!!Team Leader Specs

->From Toys/LEGODinoAttack

* AdaptationPersonalityChange: In the original toyline, Specs was a staunch idealist who would have heated arguments with Shadow. In the RPG, Specs is instead given a stoic, reserved personality and acts as an efficient leader by striking a balance between idealist and pragmatic viewpoints.
* BigGood: As TheLeader of Dino Attack Team, Specs is the leader of the cause to save the world from a dinosaur apocalypse.
* BenevolentBoss: Despite seeming cold and harsh at times, Specs genuinely cares about the welfare of his team.
* CaptainSmoothAndSergeantRough: Specs is the Captain Smooth to Shadow's Sergeant Rough. Specs is the calm team leader who doesn't wish to exterminate the dinos, and he is frustrated when Shadow doesn't follow orders.
* CoolMask: Specs always wears a balaclava.
* ColonelBadass: Specs is the leader of the Dino Attack Team, and frequently participates in the battlefield against the Mutant Dinos.
* DeathGlare: Since his eyes are the only visible portion of his face, Specs occasionally uses his piercing glare to intimidate others.
* {{Expy}}: Although he is a character from [[Toys/LEGODinoAttack the original Dino Attack line]], [=PeabodySam=] has confirmed that Specs's depiction in ''Dino Attack RPG'' was inspired by [[Series/{{Fringe}} Philip Broyles]].
* TheFaceless: Specs always wore a mask during the Dino Attack. He continued to be TheFaceless after the Dino Attack, [[TheUnreveal including (for the reader, anyways) when he is actually unmasked]]!
* AFatherToHisMen: Specs cares for the Dino Attack agents under his command, even trying to order inexperienced recruits to leave the battlefield in order to save as many lives as he could.
* GadgeteerGenius: Specs invented most of Dino Attack Team's technology, including the Xenon Multi-Mode Launcher.
* IWasNeverHere: According to Specs, he most certainly did ''not'' have an argument in his office with Rex and Amanda about the identity of the mole.
* IdealHero: Specs wishes that they could win the war without needing to exterminate the Mutant Dinos. However, he's willing to downplay his own ideal beliefs to consider the PragmaticHero's side as well, since he believes that BothSidesHaveAPoint.
* ItHasBeenAnHonor: Specs has used this trope when talking to his fellow Dino Attack agents towards the end of the FinalBattle.
* TheLeader: Commander of the entire Dino Attack Team.
* MalevolentMaskedMen: Specs wears a balaclava; even though he is a good guy, it's a sign that he's not one to be messed with.
* MoleInCharge: [[spoiler:Framed as such during the mole hunt, with Ata disguising himself as Specs to trick witnesses (such as Rex) into believing that Specs was the mole.]]
* OmnidisciplinaryScientist: Specs is a chemist, a paleontologist, a biologist, a nuclear physicist, and a technician all in one.
* OnlyKnownByTheirNickname: He is only ever known as Specs.
* ThePiratesWhoDontDoAnything: Despite being an OmnidisciplinaryScientist, Specs is rarely shown putting his scientific abilities to use in ''Dino Attack RPG''.
* ReasonableAuthorityFigure: Specs is more fair than the more extreme founding members like Digger or Shadow, and believes that BothSidesHaveAPoint when it comes to the "idealists vs. realists" debate.
* RedHerringMole: [[spoiler:Specs was apparently the killer of Scout, Heavy, and Soldier. However, it turned out be a set-up by the real [[TheMole mole]], who was [[MasterOfDisguise disguised]] as Specs when he committed those murders.]]
* SavedByCanon: Could not be killed for this reason.
* ScienceHero: The BigGood leader of Dino Attack team, saving the world from an apocalyptic dinosaur outbreak, is an OmnidisciplinaryScientist.
* TheStoic: Not nearly on the same level as Michelle Glados, but Specs does keep his emotions from interfering with his judgment.
* SupportingLeader: Although Specs is the BigGood and TheLeader of the Dino Attack Team, he does not get as much screentime or focus as the players' primary characters.

!!Elite Commando Agent Digger

->From Toys/LEGODinoAttack

* AdaptationPersonalityChange: In the original toyline, Digger's defining character trait was his thrill-seeking. In the RPG, Digger takes Specs's original personality of being a staunch idealist who seeks to win the war without exterminating Mutant Dinos.
* AdaptationalVillainy: Unlike his role as a clear hero from the original Dino Attack toyline, Digger revolted against Specs and commanded the Dino Attack Team with an iron fist in this RPG. Downplayed when it was revealed that he acted this way only because he was [[BrainwashedAndCrazy under the influence of the Maelstrom]].
* AdventurerArchaeologist: Digger is a paleontologist with a love for adventure and excitement.
* BadassesWearBandanas: This thrill-seeking crack shot wears a red bandana tied around his forehead.
* CartesianKarma: Downplayed. Digger took full responsibility for his mutiny, accepting a demotion in rank and even performing menial tasks to try making it up to Specs. Once it became clear that he had actually been influenced by the Maelstrom and wasn't in the right mind, his elite commando agent rank was quickly reinstated.
* IdealHero: Digger is friendly and easy-going, and he strongly wishes to protect the lives of Mutant Dinos.
* ImprobableAimingSkills: Although he was just a paleontologist before the Dino Attack, Digger is reputed for his dead aim with the Cosmotronic Ray.
* InHarmsWay: Digger lives for thrills, often placing himself in dangerous situations to increase the dramatic tension.
* OnlyKnownByTheirNickname: He is only ever known as Digger.
* ThePiratesWhoDontDoAnything: Digger's knowledge of paleontology is seldom brought up in ''Dino Attack RPG''.
* SavedByCanon: Could not be killed for this reason.
* ScienceHero: Digger is a paleontologist who is saving the world from dinosaurs.
* TheSmartGuy: Digger's knowledge of paleontology serves as an asset to Dino Attack Team's understanding of the dinosaurs.

!!Elite Commando Agent Shadow

->From Toys/LEGODinoAttack

* AdaptationalUgliness: In the original toyline, Shadow's minifigure bears several grey marks across his face. According to ''Standing Small'', this was intended to be [[ThisMeansWarpaint camouflage paint]]. However, the RPG instead depicts these markings as [[ScarsAreUgly ugly scars]].
* BaldHeadOfToughness: Shadow is bald. It fits his personality as the toughest, roughest member of the Dino Attack Team.
* CaptainSmoothAndSergeantRough: Shadow is the Sergeant Rough to Specs's Captain Smooth. Shadow is the driven soldier willing to exterminate the dinos, and he often goes against Specs's orders.
* CombatPragmatist: Shadow will use any trick in the book to defeat an enemy, and isn't afraid to resort to underhanded tactics.
* GoodScarsEvilScars: The fact that Shadow bears large scars on his face is a good visual indicator that he's one of the meanest, toughest members of Dino Attack Team.
* ItsPersonal: In the initial invasion, mutant dinosaurs leveled Shadow's entire neighborhood, causing him to be among the most driven members of the Dino Attack Team.
* TheLancer: He is a {{Foil}} to Specs while serving by his side due to his emotionally-driven desire to exterminate the dinosaurs, going against Specs's tactics and intentions to study the dinosaurs.
* OnlyKnownByTheirNickname: He is only ever known as Shadow.
* MilitaryMaverick: Shadow does whatever he wants regardless of orders, much to the frustration of Specs.
* ThePowerOfHate: Shadow is one of the most driven members of the team, eager to exterminate the mutant dinosaurs after they devastated his home.
* PragmaticHero: Shadow is determined to win the war against the Mutant Dinos by any means necessary.
* SavedByCanon: Could not be killed for this reason.
* TeamMemberInTheAdaptation: In the RPG, Shadow's backstory includes him working as a black ops Alpha Team agent, which was not a part of his character in the original toyline.

!!Elite Commando Agent Viper

->From Toys/LEGODinoAttack

* BadassDriver: He used to be a racer before being drafted into Dino Attack Team.
* BuffySpeak: Since Viper isn't a scientist, he doesn't bother trying to refer to the dinosaurs by name. He just calls them "scales", "thunder lizard", etc.
* {{Conscription}}: One of the first civilians to be drafted. However, despite being drafted into the team, Viper helped Specs, Shadow, and Digger in laying down the basics of the organization, which is why he is considered a founding agent.
* CoolShades: Viper is always seen wearing sunglasses.
* GlorySeeker: Viper secretly desires to defeat the biggest and baddest T-Rex single-handedly. [[spoiler:He got his wish.]]
* TheHeart: He gets along well with the other founding members and is usually the one to calm Shadow down.
* LightningBruiser: Viper's strategy is to attack first with lightning speed.
* OnlyKnownByTheirNickname: He is only ever known as Viper.
* PragmaticHero: Not as much as Shadow, but Viper doesn't care for the Mutant Dinos and is willing to exterminate them.
* SavedByCanon: Could not be killed for this reason.
* RuggedScar: Although mostly masked by his CoolShades, Viper has a prominent scar on his left cheek, fitting the tough world of ''Dino Attack RPG''.

[[/folder]]

[[folder:Elite Agents]]

!!Elite Agent Rick "Adventure" Spherus

A proud and boastful AdventurerArchaeologist, Rick was one of the commanding elite agents who oversaw the Adventurers' Island campaign.

* AbsurdPhobia: Of all the things that a [[TestosteronePoisoning manly man]] like Rick could possibly be afraid of, you probably wouldn't expect it to be butterflies.
* AdventurerArchaeologist: Rick is a member of the [[Toys/LEGOAdventurers Explorers Club]], but his love for rugged adventure and crocodile wrestling suggests he doesn't have much in common with real world adventurers.
* AwesomeAussie: Rick hails from Australia and is an awesome AdventurerArchaeologist.
* ChivalrousPervert: He openly flirted with Amanda Claw, despite knowing fully well that she was already Rex's girlfriend. However, he's really a nice guy and he respects the fact that Rex is in a relationship with Amanda, willingly backing off when he was called out on his flirting.
* DefiantToTheEnd: [[spoiler:Adventure's last words were a big "''[[PardonMyKlingon ZNAP]] YOU!''" to Dr. Rex.]]
* DisconnectedByDeath: [[spoiler:Adventure's last words were heard over the radio by Rex. He did not respond to Rex afterward.]]
* {{Expy}}: Basically, he's [[VideoGame/Portal2 "Rick" the Adventure Sphere]], [[VideoGame/TeamFortress2 Saxton Hale]], and [[Toys/LEGOAdventurers Johnny Thunder]] thrown in a blender. It game [=PeabodySam=] an excuse to have a Johnny Thunder-esque character in ''At War's End'' when Thunder himself was unavailable due to ''VideoGame/LEGOUniverse'' canonically taking place at the same time.
* FedoraOfAsskicking: Much like Indiana Jones and Johnny Thunder, Adventure wears a fedora to suit his AdventurerArchaeologist appearance.
* GivingSomeoneThePointerFinger: In ''First Assignment'', Rick was noted to have a very dramatic way of pointing at people such as Walker or Rex.
* GreatWhiteHunter: As a Dino Attack agent, Rick is a proud hunter of Mutant Dinos, but that makes him no less heroic.
* HeroicSacrifice: [[spoiler:Adventure sacrificed himself to buy Rex and others enough time to escape [[SNKBoss Dr. Rex]].]]
* KilledOffscreen: [[spoiler:It comes with being DisconnectedByDeath]].
* LargeHam: Rick speaks in a loud and boisterous manner. Even [[GivingSomeoneThePointerFinger pointing]] is done dramatically.
* MeaningfulName: Adventure is an adventurer.
* MrViceGuy: Rick may be a flirtatious womanizer, but he's otherwise a genuinely heroic guy who'll do what's right in the end.
* NotAfraidToDie: Adventure was willing and eager to perform a HeroicSacrifice that could buy Rex and others enough time to escape.
* [[invoked]]PoorMansSubstitute: Walker snarkily refers to Rick as the poor man's Johnny Thunder.
* SleevesAreForWimps: Rick, being a macho man, wears a sleeveless Dino Attack vest. He even commends Rex for ripping off one of his own sleeves, thinking that he wanted to show off some manly muscle.
* TalkativeLoon: He's sane for the most part, but some of his [[{{Metaphorgotten}} metaphors]] end up as nonsensical rambling.
* TestosteronePoisoning: All of Adventure's extreme machoism is PlayedForLaughs, or else made too exaggerated to take seriously.

!!Elite Agent Cabin

A rather tough, no-nonsense, but still well-intentioned individual, also a qualified helicopter pilot.

* AcePilot: Cabinr received piloting training in the LEGOLAND Air Force, and is a skilled T-1 Typhoon pilot in the Dino Attack Team.
* ActionGirl: Cabin is a member of the LEGOLAND Air Force in addition to being a Dino Attack elite agent.
* BattleCouple: Becomes one alongside Rotor near the end of the war... [[spoiler:unfortunately their relationship doesn't last long afterwards]]
* DidNotGetTheGirl: [[spoiler:Her relationship with Rotor quickly went downhill when the war ended]].
* DistaffCounterpart: Cabin is basically a female, slightly less aggressive version of Rotor.
* {{Expy}}: Of [[Film/{{Avatar}} Trudy Chacon]].
* HiddenHeartOfGold: Cabin's willing to do what needs to be done, but it doesn't mean she isn't capable of being a good person.
* TheLancer: Toward Rotor when it comes to aerial combat.
* OnlyKnownByTheirNickname: She is only known as Cabin.
* PragmaticHero: Cabin is a cold woman who is not afraid to shoot first and ask questions later. She always does what's necessary to achieve the mission objective.
* TwoferTokenMinority: Being both female and Latino.
* ShellShockedVeteran: After the war, she developed PTSD.
* TheSmurfettePrinciple: For much of the Adventurers' Island arc and the final battle, Cabin was the only named female pilot actually fighting under Rotor's command (the only other pilot being Mac).

!!Elite Agent Cameron O'Cozy

A seemingly crazy agent who almost met his end by riding a bomb, but somehow survived. Later went on to start a massive campaign to murder the idealist members of the team. [[spoiler: In actuality he was an android programmed by XERRD to infiltrate the team and weaken its forces by manipulating its members against each other.]]

* CloudCuckooLander: [[SubvertedTrope Subverted]]. Cam O'Cozy was initially set up as a crazy lunatic, but the later [[RoboticReveal revelation of him being an android]] would suggest that this was just a ruse.
* {{Expy}}: Cam O'Cozy started as an Expy of Major "King" Kong from the movie ''[[Film/DrStrangelove Dr. Strangelove, or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb]]'' and ended as an Expy of Ash from ''Film/{{Alien}}''.
* TheMole: Cam O'Cozy was planted in Dino Attack Team by XERRD.
* NotQuiteDead: Cam O'Cozy initially appeared to be a case of this, seeing as he inexplicably survived riding a bomb. However, considering [[RoboticReveal his later reveal as an android]], a logical explanation is that the version who had been responsible for the idealist-realist feud was a separate model with the same appearance.
* PunnyName: His name is a pun on "Kamikaze".
* RoboticReveal: O'Cozy was eventually revealed to be a XERRD android in disguise.

!!Elite Agent Garry Moffat

Base commander at Outpost 4.

* CharacterizationMarchesOn: Garry was originally conceived as a far more brutal character who would not only torture the XERRD prisoners alongside Rotor but ''blackmail'' Copper into keeping quiet about their actions. Eventually Atton's posts started to humanize him, making the character somewhat more sympathetic and likeable.
* DaChief: Of Outpost 4.
* {{Expy}}: Of [[Film/TheThing1982 Garry]].
* HeelRealization: When he started to feel bad about his role in torturing Jenny.
* IfYouKillHimYouWillBeJustLikeHim: Garry's moral issues over whether to turn in Rotor. On the one hand he could keep quiet, allowing the team to keep a good leader that they will need in the upcoming battle, but he is still an accomplice to cold-blooded torture, making him no better. On the other hand, he could turn Rotor in. However, the team would be deprived of the one man who can lead a T-1 squad. He would also most likely be punished himself though probably not as severely as if he kept quiet, and worst of all Rotor might try to kill him out of anger. Interestingly, Garry actually chose to keep quiet, though he deliberately faked Jenny's death to get her as far away from Rotor as possible.
* MyGodWhatHaveIDone: Garry got this ''twice'', though he didn't use those exact words. First when he visited Jenny shortly after torturing her in cold blood, and then a second time when he unwittingly botched the assault on the real Maelstrom temple by bringing a power-hungry Stromling inside.
* NamedAfterSomebodyFamous: Named after Donald Moffat.
* SeamlessSpontaneousLie: Garry's managed to make a few in an effort to cover up his role in torturing prisoners.

!!Elite Agent Minerva Fabello

A young Dino Attack agent whose joined to avenge the death of her brother. Until she found that [[FaceHeelTurn he had betrayed the Dino Attack Team]] and was working for XERRD. [[BigScrewedUpFamily Just another issue she had with her family]].

* ActionGirl: She proved herself to be an effective enough Dino Attack agent to be promoted to elite rank.
* BattleCouple: With Zachary Virchaus.
* BigScrewedUpFamily: Has an alcoholic and insane mother who murdered one of her brothers and a mentally unstable older brother who raised her.
* BrainyBrunette: [[AllThereInTheManual Stated to be rather intelligent]], a trait that seems to run in her family.
* CainAndAbel: Her relationship with Oswald was rather strained upon learning they fought for different sides.
* DarkAndTroubledPast: Her father died, her mother went insane, and she turned to a life of crime as a young child.
* DontYouDarePityMe: Dislikes being felt sorry for when the issue of her family comes up.
* HeroicBSOD: Suffered a brief one in the Maelstrom Temple, a minor one after [[spoiler:Athena's death]], and one more after [[spoiler:killing Oswald]], only forcing herself out of it after [[spoiler:being goaded by the Darkitect into keep fighting and to avenge her fallen family.]]
* InterruptedSuicide: [[spoiler:Holly Vinyaya arrived before Minerva could kill herself with the knife she used to kill her brother]]
* GuysSmashGirlsShoot: Minerva uses a gun while Zach would use a knife.
* JustFriends: Minerva claimed that she and Zach were this. However, it was apparent before and after her statement that their feelings for each other was beyond being "just friends".
* LockedIntoStrangeness: Gained several white streaks in her hair after nearly [[ChokeHolds being choked to death by the Maelstrom]].
* TheMatchmaker: To Vinyaya and Bluetooth.
* OfficialCouple: With Zachary Virchaus.
* OutgrowingTheChildishName: Minerva had not been referred to by her family nickname "Minnie" in four years.
* ShellShockedVeteran: As hinted in "Fifteeniversary", Minerva developed PTSD after the war and needed therapy, support, and medication to recover.
* ShipperOnDeck: Not to the degree of Zachary, but supports Vinyaya getting together with Bluetooth.
* StrongFamilyResemblance: Grew up to look very similar to her mother.
* {{Tsundere}}: Displayed traits of Type A when first meeting Zach, but seemed to migrate to a Type B later on.
* WhatYouAreInTheDark: [[spoiler:Baron Typhonus]] attempted to goad Minerva Fabello into pushing Andrew into a death trap in the Pharaoh's Forbidden Ruins while Minerva and Andrew were alone. At the last second, Minerva saved Andrew from the trap.

!!Elite Agent French Fries

A dim-witted Elite Agent whose poor decisions often cause ridiculous amounts of trouble.

* TheDitz: Among other things, French Fries believes that slowly marching towards the enemy is an effective battle strategy.
* DoubleStandard: He had Rotor arrested for trying to execute George. Fair enough, but he also had George arrested for disobeying orders- the same orders that Rotor was trying to have him executed as punishment for disobeying... and did I mention that he wants to have both men shot by firing squad?
* {{Expy}}: Drew some inspiration from [[Series/{{Blackadder}} General Melchett]], especially noticeable when he appeared in ''At War's End'' (as an inside joke he was even described as having a handlebar mustache).
* GenreBlind: When it comes to a list of things to do in a war - not even an apocalyptic dinosaur war, but ''any'' war at all - French Fries checks off all the things ''not'' to do.
* HangingJudge: French Fries did not hold a fair trial for Rotor and George Brown.
* HanlonsRazor: He's probably not malicious. He's just very dangerously incompetent.
* HateSink: The reason why Atton Rand brought him back in ''At War's End'' was so that other players could get revenge on him for the Antarctica riots, and he even wrote French Fries to be even more unlikable and incompetent to encourage this. Of course, [[GoneHorriblyRight he didn't expect just how far other players would go in their revenge...]]
* InsaneAdmiral: Despite being an elite agent, French Fries is known for being an incompetent lunatic.
* InsaneTrollLogic: French Fries chose his codename because "It's such a stupid codename it's the last name anyone will expect".
* InsufferableImbecile: French Fries is not only a horrible tactician with incredibly stupid ideas, but he also enjoys rubbing in his authority and taunting those that he sees as beneath him. This makes him unintelligent and thoroughly unlikeable.
* JudgeJuryAndExecutioner: This is why you should keep French Fries out of the courtroom.
* {{Leitmotif}}: In the Complete Soundtrack playlist, French Fries's theme is "Gilderoy Lockhart" from ''Film/HarryPotterAndTheChamberOfSecrets''.
* OnlyKnownByTheirNickname: He is only known as French Fries.
* PointyHairedBoss: I dare you to find ''one'' decision he made that didn't have unpleasant consequences.
* SmugSnake: French Fries is sure that he is well-deserving of his elite agent ranking and believes that his supposed "friends in high places" will protect him from anyone who raises a finger against him. As such, he comes across as incredibly smug, even boasting to Rex's face that he supposedly ran over Trouble with a vehicle. The result is that he gets utterly humiliated: he is arrested, violently assaulted twice, stripped of his ranking, and discharged from the team, all the while unable to even put up a good fight.
* ScrewTheRulesIHaveConnections: French Fries believes that he can get away with anything because he supposedly has friends in high places.
* StrawCharacter: French Fries was such a StrawCharacter that it would be ''[[InsultToRocks insulting]]'' [[InsultToRocks to Straw Characters]] if we called him one.

