gets his hands on him and FINALLY Chokeslammed Alfonso.[[note]][=PB#2=] made it back to the ring of his own power and climbed up to the top turnbuckle. Dreamer passed Raven up to him and 911 put Stevie on Raven's shoulders, and [=PB#2=] Superbombed both guys and Tod counted the pin.[[/note]]

* {{Catfight}}: with Beulah
* GirlinessUpgrade: In her last appearance, on the December 10 (taped December 5), 1998, ''ECW Hardcore TV'', she was in Justin Credible's corner wearing a dress and actually looking sexy, as opposed to how she had normally worn pants and sneakers. After losing his match to Masato Tanaka, Justin confronted her about it, even calling her "Denise." She was promptly PutOnABus, never to return, to WCW.

!!! Judge Jeff Jones 1999-2000
[[quoteright:100:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/judgejeffjones_2400.jpg]]
* AscendedExtra: Started as a ref.
* FaceHeelTurn: And a doozy at that. He started as a generic referee. On October 18, 1997, he simply stood by and did nothing as the Dudleys ran in during the New Jack[=/=]John Kronus-FBI (Smothers/Guido) match for the ECW World Tag team Titles, beat up Kronus and threw Guido on top for the pin. He more or less disappeared until he reemerged in his "Judge" gimmick at ''ECW Guilty As Charged 99'', January 10, 1999 and unleashed the debuting '''SID VICIOUS''' on Kronus. He later atoned for this by bringing in Uganda (Ben "Giant Kamala II" Peacock) and, more significantly, the returning Mike Awesome at ''Anarchy Rulz.''
* HangingJudge: He'd randomly walk out before a match and declare some jobber "Guilty," and have Sid squash the poor guy.

[[folder:Debuted in 2000]]
!!! Scotty Anton (Scott Antol) (2000)
* ArchEnemy: At first it was Rob Van Dam. After RVD's injury he became a Network sycophant without an arch enemy until Steve Corino left the Network, at which point Corino became the arch enemy.
* FaceHeelTurn: Came into ECW as Rob Van Dam's friend, but backstabbed him to join up with The Network.
* FinishingMove: The Clapper (Sharpshooter)
* HeelFaceTurn: He faked one. He and Steve Corino were turning face against the Network, but while Corino's was genuine, Anton was just waiting for a chance to inflict maxiumum damage with a backstab.
* PowerStable: The Network, led by [[Wrestling/DonCallis Cyrus the Virus.]]
* TagTeam: Spent some time teaming with Steve Corino while they were in the Network together.

!!! Chilly Willy (William Jones)

* ArchEnemy: Da Baldies
* BashBrothers[=/=]OddFriendship: With Balls Mahoney. A SoulBrotha from North Carolina and a GarbageWrestler from New Jersey don't make for a typical team.
* GimmickMatches: At ''ECW November To Remember 2000'', November 5, 2000, he and Balls Mahoney defeated Da Baldies (Angel and [=DeVito=]) in a Flaming Tables Match.
* RedBaron: "Everybody's Favorite Homeboy." Rather than have a specific hometown, he'd be billed from wherever he was wrestling that night.

!!! Tony Mamaluke (Charles John Spencer) 2000-2001

* BigApplesauce: Legitimately born and raised in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn.
* MeaningfulName: Averted with his post-WCW name Tony Mamaluke. Mamaluke is an Italian insult translating roughly to 'knucklehead', but Tony got the name from Joey Styles' attempts at finding a better last name for him than Marinara.
* NapoleonSyndrome: He didn't have it as bad as Little Guido did, despite being even a little bit smaller than Guido, but he didn't appreciate being mocked for his lack of size.
* PowerStable: The Full-Blooded Italians in ECW and WWE, EV 2.0 in TNA.
* TagTeam: The Full Blooded Italians, with Little Guido. The FBI had at various times other members, but post-ECW the core duo was always Guido and Mamaluke. He also had The Purists with John Walters in ROH.
* ThrowItIn: His name became Tony Mamaluke because ECW forgot to pick a new last name for him, and Joey Styles declared that 'Marinara' was too stupid to use. After stammering for a couple seconds he settled on Mamaluke after the team Tony had managed in WCW, and it stuck.
* TookALevelInBadass: When he was brought in he was booked as somone who's bark was bigger than his bite, but he steadily improved, to the point that he and Little Guido won the ECW Tag Titles and Guido declared him a full member of the FBI. One could also see a second level in badass when he switched from non-wrestler in WCW to wrestler in ECW.
* WritingAroundTrademarks: TNA called him "Tony Luke" at their Hardcore Justice show since WWE owned the trademark on the Tony Mamaluke name.

!!! The Musketeer 2000
* AscendedExtra: He was part of Simon Diamond and Swinger's entourage.

!!! Swinger (Joseph Dorgan) 2000-2001
* AscendedExtra: Formerly WCW jobber Johnny Swinger
* BadassArmfold: During his in-ring introductions, which led to accusations that he was copying/taking a shot at [=Taz=].
* BashBrothers: With Simon Diamond and C.W. Anderson
* FinishingMove: The Swing Thing