!!Elite Agent Shannon "Gromtin" Grimton

* AdaptationNameChange: A downplayed example in the Director's Cut. Her real name remains unaltered, but Shannon no longer uses "Gromtin" as a codename, instead being referred to by her surname "Grimton".
* AdaptationalNationality: While her nationality is never stated in ''At War's End'', the Director's Cut reveals that she is British.
* AdaptationalNiceGuy: While she [[DefrostingIceQueen starts off as cold and bitter]] towards Frozeen in ''At War's End'', she acts more cordial and friendly towards him in the Director's Cut.
* BrainyBrunette: Shannon has brown hair and is a GadgeteerGenius.
* ClosestThingWeGot: The rationale of the founding members when they temporarily promoted Shannon Grimton, who was a technology expert, to head of communications. Of course, they only remembered afterwards that they had Hertz, who was much closer for the job...
* CommunicationsOfficer: After [[spoiler:Ata was exposed as TheMole]], Shannon was promoted to this position due to her technological expertise, although she admitted that she was not as fit for the job as fellow agent Hertz.
* {{Deconstruction}}: Shannon acts as a minor {{Deconstruction}} of the RedShirt trope. That random, minor character who got offed early on and nobody cared about him? While he might not have left much impact on the plot of the story, he ''does'' have family and friends who ''do'' care about him and are grieved to hear the news of his death. As it turns out, Shannon was the daughter of one such RedShirt.
* DefrostingIceQueen: In the original ''At War's End'', Shannon has traits of this trope. She starts off cold and distant towards Frozeen, but gradually warms up and opens up to him as he wins her over. Averted in the Director's Cut, where Shannon is much more cordial towards Frozeen from the start.
* TheEngineer: Shannon studied engineering in school.
* EveryoneWentToSchoolTogether: She and Frozeen went to school together.
* GadgeteerGenius: Among the modifications she made to her wheelchair include a rocket launcher, lasers, and MoreDakka.
* GeniusCripple: The trope is played with. Shannon Grimton is a biomedical engineer and technology expert, but she learned all this ''before'' breaking both her legs in the Dino Attack and being confined to a wheelchair, so her Genius is not "compensation" for being a Cripple.
* HandicappedBadass: She might not be on the battlefield like Rex or Hotwire, but her SuperWheelchair comes with lasers, rocket launchers, and MoreDakka.
* JustFriends: In the Director's Cut, Shannon makes it clear that she has no romantic feelings towards Frozeen. The two agree to remain friends, and they do not hold onto any resentment over the fact.
* LastMinuteHookup: With Frozeen in the original ''At War's End'', but not in the Director's Cut.
* LegacyCharacter: Shannon "Gromtin" Grimton is the daughter of Gromit "Gromtin" Grimton from ''Roleplay/AlphaTeamMissionDeepFreezeRPG'', although she does not take up the codename in the Director's Cut.
* LineageComesFromTheFather: In the original ''At War's End'', Gromtin inherited her father's Alpha Team codename. Subverted in the Director's Cut, in which she says that the codename wouldn't have the same meaning for her as it did for him.
* RememberTheNewGuy: Frozeen instantly recognized Shannon Grimton when she was first introduced. This was [[LampshadeHanging Lampshaded]] by Greybeard, who referred to this trope by name when he was confused about how Frozeen and Shannon knew each other.
* SuperWheelchair: Shannon Grimton's wheelchair has a minigun, a laser device, and a rocket launcher.
* {{Tuckerization}}: Shannon is named after one of [=PeabodySam=]'s friends.
* WrenchWench: Studied to be an engineer, and used her knowledge to modify her wheelchair.

!!Elite Agent Wanda "Nails" Nielsen
An elite agent who was known for being tough. She was killed by FUTURE because of the important role she played in the original timeline.

* ActionGirl: One of the few identified female elite agents on the team.
* DefiantToTheEnd: With no chance of escaping FUTURE, her last free action was to shoot Fogel. Unfortunately, [[ShootingSuperman it didn't work]].
* DiesWideOpen: When Danny, Francis, and Gaston arrive at the outpost, Danny finds Nails' corpse with her eyes widen open. He respectfully closes her eyelids.
* DoomedByCanon: She discovered the Maelstrom Temple much earlier than what happened in canon, and her "Hindsight is 2020" interview reveals other details that don't line up with canon. This heavily foreshadows TheReveal that she was killed by FUTURE in the canonical timeline.
* DrillSergeantNasty: She was known for being very tough on her trainees, believing that it would help them prepare for the battlefield.
* RedBaron: She earned her nickname "Nails" for her notoriously tough attitude.

!!Elite Agent Cdr. Joseph "Pharisee" St. John

The Head of the Dino Team's Internal Affairs department, Pharisee see his job as a divine mission to track down and punish the unrighteous. He grew up in Mozambique and was sent to prison after murdering the men who killed his parents. While incarcerated he found religion and came to the conclusion that he would burn for the crimes he's committed. Under the impression his fate was sealed he dedicated his life to punishing those who he deemed as bad as he was.

* AntiHero Definitely an unscrupulous hero.
* AsskickingLeadsToLeadership: Commander Pharisee for Dino Attack's internal affairs.
* BadassLongcoat: Pharisee wears one as head of internal affairs.
* BadassPreacher: Of the two "religious" characters in the RPG, Pharisee is probably the closest to a preacher.
* TheBigGuy: His tall, intimidating stature and physical strength made him a force not to be trifled with.
* BlackAndGrayMorality: Pharisee's perspective regarding himself and the people he hunts, Trigger in particular.
* BlackAndWhiteInsanity: Pharisee suffers from this, believing that everyone is either good or bad, and struggling to comprehend that there could be shades of gray such as Montoya.
* Boomerang Bigot: He does unethical thinks to catch unethical people. Pharisee see himself as inherently amoral and beyond redemption so why bother? He mine as well direct it at other bad people.
* CoolShades: He is depicted wearing sunglasses.
* DarkAndTroubledPast: Pharisee's youth in Mozambique was not a pleasant one, and he spent time in prison after murdering the men who killed his parents.
* DarkShepherd: Takes it upon himself to beat sinners senseless to discourage others from doing likewise.
* DisproportionateRetribution: Pharisee does this intentionally so he can make a statement and provide a warning to others.
* TheFundamentalist: He believes that it is his divine mission to punish the unrighteous, and believes that he himself is fated to burn in Hell for his own crimes.
* GoodIsNotNice: He is the head of internal affairs but is utterly ruthless against those he considers sinners.
* HeWhoFightsMonsters: He really is not much different then the people he hunts. The fact that he hunts them at all is his redeeming quality.
* HolierThanThou: Somewhat subverted. Pharisee see's himself as on the same level as the men he hunts but still considers himself the better man because he only [[PayEvilUntoEvil Pays Evil Unto Evil]]. When he compares himself to his peers on the Dino attack team he sees himself as unworthy to associate with them because of the crimes he's committed.
* HolyHitman: He is known to quote Biblical verses as he takes down his targets.
* InspectorJavert: Especially during the [[TheMole mole]] hunt, because he suspected (with good reasoning and strong evidence to back it up) that [[spoiler:Amanda Claw was behind the murders, even though she was innocent]]. This later showed in his pursuit of Trigger, Snake, and Montoya (especially that last one).
* KnightTemplar: Pharisee answers to no authority except his own, believes in BlackAndWhiteMorality [[BlackAndWhiteInsanity even in the face of demonstrable evidence to the contrary]], and is willing to murder anyone whom he sees as anything short of saintly.
* LargeAndInCharge: Pharisee is the 6'9", over 325 lbs badass head of Internal Affairs.
* PayEvilUntoEvil: Pharisee's idea of justice is to take it upon himself to physically assult sinners.
* PragmaticHero: Pharisee is willing to do whatever it takes to ensure justice and make an example out of sinners.
* PrinciplesZealot: Pharisee's BlackAndWhiteInsanity leads him to pursue those who do not necessary deserve his punishment, such as Montoya.
* ReligiousBruiser: Pharisee is TheFundamentalist and TheBigGuy.
* ScaryBlackMan: Pharisee is one of the few characteres to be explicitly identified as black, and he is definitely a scary man who is not to be trifled with.
* TokenReligiousTeammate: Pharisee is one of the few Dino Attack agents to show his devout faith in Christianity.
* TheUnfettered: Nothing holds Pharisee back from his goal of exacting justice upon others.

!!Elite Agent Randal "Semick" Tennoly

* BerserkButton: Semick [[EnragedByIdiocy doesn't respond well to complete idiocy]], especially in regards to someone actually thinking LEGO Island's disappearance was faked.
* DidYouJustFlipOffCthulhu: Semick attacked Dr. Rex after [[spoiler:Baron Typhonus's DivineIntervention]]. It wasn't enough to actually hurt him, but it was more a way of showing defiance.
* EnragedByIdiocy: One of the only things that can push his BerserkButton.
* AFatherToHisMen: He was dedicated to protecting his men, and did not like losing those under his command.
* HeroicSacrifice: [[spoiler:Semick performed one to hold off Dr. Rex from reaching the headquarters.]]
* IdealHero: Semick is battle-hardened yet sympathetic, a professional leader, and AFatherToHisMen.
* ItHasBeenAnHonor: Semick has used this trope when talking to his fellow Dino Attack agents towards the end of the FinalBattle.
* KilledOffForReal: [[spoiler:Semick died performing a HeroicSacrifice in the final battle.]]
* TheLeader: Semick is a natural-born leader, ready for any crisis. Especially during the Adventurers' Island mission and final battle, other Dino Attack agents looked up to Semick as their leader.
* {{Leitmotif}}: In the Complete Soundtrack playlist, Semick's theme is "There's A Man I Know" from ''Series/DoctorWho''.
%%* {{Mentors}}
* NamedAfterSomebodyFamous: "Semick Tennoly" is an amalgam of [[Literature/ASeriesOfUnfortunateEvents Lemony Snicket]].
* NotAfraidToDie: [[spoiler:Semick's death might be one of the most dignified deaths in the entire RPG.]]
* ThePiratesWhoDontDoAnything: Although he was [[RememberTheNewGuy slated to have participated in the Goo Caverns mission]], we never got to see Semick's mining abilities put into use during ''Dino Attack RPG''.
* RememberTheNewGuy: Semick met Zero at one point, even though BZP Noob #30000 was banned from Platform/{{BZPower}} long before [=Andrewnuva199=] joined the RPG.

[[/folder]]

[[folder:Standard Agents]]

!!Standard Agent Van "Angel Eyes" Cleef

Once a ruthless bounty hunter from Gold City and the one man who stood a chance against Clint Wayne, later brought in the team to assist in taking back Gold City.

* BountyHunter: Angel Eyes was a bounty hunter before the Dino Attack.
%%* DistinguishedGentlemansPipe
* {{Expy}}: Of Creator/LeeVanCleef's portrayals in the Dollars Trilogy.
* FedoraOfAsskicking: Unsurprisingly for a bounty hunter from the old west, Angel Eyes wears a cowboy hat.
* FriendlyEnemy: Implied to be the case in his relationship with Clint, and part of the reason they get along when they do team up. They later became partners after the war.
* TheGunslinger: Angel Eyes has the reputation of being one of the most ruthless gunslingers in Gold City, having learned to use a revolver at a young age.
* JerkWithAHeartOfGold: Although he is ruthless and amoral, Angel Eyes does have a more noble side and is capable of forming close partnerships, even with a former rival like Clint Wayne.
* NamedAfterSomebodyFamous: Named after Creator/LeeVanCleef.
* OnlyInItForTheMoney: Angel Eyes was initially convinced to join by an offer of money. It's not entirely clear how much he's motivated by it later on, though.
* RivalsTeamUp: Was an old rival of Clint Wayne before teaming up with him for the Dino Attack.
* SmokingIsCool: Angel Eyes is one of the few Dino Attacks to smoke, and it's done to make him look cool.

!!Standard Agent Anubis

* ADayInTheLimelight: The short story ''Time and Place'' featured Anubis as the main character and fleshed out his character, background, and motivations.
* DeathSeeker: A downplayed example. Because he inexplicably survived an incident that should have killed him, Anubis secretly believed that he was living on borrowed time and was fated to die during the Dino Attack. As a result, he did not hesitate to place himself in dangerous situations, including a direct attack on Dr. Rex during the final battle that ultimately resulted in his death.
* TheGenericGuy: Anubis became [=PeabodySam=]'s go-to guy for a generic character to fill some needed role, especially after [[spoiler:Ata, the other generic guy, was recast as TheMole]].
* ItIsNotYourTime: A major theme of ''Time and Place'' is Anubis wondering about this.
* KilledOffForReal: Anubis was properly killed off in the finale of the FinalBattle; this time, the ghost of Rev Raptor wasn't there to save him.
* {{Leitmotif}}: In the Complete Soundtrack playlist, Anubis's theme is "The Pyramid" from ''VideoGame/MonstersIncScreamTeam''.
* MeaningfulName: Death is a central theme of Anubis's character, which makes sense given that his codename refers to the ancient Egyptian god associated with the afterlife.
* ReplacementFlatCharacter: Because Ata, [=PeabodySam's=] go-to [[TheGenericGuy Generic Guy]], was given a lot more personality in ''At War's End'', Anubis stepped in to fill that void of a flat character who could fill in any needed role.
* SacrificialLamb: Anubis was introduced as a RedShirt who would be immediately killed off to demonstrate the growing power of the Mutant Dinos, but intervention by The Castle Gear ensured his survival. Because of this, Anubis was allowed to develop a little more as a character, but still did not survive the final battle as a reminder of Dr. Rex's power.
* SuddenNameChange: In his debut, Anubis was named "Arubis" due to a typo by [=PeabodySam=], and therefore he was referred to by this name in The Castle Gear's post. When he was brought back later on, his name was corrected to Anubis.
* WideEyedIdealist: Because of his spiritual beliefs, Anubis believed that all living creatures (including the Mutant Dinos) have souls, and therefore he avoided killing unless absolutely necessary.

!!Standard Agent Krystal "Aravis" Portman

* ActionGirl: She was the first female member of GAIA Squad.
* DroppedABridgeOnHim: For such a major character in the GAIA Squad subplot, she was unceremoniously killed by a Hybrid sniper.
%%* IdealHero
* KilledOffForReal: She was killed by a Hybrid sniper in ''At War's End''.
* SuddenNameChange: Aravis's real name was originally Stacey Harder before it was retconned to Krystal Portman.
* {{Telepathy}}: She can read minds or transmit her own thoughts.
* UnaffectedBySpice: Aravis is able to eat a super-spicy-tongue-melting-jail-cell-door-opening-hot pizza without any of the FireBreathingDiner side-effects.

!!Standard Agent Attila "Ata" Huntsman

Ata is a CommunicationsOfficer who, despite not being as well-known as some of his superiors, often happens to be at the right place at the right time. [[spoiler:However, Ata was actually TheMole all along, and used his position as Communications Officer to inform XERRD of Dino Attack's activity while [[TheRadioDiesFirst sabotaging Dino Attack's radios]].]]

* AdaptationalSympathy: In ''At War's End'', Ata acts rather smug while [[spoiler:being interrogated by Rex]]. The Director's Cut, incorporating his characterization and backstory from ''The Huntsman'', makes him more sympathetic and emphasizes that, instead of Ata actually being smug, it is Rex who is perceiving Ata's calm and assured demeanor as being smug.
* AscendedExtra: Ata started off as just [[TheGenericGuy a random generic unnamed rookie agent]], but with his return during the LEGO Island StoryArc, he secured a much greater role in the RPG and even got his own short story.
* BeneathSuspicion: [[spoiler:CommunicationsOfficer might not be a lowly position, but Ata was such a seemingly minor figure that no one suspected of being TheMole.]]
* ChekhovsGunman: Ata, at first, was a seemingly-random unnamed communications expert who thought his GPS was glitching. He ended up helping Rex and Amanda return to the Dino Attack Team. Then, he became a ChekhovsBoomerang... twice.
** ChekhovsBoomerang: The return of Ata during the LEGO Island StoryArc, during which time he found the Constructopedia. And again, Ata became important just before the final battle... [[spoiler:when it was revealed that he was a [[TheMole mole]] working for XERRD.]]
* CommunicationsOfficer: His role in Dino Attack Team.
* ADayInTheLimelight: The short story ''The Huntsman'' was told from Ata's perspective and fleshed out his character, background, and motivations.
* DeviousDaggers: Ata was raised to become a shinobi, and the knife appeared to be his weapon of choice since it was what he used in battle against the corrupted Master Yogen. In the Dino Attack, he used the knife a lot when he [[spoiler:murdered most of the Second Headquarters Squad]], during which time he was certainly putting his old skills as a stealthy infiltrator to good use.
* EscapeArtist: Due to his Shinobi background, no security system can hold Ata for long.
* FauxAffablyEvil: [[spoiler:For all his apparent NiceGuy qualities, he's really capable of being a sinister, plotting, malicious individual.]]
* TheGenericGuy: The only reason he received the name "Ata" was because [=PeabodySam=] was tired of constantly referring to him as a generic Dino Attack agent. His minifig has been depicted on the wiki as having a classic smiling head and short brown hair, making him look even more generic by LEGO minifig standards. [[spoiler:In fact, this is the reason why [[WordOfGod PeabodySam]] chose Ata as TheMole, [[TheNondescript believing that no one would suspect]] TheGenericGuy.]]
* GivenNameReveal: His real name, Attila Huntsman, was not revealed until [[spoiler:after he was revealed as TheMole]].
* HiredToHuntYourself: [[spoiler:Being a CommunicationsOfficer, Ata was instructed by Specs to constantly review the team's communications to see if there were any suspicious messages, hoping to track down TheMole. Ata used this to his advantage by leading Specs to investigate {{Red Herring Mole}}s such as Scout while covering up his own tracks.]]
* KilledOffForReal: [[spoiler:Ata was killed by Greybeard when he tried to escape custody.]]
* MasterOfDisguise: [[spoiler:His disguise as Specs was incredibly convincing, although this could be attributed instead to Spy, since Ata stole the disguise from Spy's briefcase.]]
* TheMole: [[spoiler:Ata was working for XERRD the whole time, and used his position as CommunicationsOfficer to constantly supply XERRD with information on Dino Attack's activities.]]
* MyGodWhatHaveIDone: This was most likely what Ata was thinking after learning that [[spoiler:the Darkitect is behind XERRD and the Dino Attack]], considering that he made it his mission to stop the Maelstrom for good.
* NamedAfterSomebodyFamous: Named after UsefulNotes/AttilaTheHun.
* NamesToRunAwayFromReallyFast: For such an innocent [[TheGenericGuy Generic Guy]], there's nothing at all generic about the name [[NamesToRunAwayFrom/{{Conquerors}} Attila]]. As revealed in ''The Huntsman'', he was named by his parents, who were members of a clan of marauders and pillagers much like the Huns. Ata was not proud of this fact, and so one of his goals in life was to make a new name for himself.
* {{Ninja}}: Used to be a Paradox Shinobi, having been trained in the martial arts by Master Yogen.
* TheNondescript: During his years as a shinobi, he learned that his generic physical appearance made him a master of infiltration. [[spoiler:No one would suspect TheGenericGuy of being TheMole, right?]]
* TooBrokenToBreak: In "Fifteeniversary", [[spoiler:Ata defies Provencal's efforts to coerce him into becoming her minion. He's been so utterly broken by being the Darkitect's unwitting pawn that he doesn't fear what Provencal will do to him if he refuses.]]
-->'''Ata''': [[spoiler:Is that so? Are you going to break me, like you broke Fabello? Are you going to corrupt me, like you corrupted Virchaus? I've been broken... corrupted... before. Do your worst.]]
* UnwittingInstigatorOfDoom: Unconfirmed, but as revealed in ''The Huntsman'', Ata suspected himself of being this. [[spoiler:Was it his suggestion that Dr. Rex could control the Maelstrom that ultimately resulted in Baron Typhonus corrupting XERRD and creating the Dino Attack?]]
* VillainousBSOD: [[spoiler:Ata was left in stunned silence after learning that he was nothing more than a pawn for the Maelstrom]].
* WalkingSpoiler: Based on all those spoiler tags above, one might suspect that there's something important about Ata...
* WasItAllALie: [[spoiler:Rex asked Attila Huntsman this question, regarding his identity as Dino Attack agent Ata, and his response was "yes".]]
* WellIntentionedExtremist: Ata was willing to do whatever it took to defeat the Maelstrom for good. [[spoiler:Even if it meant the apocalypse for the LEGO Planet.]]
* YouKilledMyFather: Both subverted and played straight. Ata felt no animosity towards the samurai warriors who killed his parents, because he knew that the Huntsmen were terrible people and the samurai were serving justice. However, when the Maelstrom claimed the life of his adoptive father Master Yogen, he swore revenge.

!!Standard Agent Baldrick

* ChaoticStupid: Everything Baldrick says or does shows that he just comes up with crazy nonsensical ideas.
* {{Expy}}: [[Series/{{Blackadder}} I'll give you three guesses]].
* TheHyena: Baldrick believes that nearly everything, including Bluetooth's report about [[InsaneAdmiral French Fries]] attempting to murder Pterisa and boasting about killing Trouble, is ''a hilarious joke''. That particular instance caused Blueooth to [[EnragedByIdiocy blow up at him]].
* IdiotHoudini: Despite being one of the most idiotic members of the cast, contributing absolutely nothing but his idiotic "brilliant plans" that are never put into execution, Baldrick suffers no consequences other than the one time Bluetooth yelled at him.
* OnlyOneName: He is only known as Baldrick.
* ThePigPen: He is always very dirty.
* WrongGenreSavvy: Baldrick acts as though he thinks that he's in a British comedy, which makes him stick out like a sore thumb among ''Dino Attack RPG'''s cast.

!!Standard Agent Clint "Blondie" Wayne

* TheAlcoholic: He can frequently be found drinking whiskey.
* AntiHero: Clint Wayne would probably be somewhere between a KnightInSourArmour and a PragmaticHero.
* CigarChomper: He is almost seen smoking.
* {{Expy}}: Clint Wayne is pretty much an expy of [[Film/DollarsTrilogy The Man With No Name]].
* GunTwirling: Clint Wayne enjoys doing this from time to time.
* TheGunslinger: He is very talented with a revolver, having won countless gunfights back in Gold City.
* HairTriggerTemper: Clint Wayne once nearly shot Cabin because of this.
* JerkWithAHeartOfGold: Clint Wayne may initially seem ruthless and amoral, but he is still responsible for saving a large group of agents from being executed by Rotor and he did promise Pierce that he would ensure Kate's safety while the two of them were alone in the jungle. He ''does'' also seem a lot better compared to the likes of Flatfoot Thomsen and some of the other close-minded citizens of the Old west.
* NamedAfterSomebodyFamous: Named after Creator/ClintEastwood and Creator/JohnWayne.
* NoCelebritiesWereHarmed: Heavily based on the roles played by Creator/ClintEastwood.
* TheQuietOne: Clint Wayne is often on his own and isn't usually a huge talker, but if he has something to say he isn't afraid to say it.
* RevolversAreJustBetter: Clint Wayne seems to think so, seeing as he is only armed with his old revolver.
* RivalsTeamUp: Was an old rival of Angel Eyes before teaming up with him for the Dino Attack.
* SmokingIsCool: Clint Wayne is one of the few Dino Attacks to smoke, and it's done to make him look cool.
* TriggerHappy: Typically, he'll shoot first, and ask questions later.

!!Standard Agent Ryan "Bluetooth" Radcliff

* BerserkButton: Bluetooth [[EnragedByIdiocy doesn't respond well to complete idiocy]], especially in regards to French Fries's final folly or [[TheHyena Baldrick]] thinking that it was a hilarious joke.
* CommunicationsOfficer: He fills this role, especially whenever he has to broadcast Semick's speeches to the rest of the team.
* EnragedByIdiocy: When Baldrick thought that Bluetooth's report on French Fries was a hilarious joke, Bluetooth's BerserkButton was hit with a sledgehammer.
%%* IdealHero
* LastMinuteHookup: With Holly Vinyaya.
* {{Leitmotif}}: In the Complete Soundtrack playlist, Bluetooth's theme is "Onua Ambience" from ''VideoGame/{{BIONICLE}}: The Legend of Mata Nui''.
* NamedAfterSomebodyFamous: Partially named after Creator/DanielRadcliffe. He looks like him (or rather, Harry Potter) too, which leads to a lot of people mistaking him for the famous actor.
* NerdGlasses: Bluetooth is a skilled technician who wears large glasses.
* TheSmartGuy: He is a Futuron technician skilled with computer software and hardware.

!!Standard Agent Carl Lutsky

* AntiHero: Lutsky would probably qualify as an UnscrupulousHero.
* TheCorruptible: Carl was easily corrupted by Dust's manipulations.
%%* DrillSergeantNasty
* DrivenToSuicide: [[spoiler:After being committed to Napoleon XIV Mental Institution, he committed suicide.]]
* EnsignNewbie: Carl Lutsky is a relatively recent recruit who worked his way up the ranks and was promoted to commander when his squad leader was killed in an ambush.
* {{Jerkass}}: Lutsky was always aggressive towards Dust, but as his sanity slipped, he became a major jerk to everyone else as well.
* JumpedOffTheSlipperySlope: Lutsky's hatred of Dust and lust for power drove him to insanity, to the point where he proposed sacrificing Kate Bishop and later [[spoiler:shot Dust in cold blood]].
* KilledOffscreen: [[spoiler:His death in Napoleon XIV was fortunately off-screen.]]
* {{Leitmotif}}: In the Complete Soundtrack playlist, Lutsky's theme is "The Hand" from ''Series/TheWalkingDead''.
* TheNeidermeyer: Lutsky started out [[SergeantRock caring for his men]] but he became a Neidermeyer once his newfound authority got to his head.
* RevolversAreJustBetter: Carl Lutsky likes to fight with big guns but a revolver is his preferred sidearm.
* SanitySlippage: Carl Lutsky really went off the deep end over the course of the Adventurers' Island mission.
* SoleSurvivor: Carl Lutsky is the only survivor of at attack on his office building during the Dino Attack, a fact he takes vary hard.
* TriggerHappy: His attitude towards Dust tends to lean towards shooting now and asking questions later.
* UnstoppableRage: When he feels his authority might be threatened.
* VillainousBreakdown: Carl Lutsky fit the trope when he went from well-groomed jerk to crazy jerk with a vendetta.
* WellIntentionedExtremist: Lutsky has the same goals as the rest of the team - to bring an end to the invasion of the mutant dinos. It's just that he's willing to take a few more risks that others would normally object to.

!!Standard Agent Johanna "Catless" Evergreen

* PunnyName: "Catless" is an engineering term (fitting as she attended the Brickachussets Institute of Technology), but Johanna adopted this nickname because she kept literally losing her cat.

!!Standard Agent Amanda "Claw" Alexander (née Remous)

A former assassin and bounty hunter known as [[NamesToRunAwayFrom/ForeignLanguageNames Silencia Venomosa]], Amanda Remous joined Dino Attack Team to [[TheAtoner redeem herself of her past crimes]]. She was well known for [[TheVoiceless her vow of silence]] after her tragic background, although [[SuddenlyVoiced she broke the vow late in the Dino Attack]]. For much of the Dino Attack, Amanda was in a romantic relationship with Rex, and they finally [[WartimeWedding married during the final battle]].

* AcquiredPoisonImmunity: Acquired during her years as Silencia Venomosa. This protected her from the poisonous gas in the Mindstorms, Inc. building. She also hoped this would protect her from the XERRD toxins, but evidently that is one immunity she never acquired; still, she held out longer than most of her fellow Dino Attack agents.
* ActionGirl: Amanda is an effective fighter with knives and guns, and is one of Dino Attack Team's best-known female agents in the RPG. As Silencia Venomosa, she qualifies as a DarkActionGirl.
* AdaptationalAngstUpgrade: Amanda Claw in the original RPG did not have much angst at all until the end of the LEGO Island story arc. As part of BackportedDevelopment to better align with her later characterization, ''Love and War'' and the Director's Cut give her some considerable angst over the disappearance of her brother Roger Remous, and the latter also makes it clear that she did not enjoy being forcibly turned into a Mutant T-Rex.
* AdaptationalWeaponSwap: In the early RPG days, Amanda preferred using a [[ChainPain chain whip]] as her weapon of choice. While she does use a chain briefly as a MythologyGag, ''Love and War'' and the Director's Cut otherwise replace her chain whip with DeviousDaggers to be more consistent with her later characterization.
* AlternateAnimalAffection: In the Director's Cut, after being turned into a Mutant T-Rex by FUTURE, Amanda would physically express her closeness with Rex by gently rubbing up against his neck.
* AlternateSelf: Silencia Venomosa's Dimension 418 counterpart is a recurring character in the Mustache Maniacs Film Co. canon. She's much like her primary universe self except that she never redeemed herself, although she did end up breaking her vow of silence.
* AppropriatedAppellation: As revealed in ''Love and War'', this is the origin of Amanda's nickname "Amanda Claw". When Remous introduced her to Rex, he started to call her by her real name only to remember mid-introduction to call her by her codename instead, and so Rex misinterpreted this as "Amanda Claw". Amused, Amanda took a liking to the flub and let her friends call her that as a nickname.
* TheAtoner: Joined the Dino Attack Team to redeem herself of her crimes as Silencia Venomosa.
* BackportedDevelopment: Amanda Claw's depiction in ''Love and War'' (a {{rewrite}} of her first appearance in the RPG) is based on her post-LEGO Island story arc characterization, instead of how she was originally portrayed during her first few years in the RPG.
* BadassLongcoat: During the heist on Dacta Corporation, Silencia Venomosa wore one.
* BewareTheQuietOnes: She may be quiet, but don't mistaken her silence for weakness.
* BountyHunter: As Silencia Venomosa, quite a few of her jobs involved hunting bounties. If a price was placed on someone's head, she would hunt them down and bring them in to her client. However, these have been considerably downplayed in favor of highlighting her more infamous [[ProfessionalKiller assassinations]]. Her overall job description better suits a ''Franchise/StarWars'' bounty hunter than a real-world one.
* BrokenTears: A downplayed example. After Trigger tried to reveal her identity as Silencia Venomosa combined with steadily-increasing evidence pointing to her as being TheMole, Amanda went to the back of the lounge and cried to herself when no one was around, feeling that her DarkAndTroubledPast was catching up to her and there was nothing she could do to stop it.
* BrotherSisterTeam: Claw and her brother Remous were close partners when they initially joined Dino Attack Team, though the team was broken up after Remous was kidnapped and killed by Finister.
* ChainPain: Used to be Amanda's weapon of choice, but after her ReTool which made her less of a Dromus {{Expy}}, she dropped the ChainPain in favor of being a {{Devious Dagger|s}}.
* ChastityDagger: Shortly after Don Bricassius [[RapeIsASpecialKindOfEvil made an unwarranted sexual advance on her]], Silencia Venomosa killed him with a steak knife that she had hidden under her dress.
* DamselOutOfDistress: In ''Love and War'', Phantom is holding Amanda hostage, except Amanda treats it as a minor annoyance rather than a life-threatening situation. Sure enough, once Rex holds Phantom's attention, Amanda grabs her knife, stabs Phantom in the knee, and rescues herself.
* DarkAndTroubledPast: From her parents being murdered when she was only a young girl to spending much of her young adult years as a criminal and assassin, it's quite dark and troubled indeed.
* DarkSecret: Her sordid past as Silencia Venomosa is something that she'd much rather be kept secret. The fact that Trigger had no qualms about exposing her in front of her teammates threw everything into jeopardy.
* ADayInTheLimelight: ''Antithesis'' stars Silencia Venomosa as the VillainProtagonist.
* {{Determinator}}: [[LampshadeHanging Lampshaded]] by a quote from ''Film/TheTerminator''.
* DeviousDaggers: The ProfessionalKiller Silencia Venomosa's weapon of choice is the knife, which she prefers for being able to silently kill her targets. Although she tried to distance it from herself after becoming Amanda Claw, old habits die hard and she soon found herself using it again, hinting at her being a darker PragmaticHero compared to her IdealHero boyfriend Rex.
* DiedInYourArmsTonight: [[spoiler:Amanda Claw died in Rex's arms.]]
* DisneyDeath: Twice. [[spoiler:The third time, she wasn't so lucky.]]
** Amanda Claw was last seen attacked by villains, and her torn up uniform was found outside a wrecked police station. Don't worry, Rex, she's alright.
** What's that? Did Perfect Chaos drown Amanda? Don't worry, Rex, it's [[FaceYourFears just an illusion]].
* DivergentCharacterEvolution: She started out very similar to the only other ActionGirl in the RPG, Dromus, due to being a ChainPain ActionGirl, but eventually formed her own distinct character and chose a [[DeviousDaggers different weapon of choice]].
* DontAsk: You probably don't want to know the reason why Amanda knows not to hide dead or unconscious bodies in utility closets.
* ElectiveMute: Amanda could speak all along, but chose not to because she blamed herself (specifically, her own voice) for the deaths of her parents.
* EmotionlessGirl: Especially as Silencia Venomosa, she felt very little emotion.
* EvenEvilHasStandards: During her time as Silencia Venomosa, despite being amoral and ruthless, she did have a few standards. She was disapproving of Walter Breen being too cowardly to meet with her face-to-face; she involuntarily winced when Howard Simmons was verbally abusing Troy [=DeWitt=]; and she outright refused a second job from Simmons when she realized that he had gone too far.
* {{Expy}}: Silencia Venomosa's backstory is heavily inspired by [[Film/KillBill O-Ren Ishii]], and she also draws elements from [[Franchise/{{Terminator}} the Terminator, Sarah Conner]], and [[Literature/TheMillenniumTrilogy Lisbeth Slander]].
* FaceDeathWithDignity: [[spoiler:As someone who joined Dino Attack Team to redeem herself of her crimes, she was very calm and accepting of her death, happy to be reunited with her family in the afterlife.]]
* FacialDialogue: As TheSilentBob, Amanda excelled at this trope and would often communicate solely through her facial expressions alone.
* FauxAffablyEvil: While not evil, per se, Amanda Claw was able to infuriate Trigger by smiling sweetly at him.
* FemaleMonsterSurprise: When Amanda Claw was temporarily mutated by Mutant Dino Serum, Rex and Trouble initially assumed that she was a male Mutant T-Rex. They only realized that she was female once they recognized her behavior as affectionate towards Rex.
* FriendlessBackground: Whether or not Amanda had friends prior to the murder of her parents was never confirmed, but in the following years, the only person she ever considered to be her friend was Bartholomew Enderson.
* FromNobodyToNightmare: Amanda Remous was only a young and innocent girl when her parents were murdered. She would later become one of the most infamous assassins in LEGOLAND.
* GoOutWithASmile: [[spoiler:She smiled when she died, believing that she would be reunited with her deceased family.]]
* HeroicWillpower: Aside from Hyrode, Amanda Claw is the only known individual to have been infected with Mutant Dino serum and fought off the mental effects through sheer willpower alone. [[ForcedTransformation It still transformed her into a Mutant T-Rex, though.]]
* HiredGuns: In the past, Silencia Venomosa was a mercenary hired by clients, usually for the job of killing.
* HitmanWithAHeart: Silencia Venomosa was cold-blooded and ruthless, but she was unable to go through with her assignment to assassinate Anti-Amanda Remous, even at one point trying to rationalize to herself that Anti-Amanda did not need to be killed in order to complete the assignment. She also clearly did not want to go through with assassinating Roger Remous, since he noted that her hand was trembling when she pointed a gun at him, and ultimately her love for her brother is what led to her quitting her career.
* IcyGrayEyes: Her eye color is revealed to be gray in ''Antithesis''. For her, especially as Silencia Venomosa, this is the "cold, strong-willed" kind of gray eyes.
* IDidntTellYouBecauseYoudBeUnhappy: The reason why Rex did not tell Amanda about Roger's death.
* ImprobableAimingSkills: Silencia Venomosa was able to throw a switchblade at a fleeing Keaton and successfully land it in his spine.
* TheInsomniac: Amanda doesn't get much sleep. It's revealed in the Expanded Universe that this is because nightmares of her parents' death keep her up at night.
* JackTheRipoff: There were a number of Silencia Venomosa copycats after the Dino Attack, none of which were ever as successful as the real one.
* KilledOffForReal: [[spoiler:After several {{Disney Death}}s over the course of the RPG, she actually died during the final battle.]]
* {{Leitmotif}}: In the Complete Soundtrack playlist, Amanda's theme is "When Ginny Kisses Harry" from ''Film/HarryPotterAndTheHalfBloodPrince'', while Silencia Venomosa's theme is "Malfoy's Mission".
* LivingEmotionalCrutch: Because of her troubled past, Amanda needed someone to keep her grounded, and both Roger and Rex filled this role for her. As the war went on, she became Rex's own crutch as well, [[spoiler:and her death caused him to cross the DespairEventHorizon without her support]].
* MeaningfulName: The name "Amanda" means "having to be loved," "deserving to be loved," or "worthy of love." When you consider Amanda Claw's role in ''Dino Attack RPG'', you realize that there could not have possibly been a more fitting name.
* MasterPoisoner: As one might expect from an assassin named "Venomosa", she was proficient in the use of venoms and poisons to create horrible (and very memorable) deaths for her victims.
* TheMole: Silencia Venomosa was planted in Mindstorms, Inc. by Dacta Corporation to inform [[CorruptCorporateExecutive Edward Korrupte]] of the former's activities.
* MoreDeadlyThanTheMale: Silencia Venomosa, big time. She single-handedly took down an entire squad of male mercenaries hired by Mindstorms, Inc.
* NamesToRunAwayFromReallyFast: [[NamesToRunAwayFrom/ForeignLanguageNames Silencia Venomosa]] is derived from the Spanish words "silencio" and "venenosa", which translate to "silence" and "venomous", respectively.
* NotSoStoic: Whenever Silencia Venomosa [[OoCIsSeriousBusiness acted Not So Stoic]], Bartholomew Enderson was surprised.
* OfficialCouple: With Rex. After dating on-and-off again throughout the RPG, they married in the final battle.
* OutgrowingTheChildishName: As a little girl, Amanda was affectionately called "Mandy" by her older brother Roger. As an adult, she never goes by this nickname (except when six-year-old Sarah Remous calls her "Auntie Mandy").
* PeacefulInDeath: [[spoiler:After struggling to find peace in her troubled life, she peacefully accepted her death.]]
* ProfessionalKiller: As Silencia Venomosa, she held a cold, distant, and professional attitude towards any killing she would do as part of her job.
* PsychoticSmirk: Usually, when Silencia Venomosa smiles, it's this.
* PunchClockVillain: Even Silencia Venomosa has some traits of a Punch Clock Villain, seeing as she won't go out of her way to kill someone unless she is hired to do so, and she's really only in it for the money.
* PunkInTheTrunk: In ''Antithesis'', Silencia Venomosa hides in the trunk of Anti-Amanda's car while she rides home.
* TheQuietOne: Even though she now speaks, Amanda Claw is still often quiet and only speaks when she finds it necessary.
* RedHerringMole: [[spoiler:Amanda was [[EveryoneIsASuspect one of the top suspects]] of being XERRD's [[TheMole Mole]] in Dino Attack Team, and both Pharisee and Bogart were nearly convinced that it was her. There was a ton of evidence pointing towards her, too, especially the fact that she was never with Rex at the times of the murders and the fact that her knife was the weapon that killed Sniper. However, the former turned out to be a series of unfortunate coincidences, and the latter was deliberately set up by the real mole, Ata.]]
* RedemptionEqualsDeath: [[spoiler:Amanda Claw joined Dino Attack Team to redeem herself of all the crimes she committed as Silencia Venomosa. Before all was said and done, she kicked the bucket]].
* SacrificialLion: [[spoiler:Considering that she was one of the most important and longest-running characters of ''Dino Attack RPG'', and yet she was intended to die in the FinalBattle]].
* ScrewTheMoneyIHaveRules: When Silencia Venomosa was offered double her payment to continue working for Howard Simmons and assassinate the Anti-Alpha Team, she refused. Even someone as unfettered as Venomosa could tell that Simmons' escalation was only going to make things worse for both universes.
* ScrewTheMoneyThisIsPersonal: Silencia Venomosa wasn't merely given a job offer by Don Bricassius; she was offered a full-time partnership. She refused and killed him because she was more interested in seeking revenge for the murder of her parents.
* ScrewThisImOuttaHere: In ''Antithesis'', when Howard Simmons tried to hire Silencia Venomosa to take out the Antiverse Alpha Team, she turned it down and walked away when she realized that taking the assignment would only make things worse.
* ShoutOut: A quote from ''Film/TheTerminator'' was used to describe her determination as Silencia Venemosa. Additionally Pierce compared her elusive nature to [[Film/TheUsualSuspects Keyser Söze]].
* ShroudedInMyth: Silencia Venomosa's infamous reputation combined with her mysterious nature tended to make her seem less human and more of a living myth, akin to [[Film/TheUsualSuspects Keyser Söze]].
* SilenceOfSadness: The backstory of Amanda Claw reveals that she witnessed her parents being murdered when she was only a child. She was so depressed by this tragedy that she stopped speaking altogether and became an ElectiveMute.
* TheSilentBob: Rex noted that Amanda could be very expressive even while silent, and subtle nuances in her facial expression would speak volumes for her in the absence of words.
* SilentPartner: During her time as an ElectiveMute, Amanda filled this role to Roger Remous and Rex, the latter two characters often "translating" her silence into words that the rest of the team could understand.
* SorryThatImDying: [[spoiler:After being mortally wounded, she apologized to Rex for being unable to keep her promise of never leaving him.]]
* SpeechImpededLoveInterest: {{Exaggerated|Trope}} at first, with Amanda Claw being Rex's completely-mute love interest. It's eventually {{subverted|Trope}} when she eventually breaks her vow of silence and starts speaking normally, although the Director's Cut does note that she speaks slowly and has trouble articulating certain words.
* SplitPersonality: Invoked but not confirmed. Amanda Claw does not personally believe that she has split personality, simply considering her darker side the result of giving in to negative feelings, but to anyone else it would seem that she has two very separate personalities. Adding fuel to this is Amanda's tendency to refer to Silencia Venomosa with third-person pronouns as though Venomosa is a different person altogether, although she does this to distance herself from her shameful past.
* StepfordSmiler: Amanda rarely gives a genuine smile. Most of the time, it's either hiding her depression or mental instability.
* TheStoic: As Silencia Venomosa, she rarely showed genuine emotion.
* StrawNihilist: While she didn't go around lecturing everyone about her beliefs [[TheVoiceless for obvious reasons]], her bitter and cynical outlook on life during her years of Silencia Venomosa was basically along the lines of "life is meaningless". One of the things that led to her retirement was being convinced once more that life ''did'' have meaning.
* SuddenEyeColour: Like most LEGO minifigs, Amanda Claw has only been depicted with BlackBeadEyes, but ''Antithesis'' confirmed that her iris color is actually gray.
* SuddenlyAlwaysKnewThat: As part of the gradual revelation of her backstory, Amanda Suddenly Always Knew how to be a deadly-efficient sniper during the attack on the XERRD Fortress.
* SuddenlyVoiced: Amanda Claw forsakes her vow of silence during the LEGO Island mission upon learning about Roger's death.
* SurprisinglySuddenDeath: [[spoiler:Her sudden death took a lot of players by surprise.]]
* SympatheticMurderBackstory: Amanda's backstory, in which she murdered Don Bricassius as revenge for him killing her parents, was written to invoke pity and sympathy.
* TheseGlovesAreMadeForKillin: Silencia Venomosa always wears gloves on the job to avoid leaving fingerprints. In ''Cold Dishes'', she takes off the gloves as part of a striptease to seduce her victim, and then immediately puts the gloves back on as she prepares to kill him.
* TranquilFury: Keeping perfectly in character for her, Amanda Claw does not explode when she is angry, but remains tranquil and collected... which makes her fury even more terrifying.
* {{Tuckerization}}: Amanda is named after one of [=PeabodySam=]'s friends.
* TwoFirstNames: Following her [[WartimeWedding marriage]] to Rex Alexander, she became Amanda Alexander.
* UnPerson: "Fifteeniversary" reveals that a downplayed form of un-personing happened to Amanda after the Dino Attack. In order to prevent the public from figuring out that she was actually Silencia Venomosa, Alpha Team decided to avoid giving her any focus or spotlight. Therefore, her role in the Dino Attack was significantly downplayed in history books and documentaries, essentially [[DemotedToExtra reduced to a footnote]] about being Rex's wife.
* UndyingLoyalty: To Rex. On at least one occasion, she nearly got herself killed while fulfilling her promise to never leave him.
* TheUnfettered: As Silencia Venomosa, nothing would stop her from completing her jobs.
* UnwittingInstigatorOfDoom: Tragically, Amanda Remous in her youth. She cried out to her parents, distracting them just long enough for Don Bricassius to kill them both.
* UsedToBeASweetKid: The flashback in ''Dear Sister'' shows that nine-year-old Amanda was a sweet, cheerful, naive kid, very different from the murderous Silencia Venomosa and the troubled agent Claw that she would grow up to become. Anti-Amanda, who never became Silencia Venomosa, is still sweet as an adult.
* VillainProtagonist: In ''Antithesis'', Silencia Venomosa is the main character, and she is hired to murder several innocent people in the Antiverse to cover up Lens Pioneers' involvement in the ANTI project.
* ViolentlyProtectiveGirlfriend: Towards Rex... though, to be fair, [[BattleCouple it's mutual]].
* WasItAllALie: During the Adventurers' Island StoryArc, shortly after learning about Amanda's identity as Silencia Venomosa and her secret fear that "Amanda Claw" is just a mask, Rex asked Amanda this question in regards to their love. Thankfully, Amanda's response was "no", and that helped to keep her grounded.
* WeaponBasedCharacterization: As Silencia Venomosa, she is proficient in using the knife, sniper rifle, and silenced pistol. The knife shows that she's {{devious|Daggers}}, the sniper rifle shows that she's {{cold|Sniper}}, and the silenced pistol shows that she's silent.
* WhenSheSmiles: In ''Love and War'', Rex noted that Amanda very rarely gave a genuine smile, but when she did, it made her look younger, happier, and freed from the heavy burdens she carried with her.
* WhyDidItHaveToBeSnakes: She is very uncomfortable around fire as a result of the fact that her childhood home was burned down by a crime boss's cigarette. This was never a major plot point, but was frequently alluded to. For instance she was said to be outright ''offended'' by Montoya offering her a cigarette, and was also mentioned as being among the few agents with lighter privileges (since her fear of fire would make her less likely to abuse them).
* YouDontLookLikeYou: InUniverse example. The ShowWithinAShow ''Silent But Deadly'' stars [[WesternAnimation/TheLEGOMovie Sharon Shoehorn]] as Silencia Venomosa, but since nobody involved in making the film knew what Venomosa actually looks like, she ends up looking nothing like the real Venomosa. Venomosa's film incarnation has [[AdaptationalDyeJob blonde hair]], a {{stripperiffic}} [[DressedLikeADominatrix dominatrix]] outfit [[AdaptationalSkimpiness showing lots of skin]], and [[AdaptationalAttractiveness lots of makeup]].

!!Standard Agent Erik "Demoman" Paulson

A ViolentGlaswegian and [[TheAlcoholic Alcoholic]], Erik Paulson is a DemolitionsExpert who worked for Reliable Excavation Deconstruction. He is a member of the Second Headquarters Squad, and later joined the Third Headquarters Squad.

* AdaptationNameChange: Version 1.1 of the Director's Cut changes his codename to Dynamite.
* TheAlcoholic: Demoman is almost always drinking. It wasn't until after the war that [[RecoveredAddict he made an effort to stop drinking]].
* BadassesWearBandanas: He wears a black bandana on his head, although he later gave his bandana to See.
* BraveScot: Or, at the very least, [[DrunkenMaster Drunk-To-The-Point-Of-No-Longer-Having-Reservations]] Scot.
* DemolitionsExpert: He is an employee of the demlotions company Reliable Excavation Deconstruction, and during the Dino Attack he would use all sorts of explosives as weapons.
* DrinkingOnDuty: Even during the heat of battle, Demoman drinks.
* DrowningMySorrows: He was always a heavy drinker, but after [[spoiler:the death of Soldier]], Demoman was hit hard and could only cope with it by drinking.
* DrunkenMaster: Somehow, despite usually being drunk to the point where he can barely keep himself from passing out, Demoman still can use his explosives to fight Mutant Dinos with deadly efficiency.
* {{Expy}}: Of [[Videogame/TeamFortress2 Tavish DeGroot]].
* EyepatchOfPower: He has a pirate-esque eyepatch over his left eye.
* FieryRedhead: Demoman has red hair, and his personality is just as fiery as the explosives he uses.
* FireForgedFriends: With Soldier. They bonded together after defending a small castle from Majisto's dragon.
* MadBomber: Granted, he's more "drunk" than "mad", but Demoman can be more than a little careless when he's using his deadly explosives.
* MauveShirt: Demoman was initially introduced as a RedShirt, but was allowed to receive more growth and development than originally intended, promoting him to Mauve Shirt.
* MeaningfulName: He's a man who works with demolitions.
* PunnyName: "Erik Paulson" is a pun on "[[StuffBlowingUp explosion]]".
* RecoveredAddict: The 2020 WhereAreTheyNowEpilogue reveals that Erik is overcoming his drinking problems and is now staying sober as TheTeetotaler. He's [[AddictionDisplacement taken up drinking soda instead]], though.
* TrapMaster: His preferred fighting style, especially in the defense of Gold City against the Hybrids, is laying explosive traps that trigger when the enemy comes in.
* ViolentGlaswegian: Demoman is a Scot with a vulgar mouth and a penchant for blowing his enemies to smithereens.

!!Standard Agent Dude

An extremely unshaven, rather lazy agent who spends his time bowling and drinking. He spent the majority of the war in Antarctica because his superiors thought his codename was stupid, and only brought him in when extra hands were needed.

* AtrociousAlias: Dude was mainly rejected from the team because they thought his codename was stupid. They only relented when the final battle required as many people as were possible to get.
* {{Expy}}: [[Film/TheBigLebowski Do I really need to say who?]]
* MomentKiller: Dude has a tendency to do this simply by walking into a room at a bad time, at least once ruining an extremely emotional moment between Pierce and Sarah.
* OnlyKnownByTheirNickname: He is only known as Dude.

!!Standard Agent Elizabeth Winsor

A former {{pirate}} from the tropical sea.

* AntiHero: Elizabeth is a case of KnightInSourArmour (although she has slipped into PragmaticHero on some occasions).
* {{Pirate}}: Of the dashing rogue variety.
* APirate400YearsTooLate: Like most pirates of the Tropical Seas, she dresses and acts like a Golden Age pirate despite living in the modern day.
* PirateGirl: Elizabeth is one of the few female pirates seen in ''Dino Attack RPG''.
* ThePiratesWhoDontDoAnything: Aside from her attempt to hijack an Iron Predator, Elizabeth hasn't really committed many acts of piracy in ''Dino Attack RPG''.
* {{Privateer}}: Arguably, since she is a pirate officially hired by Dino Attack Team.
* {{Transplant}}: Her character found a new home in ''Dino Attack RPG'' after the end of the ''Pirates RPG''.

!!Standard Agent Tex "Engineer" S. Holdem

An [[TheEngineer engineer]] from midwestern America, Tex S. Holdem joined Dino Attack Team so he could improve their security and defenses with the technology he had invented. He was assigned to Second Headquarters Squad.

* AdaptationNameChange: Version 1.1 of the Director's Cut changes his codename to Tech; his InSeriesNickname becomes Techie.
* AdaptationalEarlyAppearance: In the Director's Cut, Tech appears during the Kotua crisis (filling in the role originally played by Banchito), predating his debut during the LEGO Island story arc.
* AdvertisedExtra: Engineer appears in the Director's Cut trailer, in the scene with Landro. However, he only makes brief cameos on the Landro subplot while Sereve and Rev Raptor, the two main characters of the subplot, [[SirNotAppearingInThisTrailer do not appear in the trailer]].
* BewareTheNiceOnes: Engineer is one of the friendlier members of Second Headquarters Squad, but don't think for a second that he won't shoot you if you get in his way. Those turrets aren't designed for incapacitation, after all.
* CoolShades: Engineer wears large shades over his eyes.
* DissonantSerenity: Carries a calm tone of voice as he warns his comrades not to get in the way of his deadly sentry turrets.
* TheEngineer: As one can guess from his codename, Engineer's expertise is engineering.
* {{Expy}}: Of [[Videogame/TeamFortress2 Dell Conagher]].
* GadgeteerGenius: Engineer is always designing new gadgets and devices to help Dino Attack Team.
* InSeriesNickname: His codename may be Engineer, but his friends call him Engie.
* KilledOffForReal: [[spoiler:He was the first victim of the mole.]]
* MauveShirt: Engineer was initially introduced as a RedShirt, but was allowed to receive more growth and development than originally intended, promoting him to Mauve Shirt, [[spoiler:of the "more likely to be Killed Off for Real" variety.]]
* MeaningfulName: He's an [[TheEngineer engineer]].
* MysteriousMiddleInitial: Nobody knows what the "S." stands for.
* PragmaticHero: He doesn't care much about philosophy, preferring to remain practical and realistic in the war against Mutant Dinos.
* PunnyName: "Tex S. Holdem" is a play on "[[TabletopGame/{{Poker}} Texas Hold'em]]".
* TheSmartGuy: As a brilliant engineer, he's easily one of the smartest members of Second Headquarters Squad.
* SouthernFriedGenius: He comes from midwestern America and is a brilliant engineer.
* TheTurretMaster: Engineer has assembled security systems for Dino Attack Team, especially including turrets.

!!Standard Agent Firecracker

A psychotic demolitions expert with an unhealthy passion for blowing things up, Firecracker has no concerns for anyone else or the consequences of his actions, just so long as he can blow something- anything- up.

* DemolitionsExpert: He learned how to use dynamite after being hired by Reliable Excavation Deconstruction, and he uses it as much as he can.
* {{Expy}}: An interesting case. While he was based on a character from the obscure spaghetti Western ''Film/DuckYouSucker'', his depiction isn't so much based on the actual movie's depiction of him as a guilt-ridden ex-terrorist as it is the humorous depictions of him in Atton Rand's WebVideo/HitlerRants videos, where he is shown to be an ax-crazy psycho who loves seeing things explode and has made it his life's ambition to blow up Hitler for reasons unknown.
* FailedaSpotCheck: When Firecracker tried to pull that TakingYouWithMe stunt, he failed to notice that only a small fraction of the Mutant Dino army was actually inside the building at that point.
* HeroicComedicSociopath: Firecracker's tendency to blow everything up is usually PlayedForLaughs.
* MadBomber: Firecracker loves to blow things up. He does not care what it is or if there will be consequences, he is willing to light a stick of dynamite and destroy it. It even got him fired from Reliable Excavation Deconstruction.
* NominalHero: Firecracker could have easily been a horrifying villain if it weren't for the fact that he was working for the heroes.
* OnlyKnownByTheirNickname: He is only known as Firecracker.
* TakingYouWithMe: Attempted by Firecracker, who tried to blow up Dino Attack Headquarters (with him still inside) to wipe out the Mutant Dino army, but [[FailedASpotCheck it didn't exactly work out the way he planned.]]
* WhatTheHellHero: Firecracker tried to perform a TakingYouWithMe... by blowing up Dino Attack Headquarters, which is what Dino Attack Team was fighting to defend, while there were doctors, patients, evacuees, Dino Attack agents, and other personnel still inside, an important Teleport Pad on the roof, and only a fraction of the Mutant Dino forces inside the building at that point.
* WrongGenreSavvy: Because of his inspiration, Firecracker is the delusion that he's in a comedy where he can blow stuff up with little consequence.
* YourAnswerToEverything: Give Firecracker a problem, any problem- and I guarantee you 99.9% percent of the time he'll find a way to work [[StuffBlowingUp explosives]] into his solution.

!!Standard Agent Gaston
An EgomaniacHunter from France, Gaston believes he's the hero... but he's really just a DirtyCoward and HandsomeLech.

* AscendedExtra: He was briefly mentioned in the comm chatter in ''At War's End'', and then made a physical appearance in ''For Want of Nails''.
* DirtyCoward: Gaston deserts Dino Attack Team during the final battle because he believes that they're doomed to lose. One of his teammates calls him out and even accuses him of this trope by name.
* EgomaniacHunter: He was a big game hunter before the Dino Attack, and he proudly boasts that this makes him the perfect hero in the Dino Attack.
* {{Expy}}: Inspired by Gaston from ''WesternAnimation/BeautyAndTheBeast''.
* TheFriendNobodyLikes: Gaston was in the team up until the final day, but Danny and Francis can't stand him in ''For Want of Nails'' and someone calls him a DirtyCoward in ''At War's End''.
* HandsomeLech: He's handsome and attractive, but the girl he's harassing (who may or may not be fellow Dino Attack agent Belle) keeps refusing his advances.
* PoirotSpeak: He speaks English perfectly well, but occasionally uses French expressions instead (e.g. "au contraire" instead of "on the contrary"). It would be GratuitousFrench if it wasn't his native language.
* ScrewThisImOuttaHere: Gaston hates to lose, so when a situation turns sour, he's known to walk out. This ultimately led to him deserting the team during the final battle, believing it was a lost cause.
* StrawMisogynist: Gaston is known for repeatedly harassing women and only caring about their beauty, which earns him the ire of other agents like Danny and Francis.
* WrongGenreSavvy: Gaston insists that being a handsome hunter would make him the perfect hero and love interest in a story like the Dino Attack. Instead, he proves to be hated by his teammates for being a DirtyCoward and StrawMisogynist.

!!Standard Agent Ghost

* ChekhovsGunman: Ghost was character that rode on a Fire Hammer with Minerva to the rear guard camp. After Brikman [=McStudz=] reread the ''Dino Attack RPG'' and remembered the existence of Ghost, he reintroduced him as being [[TheMole a spy]] for the Maelstrom for his entire existence.
* KilledOffForReal: He was killed in ''At War's End'' after being revealed as a Stromling spy.
* TheMole: Turned out to be a Stromling in disguise.
* OnlyKnownByTheirNickname: He is only known as Ghost.

!!Standard Agent Grisbarba "Greybeard" L. Pirata

A swashbuckling {{pirate}} from the Tropical Sea, Greybeard grew bored of the refugee facilities and joined the Dino Attack Team in the battle against the mutant dinosaurs.

* AntiHero: Greybeard is a case of KnightInSourArmour and PragmaticHero.
* TheAlcoholic: Like other {{pirate}}s on the team, he prefers to drink rum.
* BadassAndChildDuo: Greybeard is the Badass to Mary Rose's Child.
* BadassDriver: Believe it or not. He was, after all, a participant in the [[VideoGame/LEGORacers 1999 LEGO Racing Championship]].
* BadassLongcoat: Greybeard wears one of the pirate captain variety.
* BlackSpot: In ''Pirates of the Tropical Sea'', Greybeard is branded with the mark of the Golden King, a glowing trident shape on the back of his hand, after taking the Hourglass of Atlantis. This marks him for death, with animated statues and the Golden King himself relentlessly trying to kill him.
* CaptainColorbeard: His nickname is Greybeard.
* CharacterizationMarchesOn: Greybeard started off as PluckyComicRelief, but soon nestled in the role of a bitter PragmaticHero and DeadpanSnarker with a DarkAndTroubledPast.
* CoolOldGuy: Greybeard is supposedly older than everyone else but never reveals his actual age, as part of a RunningGag.[[note]]Greybeard is at least ninety years old. The Blackheart cousins died fifty years before the events of ''[[Toys/LEGOPirates The Golden Medallion]]'', which the ''Dino Attack RPG'' places in 1989, so the latest that the celebration in the flashback could have taken place was 1939. Grisbarba was at least 20 years old in the flashback, according to WordOfGod, meaning that the latest he could have been born was 1919, which would make him 91 years old, at youngest, in ''Dino Attack RPG''.[[/note]]
* ClosestThingWeGot: Think a semi-religious doctor the ClosestThingWeGot to a minister? During Rex and Amanda's WartimeWedding, Greybeard proclaimed that ''he'' was the Closest Thing We Got... because he's the oldest Minifig on the team?
* DarkAndTroubledPast: As explored in his PensieveFlashback.
* DeadpanSnarker: He is quick to make snarky comments about the situation. It comes with being a GrumpyOldMan.
* DisabledSnarker: Being both a HandicappedBadass and DeadpanSnarker, Greybeard has this trope covered.
* DisneyDeath: In ''Pirates of the Tropical Sea'', [[spoiler:Greybeard is apparently killed by the Golden King, but washes ashore on Barracuda Bay and is still alive.]]
* DrinkingOnDuty: He frequently can be found drinking rum, even in the thick of battle.
* DrowningMySorrows: Grisbarba L. Pirata after the violent break-up with "Bad Luck" Beatrice.
* DrunkenMaster: Even while intoxicated, he's still a MasterSwordsman.
* TheDrunkenSailor: He's a pirate who drinks a lot of rum.
* EmptyEyes: Greybeard's [[RuggedScar scarred]] [[EyeScream eye]], which is nearly blind.
* {{Expy}}: Although Greybeard is not really based upon any particular character, he does act as an {{Expy}} of [[Franchise/PiratesOfTheCaribbean Captain Hector Barbossa]] in certain scenes, especially during Rex and Amanda's WartimeWedding.
* EyeScream: Greybeard lost all vision in his right eye due to a Mutant Raptor attack.
* {{Foil}}: When they work together, the cranky, pessimistic, and down-to-earth Greybeard is often a {{Foil}} to the idealistic and romantic Rex.
* GivenNameReveal: Greybeard's real name was left unknown until illusion!Beatrice referred to him as "Grisbarba" in the Maelstrom Temple.
* GoodScarsEvilScars: Greybeard has a scar over his eye, which looks cool but just villainous-looking enough to let you know that [[GoodIsNotNice Greybeard isn't a nice guy]].
* [[ParentalSubstitute Grandparental Substitute]]: Inadvertently became one to Mary Rose, especially because she was too young to realize that he is not actually her grandfather.
* GrumpyOldMan: In addition to being one of the oldest characters in the RPG, he has a very cynical and caustic outlook on life.
* HandicappedBadass: Greybeard has a HookHand and a [[EyeScream scarred eye]].
* HeroicSacrifice: In ''Pirates of the Tropical Sea'', [[spoiler:to prevent the Golden King from sinking the ''Beatrice'', Greybeard willingly offers himself up to the demigod, sacrificing himself to save his crew. Ultimately subverted when it turns out to be a DisneyDeath.]]
* HookHand: He lost his left hand a long time ago and, in true pirate fashion, had it replaced with a hook.
* IAmNotYourFather: Despite keeping up the charade for a decade, Greybeard finally affirms the truth when asked by Mary Rose in ''Pirates of the Tropical Sea'': he is not actually her grandfather.
* IDidWhatIHadToDo: Like many other realist agents, Greybeard declares that he does what he must for the good of everyone when justifying his extermination of the Mutant Dinos.
* JerkWithAHeartOfGold: Greybeard can be a real jerk at times, such as when he mutinied against Rex and nearly killed Sauro-Hunter because he disagreed with their morals, but he does have a very soft spot in his heart, especially seen when he cares for Mary Rose.
* JerkassHasAPoint: Greybeard was introduced as a {{Foil}} to Rex to show that the latter had an [[WideEyedIdealist overly-idealistic]] outlook on the horrors of war, and one must be willing to go to certain extremes to do what's right.
* KillHimAlready: What Greybeard wanted to do after Dr. Rex's fall. If only Rex had listened to him instead of wanting to give Dr. Rex some CruelMercy...
* TheKirk: Greybeard, in comparison with the [[TheMcCoy more emotional]] Rex and the [[TheSpock more logical]] Frozeen. Of the three, he comes across as the most practical, able to balance his emotional drive and his experience-based logic, therefore knowing what he must do in any situation. He is much more down-to-earth than Rex, but is also able to emotionally relate to his companions much better than Frozeen can.
* TheLancer: Greybeard is a cantankerous cynical realist, who contrasts with Rex and Frozeen whenever he works with them.
* {{Leitmotif}}: In the Complete Soundtrack playlist, Greybeard's theme is "Blood Ritual" from ''Film/PiratesOfTheCaribbeanTheCurseOfTheBlackPearl''.
* LikeASonToMe: Although they are not biologically related, Greybeard sees Mary Rose as if she really were his granddaughter.
* ManlyFacialHair: As his name implies, he has very distinctive facial hair to compliment his prowess.
* MasterSwordsman: Greybeard bested Fullmetal in a swordfight and is implied to be a master swordsman [[DrunkenMaster even while drunk]].
* MeaningfulName: He has a beard that's grey in color.
* MultipleChoicePast: Before the Adventurers' Island story arc, every time the origin story of Greybeard's hook was brought up, it was different, with some examples including being locked up by Islanders to losing it in battle against Skeleton Pirates, to the point where it was turned into a minor RunningGag with Greybeard. Ultimately, the "correct" choice of this Multiple Choice Past was revealed during the PensieveFlashback.
* MysteriousMiddleInitial: Nobody knows what "L." stands for.
* NamesToRunAwayFromReallyFast: [[NamesToRunAwayFrom/ForeignLanguageNames Grisbarba L. Pirata]] is derived from "barba gris" and "pirata", which are Spanish for "[[NamesToRunAwayFrom/{{Colors}} grey]] [[NamesToRunAwayFrom/BodyPart beard]]" and "pirate", respectively. And, of course, he is commonly known as [[NamesToRunAwayFrom/{{Colors}} Grey]][[NamesToRunAwayFrom/BodyPart beard]] most of the time, anyways.
* NeverFoundTheBody: {{Discussed|Trope}} in ''Pirates of the Tropical Sea''; [[spoiler:Mary Rose and One-Eyed Pete both hope that Greybeard survived because they could not find his body. Their hunch was proven correct in the final scene where Greybeard washes up on Barracuda Bay.]]
* NobleMaleRoguishMale: Greybeard is the Roguish Male to either Rex or Frozeen's Noble Male, depending on which one he happens to be partnered up with at the time.
* NotAfraidOfYouAnymore: According to Word of God, this is how Greybeard vanquished his illusion in the Maelstrom Temple.
* OldSoldier: Old ''pirate'', but it's a dangerous occupation, and he continues to kick butt despite being one of the oldest (if not ''the'' oldest) Dino Attack agents.
* OohMeAccentsSlipping: Although Greybeard's [[TalkLikeAPirate pirate accent]] has slowly become heavier and heavier over the course of ''Dino Attack RPG'', there was one moment where Greybeard slipped up his accent: during his ShoutOut to [[Film/ReturnOfTheJedi Admiral Ackbar]] and shouted "It's a trap!" instead of "It be a trap!". Although this slip-up was intentional on [=PeabodySam's=] part, it was corrected in the Director's Cut.
* {{Pirate}}: Of the "dashing rogue" kind, based on the romanticized ''Toys/LEGOPirates'' line.
* APirate400YearsTooLate: Despite looking and acting like a pirate from the Golden Age of Piracy, he lives in modern day.
* ThePiratesWhoDontDoAnything: For a {{Pirate}}, Greybeard really hasn't committed many acts of piracy in ''Dino Attack RPG''.
* PragmaticHero: His cynical outlook makes him a more grounded realist than the likes of Rex, and he values doing what must be done over what is morally correct. Summed up rather well in this quote:
-->'''Greybeard''': "Listen, Rex, we be in a war. In a war, ye kill yer enemy, before yer enemy kills ye. We don't have time to go around taming little hatchlings. Even if it gives us an advantage, we'll be wasting our time while our enemy can strike at us."
* {{Privateer}}: He's a pirate officially hired by Dino Attack Team.
* RevolversAreJustBetter: While Greybeard occasionally uses modern weapons when in dire need, he prefers using classic pistols.
* RuggedScar: Greybeard has a scar over his eye, which he got from surviving a raptor attack.
* SandInMyEyes: Greybeard was definitely ''not'' crying during the final battle. It was raining very hard, and there was a leak in the roof, in case you haven't noticed.
* ScarfOfAsskicking: He wears a green scarf around his neck, which compliments his kick-butt appearance.
* SeadogBeard: As can be expected from someone named Greybeard, he is a pirate with a rugged grey beard.
* StevenUlyssesPerhero: With a name like [[BilingualBonus Grisbarba L. Pirata]], [[SarcasmMode who would have guessed]] that he one day would have become a pirate with a gray beard?
* SwordAndGun: His weapons of choice are the cutlass and flintlock pistol, as would fit a pirate.
* TalkLikeAPirate: He speaks with a heavy pirate accent, even more noticeable than any other pirate in the RPG.
* {{Transplant}}: He was a player character in ''Pirates RPG'' who was transferred over to ''Dino Attack RPG'' when the former RPG died.
* YourWorstMemory: In his PensieveFlashback, it is revealed that Greybeard's worst memory is when he was responsible for the death of "Bad Luck" Beatrice.

!!Standard Agent Ivan "Heavy" Tzenovich

A former soldier who was discharged from the Russian army, Ivan Tzenovich is an expert in [[{{BFG}} heavy weaponry]] and a member of Dino Attack Team's Second Headquarters Squad.

* AdaptationNameChange: Version 1.1 of the Director's Cut changes his codename to Bear.
* AdaptationalIntelligence: In the original ''At War's End'', Heavy is apparently an idiot who is easily convinced that any food is a "sandwich", even if it's just a slab of meat without any bread. In the Director's Cut, it's made clear that Bear knows that it's not actually a sandwich, but decides to play along anyway because he thinks his teammates are playing a funny joke on him.
* {{Angrish}}: Heavy bellowed a war cry upon spotting TheMole.
* AxCrazy: Heavy has some violent tendencies, which proved to be dangerous to his fellow soldiers back when he was a member of the army.
* BerserkButton: This is Heavy's weapon. ''You'' do not touch Heavy's weapon!
* {{BFG}}: His weapon of choice is the biggest, baddest gun he can find.
* TheBigGuy: He is physically big and imposing, with a punch that can send a man flying across the room.
* BigNo: Heavy said one after seeing [[spoiler:Medic's corpse]].
* BoisterousBruiser: As long as you stay on his good side, Heavy seems like a fun guy to hang around with.
* DumbMuscle: Seems to be the case, though who's to say that, like [[VideoGame/TeamFortress2 his inspiration]], he [[EloquentInMyNativeTongue simply isn't a good English speaker]]?
* {{Expy}}: Of [[VideoGame/TeamFortress2 Heavy Weapons Guy]].
* {{Flanderization}}: A minor note on Heavy's profile on the wiki stated that he opened a [[SatiatingSandwich sandwich]] shop after being discharged from the army. He also got into a food debate with other Dino Attack agents and argued that sandwiches were the best food. Apparently, Atton Rand took these two minor notes about sandwiches and blew them completely out of proportion, to the point where sandwiches overshadowed everything else about Heavy whenever he appeared in Atton Rand's posts. Admittedly, this was probably the result of Atton Rand watching a large number of ''Garry's Mod'' videos on Platform/YouTube, many of which depict the ''VideoGame/TeamFortress2'' Heavy as being obsessed with sandwiches.
* FunetikAksent: Heavy's accent is represented with replacing "s/th" with "z" and "w" with "v" in his dialogue.
* GatlingGood: Heavy's specialty lies in big machine guns.
* GloriousMotherRussia: He did, after all, swear on his Motherland that he would [[spoiler:avenge Medic's death]].
* HeroicComedicSociopath: Generally, his sociopathic tendencies are PlayedForLaughs.
* HeterosexualLifePartners: With Medic, although Scout would [[invoked]][[HoYay beg to differ]].
* HiddenDepths: He might look like DumbMuscle who only cares about guns, but in the Director's Cut, Bear's argument for why sandwiches are the best food shows off his experience with owning a deli and surprises his teammates by showing off his softer side.
* HuskyRusskie: He is a Russian who is TheBigGuy of Second Headquarters Squad, and is even codenamed [[RussianBear "Bear"]] in the Director's Cut.
* ICallItVera: While Heavy doesn't refer to his gun by name, he does refer to it with female pronouns.
* ItsPersonal: Heavy was far more eager to join the mole hunt after TheMole killed [[spoiler:Medic]].
* JerkWithAHeartOfGold: For all of his apathy towards others when firing his machine gun and for all the times he used his brute strength to get his way, Heavy cared more about Medic than anything else, and was utterly heartbroken when [[spoiler:Medic was killed]].
* JustAStupidAccent: Heavy hardly ever speaks a word of Russian and gets away with only a slight FunetikAksent.
* KilledOffscreen: [[spoiler:Because the post is told from Rex's perspective while he's lying paralyzed on the floor, we don't get to see it happen. We only get to hear it, and then we see the aftermath later on.]]
* LargeHam: Heavy is almost always speaking at full volume.
* MauveShirt: Heavy was initially introduced as a RedShirt, but was allowed to receive more growth and development than originally intended, promoting him to Mauve Shirt, [[spoiler:of the "more likely to be Killed Off for Real" variety.]]
* MeaningfulName: He works with heavy weaponry.
* MightyGlacier: He's very strong and carries around the biggest guns, but he's a slow runner.
* MoreDakka: His weapon of choice is heavy weaponry that shoots a lot.
* NamesToRunAwayFromReallyFast: His real name is [[NamesToRunAwayFrom/{{Conquerors}} Ivan]] Tzenovich.
* PsychoForHire: He was kicked out of the military for being too TriggerHappy, and yet he was hired by Dino Attack Team.
* PunnyName: If you space out the letters in his real name, you get "I vant zenovich", which is obviously a play on "I want [[SatiatingSandwich sandwich]]".
* RussianBear: In the Director's Cut, this [[HuskyRusskie tough Russian soldier]] is codenamed Bear.
* ShoutingShooter: Frequently bellows war cries while firing his weapon.
* SmarterThanYouLook: Although he's usually dismissed as DumbMuscle, Heavy caught on to the [[EveryoneIsASuspect possibility]] that either Soldier or Scout, who went separate ways and were subsequently alone with no one to watch them, could possibly be TheMole.
* StockForeignName: Uses the Stock Russian Name "Ivan".
* StoutStrength: While his teammates crack jokes about his weight, he is the strongest member of the Second Headquarters Squad.
* TalkingInYourSleep: Heavy apparently had a weird dream about marrying a [[EverythingsSatiatingWithSandwiches sandwich]].
* TrademarkFavoriteFood: Heavy ''really'' likes [[SatiatingSandwich sandwiches]], to the point where he will outright refuse to eat anything else (though he will relent if presented a different food item as long as he is told it is a sandwich).
* TriggerHappy: He was discharged from the army because he loved shooting so much, to the point where he would waste thousands of dollars worth of ammunition firing at nothing in particular (or even his fellow soldiers if they got in the way).

!!Standard Agent Batholomew "Helm" Helmutson

* AscendedExtra: He was originally just an unimportant barge helmsman who would bring Hotwire to the Goo Caverns, but ended up becoming wrapped up in the adventure and so was promoted to a more developed character.
* TheDriver: Helm is a helmsman whose role was to ferry Dino Attack agents across the ocean.
* EveryoneCallsHimBarkeep: Helmie was simply referred to as "the barge helmsman" during the beginning of the Goo Caverns story arc.
* TheKnightsWhoSaySquee: Bart Helmutson was ''very'' happy to meet Junkbot in Antarctica.
* InUniverseNickname: While his codename is Helm, his friends call him "Helmie".
* PragmaticHero: Helm identifies himself as a realist who doesn't feel any qualms about exterminating the Mutant Dinos. This led to him being recruited for the secret black operations mission in Antarctica.
* PunnyName: "Bartholomew Helmutson" is a play on "barge helmsman".
* UnaffectedBySpice: Helm is able to drink Fullmetal's triple-caffeeine coffee and simply remark that it feels a little weak.

!!Standard Agent Cdr. Holly Vinyaya

* AcePilot: Due to her Space Police background, she is a skilled pilot.
* ActionGirl: She is a tough Space Police officer turned Dino Attack agent.
* BeautyIsNeverTarnished: [[AvertedTrope Harshly averted]], receiving two scars on the right side of her face and choosing to keep them after the war.
* CelibateHero: Holly Vinyaya was this in the Space Police.
* TheDeterminator: She had high tenacity and refuses to be stopped of doing her duty, regardless of her injuries.
* EyepatchOfPower: Wore one for the final battle after losing her eye. She presumably dropped it after getting an artificial eye after the war.
* EyeScream: Her right eye was slashed my a Mutant Raptor claw dipped in acid.
* HumanShield: She was used as one by Stromling!Zach to intercept another Dino Attack agent's attack.
* LastMinuteHookup: With Bluetooth at the end of ''At War's End''.
* LatexSpaceSuit: Holly's zero suit, which she wears underneath her armor.
* LauncherOfAThousandShips: Holly Vinyaya is an in-universe example, according to Zachary Virchaus.
* ThePiratesWhoDontDoAnything: Holly is a member of the [[Toys/LEGOSpacePolice Space Police]], but her work in ''Dino Attack RPG'' is more like that of a soldier than a cop.
%%* PragmaticHero
* ShoutOut:
** Holly Vinyaya's name comes from Captain Holly Short and Wing Commander Raine Vinyaya, two characters from the ''Literature/ArtemisFowl'' series.
** Holly Vinyaya's appearance (including her Zero Suit) is partly inspired by Samus Aran of the ''Franchise/{{Metroid}}'' series
* SpacePolice: Commando Holly Vinyaya was sent to the LEGO Planet after hearing rumors of the Blacktron allying with a rogue Dino Attack Agent. She ended up serving as a Dino Attack Agent in other parts of the world.
* TomboyPonytail: She is an ActionGirl who ties her hair back in a ponytail.
* TwoFaced: Scarred only on the right side of her face.

!!Standard Agent Lance Williams

A famous surfer who has been in the battlefield a little bit too long.

* CelebritySurvivor: Lance Williams was a famous surfer before the Dino Attack.
* {{Expy}}: Of [[Film/ApocalypseNow Lance Johnson]].
* {{Foil}}: Lance, the good-natured but trigger-happy rookie, is a {{foil}} to Kate, the inexperienced rookie who has trouble adjusting to her surroundings.
%%* NewMeat
* PhraseCatcher: "Lance Williams, the surfer?" is the most common response of anyone hearing his name for the first time.
%%* PragmaticHero
* RunningGag: Nearly everyone he runs into recognizes him in a second, or recognizes the name when it is mentioned, regardless of whether or not they should know anything about surfing.
* SanitySlippage: The war hasn't exactly had a positive effect on Lance's mind.
* ShellShockedVeteran: Technically, he hasn't been in the team for long, but it has had a significant impact on his mind.
* SplitPersonality: Lance Williams is known to go from being calm and relatively quiet but good-natured to overly aggressive and trigger happy at the slightest sign of trouble.
* SurferDude: Although he isn't really known to talk like one.
* TriggerHappy: He is more than willing to shoot anything he sees as a threat, but occasionally he gets somewhat paranoid, and has the tendency to shoot at an unidentified target. This has on at least one occasion nearly resulted in him shooting other Dino Attack agents.
%%* YoungGun

!!Standard Agent Laxus

* AliensSpeakingEnglish: Like most Martians, he is very intelligent and therefore able to easily learn Earth languages such as English.
* AmusingAlien: Laxus, being a Deadpan Snarker, has several pretty amusing lines.
* DeadpanSnarker: Most likely due to being a fan of Earth pop culture (especially ''Series/MysteryScienceTheater3000''), Laxus is quick to make snarky quips about ridiculous situations.
* HumanoidAliens: Like all Martians, Laxus has a humanoid build with two arms, two legs, an upright stance, etc.
* InterspeciesFriendship: With Andrew primarily, but also shows up with his interactions with Zach, Minerva and Pterisa.
* {{Leitmotif}}: In the Complete Soundtrack playlist, Laxus's theme is "Mars" from ''LEGO Soccer Mania''.
* MyGreatestFailure: He has a bit of regret for how well Martians did with defending themselves against the Crystaliens during the events of [[Toys/LEGOMarsMission Mars Mission]] (namely, so badly they weren't present at all in the theme's events).
* PopCulturedBadass: Especially thanks to Martians' studies of LEGO Planet's pop culture.
* TheSmartGuy: In the sense that he's well-vested in Martian technology and an engineer in their Aero Tube Systems. The most this shows up in the RPG though is his management of a Fire Hammer's non-steering controls and use of Martian handheld technology he has on him.

!!Standard Agent Kurt "Mac" [=MacReady=]

* AcePilot: He was a helicopter pilot prior to the Dino Attack, and this skill has served him well as a Dino Attack agent.
* TheAlcoholic: He often finds himself drinking wine in his spare time.
* {{Expy}}: Of [[Film/TheThing1982 R.J. MacReady]]
* InformedLoner: Mac is a socially awkward loner, yet he gets along well with his teammates and can prove to be an effective leader.
* NamedAfterSomebodyFamous: Named after Creator/KurtRussell.

!!Standard Agent Maria

A tough-as-nails young woman from the Old West.

* ActionGirl: It's unusual for a woman from Gold City, where society hasn't moved beyond the ideas of the Old West, but Maria was raised by her father and taught how to use a gun, and she easily keeps up with her male companions during the mission to retake Gold City as they fight Mutant Dinos and Hybrids.
* BattleCouple: Maria and Andrea Jackson Orange are a lesbian battle couple.
* DeviousDaggers: During her infiltration of Fort Legoredo, Maria killed Hybrids with a knife in order to keep silent and avoid raising an alarm.
* OnlyOneName: This is even parodied, since her surname becomes TheUnreveal during her wedding.
* OohMeAccentsSlipping: Whenever she appeared in [=PeabodySam=]'s posts, her [[UsefulNotes/AmericanAccents Texas Drawl]] tended to be much more downplayed.
* TwoShotsFromBehindTheBar: As a bartender in El Paso, Maria hid a shotgun behind the bar and would use it to ward off troublemakers like Flatfoot Thompson.

!!Standard Agent Dietrich "Medic" Luzwheit

A doctor hailing from Barron who takes a little too much pleasure in his work, Dietrich Luzhweit joined the Dino Attack Team to offer his medical services on the battlefield and was assigned to Second Headquarters Squad.

* CharacterizationMarchesOn:
** When first introduced, Medic was a very reasonable, if easily-agitated, doctor. As more of his backstory was revealed through comments by Alan Pierce, Dr. Luzwheit's sanity and regard for human life seemed to slowly slip away.
** Incidentally, the idea for the rivalry came from a note in Medic's profile that said he was friends with Heavy because the latter's brutality improved his business. Initially it was supposed to be a simple ethical dilemma by which Pierce didn't like Medic because he was more concerned about making money than he was about actually saving his patients. This later built gradually evolved into Pierce becoming (understandably) distrusting of an insane doctor.
* CombatMedic: Medic, along with Zenna and Martinet, is one of the only doctors who is also a Dino Attack agent, and battles Mutant Dinos while he's healing his patients on the battlefield.
* DeadlyDoctor: Woe to the Hybrid who met Medic's bonesaw.
* DrJerk: He is quite easily agitated, especially by other medical personnel whom he sees as "inferior".
* DressedToHeal: He wears a LabcoatOfScienceAndMedicine and carries around a stethoscope.
* {{Expy}}: Of [[VideoGame/TeamFortress2 Dr. Ludwig]].
* FunetikAksent: His speech uses "z" instead of "th" and "s", and "v" instead of "f" and "w".
* GratuitousGerman: Medic will throw in some German (usually "ja" and "und") into his English speech.
* HerrDoktor: While Medic isn't actually German (he's from the FictionalCountry Barron), his Germanic FunetikAksent and his role as TheMedic are clearly meant to invoke this trope.
* HeterosexualLifePartners: With Heavy, although Scout would beg to differ.
* ITakeOffenseToThatLastOne: Medic didn't mind being called out on his questionable methods. He ''did'' mind, however, when Pierce falsely accused him of using rusty tools.
* JustAStupidAccent: Although Medic throws in some GratuitousGerman words every now and then, all he does is speak English with a very heavy accent; he is never seen speaking a full sentence in German.
* KilledOffForReal: [[spoiler:He was killed by the mole.]]
* LabcoatOfScienceAndMedicine: Medic wears a labcoat over his Dino Attack uniform, showing his status as a medical doctor.
* MadDoctor: Especially according to Pierce.
* MauveShirt: Medic was initially introduced as a RedShirt, but was allowed to receive more growth and development than originally intended, promoting him to Mauve Shirt, [[spoiler:of the "more likely to be Killed Off for Real" variety.]]
* MeaningfulName: He's a [[TheMedic medic]].
* TheMedic: He joined Dino Attack Team to provide medical attention to soldiers on the battlefield, and he became the Second Headquarters Squad's assigned doctor.
* MoralityPet: Medic serves as one for [[JerkWithAHeartOfGold Heavy]].
* NamedByDemocracy: Dr. Luzwheit originally had a different CodeName (specified as "Corpsman" in the Director's Cut), but switched to "Medic" after realizing that wounded agents in the field had a tendency to call for "medic".
* NerdGlasses: He's a doctor who wears glasses.
* PragmaticHero: Medic's morals have been questioned much more than any other doctor on the team, and with good reason. However, in a ShutUpKirk moment to Pierce, he insisted that [[IDidWhatIHadToDo he does what he can because it must be done]], and he's the only one who isn't afraid to do it.
* PunnyName: His given name is ''Diet''rich, and his surname is a pun on "lose weight".
* ShootTheMedicFirst: [[spoiler:Medic was the second member of Second Headquarters Squad to be killed by TheMole]].
* SlasherSmile: He had a sinister grin right before he cut up a Hybrid with his bonesaw.
* SlashedThroat: [[spoiler:His ultimate fate, with TheMole slashing his throat with a knife.]]
* StockForeignName: Uses the Stock German Name "Dietrich".

!! Standard Agent Montgonel

Pharisee's associate, also working for internal affairs.

* {{Foil}}: Toward Pharisee, seeing as he is more level-headed, sees the world in shades of grey, and prefers to follow established protocol unlike Pharisee's much more faith-based sense of morality.
%%* NiceGuy
* OnlyOneName: He is only known as Montgonel.

!!Standard Agent Mur

* HeroicSacrifice: Mur allowed himself to be killed by the Dino Attack Team so Cranky could finally be defeated.
%%* KilledOffForReal
%%* OnlyKnownByTheirNickname
%%* PragmaticHero

!!Standard Agent Kareem Nazareno

* ArtificialLimbs: Nazareno specializes in creating these.
* BerserkButton: Nazareno doesn't appreciate it when he is unmasked unwillingly.
%%* ChasteHero
* DualWielding: Uses two golden katanas.
* DyingDeclarationOfLove: [[spoiler:Gave one to Zelda before passing away.]]
* GratuitousNinja: As one might imagine, a work set in post-apocalyptic modern times with a heavy emphasis on military combat against mutant dinosaurs is not necessarily one where ninjas would usually be found. Of course, that doesn't stop Kareem from abiding by the RuleOfCool.
* KilledOffForReal
* {{Leitmotif}}: In the Complete Soundtrack playlist, Nazareno's theme is "Monk Maz Koshia" from ''VideoGame/TheLegendOfZeldaBreathOfTheWild''.
* MentorOccupationalHazard
* {{Ninja}}
* NinjaPirateZombieRobot: As a space ninja who is skilled with prosthetics, Kareem Nazareno comes close.
* ObliviousToLove
* ThePiratesWhoDontDoAnything: Kareem Nazareno is a {{Ninja}}, but we don't see him doing many things that Ninja do, such as infiltrating, sneaking, assassinating, or stealing. He wears a mask and fights with a katana, and that's about it.
* {{Tuckerization}}: His initials are intended as a shout to Brikman [=McStudz=]'s friend [=KillerNinja7=], who created the Minifig for Nazareno.
* WorthyOpponent: To Blaire Darkling/Matthew Vherestorm

!!Standard Agent Andrea Jackson Orange

Andrew Jackson's daughter, previously disowned and forced to run away with her lover Sam Orange. She was later forced to survive in a makeshift bunker, resulting in peculiar hallucinations at times. However, she ultimately came back to protect her father by [[SweetPollyOliver posing as him]] while TheMole was killing his teammates. She's also secretly gay.

* ActionGirl: Although not actually agent Pyro, Andrea Jackson Orange is a pretty darn good action girl who specializes in flamethrowers.
* AxCrazy: When suffering from hallucations due to claustrophobia, Andrea Jackson Orange is known to kill Mutant Dinos in horrific manners.
* {{Claustrophobia}}: She suffers from this as a result of being cooped up in a underground bunker during the Dino Attack, causing her to suffer hallucinations. Wearing her father's gas mask and balaclava also triggers her claustrophobia.
* CloudCuckooLander: When wearing a helmet, Andrea Jackson Orange thinks that she's in a SugarBowl setting populated by cute baby dinosaurs as a result of hallucinations she experienced while suffering from {{claustrophobia}} in a makeshift bunker for who-knows-how-long.
* {{Expy}} : Of how Atton Rand interprets [[Videogame/TeamFortress2 Pyro]], especially post-''Meet The Pyro''.
* FireBreathingWeapon: Appears to be her weapon of choice, although how much of this is because of the role she had to adopt is unconfirmed.
* MessyHair: She was noted to be very unkempt and dirty after her balaclava was removed.
* NamedAfterSomebodyFamous: Indirectly named after President UsefulNotes/AndrewJackson.
* PunnyName: Having inherited her father's original name, her name "A.J. Orange" is a play on "Agent Orange", a chemical used in the Vietnam War to burn away the jungle growth.
* SweetPollyOliver: She dressed up as her father.
* TheUnintelligible: While wearing a balaclava.

!!Standard Agent George "Pilot" Brown

* AcePilot: There's a reason why he's called "Pilot". His skill in flying T-1 Typhoons has made him very useful in the eyes of both Cam O'Cozy and Rotor.
* ButtMonkey: Poor guy got roped into Cam O'Cozy's crusade against the idealists, nearly executed by Rotor for disobeying orders, and then nearly executed ''again'' for disobeying orders and aiding the release of a known convicted criminal.
* MeaningfulName: He's a pilot.
* OneSteveLimit: Averted; there is at least one other Dino Attack agent with the codename Pilot.
* PragmaticHero: He identifies himself as a realist and initially sided with Cam O'Cozy during the conflict of ideals, although he also came to recognize that O'Cozy was crazy.

!!Standard Agent Palmer

A young agent, a mechanic and rookie pilot who was working on Adventurers' Island. [[spoiler: In actuality he had been infected by the Maelstrom and sought to fill out the power vacuum left by Zachary and Ahua]].

* TheChessmaster: [[spoiler:Palmer tricked Garry both into leading him to the source of the Maelstrom (essentially making him a super-Stromling of sorts, especially now that Zach was cured and Ahua is dead, leaving him to take their places) and made his fellow teammates paranoid to the extent that one of them was murdered... by Garry himself.]]
* DecapitationPresentation: [[spoiler:His ultimate fate- being brutally decapitated in an effort to show that Trigger was a badass... [[SuckSessor and it was all for nothing]]]].
* TheEngineer: [[ThePiratesWhoDontDoAnything Even though he never put his mechanic skills to good use]].
* {{Expy}}: [[spoiler:Stromling!]]Palmer is basically an {{Expy}} of [[spoiler:Stromling!Zach and Stromling!Ahua, created to fill the gap by the former's HeelFaceTurn and the latter's death]]. He was intended to be a very, ''very'' loose expy of the character of the same name from ''[[Film/TheThing1982 The Thing]]''.
* KilledOffForReal
* MeaningfulName: He was involved with an expedition to the Maelstrom when his teammates were panicked over the possibility of a Stromling mole, another man named Clark being the prime suspect. [[spoiler: Anyone who's seen ''The Thing'' will know where this is going]].
* OnlyOneName
* PsychoticSmirk: Had one just before his reveal.
* SuspiciouslySimilarSubstitute: [[spoiler: To Stromling Zachary and Ahua]].
* TooPowerfulToLive

!! Standard Agent Plastic Serpent

A low-life criminal scumbag and former rival of Snake, who makes him look honorable in comparison. He formerly had the codename "Snake", until he was [[NoHoldsBarredBeatdown beaten up by Snake]] and forced to change his codename.

* BadassesWearBandanas: [[SubvertedTrope Subverted]]. Plastic Serpent wears a bandana like [[VideoGame/MetalGear Solid Snake]], but doesn't do anything badass.
* ButtMonkey: He was introduced soley so that he could get beaten up by Snake, which happened twice in canon.
* {{Expy}}: He is modeled after [[VideoGame/MetalGear Solid Snake]], but it's a shallow parody at best.
* MeaningfulRename: Was originally codenamed Snake but, after a [[NoHoldsBarredBeatdown dispute]] with a certain other Dino Attack agent with that codename, was later forced to change it to avoid any more trouble.
* OffstageVillainy: Snake talked frequently about how Plastic Serpent screwed him over or found ways to cheat him out of the profits of crime or stole credit from him. This was intended to make him seem like a scumbag in comparison to Snake.
* OneSteveLimit: Enforced. His codename was changed from Snake to Plastic Serpent to make it easier to differentiate between him and the other Snake.
* OnlyKnownByTheirNickname: He is only called "Snake" or "Plastic Serpent", neither of which is his real name.
* PunnyName: "Plastic Serpent" is a play on "[[VideoGame/MetalGear Solid Snake]]".
* RedundantParody: The battle between Snake and Plastic Serpent would have been a humorous satire of [[VideoGame/MetalGear Solid Snake]] and a scathing commentary by Atton Rand about the similarities between Solid Snake and [[Film/EscapeFromNewYork Snake Plissken]]... if it weren't for the fact that the ''Metal Gear'' series already openly acknowledges and fully embraces this fact, and Creator/JohnCarpenter actually gave his blessing to the series.
* StrawLoser: He exists for no purpose other than to make Snake look better in comparison.
* TakeThat: The idea for the character came from a series of investigations that led Atton Rand to mistaking Solid Snake for a rip-off of Snake Plissken.

!!Standard Agent Andrew "Pyro" Jackson

A former firefighter who turned AxCrazy when his family was killed by Mutant Dinos, Andrew Jackson joined the Dino Attack Team so he could have his revenge and [[KillItWithFire Kill Mutant Dinos With Fire]]. He was assigned to Second Headquarters Squad and later joined the Third Headquarters Squad.

* AdaptationNameChange: Version 1.1 of the Director's Cut changes his codename to Fireman.
* AlternateSelf: In Timeline 2004-A, Andrew Jackson joined the resistance against the Evil OGEL Empire. He survived Ogel's takeover because he happened to be wearing his firefighter gear at the time, and so his gas mask protected him from the Mind-Control Orbs.
* AmbiguousGender: In a reference to [[VideoGame/TeamFortress2 his inspiration]], some characters argued about [[{{Pyromaniac}} Pyro's]] gender. Officially, Pyro was said by [=PeabodySam=] to be a man... until the suit was removed by Atton Rand and [[SamusIsAGirl Pyro was revealed to be a woman]]. And then, because Pyro was NotAsYouKnowThem, this was {{Retcon}}ned so that Pyro was male all along and the female Pyro was actually an imposter.
* {{Angrish}}: Andrew Jackson's ranting eventually deteriorated into this. Perhaps this is yet another reason why he was TheUnintelligible as agent Pyro.
* AscendedMeme: In a way, Pyro's real name is a reference to the portion of the ''Videogame/TeamFortress2'' fanbase that believes that Abraham Lincoln, the original BLU Pyro, is also the current Pyro.
* AxCrazy
* CloseRangeCombatant: Due to his [[FireBreathingWeapon weapon of choice]].
* DeadAlternateCounterpart: Andrew Jackson's Timeline 2004-A counterpart either became an Ogel Drone or [[IDieFree committed suicide by grenade to avoid that fate]].
* DeterioratesIntoGibberish: When Pyro made his radio announcement declaring that someone had stolen his stuff, he actually starts off speaking rather formally. By the end of his message, his speech has apparently deteriorated into barely-understandable {{Angrish}}.
* DudeWheresMyRespect: Andrew Jackson felt this way during the FinalBattle. After helping the Dino Attack Team retake LEGO Island and Gold City, he is rewarded by his teammates telling him to shut up and put some clothes on. Given that he was running around in his underwear and shouting loudly into the radio, while his daughter was posing as him so no one recognized him as agent Pyro, the lack of respect ''was'' justified, though.
* {{Expy}}: Of how [=PeabodySam=] interprets [[Videogame/TeamFortress2 Pyro]], especially pre-''Meet The Pyro''.
* TheFaceless: Until the FinalBattle.
* FanDisservice: Andrew Jackson, who is dirty, sweaty, pale, and unshaven to begin with, was apparently running through the battlefield ''in his underwear''. BrainBleach now, please.
* FireBreathingWeapon: His weapon of choice.
* FullNameBasis: When referred to by his real name, Andrew Jackson, Pyro falls under this trope in order to avoid confusing players, what with two other Dino Attack agents named Andrew and Barry Jackson.
* IdiotSavant: On his own, Andrew Jackson is too much of a nutjob to get anything done. But give him a flamethrower ([[RequiredSecondaryPowers and a flame-retardant suit]]), and Pyro is a deadly-efficient Dino Attack agent.
* ImprobableWeaponUser: During the FinalBattle, as his flamethrower was taken by his daughter, Pyro took a pair of brooms from a utility closet, set them on fire, and used them as weapons.
* InsaneEqualsViolent
* {{Irony}}: Of the Situational kind. Before the Dino Attack, Andrew Jackson was a firefighter.
* KillItWithFire: His philosophy on life (and death) is that when life gives you lemons, [[VideoGame/Portal2 use those lemons to burn stuff]].
* LaughingMad: The insane Pyro is prone to fits of laughter.
* TheMadHatter: He's mad, he knows it, and he loves every second of it.
* MalevolentMaskedMen: He wore a gas mask over a balaclava.
* MauveShirt: Demoman was initially introduced as a RedShirt, but was allowed to receive more growth and development than originally intended, promoting him to Mauve Shirt.
* MeaningfulName: He's a PyroManiac.
* TheMentallyDisturbed
* MessyHair: After being unmasked.
* NamedAfterSomebodyFamous: Named after President UsefulNotes/AndrewJackson.
* ThePigPen: Pyro is noted for being absolutely filthy and sweaty when he isn't in his firefighter uniform.
* PsychoForHire
* PunnyName: Before the {{Retcon}} that split Andrew Jackson and Andrea Jackson Orange, his original name, [[OnlyKnownByInitials A.J.]] Orange, was a pun on "Agent Orange", a chemical used during the Vietnam War to burn away the jungle growth. The fact that A.J. stood for Andrew Jackson was simply supposed to be an added bonus.
* PyroManiac: [[CaptainObvious Obviously]].
* RequiredSecondaryPowers: Pyro's Dino Attack uniform, which was made specifically to be flame-retardant. When he tried using fire as a weapon in a different Dino Attack uniform, his clothes caught on fire and briefly left him vulnerable to attack.
* SamusIsAGirl: Played with. It was originally Averted since [=PeabodySam=] confirmed that Pyro was male, and then Double Subverted when the mask came off and Pyro turned out be a girl, and then ''Triple'' Subverted when recent developments revealed that Pyro was male all along and the girl was actually posing as Pyro.
* SanitySlippage: After Andrew Jackson's family was killed, his sanity really went off the slippery slope.
* TheStoner: {{Downplayed|Trope}}. In the "Fifteeniversary" WhereAreTheyNowEpilogue, it is shown that Andrew Jackson is smoking cannabis. He clarifies that it's medicinal, not recreational. It's supposed to keep him calm and laid-back, but it's also likely the reason why he's eating snacks during the scene.
* TakeThat: Andrew Jackson's rant on the comm was a playful TakeThat to Pyro's [[NotAsYouKnowThem dramatic change in character]] after [[SamusIsAGirl being revealed as a woman]]. Andrew Jackson turned out to be popular enough to take back the role of Pyro.
* TalkativeLoon
* TheyCalledMeMad: A rare non-MadScientist variation, spoken by Andrew Jackson during his rambling.
* TheUnintelligible: As agent Pyro, he wears a balaclava underneath a gas mask, muffling his voice and rendering all his speech to incomprehensible babbling. Even when he's not wearing the helmet and balaclava, he still has a tendency to degrade into {{Angrish}}.

!!Standard Agent Raptor / Enox Phorm

* DisneyDeath: Raptor appeared to be killed by a Mutant T-Rex, [[NotQuiteDead but]] [[FaceHeelTurn then]]...
* DragonRider: Formerly rode the blue-scaled dragon Valencia in battle.
* FaceHeelTurn: Ended up joining XERRD.
* FallenHero: Enox Phorm used to be the heroic GAIA Squad member Raptor.
* KilledOffForReal: After a DisneyDeath as Raptor, Enox Phorm was actually killed in battle against Fullmetal.
* NamesToRunAwayFromReallyFast: Stay away from anyone named [[NamesToRunAwayFrom/XtremeKoolLetterz Enox Phorm]].
* NotQuiteDead: Raptor was seemingly killed, only to return several pages later as quite alive, [[WeCanRebuildHim if not necessarily in the same body]].
* PragmaticHero: Raptor had no qualms about doing what needed to be done, so he was assigned to the black ops Antarctica mission.
* ReforgedIntoAMinion: Raptor, after meeting his supposed end at the jaws of a Mutant T-Rex, was reforged into Enox Phorm by XERRD.
* WeCanRebuildHim: Unconfirmed, but seeing as the titular creature of the ''Franchise/{{Alien}}'' series has a very biomechanical appearance, it possibly applies to Raptor when he was turned into Enox Phorm after apparently being eaten by a Mutant T-Rex.
* XenomorphXerox: After his FaceHeelTurn, Raptor became an {{Expy}} of the titular creature from ''Franchise/{{Alien}}''.

!!Standard Agent Roger Remous

* BrotherSisterTeam: Remous and his sister Claw were close partners when they joined Dino Attack Team. This can be briefly seen in ''Love and War'', when they arrive together in the same Fire Hammer.
* CombatPragmatist: When he realizes that he cannot win a fair fight against Snake (who was already fighting dirty), Roger starts talking to distract his opponent, finishes him off with a GroinAttack, and proceeds to KickThemWhileTheyAreDown to ensure his victory.
* ADayInTheLimelight: After being a minor character in the original RPG, Roger Remous stars as the main character of the ExpandedUniverse short story ''Dear Sister''.
* DeadAlternateCounterpart: [[spoiler:In the Antiverse, Anti-Roger Remous was killed in 1993 when he [[HeroicSacrifice stepped in the way of Don Bricassius's gun and saved his parents]]. Silencia Venomosa was very surprised by this discovery.]]
* KilledOffscreen: He was last seen pursuing Finister outside Dino Attack Headquarters. The next time we hear about him, he's already been killed by Finister.
* LastNameBasis: As a Dino Attack agent, he is almost always referred to by his surname Remous.
* LivingEmotionalCrutch: Roger acted as one for Amanda, doing everything he could to keep her emotionally and mentally grounded and therefore prevent her from becoming Silencia Venomosa again.
* MauveShirt: Unlike most {{Red Shirt}}s, Roger received much more posthumous importance, ultimately leading to a moment in the LEGO Island StoryArc where news of his death caused the Dino Attack Team to hesitate long enough for the Brickspider Bot to take the Constructopedia. In ''Love and War'', which was a rewrite of his sole appearance in the RPG, his role was significantly expanded.
* PromotionToParent: After their parents were murdered, Roger had to raise his younger sister Amanda. It turned out that he ultimately wasn't fit for the task of being her brother and guardian, as he was unable to prevent her StartOfDarkness.
* SacrificialLamb: Roger Remous was basically introduced so that he could be eliminated [[WeHardlyKnewYe only a few posts later]] and establish FUTURE as a threat. He only posthumously graduated to MauveShirt.
* SuddenEyeColour: Like most LEGO minifigs, Roger Remous has only been depicted with BlackBeadEyes, but ''Dear Sister'' confirmed that his iris color is actually gray.
* VoiceForTheVoiceless: In his original introduction as well as in ''Love and War'', Roger Remous speaks for his mute sister Amanda Claw.

!!Standard Agent Cdr. Dean "Rockford" Larson

* GivenNameReveal: "Fifteeniversary" reveals that "Rockford" is only a codename, and his real name is Dean Larson.
* WorthyOpponent: Dust viewed Rockford as a match for his intellect.

!!Standard Agent Teri "Scope" Dactyl

A former army sniper and girlfriend of Barry Jackson.

* BattleCouple: With Barry Jackson. This did not quite work as planned due to their love story being unexpectedly rushed.
* DistaffCounterpart: To Barry Jackson.
%%* TheSquadette

!!Standard Agent Scott

A journalist from LEGO City who covered the aftermath of the final battle.

* {{Expy}}: Very, ''very'' loosely inspired by the character of the same name from the 1951 horror film ''Film/TheThingFromAnotherWorld''
%%* GoingForTheBigScoop
%%* IntrepidReporter
* OnlyOneName: He is only known as Scott.
* TagalongReporter: Scott is implied to have joined the team specifically to report on the FinalBattle. He even brought a camera and radio equipment so he could conduct interviews and report live to Antarctica.

!!Standard Agent Logan "Scratch" Zekria

%%* DarkAndTroubledPast
* EvilPoacher: He is a dinosaur hunter with a history of working for Baron Sam Sinister.
* GoodScarsEvilScars: Scratch has multiple scars on his face, primarily from his work with Sam Sinister. These give him a fittingly villainous appearance.
%%* KilledOffForReal
* MeaningfulName: He's covered with scars.
* RememberTheNewGuy: Scratch is described as having participated in the Goo Caverns, LEGO Island, and Antarctica missions despite Brikman [=McStudz=] not joining the RPG until the Adventurers' Island story arc.

!!Standard Agent Ben Shiller

* EveryoneWentToSchoolTogether: Shiller and Hotwire went to school together.
* InSeriesNickname: Hotwire calls him "Shills".
* LastNameBasis: As a Dino Attack agent, he's known by his surname Shiller.
* OfficialCouple: With Wright, although they've since broken up by "Fifteeniversary".
* PutOnABus: As a result of his critical injury and subsequent life-saving surgery, Shiller couldn't participate in the rest of the Dino Attack war.

!!Standard Agent Talia "Shock" Kaahs

* AbsurdlyElderlyMother: According to Mustache Maniacs Film Co. canon, Talia's AlternateSelf in Dimension 418 had her daughter, Sydney, at age 62. This is {{averted|Trope}} in Timeline 1958-D, where Talia was only 32 when Sydney was born.
* AdaptationalAngstUpgrade: In the original RPG, Talia's only angst came at the end of ''At War's End'' [[spoiler:in response to General's death]], with any FishOutOfTemporalWater-related angst being relegated to the Expanded Universe written years later. The Director's Cut incorporates that extra angst into the main narrative, such as directly incorporating ''Scars'' into the epilogue, and including a new scene where she attempts [[VengeanceDenied and fails]] to fire the Einstein Device at Dr. Rex. Now, she properly angsts over having lost her family, friends, and life thanks to Dr. Rex.
* AlternateSelf:
** In Timeline 1958-C, Talia Kaahs marries George Ogel but becomes a believer in HobbesWasRight. She joins the Evil OGEL Empire as Lady Evil. For more information, see Lady Evil's entry on the [[Characters/DinoAttackOther Other]] page.
** In both Dimension 418 and Timeline 1958-D, Talia Kaahs is HappilyMarried to George Ogel without a hitch. When the Evil OGEL Empire rises to power, Talia and George [[MeaningfulRename change their surname to Kaahs]]. They've both since [[DeadAlternateCounterpart died]], but they are survived by their daughter Sydney.
* AlternativeSelfNameChange: Talia Kaahs adopts different aliases while [[spoiler:time traveling and meeting her alternate selves. In Timeline 1958-C, she goes by "Shock". In Timeline 1958-D, she goes by "Sydney" while in 1958 and "Alia" while in 2020.]]
* AscendedFridgeHorror: There is much Fridge Horror for a FishOutOfTemporalWater like Talia Kaahs, which was not explored at all in the RPG. Then, in ''Scars'', the spotlight is shining directly upon this Fridge Horror: everyone that Talia knew is dying or dead, and she is left struggling to rebuild her life from scratch.
* BeautyIsNeverTarnished: Subverted; after much emphasis was given to how beautiful Talia is, she gets attacked by a Mutant Raptor and now her face bears several [[ScarsAreUgly scars]].
* BeautyToBeast: Talia's beauty was always emphasized in the RPG, and she deliberately went out of her way to make herself beautiful to get ahead in life. Then, near the end of the Dino Attack, her face was [[ScarsAreUgly horribly scarred]] by a Mutant Raptor attack. Fortunately, she took it in stride.
* BecomingTheMask: In ''Because Of You'', Talia wears the G.E. helmet and uses the "Shock" codename as a persona, pretending to be a cold and ruthless villain in order to get what she wants. She considers "Shock" nothing more than a mask, or a fun character to play. But in chapter 2, she starts worrying that she's getting too much into the role; while at first this is an IgnoredEpiphany, it ultimately leads to her HeelRealization.
* BetaCouple: With General, to Rex and Amanda's Alpha Couple.
* BitchInSheepsClothing: Talia has shades of this in ''Because Of You'', particularly in [[spoiler:the Timeline 1958-B chapter. She acts kind and compassionate... while [[ConsummateLiar repeatedly lying to everyone around her]] by using CrocodileTears and a WoundedGazelleGambit to feign innocence for murder. This is best exemplified with her two-faced response when George is mourning the death of his best friend Ronald; Talia pretends to grieve with him, but is actually very pleased and would even have smiled if she could get away with it.]] Part of her CharacterDevelopment in the story is overcoming this facet of her personality and becoming a genuinely better person.
* BloodSplatteredWeddingDress: Invoked in the thumbnail artwork for ''Because Of You'', [[CoversAlwaysLie although not present in the story itself]]. A wedding photo of Talia and George Ogel is blood-splattered, with many of the blood droplets splashed upon Talia's white wedding dress while George's tuxedo remains untouched. This is meant to symbolize the fact that she [[spoiler:murders Ronald Alexander and accidentally kills Talia Kaahs in order to get married in Timeline 1958-B]].
* BrainyBrunette: She was studying to become a doctor, and she has brown hair.
* CatchingUpOnHistory: As a FishOutOfTemporalWater, Talia needed to catch up on everything that happened between 1958 and 2010. She learned about the outcomes of the Cold War, Civil Rights Movement, and Space Race, and also had to research what became of her family in the last fifty years; she did this again in [[spoiler:Timeline 1958-D to learn how she had changed history through time travel]]. She also apparently spent some time watching popular movies including ''Film/BackToTheFuture1'' and ''Film/{{Inception}}''.
* ConsummateLiar: In ''Because Of You'', Talia deceives everyone [[spoiler:in Timeline 1958-B]] by telling steady streams of lies and weaving false narratives, hiding the fact that she's [[spoiler:from a different timeline who murdered Ronald Alexander and [[KillAndReplace killed and replaced]] that timeline's Talia Kaahs. When she finally starts telling the truth, George Ogel tells her that he cannot believe her in good faith anymore. She also continues to demonstrate her ability to make up stories on the fly in Timeline 1958-D, where she first poses as a movie actress named Sydney and then later as a SeparatedAtBirth cousin named Alia.]]
* ADayInTheLimelight: ''Scars'' is a short story featuring Talia as the main character. Afterward, she starred in the much longer story ''Because Of You''.
* DeadAlternateCounterpart:
** According to Mustache Maniacs Film Co. canon, Talia Kaahs's Dimension 418 counterpart was killed in a power plant explosion in 2000.
** In Timeline 1958-D, Talia Kaahs died in the early [=2000s=] when her car exploded under mysterious circumstances.
* DidNotGetTheGirl: [[spoiler:General died during the final battle, leaving Talia as an unhappy bachelorette after the war was over. Even when she goes back in time and marries George Ogel in Timeline 1958-B, the marriage ultimately falls apart when the truth about her identity comes out.]]
* DoppelgangerGetsSameSentiment: In ''Because Of You'', [[spoiler:Talia Kaahs treats the {{Alternate Sel|f}}ves of George Ogel and Ronald Alexander the same way she thinks of their primary timeline selves.]]
* EarlyInstallmentCharacterDesignDifference: When first introduced in ''Dino Attack RPG'', Talia Kaahs was described as having long hair ([=PeabodySam=] intended to use the ''Toys/LEGOCastle'' 2007 princess hairpiece for her minifigure). This was later retconned to short and wavy FiftiesHair (depicted with the Hollywood Starlet's hairpiece from ''Toys/LEGOMinifigures'').
* EvilMeScaresMe: Talia was very disturbed that [[spoiler:her Timeline 1958-C counterpart became the villainous Lady Evil]].
* FiftiesHair: In TheFifties (and after waking up in 2010), Talia is depicted with a short, wavy hairstyle reminiscent of Creator/MarilynMonroe and Creator/ElizabethTaylor. It's a minor plot point in ''Because Of You''; because she has a different hairstyle in 2020, she first wears a headscarf and then goes to a salon in order to [[spoiler:blend in with the Fifties while living in Timeline 1958-B]].
* GoodScarsEvilScars: Talia is an unambiguously good character at first, but she later receives some nasty scars across her face that would typically be more indicative of villains, which ties into the darker aspects of her personality that come to the forefront in ''Because Of You''.
* HeWhoFightsMonsters: By the third chapter of ''Because Of You'', Talia realizes that she has gone so far in trying to fight villains like Dr. Rex and Evil Ogel that she has essentially become a villain herself.
* IDontWantToRuinOurFriendship: Talia Kaahs and Ronald Alexander were friends in high school, but while Ronald had [[AllLoveIsUnrequited unrequited feelings for her]], Talia only saw him as a friend. When he tried to ask her out on a date, she said that it wouldn't work out and they would be better off as just friends.
* ImportantHaircut: In the first chapter of ''Because Of You'', Talia Kaahs goes to a salon and gets her hair cut and stylized as FiftiesHair, signifying her choice to [[spoiler:start a new life in Timeline 1958-B]].
* ItsPersonal: Talia specifically joined Dino Attack Team to get revenge on Dr. Rex.
* KillAndReplace: In ''Because Of You'', [[spoiler:Talia accidentally [[KillingYourAlternateSelf kills her Timeline 1958-B counterpart]]. She then [[DeadPersonImpersonation poses as that timeline's Talia]] and lives in her shoes for the next five years]].
* LadyInRed: In the Director's Cut, Talia Kaahs wears a red dress to her class reunion. This is the first time that George Ogel and Ronald Alexander have seen her since she reinvented herself to become an eye-catching beauty, so this trope was likely intentionally invoked by Talia; both men are instantly enthralled by her, and she catches George's attention like a fish on a hook.
* LockedIntoStrangeness: At the start of ''Because Of You'', due to her withdrawal from Jugend Serum after over 50 years of being in stasis, Talia has mostly brown hair with a few narrow streaks of white. Over the course of the story, more and more hair turns white until (as seen in the prologue when she is interrogated by Frozeen) her hair is mostly white with only a few streaks of brown left.
* TheLostLenore: Although she was not dead, Talia was this to General during the 52 years that she spent in stasis, since her sudden disappearance from his life caused him to spiral into depression. [[spoiler:It ended up going in reverse, too: General's death really left Talia in a sad, lonely state.]]
* ManipulativeBitch: In ''Because Of You'', Talia proves to be very manipulative of the people around her to get what she wants, [[spoiler:whether it's blackmailing Tony Twister into building her a time machine or lying to George Ogel's AlternateSelf so that he marries her]].
* MeaningfulRename: In the first chapter of ''Because Of You'', [[spoiler:Talia Kaahs is HappilyMarried to George Ogel and becomes Talia Ogel]]. The very last line of the chapter reverts back to calling her Talia Kaahs to signify [[spoiler:the end of their marriage]].
* MirrorCharacter: Twice in ''Because Of You'':
** One of the things that really disturbs Talia about Lady Evil is that, despite Talia insisting that they are nothing alike, Lady Evil [[NotSoDifferentRemark points out there are many parallels between them]].
** There are also uncanny parallels between Talia and Dr. Rex, such as their inability to let go and their unhealthy obsession with one another, which Ronald himself [[NotSoDifferentRemark points out]]. Ronald swearing that he'd never hurt Talia in Timeline 1958-D also echoes Talia swearing that she'd never hurt George in Timeline 1958-B.
* NoImmortalInertia: Implied by the ending of ''Scars''. Talia noticed that her hair was starting to turn white, suggesting that 52 lost years of stasis were about to rapidly catch up to her. However, it's ultimately downplayed in ''Because Of You'', where her hair turning white is apparently the only way her body undergoes accelerated aging.
* OfficialCouple: With General.
* OneTrueLove: Talia Kaahs views George Ogel as her one true love. After having unrequited feelings for one another in high school, they instantly became a perfect couple at their reunion and were ready to wed. When Talia was kidnapped by Ronald Alexander, George was unable to find love elsewhere. Even after learning that George became General Evil, Talia was still willing to love him, and she proves that LoveRedeems George in the end. [[spoiler:Unfortunately, George's death leaves Talia as an unhappy bachelorette. She tries to invoke this trope in Timeline 1958-B by pointing out how she and George are true love meant to be together and not even death or time could keep them separated, but George's AlternateSelf rejects this argument.]]
* PeggySue: The premise of ''Because Of You'', particularly its first chapter, revolves around [[spoiler:Talia Kaahs going back in time to November 5, 1958 (the day that Ronald Alexander abducted her), now armed with knowledge of the future and knowing what she can do to SetRightWhatOnceWentWrong]].
* PutOnABus: Near the end of the FinalBattle, Talia was safely teleported to Antarctica, which effectively removed her from the remainder of the battle.
** TheBusCameBack: After the end of the war, Talia returns to LEGO City.
* RedAndBlackAndEvilAllOver: {{Exploited|Trope}}. In ''Because Of You'', Talia deliberately chose a black and red wardrobe in order to appear like an ObviouslyEvil agent of the Evil OGEL Empire, which helped her to recruit idle Ogel Drones in her plot to blackmail Tony Twister. However, Talia herself is not evil, even if she does make morally questionable choices in the story.
* RunawayBride: {{Subverted|Trope}}. General believed that Talia Kaahs stood him up on their wedding day, but did not realize until many years later that she was kidnapped by Dr. Rex.
* SatelliteLoveInterest: In the RPG itself, Talia only existed to be the object of affection for General and Dr. Rex, while Talia herself was a flat character with no development. The Expanded Universe short story ''Scars'' was written specifically to rectify this issue.
* ScarsAreForever: Talia won't consider plastic surgery for her scars.
* ScarsAreUgly: After much attention was given to Talia Kaahs due to her stunning beauty, her face ends up mauled by a Mutant Raptor and becomes tarnished by hideous scars. Afterward, people tend to react to her scarred appearance with horror and fear, or sadness and pity.
* SealedGoodInACan: She was held in stasis by Dr. Rex in the Dino Island Laboratory.
* SheIsAllGrownUp: In the eyes of George Ogel and Ronald Alexander in the 1957 flashback. She actually deliberately invoked this, since she changed her appearance after high school because she believed that a beautiful woman would get ahead in life much easier than a plain-looking woman.
* ShoutOut: Talia Kaahs's last name is the first name of [[Franchise/StarWars Shaak Ti]] [[SdrawkcabName spelled backwards]], as a tongue-in-cheek reference to a [[invoked]]CrackPairing of Shaak Ti and General Grievous, which [=PeabodySam=] had stumbled upon and became rather amused by while attempting to search for General Grievous's canonical love interests.
* StarCrossedLovers: No matter how much Talia Kaahs and George Ogel love each other, it seems fate will always keep them apart, whether it's Talia being kidnapped and put into stasis, [[spoiler:General dying during the final battle]], or [[spoiler:Talia being rejected by George's AlternateSelf in Timeline 1958-B]].
* TarnishingTheirOwnBeauty: Invoked. After putting so much emphasis on her physical beauty, Talia adamantly refuses any cosmetic surgery that would remove the [[GoodScarsEvilScars horrible facial scars]] inflicted by a Mutant Raptor. She does this to feel closer with General and to serve as a reminder of her service in the Dino Attack war. ''Scars'' also indicates that she does not want any more men to covet her beautiful appearance the way that Dr. Rex did.
* TemporalSickness: In ''Because Of You'', [[spoiler:Talia suffers from the "time bends" due to repeatedly traveling between different timelines. She feels intense nausea and vertigo, she has a nosebleed, and her hair turning white is greatly accelerated.]]
* TemporalSuicide: In ''Because Of You'', [[spoiler:Talia accidentally murders her Timeline 1958-B AlternateSelf. She's later tempted to intentionally murder her Timeline 1958-C self, [[SubvertedTrope but she refuses to do so]].]]
* {{Tuckerization}}: Talia is named after one of [=PeabodySam=]'s friends.
* VengeanceFeelsEmpty: In ''Because Of You'', [[spoiler:after killing Ronald Alexander in Timeline 1958-C, Talia doesn't feel the same joy that she experienced in Timeline 1958-B. She only feels truly fulfilled when she puts aside her own desire for revenge in Timeline 1958-D.]]

!!Standard Agent Barry "Shotgun" Jackson

A former army sniper.

* BattleCouple: Barry Jackson and Teri Dactyl were intended to be such. It did not work quite as originally planned due to their love story being rushed.
* ColdSniper: Barry Jackson can also come across as one at times, at least whenever he's actually sniping.
* {{Expy}}: Of [[Film/SavingPrivateRyan Private Daniel Jackson]].
* FriendlySniper: He's quite a likeable guy... just don't give him any reason to target you.
* IronicNickname: Shotgun is a sniper.
* PragmaticHero
* RememberTheNewGuy: Barry Jackson's biography mentions that he was present at the battle against the skeleton mummy, although that occurred before he was introduced.
* TheyCallHimSword: Subverted. He's not particularly renowned for using shotguns. It's just that the name "Sniper" was already taken by Brixton Hale.

!!Standard Agent Snake

A hardened and rather uncaring criminal who was offered a pardon in exchange for his services to the team.

%%* AntiHero: Snake is around a type V
* ArsonMurderAndJaywalking: Snake's criminal record includes Bank robbery, murder, arson, carjacking, mugging, multiple accounts of physical assault including several on officers of the law, smuggling, and selling pirated [=DVDs=].
* BerserkButton: Snake gets very angry when Plastic Serpent tries to call himself "Snake", or when Roger Remous accuses him of having a fake eyepatch.
* BoxedCrook: Snake is a convicted criminal who agreed to join Dino Attack Team in exchange for a pardon.
%%* CigarChomper
* {{Expy}}: Of [[Film/EscapeFromNewYork Snake Plissken]].
* EyepatchOfPower: Snake's tough appearance is complimented by his eyepatch. He's very defensive about it, judging from his enraged reaction to Roger tauntingly suggesting that the eyepatch is fake.
* NominalHero: Really, the fact that he was being forced into the Dino Attack Team was the only thing that made Snake even remotely a "good guy".
* NotInThisForYourRevolution: Snake doesn't care about the Dino Attack or who wins the war; he's only in the war because he wants his pardon.
* OnlyKnownByTheirNickname: Everyone calls him Snake, so we don't know his real name.
* PsychoForHire: Looking at his criminal record, plus the fact that he beat up one of his fellow Dino Attack agents, Dino Attack Team must have been pretty desperate if they wanted to make this guy a BoxedCrook.
* ScrewThisImOuttaHere: Snake decided that his promised pardon didn't matter (seeing as he has no intention of reforming, the pardon wouldn't last long, as he'd soon be giving the police other reasons to start hunting him again), so he and Trigger both decided to ditch the team and make a run for it (and then Snake went and ditched Trigger in an attempt to get away).
%%* SirSwearsALot
%%* SmokingIsCool
* WrongGenreSavvy: Snake seems to believe he's in a CrapsackWorld along the lines of ''Film/EscapeFromNewYork'', rather than the different type of apocalyptic world presented in Dino Attack.

!!Standard Agent Brixton "Sniper" Hale

A GreatWhiteHunter hailing from Australia, Brixton Hale joined Dino Attack Team to defend headquarters and outposts from Mutant Dino invaders. He was assigned to Second Headquarters Squad.

* AdaptationNameChange: Version 1.1 of the Director's Cut changes his codename to Bullseye.
* AwesomeAussie: He may not be as big and boisterous as someone like Adventure, but Sniper is an Australian who wrestled crocodiles and carried his own gun as a teenager.
* BoomHeadshot: His preferred method of attacking is sniping enemies from a distance and shooting their heads.
* ColdSniper: Along with Spy, Sniper is the darkest, most solemn, and most antisocial member of Second Headquarters Squad, which otherwise consists of {{Large Ham}}s.
* CoolShades: Sniper always wears sunglasses, even indoors.
* {{Expy}}: Of [[Videogame/TeamFortress2 Mr. Mundy]].
* GreatWhiteHunter: Especially before the Dino Attack, since this was his profession.
* KilledOffForReal: [[spoiler:He was killed by TheMole.]]
* MacheteMayhem: When confronted in a KnifeFight by TheMole, Sniper armed himself with a machete.
* MauveShirt: Sniper was initially introduced as a RedShirt, but was allowed to receive more growth and development than originally intended, promoting him to Mauve Shirt, [[spoiler:of the "more likely to be Killed Off for Real" variety.]]
* MeaningfulName: He's a sniper.
* PunnyName: His name is a play on [[Videogame/TeamFortress2 Saxton Hale]].
* RememberTheNewGuy: Rex recognized Sniper from the LEGO Island mission, even though he was not introduced until after the mission ended.

!!Standard Agent Sgt. Ronald "Soldier" E. Army

A BloodKnight and DrillSergeantNasty who thought he was promoted to GeneralRipper after a [[SarcasmBlind sarcastic]] remark by the president, Sgt. Ronald E. Army joined Dino Attack Team and demanded to be promoted to Elite Agent, only to be told that he was "just a soldier" in the Dino Attack Team. He was assigned to Second Headquarters Squad and became the squad's self-proclaimed leader.

* AdaptationNameChange: Version 1.1 of the Director's Cut changes his codename to Sarge.
%%* AxCrazy
* BerserkButton: If you want to call Sergeant Ronald E. Army "[[EmbarrassingNickname Soldier]]", never do so while he is in earshot.
* BloodKnight: Soldier just loves battle, so much so that he'll seek out wars that the LEGOLAND military should not be involved in.
%%* ColonelKilgore: To some extent.
* DrillSergeantNasty: Especially in light of the revelation that he's actually a sergeant, not a general.
* EmbarrassingNickname: "Soldier" is actually an insult to Army's status as a sergeant.
* {{Expy}}: Not only is he an Expy of [[Videogame/TeamFortress2 Jane Doe]], but he also draws heavily from many other [[LargeHam over-the-top]] military roles, such as the Drill Sergeant from ''Film/MontyPythonsTheMeaningOfLife'', the Colonel from ''VideoGame/ConkersBadFurDay'', and Gunnery Sergeant Hartman from ''Film/FullMetalJacket''.
* FireForgedFriends: With Demoman. They bonded when they worked together to defend a castle from an angry Majisto.
* GeneralRipper: Ronald E. Army used to be a LEGOLAND military general ([[SarcasmBlind or so he thought]]) who would march into battle against any enemy he hated.
* IronicNickname: Soldier actually holds the rank of sergeant. It's averted in the Director's Cut, where he's called "Sarge" instead.
* KilledOffForReal: [[spoiler:He was killed by TheMole.]]
* LargeHam: Soldier is almost always shouting.
* MauveShirt: Soldier was initially introduced as a RedShirt, but was allowed to receive more growth and development than originally intended, promoting him to Mauve Shirt, [[spoiler:of the "more likely to be Killed Off for Real" variety.]]
* MysteriousMiddleInitial: No one knows what the "E." stands for.
* NamedAfterSomebodyFamous: Named after Creator/RLeeErmey.
* NamedByDemocracy: Unfortunately for Army, so many people called him "[[EmbarrassingNickname Soldier]]" that the nickname stuck.
* NamesToRunAwayFromReallyFast: He might not be a general [[SarcasmBlind like he thought he was]], but his rank as [[NamesToRunAwayFrom/{{Titles}} Sergeant]] still means that you probably shouldn't mess with him.
%%* TheNeidermeyer
* NoCelebritiesWereHarmed: Takes quite a bit of inspiration from Creator/RLeeErmey, right down to his name.
* NoIndoorVoice: Soldier's lack of an indoor voice is even [[LampshadeHanging Lampshaded]] by Engineer at one point.
* PitifulWorms: His personal favorite insult is "maggot".
%%* PsychoForHire
* PunnyName: "Ronald E. Army" is a play on "Creator/RLeeErmey".
* SarcasmBlind: Ronald E. Army was never actually a general, but truly thought that he was promoted to that rank after a sarcastic statement by the LEGOLAND president.
* SergeantRock: Soldier is a military sergeant who uses his experience to lead the Second Headquarters Squad into battle.
* StrawCharacter: Soldier appears to be racist and sexist, occasionally aiming insults at foreigners and [[StrawMisogynist women]]. Given that he is depicted as comically inept, his moments of racism and sexism are not intended to be taken seriously, especially since they result in Soldier getting hurt by whomever he happens to be insulting (usually Maria).

!!Standard Agent Spencer "Spino" Portman

%%* DroppedABridgeOnHim
* FaceHeelTurn: Against his will, as he was enslaved by Dr. Inferno.
* FallenHero: Spino was a hero who fell from grace after being enslaved by Dr. Inferno. He eventually managed to get back up, though.
* HeroicSacrifice: Spino stays behind to detonate a large explosive and wipe out Enox Phorm's Hybrid army, knowing fully well that he would not survive, while the rest of GAIA Squad evacuated the base.
* ShoutOut: While enslaved by Dr. Inferno, Spino wore armor based upon Duskmon from ''Anime/DigimonFrontier''.

!!Standard Agent Jim "Spy" Covalent

A StealthExpert who used to work for Alpha Team, Jim Covalent was assigned to Dino Attack Team's Second Headquarters Squad to infiltrate XERRD's bases and collect intelligence on the enemy.

* AdaptationNameChange: Version 1.1 of the Director's Cut changes his codename to Saboteur.
* BackStab: His preferred method of dealing with the enemy.
* BadassInANiceSuit: Even while being a chillingly effective ProfessionalKiller, Spy forgoes the standard Dino Attack uniform in favor of a fancy suit.
* CigaretteOfAnxiety: Spy smokes to keep his nerves calm. When his cigarettes go missing [[spoiler:thanks to TheMole stealing his briefcase]], he loses his usual composure.
%%* ConsummateProfessional
* DeviousDaggers: In keeping with [[VideoGame/TeamFortress2 his inspiration]], Spy's weapon of choice is a knife, which he uses to cleanly and quietly kill his foes during stealthy infiltration missions.
* DisguisedInDrag: There ''was'' [[NoodleImplements a dress]] in Spy's briefcase...
* DissonantSerenity: He makes an offhanded comment about needing a new suit after a Hybrid got blood on it.
* {{Expy}}: Of the Spy from ''Videogame/TeamFortress2''.
* TheFaceless: Spy always wears a mask in public, even getting married to Mrs. Rutherford.
* FunetikAksent: A very light one compared to Medic or Heavy, but Spy tends to pronounce "the" as "ze" (or "zhe" in the Director's Cut).
* GoodSmokingEvilSmoking: Spy lights up a cigarette from time to time. He gets away with it because he's French and badass.
* INeedAFreakingDrink: After having some problems of his own and finding out that two of his teammates were killed, Spy ''really'' needed a cigarette to clear his head so he could figure out the identity of [[TheMole the killer]].
* JustAStupidAccent: Despite his light FunetikAksent and his use of "mademoiselle", Spy isn't seen speaking any languages other than English.
* KilledOffForReal: [[spoiler:He was shot in the head with a shotgun by Soldier, who mistook him for TheMole]].
* LadykillerInLove: Spy, the typical Film/JamesBond-esque spy, genuinely fell in love with Helen Rutherford.
* LukeIAmYourFather: Spy turned out to be Mrs. Rutherford's husband ''and'' Scout's father.
* MajorInjuryUnderreaction: Not in ''Dino Attack RPG'', but in ''Alpha Team RPG: Ogel's Last Stand'', Spy tried to shake off the fact that he had been shot in the stomach.
* MalevolentMaskedMen: Wears a cowl. While he isn't malevolent, he is certainly distrusted by his teammates.
* MasterOfDisguise: His briefcase is full of disguises, ranging from Evil Ogel to Pyro.
* MauriceChevalierAccent: Spy speaks with a stereotypical French accent, with his dialogue spelling "the" as "ze" and the occasional gratuitous French word thrown in.
* MauveShirt: Spy was initially introduced as a RedShirt, but was allowed to receive more growth and development than originally intended, promoting him to Mauve Shirt, [[spoiler:of the "more likely to be Killed Off for Real" variety.]]
* MeaningfulName: He's a spy.
* MysteriousPast: Aside from his marriage to Helen Rutherford, nothing is known about Spy's life prior to joining Alpha Team.
* OnlyKnownByTheirNickname: It's possible, though unconfirmed, that "Jim Covalent" is not his real name.
* OnlySaneMan: Spy is considerably more level-headed than his other teammates in the Second Headquarters Squad.
* PersonalEffectsReveal: [[spoiler:Rex, Frozeen, and Amanda looked through Spy's briefcase after he died, discovering a love letter addressed to Helen Rutherford.]]
* ThePiratesWhoDontDoAnything: We don't get to see much of Spy being, well, a ''spy'' in ''Dino Attack RPG''.
%%* PragmaticHero
* ProfessionalKiller: Used to work with Alpha Team as an assassin before being assigned to Dino Attack Team.
* PunnyName: "Jim" is short for James, and "covalent" is a type of molecular bond. Put them together, and you get Literature/JamesBond.
* RedHerringMole: [[spoiler:There was quite a bit of evidence to support the likelihood of Spy being XERRD's [[TheMole Mole]], such as the fact that he was one of the most secretive members of Second Headquarters Squad. However, anyone who thought he was the Mole was proven wrong when he was [[YourHeadAsplode shot in the face and killed]]... unless, of course, you were counting on him [[FauxDeath happening to have a Dead Ringer on him at the time]].]]
* SmokingIsCool: One of the rare examples of this trope in ''Dino Attack RPG''.
* StealthExpert: As an Alpha Team agent, Spy is skilled at stealthy infiltration.
* TheStoic: Always acts calm, collected, and composed.
** NotSoStoic: His discovery that [[spoiler:his briefcase was missing]] upon his return to Dino Attack Headquarters, combined with news that TheMole was murdering his teammates, caused Spy to lose his composure. The fact that [[INeedAFreakingDrink he needed a freaking smoke]] didn't help.
* ThatMakesMeFeelAngry: In one of his journal entries, Spy included a tacked-on note saying that he was "most displeased" that his favorite blazer had blood on it.
* TuxedoAndMartini: He might not actually have a martini, but Spy is a classy spy always wearing a nice suit.

!!Standard Agent Stealth

* AcidAttack: As a mutant, Stealth's power is spitting acid.
* TheBeastMaster: Stealth had a small pack of trained Mutant Dinos at her beck and call while on Vikings Isle.
* HalfHumanHybrid: Stealth's mutation was only partially cured at first, leaving her in this state for a period of time. She was later fully cured, but after mutating herself again, she may be a hybrid again (assuming she isn't a full mutant now).
* HeelFaceRevolvingDoor: She started off as an unambiguously good Dino Attack agent, and then she was turned into a vicious mutant by the Shadows, and then she was partially cured and wanted to help Dino Attack Team, but then she went mad and became a villain, but fortunately Databoard helped her remember her identity and she was cured, but then she mutated herself again and ran off on her own.
* MeaningfulName: Stealth's codename reflects her skills as a StealthExpert ([[NonIndicativeName but not her Mutant Lizard ability]]).
* TheMindIsAPlaythingOfTheBody: Her personality and allegiance fluctuates based upon whether she is human or mutant.
* NonIndicativeName: Stealth was partially mutated into a Mutant Lizard by the Shadows. However, while there are Mutant Lizard breeds with powers of super stealth, her power was acid-spitting.
* TheNotLoveInterest: Stealth is the only major female character in Chronicler of Ko-Koro's writings, and she is one that Databoard is willing to drop everything to save at any cost on multiple occasions. You'd expect that she would be Databoard's love interest, right? However, their relationship appears to be entirely platonic, since neither has explicitly expressed romantic feelings for the other.
* SpeaksFluentAnimal: As a result of her mutation. Even after being cured, she could still understand the mutants' language.
* StealthExpert: Stealth received her name (both in-universe and out-of-universe) due to being skilled at stealth.

!!Standard Agent Stranger

* TheBeastMaster: Stranger teamed up with a Mutant Lizard on Adventurers' Island, who fought alongside him in battle.
* CharacterizationMarchesOn: Stranger was going to be more of a tough, no-nonsense kind of hunter person (not unlike Titan, who in retrospect seems more like a Suspiciously Similar Substitute), but his snide remarks about the ludicrousness of the situations he found himself in came to define his more humorous LampshadeHanging attitude.

* LastNameBasis: She's typically referred to by her surname, Wright.
* OfficialCouple: Wright is dating Shiller during the Dino Attack, although they break up afterward.
* OneTrueLove: Stayed with Shiller during the Final Battle after he was mortally wounded, even as the doctors were resorting to sealing themselves into the hospital. However, it's {{subverted|Trope}} in "Fifteeniversary", which reveals that Wright and Shiller broke up sometime after the Dino Attack.
* TomboyishPonytail: In ''At War's End'', Wright is a tough woman who enjoys hitting people, and she has long hair tied back in a ponytail.

!!Rookie Agent Kara Wise

* AcePilot: Kara Wise is such a great pilot that Dr. Cyborg hires her to fly the ''Dawn''.
* {{Tuckerization}}: Kara Wise seems to be based on and named after a friend of avmatoran.

!!Rookie Agent Kate Bishop

A teenager with a somewhat troubled background. Having been born to a single mother [[spoiler: because of an affair in a hospital]] whose brother was institutionalized soon after, Kate lived a hard life while her mother ran into massive financial troubles due to debts her brother owed. She later joined the team hoping to make something of her life, only to quickly end up in over her head in a conflict where she does not belong.

* AffirmativeActionGirl: Kate Bishop was introduced solely because Atton Rand noticed that all of his characters, sans Zenna and Elizabeth, were male.
* AudienceSurrogate: Kate Bishop more or less acts like anyone who had been sent on their first mission to a tropical island inhabited by mutant dinos probably would.
* BreakTheCutie: Somewhat.
* BrokeYourArmPunchingOutCthulhu: [[spoiler:She did manage to defeat the Darkitect on Adventurers' Island and to help banish him from the planet in LEGO City, but she ended up being severely traumatized by both experiences and nearly died from a drug overdose]].

* HeroicBSOD: Kate had one for a while but recovered enough to help in the final battle. However, the aftereffects of said Heroic BSOD include PTSD.
* HumanShield: Kate Bishop became Walter Breen's Human Shield as part of his HostageSituation.
* IJustWantToHaveFriends: As a child, Kate never really had any close friends aside from her mother. She still has trouble getting along with the rest of the team, although she has recently started to form a bond with Pierce.
* ItRunsInTheFamily: Both Kate and Sarah Bishop are [[DoesNotLikeSpam disgusted by the taste of Brickolini's pizza]].

* EvenBadMenLoveTheirMamas: Even if he's embarrassed to show it in front of his teammates, Scout kept in touch with his mother during the war so he could let her know that he was doing fine.
* {{Expy}}: Of the Scout from ''VideoGame/TeamFortress2''.
* FragileSpeedster: Athletically, Scout is one of the fastest and most agile members of Dino Attack Team. When it comes to actual fighting, however, he's not so strong and has to rely on HitAndRunTactics. [[spoiler:Unlike other members of the Second Headquarters Squad, he couldn't even put up a fight in a one-on-one confrontation with TheMole, instead crying for help before being very quickly killed.]]
* KilledOffscreen: [[spoiler:Nobody saw it because Soldier and Heavy were too busy arguing.]]
* MauveShirt: Scout was initially introduced as a RedShirt, but was allowed to receive more growth and development than originally intended, promoting him to Mauve Shirt, [[spoiler:of the "more likely to be Killed Off for Real" variety.]]
* MeaningfulName: He's an ArmyScout.
* MotorMouth: Talks a lot and talks very quickly.
* NamedAfterSomebodyFamous: Named after Babe Ruth.
* PunnyName: "Bob Rutherford" is a play on "Babe Ruth".
* RedHerringMole: [[spoiler:Scout made a very suspicious and shady phone call [[TraitorShot when he was alone]], reporting on the Second Headquarters Squad's activities. Turns out he was just calling his mom]].
* RememberTheNewGuy: Rex recognized Scout from the LEGO Island mission, even though he was not introduced until after the mission ended.
* SmallNameBigEgo
* YouKilledMyFather: Scout was eager to get revenge on [[spoiler:Soldier]] after he killed his father, [[spoiler:Spy]].

!!Rookie Agent [[spoiler:Jason]] "Tracer" [[spoiler:Helmutson]]

* GivenNameReveal: A very tragic example, wherein his name was revealed to be [[spoiler:Jason Helmutson, thus confirming that Bartholomew Helmutson's son was dead and preventing a happy reunion]].
* HeroicSacrifice: Tracer allowed his entire Creative Spark to be used as Maelstrom antidote after having been fatally shot by Zelda Frodongan.
* KilledOffForReal
* PragmaticHero: Tracer was a realist agent who initially sided with Cam O'Cozy during the idealist/realist conflict, but had enough sense to realize that O'Cozy was going too far.

!!Dino Attack Personnel

[[folder:Medicine]]

!!Dr. Alan Pierce

The head of the Dino Attack Team's medical department[[note]] His authority was never officially stated, but he seemed to take charge in the hospitals both on Adventurers' Island and in LEGO City during the final battle, though this could arguably be the result of him being among the first prominently shown doctors (he was preceeded by Frank Einstein, who still seemed a fairly minor character at the time, and agent Medic)[[/note]], a former doctor from LEGO City. [[spoiler: Also Kate's biological father]]

* AudienceSurrogate: Pierce's perspective on the issues at hand were often reflective of the players themselves.
* AscendedExtra: He first appeared as one of the doctors treating Zenna after she took some unpleasant injuries and Atton simply gave him and his partners a name to refer to other than "The Doctor" and "The other Doctor" (borrowing the names of Pierce and Honeycut from ''Series/{{Mash}}''). He then started accompanying Zenna after she'd recovered and went on to become the unofficial head of the team's medical department.
* BerserkButton: Not quite as extreme as his ex-girlfriend [[spoiler: and later wife Sarah Bishop]], but messing with [[spoiler: Kate]] is a good way to get on his bad side.
* BreakoutCharacter: Pierce went from being a random extra to becoming the face of all things medical in the RPG.
* BewareTheNiceOnes: Rotor's decision to send Kate alone into the XERRD Fortress didn't exactly go over well with Pierce and Wade.
* CharacterizationMarchesOn: Pierce was originally considered as a love interest for Zenna before his backstory with Kate made Sarah Bishop into ''his ''love interest.
* CloudcuckoolandersMinder: Pierce is the sane doctor who has to keep an eye on Enter, Return, and even Dr. Clickitt at times. [[spoiler:Given what happens to his wife and daughter, [[OnlySaneMan Pierce]] probably finds himself in this role.]]
* {{Expy}}: Of [[Series/{{Mash}} Hawkeye Pierce]].
* TheHeart
* IdealHero
* LabcoatOfScienceAndMedicine: Alan Pierce wears a labcoat, showing his status as a medical doctor.
* LukeIAmYourFather: [[spoiler:Was revealed to be Kate Bishop's father.]]
* {{Foil}}: Pierce's level-headed and professional attitude is a sharp contrast to the more outlandish depictions of Enter and Return.
* TheMedic
* NamedAfterSomebodyFamous: After Alan Alda.
* NiceGuy
* OnlySaneMan: [[spoiler:After the war ended, with Kate severely traumatized and Sarah riddled with guilt, Pierce was really the only one in the family who could still somewhat function in society]].
* PapaWolf: Pierce might be a good-natured doctor whose main focus is on healing, but you lay one hand on Kate [[BewareTheNiceOnes and you're in for a world of pain]]. For example, Pierce punched Rotor in the face just for sending Kate alone into an enemy fortress filled with toxic gas.
* ParentalSubstitute: Pierce managed to become a father figure towards Kate, growing particularly close as a result of her difficulties in meeting the team's expectations. This made for an especially painful moment when [[spoiler: the camp on Adventurers' Island was overrun by mutant dinosaurs, and the tent was destroyed. Kate and Hertz both proved to be determined to recover a loved one from the ruins, and he noted how desperate she was to save Pierce]]. Ironically [[spoiler: subverted when it turned out Pierce actually ''was'' her biological father]].
* WrongGenreSavvy: As shown by his attempt to sedate a recovering Holly Vinyaya in the FinalBattle, Pierce clearly thought he was in a story where the plot runs on realistic outcomes, not realizing that Vinyaya could survive this story because she was wearing PlotArmor.

!!Dr. Nicholas Saran
A former police officer who pursued psychology after losing his leg, Saran is the primary psychiatrist within the team.

* {{Mentors}}

!!Dr. Richard Copper

* CoolOldGuy
* {{Expy}}: Of [[Film/TheThing1982 Copper]].
* LabcoatOfScienceAndMedicine: Richard Copper wears a labcoat, showing his status as a medical doctor.
* TheMedic
* NamedAfterSomebodyFamous: Named after Richard Dysart.

!!Dr. Gates Crusher

* HospitalHottie: Not neccessarily sexy or stripperific, but she isn't too bad looking for her profession.
* LabcoatOfScienceAndMedicine: Gates Crusher wears a labcoat, showing her status as a medical doctor.
* TheMedic
* NamedAfterSomebodyFamous: Named after Creator/GatesMcFadden.
* WhoNamesTheirKidDude: Gates Crusher seems like a pretty strange name, made all the more bizarre by the fact that her first name [[NamedAfterSomebodyFamous was taken from]] [[Creator/GatesMcFadden a real-life actress]].

!!Dr. Giovanni Wade

* BewareTheNiceOnes: Rotor's decision to send Kate alone into the XERRD Fortress didn't exactly go over well with Pierce and Wade.
* {{Expy}}: Of [[Film/SavingPrivateRyan Irwin Wade]]. Ironically, [[spoiler: Wade himself resorted to performing a MercyKill on J.D. by way of morphine overdose after the latter had suffered a severe gunshot wound, [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XOUJPBziUQw not a whole lot different from what happened to his namesake]]]]
* NamedAfterSomebodyFamous: Named after Giovanni Ribisi.
* ToBeLawfulOrGood: Wade during the aftermath of J.D.'s assassination. One the one hand, he could try to stabilize him, possibly getting some useful information but only delaying his inevitable death and most likely causing him a lot pain. On the other, he could let him die quickly and with a minimum of pain, but realizes that killing him also goes against his own personal morals as well as being the opposite of what he as a medic is responsible for doing.

!!Dr. Noomi Shaw

A rather shy and mentally insecure semi-religious young doctor. While a capable surgeon, the stress of the war has reduced her into a panicked state of mind in which she desperately tries to find comfort in spirituality.

* ClosestThingWeGot: When Pierce decided to marry Sarah Bishop, the closest thing they had to an actual minister was Shaw, a shy, semi-religious young doctor. Not exactly the best choice but it was either her or Pharisee.
* {{Expy}} Started off as an expy of [[Film/{{Prometheus}} Elizabeth Shaw]] before going in some very different directions.
* {{Foil}}: Shaw's insecure but compassionate nature is a sharp contrast to the much more vicious Pharisee. Both try to find meaning in religion but where Shaw uses it as a source of comfort in desperate times Pharisee uses it to justify acts of violence. Additionally Shaw is depicted as being incredibly unstable mentally, easily prone to mental breakdowns, also somewhat embarassed by her spirituality, often trying to keep it to herself- Pharisee is much more outspoken about his faith (though granted both are capable of doing their jobs- although Shaw manages to save a few lives while Pharisee's campaign gets several people killed and another man critically injured).
* TheFundamentalist: Averted. The religious aspects of her character were deliberately written to ''avoid'' falling into this.
* GoodShepherd
* LabcoatOfScienceAndMedicine: Noomi Shaw wears a labcoat, showing her status as a medical doctor.
* TheMedic: Despite being insecure and mentally unstable, Shaw is in fact a very capable surgeon, even if she feels the need to say a prayer while trying to contain internal bleeding.
* NamedAfterSomebodyFamous: Named after Creator/NoomiRapace.
* NiceGuy: Shaw even tried to comfort Pharisee in the end, though whether she succeeded isn't clear.
* PrayerIsALastResort: Whenever she isn't saving someone's life she's usually desperately praying or trying to use faith as a means of comfort for others.
* PreacherMan: The second-closest person to being an actual preacher (after Pharisee). She wears a cross and tries to use her faith to provide comfort both for herself and for those around her. She even got to "marry" Pierce and Sarah Bishop eventually.
* TokenReligiousTeammate

!! Dr. Clickitt

->From ''VideoGame/LEGOIsland''

The head doctor and surgeon from LEGO Island, Dr. Clickitt now works in the Dino Attack hospital wing, where he [[CloudcuckoolandersMinder supervises]] the zany antics of [[{{CloudCuckooLander}} Enter and Return]].

* CloudcuckoolandersMinder: He is personally responsible for supervising the operations of Enter and Return.
* LabcoatOfScienceAndMedicine: Dr. Clickitt wears a labcoat, showing his status as a medical doctor.
* TheMedic: Dr. Clickitt works in the Dino Attack hospital wing.
* OnlyOneName: He is only ever referred to by his surname, Clickitt.
* SavedByCanon: Could not be killed for this reason.
* TeamMemberInTheAdaptation: Although Dr. Clickitt did not appear at all in any ''Toys/LEGODinoAttack'' media, he works for the team in the RPG.
* WorstAid: Played for laughs. While Clickitt himself is an okay doctor, the fact that he encourages Enter and Return's methods puts him in a low standing with other doctors. This was parodied briefly in the LEGO Island party when Shaw, trying to prove that she was a doctor, showed Clickitt her medical liscense, only for him to casually admit to have no idea what it is.

!!Enter & Return

->From ''VideoGame/LEGOIsland''

Identical twin paramedics from LEGO Island infamous among medical circles for their questionable methods, most of which involve sharks, trees, or other absurd implements.

* AlwaysIdenticalTwins: Visually, Enter and Return are identical, wearing the same clothes and having the same face. However, they do have distinct voices.
* CharacterExaggeration: Especially in Atton Rand and imperial officer's posts, Enter and Return have been exaggerated to the point that the ''only'' jokes they are capable of are variations of their "stretcher, megaphone, shark, tree, umbrella, and mailbox" sketch. In some other peoples' posts, their humor extends a little farther (for example, in one of [=PeabodySam=]'s posts, they were arguing about the color of their shirts), but for the most part, we only hear jokes about bringing a shark.
* CloudCuckooLander: Even by the standards of LEGO Island citizens, Enter and Return are notably crazy.
* LabcoatOfScienceAndMedicine: Enter and Return wear labcoats, showing their status as paramedics.
* TheMedic: Enter and Return are paramedics working in the hospital wing and on the battlefield.
* OnlyOneName: Enter and Return are both only ever referred to by their given names.
* PluckyComicRelief: Enter and Return provide a lot of silly comedy to lighten the mood, which is helped by their undeniable enthusiasm and optimism.
* SavedByCanon: Could not be killed for this reason.
* TeamMemberInTheAdaptation: Although Enter and Return did not appear at all in any ''Toys/LEGODinoAttack'' media, they work for the team in the RPG.
* ThoseTwoGuys: Enter and Return always stick together and form a comedic duo.
* WorstAid: To the point where they are widely looked down upon from every other doctor on the planet except Dr. Clickitt and Dr. Go. Subverted in that their methods ''do'' work. Taken to the extreme during Enter and Return's operation on Hertz's hearing, during which we were only given the NoodleImplements:
-->The process was something she could not describe, but it involved a megaphone, a pineapple, a DVD copy of ''Film/TheHurtLocker'', a basketball, two lumps of sugar, a steering wheel, a baseball bat, a film camera, [[VideoGame/LEGOIsland a mailbox, a pine tree]], [[Film/MontyPythonAndTheHolyGrail a shrubbery, a herring]], 16 tons of TNT, a frying pan, a model train, a bicycle wheel, a single dollar, a map of VideoGame/LEGOIsland, a book on aeronautics, a toy car, a lunchbox, a suitcase, a spoonful of honey, [[Series/MontyPythonsFlyingCircus a banana, a pointed stick]], a fedora, [[VideoGame/LEGOIsland running into each other and then arguing over whose clothes were whose]], [[SatiatingSandwich a sandwich]], a copy of the complete works of Creator/HPLovecraft, a bag of nitroglycerin, a rolled up magazine, a few raspberries, a chicken leg, a turkey dinner, another bush, [[Franchise/{{LEGO}} a brick]], a can of soda, [[Film/MontyPythonsTheMeaningOfLife a wafer-thin mint]], a slip of paper, and [[{{Pirate}} a jolly roger]].
* WrongGenreSavvy: Enter and Return think that ''Dino Attack RPG'' is meant to be just as zany as ''Videogame/LEGOIsland'' when it actually is considerably more down-to-Earth, resulting in them constantly being dismissed by some of the RPG's more realistic doctors. Then again, considering that their methods still work even in ''Dino Attack RPG'''s more realistic setting, perhaps they're not as Wrong Genre Savvy as they appear.
* YourAnswerToEverything: If there is any sort of problem, you can guarantee Enter and Return will try to find a way to implement sharks, trees, and umbrellas.

!!Nurse Naomi Carver

* TheBusCameBack: After the end of the war.
* TheDitz: Her character at first but eventually [[SubvertedTrope subverted]]. She turned out to be surprisingly competent and intelligent.
* DitzyGenius: Naomi Carver was originally introduced as TheDitz, and indeed this was Hertz's first impression of her. Later, however, Hertz commented on Naomi's intelligence.
* DroppedABridgeOnHim: [[spoiler:In the [[Toys/LEGODino Dino 2012 teaser.]]
* HospitalHottie
* KilledOffForReal: [[spoiler:In the [[Toys/LEGODino Dino 2012]] teaser.]]
* TheMedic
* PutOnABus: Near the end of the FinalBattle, Naomi was safely teleported to Antarctica, which effectively removed her from the remainder of the battle.
* SexySoakedShirt: Naomi has a sexy soaked scrubs scene when she steps under the hole in the roof into the waterfall of rain above the teleportation pad.
* SuddenSequelDeathSyndrome: [[spoiler:After everything that went on with her and Hertz in ''Dino Attack RPG'', she didn't even get through the ''teaser'' for [[Toys/LEGODino Dino 2012]].]]

!! Dr. John Michael "J.D." Dorian

* KilledOffForReal
* TheMedic
* MercyKill: His ultimate fate to being fatally wounded and overdosed on morphine... ironically by [[Film/SavingPrivateRyan Dr. Wade]].
* PersonalEffectsReveal: Pierce and Wade went through J.D.'s few belongings after he died, although mainly with the intention to find any trace of his research, and Wade found several letters from J.D. which he hopes to send eventually.
* SacrificialLamb: He was killed off shortly after being introduced.
* ShootTheMedicFirst: Stromling Zachary made an explicit point of killing J.D., though it wasn't so much because he was a medic as it was because he was worried about him finding a cure to the Maelstrom.

!! Doctor Naomi Hale
* TheStoic

!!Dr. Frank Einstein / [[spoiler:"Wallace Bishop"]]

A brilliant and world-renowned scientist who was hired by Dino Attack Team to study the Mutant Dinos. [[spoiler:He has also adopted the identity of "Wallace Bishop", and works as TheMole for Dino Attack Team, infiltrating XERRD as a DeepCoverAgent.]]

* AscendedExtra: Einstein was originally introduced as just a generic doctor working in the hospital wing.
* CharacterizationMarchesOn: According to [=PeabodySam=], Frank Einstein was originally envisioned as a MadScientist. While he obviously remained a scientist, the "mad" aspect was quickly dropped as his character was developed.
* ChekhovsGunman: Started off as a seemingly-random extra, ascended to [[spoiler:an ultimate DeepCoverAgent]].
* CoolOldGuy: Frank Einstein is in his late seventies.
* DeadManWriting: One of Frank Einstein's messages, informing Rex of [[spoiler:his fatal Maelstrom poisoning]], was recorded specifically just in case he could not be alive to tell Rex in person.
* DeepCoverAgent: [[spoiler:As Wallace Bishop, Frank Einstein was ''second-in-command'' of XERRD.]]
* HeroicSacrifice: [[spoiler:Frank Einstein sacrificed his life so that his Creative Spark could empower the Imagination orb and defeat the Darkitect.]]
* EinsteinHair: What did you expect from someone named "Einstein"?
* ExpyCoexistence: Frank Einstein is clearly modeled after Albert Einstein, who does exist in this canon. Bartholomew Enderson even mistakenly believes Wallace Bishop's babble to be referring to Albert rather than Frank.
* TheGlassesComeOff: Inverted; Frank Einstein's WhamLine came as the result of him putting ''on'' the glasses.
* GoodAllAlong: It comes as no surprise that Frank Einstein is a good guy. However, the surprise was when [[spoiler:the villainous Wallace Bishop turned out to be Frank Einstein in disguise.]]
* HerrDoktor: Frank Einstein is a German scientist.
* InformedJudaism: [=PeabodySam=] says that Frank Einstein is Jewish, although this is never brought up in the RPG. Given his [[UsefulNotes/AlbertEinstein namesake]], this shouldn't be ''too'' much of a surprise.
* KilledOffscreen: [[spoiler:He was already very weak when he asked Kate to extract his Creative Spark, but still alive. The next time we see them, his Creative Spark has already been extracted, and Einstein is dead.]]
* LabcoatOfScienceAndMedicine: Frank Einstein wears a labcoat, showing his status as a scientist.
* {{Leitmotif}}: In the Complete Soundtrack playlist, Einstein's theme is "The Equation" from ''Series/{{Fringe}}''.
* MasterActor: [[spoiler:He pulled off a very convincing Wallace Bishop impersonation for years without ever being suspected.]]
* MasterOfDisguise: [[spoiler:The ability to make himself look like a completely different person just by shaving his mustache, combing his hair, and putting on glasses certainly helped his disguise.]]
* MeaningfulName: He's a brilliant scientist.
* MentorOccupationalHazard
* MinorMajorCharacter: Discounting the ExpandedUniverse, Frank Einstein only appears in person in a grand total of ''two'' scenes. [[spoiler:At least, [[MasterOfDisguise while appearing as himself]].]]
* TheMole: Before the Dino Attack, he used to keep tabs on XERRD, keeping Nexus Force informed on their activities. [[spoiler:During the Dino Attack, Specs allowed him to continue keeping tabs on XERRD, this time working directly for Dino Attack Team.]]
* MrExposition: In ''Rex's Awakening'', he delivers exposition to Rex (and therefore, the reader) about the Dino Attack.
* NamedAfterSomebodyFamous: Named after UsefulNotes/AlbertEinstein.
* ObiWanMoment: [[spoiler:As he knew he wouldn't survive the Maelstrom Temple battle, he gave important advice to Kate Bishop and then calmly died with dignity.]]
* TheProfessor
* SmallRoleBigImpact: Frank Einstein only appeared in a handful of posts over the course of the RPG. Despite this, he plays a huge role in the Dino Attack. [[spoiler:He created Pterisa, who played a major role in the Maelstrom Temple battle. It was also Einstien's Creative Spark that cleansed the temple and banished the Maelstrom. Most importantly, Frank Einstein sabotaged Dr. Rex's plans to infiltrate Dino Attack Team and is therefore responsible for everything that Rex has done in the RPG.]]
* SoProudOfYou: Frank Einstein to Kate Bishop, to motivate her and give her confidence to [[spoiler:stop the Darkitect]].

!!Dr. Joel Fuchs

A biologist specializing in diseases who has been stationed at Outpost 4. He played a vital role in the discovery of a cure to the Maelstrom.

* ClosestThingWeGot: Garry's rationale for ordering Fuchs to help in the emergency room.
* {{Expy}}: Of the character of the same name from ''Film/TheThing1982''.
* NamedAfterSomebodyFamous: Named after Joel Polis.
* NotThatKindOfDoctor: [[OpenHeartDentistry Fuchs was ordered to work in the operating room despite technically being a biologist]]. Somewhat justified as Garry was simply trying to get the doctors as much help as possible, and Fuchs was the only other person around with a PH.D.
** In a subversion, however, Fuchs never actually performed any surgery himself; the closest he got was vivisecting a then-Stromling Zelda (and even then the only reason it was a ''vivisection'' rather than a ''dissection'' was because she'd be hard to kill without the Maelstrom healing her).

!!Mama & Papa Brickolini

->From ''VideoGame/LEGOIsland''

Mama and Papa Brickolini are two world-famous pizzeria chefs from LEGO Island who were hired by Dino Attack Team to work in the mess hall.

* AdaptationalDumbass: In ''VideoGame/LEGOIsland 2'', the Brickolinis clearly know not to deliver hot spicy pizzas to the Brickster, especially after he escaped jail by using one in the first game. But in the non-canon scene from ''At War's End'', the Brickolinis are portrayed as idiots who never notice the correlation between delivering super-spicy-tongue-melting-jail-cell-door-opening-hot pizzas to the jail and the Brickster's subsequent escapes from jail. This was one of the reasons why the scene proved controversial with ''LEGO Island'' fans and had to be declared non-canonical.
* AdaptationalIntelligence: Compared to their AdaptationalDumbass portrayal in ''At War's End'', the Director's Cut restores the Brickolinis' intelligence (making them TruerToTheText relative to the original ''LEGO Island'' games). When Sarah Pierce accuses the Brickolinis of incompetently aiding and abetting the Brickster, Mama Brickolini tries to explain to Sarah that they're well aware of the Brickster escaping jail using pizza and therefore are smart enough to only deliver cold non-spicy pizzas to the jail these days.
* CharacterExaggeration: In the [[CanonDiscontinuity non-canon]] scene where Papa Brickolini was arrested by the Nick Brick, the Brickolinis were exaggerated ''heavily''. In the original games, the Brickolinis spoke with a light Italian accent and accidentally freed the Brickster twice (and the second time, they were smart enough to try to prevent it from happening again). In this scene, the Brickolinis' Italian accents were exaggerated, and the two chefs were depicted as completely oblivious as they incompetently freed the Brickster again and again over the years by constantly sending super-spicy pizzas to the jail, even after what happened the first two times.
* JustAStupidAccent: They speak with stereotypical Italian accents, especially exaggerated as a result of Atton Rand's CharacterExaggeration.
* SavedByCanon: Could not be killed for this reason.
* SupremeChef: They were hired by Dino Attack Team with good reason. Everyone considers the Brickolinis' pizza to be the greatest food they've ever tasted. [[DoesNotLikeSpam Unless your last name is Bishop.]]
* TeamMemberInTheAdaptation: Although the Brickolinis did not appear at all in any ''Toys/LEGODinoAttack'' media, they work for the team in the RPG.

!!Elizabeth Wilma

The primary secretary of the Dino Attack Team.

* BusCrash: Zachary and Minerva sent her off-screen to be safely evacuated to Antarctica... but she never made it there, because the next time we see her on-screen, she has been found dead in Dino Attack Headquarters after the explosions caused by Firecracker.
* KilledOffForReal: Although Brikman [=McStudz=] went out of his way in an effort to ensure her safety during the final battle, she was killed shortly afterward in a post by that guy from that show.
* NamedAfterSomebodyFamous: Named after Betty Williams.
