!![[Toys/{{Bionicle}} Hahli]]
[[quoteright:100:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/hahli2_4760.jpg]]
[[caption-width-right:100: A Toa ActionGirl.]]

Hahli was a shy but diligent Ga-Matoran native who was a student on Metru Nui and the Chronicler, and later became the Toa Inika of Water, and shortly later the Toa Mahri of Water and helped guard Metru Nui. Like most Toa of Water, Hahli was generally kind and gentle. Prior to being selected for the Ga-Koro Kolhii team, she was mostly shy and reserved. As a Toa, she later became more self-confident, and in The Pit, was much more aggressive.

As a Toa of Water, Hahli could create, control, and absorb water and like the other Toa Inika, her water powers were combined with lightning. After being changed by the Mask of Life, Hahli's elemental powers were returned to normal level, meaning they weren't combined with electricity.

%%* BewareTheNiceOnes: Do ''not'' piss her off.
%%* TheHeart
* HeroicBSOD: At the start of the Magical Girl challenge, due to not having her mask.
* MakingASplash: She's a Toa of Water, meaning she can manipulate the wet stuff.
%%* MechanicalLifeforms: As a Toa, this is to be expected.

[[quoteright:250:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/1000001964.png]]
[[caption-width-right:250:"Tell 'em to make it count."]]

Chief Warrant Officer Jorge-052 is a SPARTAN-II commando of the United Nations Space Command. A Nomad found him on an alien ship orbiting above the besieged UNSC colony known as Reach. A SPARTAN-III known as Noble Six was with him, but Jorge [[HeroicSacrifice volunteered to activate the bomb manually while Six fell back towards the planet.]]

The Nomad snatched Jorge away right before he was caught in the blast. Next thing the SPARTAN-II knew, he was trapped in a hotel with a bunch of strangers. Jorge is a passionate, well-mannered human being, but he is absolutely lethal in a fight. Up until he was taken, Jorge was part of a squad of Spartans called Noble Team. His call sign was Noble Five. He rejoins the squad in the Halo Reach challenge.

%%* TheBigGuy
* {{Cyborg}}: He received several augmentations while he was in the SPARTAN-II training program.
%%* DeadpanSnarker: Mostly to those he dislikes. Jorge is much less snarky to those he trusts.
* GentleGiant: Jorge is surprisingly polite and emotionally stable for a seven foot tall killing machine.
* HeroicBSOD: Has one in the Reach challenge, and boy, is it a big one. He gets to New Alexandria Hospital's helipad, only to see the city being glassed. [[DoomedHometown Seeing your homeworld burn around you]] is bad enough. [[SenselessSacrifice Realizing that your sacrifice changed nothing is so much worse.]]
* TheLeader: Out of all the good characters, Jorge is the one who usually calls the shots.
* LightningBruiser: No matter what heavy weapon Jorge is carrying, whether it's an [=HMG=] or a missile launcher, he'll still outrun you.
%%* MoreDakka: Courtesy of his [=M247H=].

[[quoteright:300:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/Gordon_Freeman.jpg]]
[[caption-width-right:300:The {{Right Man in the Wrong Place}}.]]

Gordon Freeman is a theoretical physicist who originally worked in the Black Mesa Research Institute. After the inadvertent release of hordes of alien lifeforms into his home dimension, Gordon was forced to kill many of these creatures, eventually killing the leader. Afterwords, he was taken into stasis by a mysterious individual. Twenty years later, he was dropped into an earth controlled by a tyrannical alien empire known as the Combine by an unknown person named the G-Man.

After battling with [[LaResistance the Resistance]] to liberate earth, he was suddenly plucked from the middle of one of the battles by the Nomads.
----
* BadassBookworm: Gordon's a theoretical physicist with an arsenal that allows him to take out squads of cyberneticaly-enhanced soldiers.
%%* BadassNormal: He also does this without any special abilities.
* ButtMonkey: In the MagicalGirl challenge. Everything bad that you could imagine happens to [[GenderBender hir]]. [[CuteClumsyGirl Tripping all the time?]] Yep. [[SadistTeacher Getting yelled at by the sadist economics teacher?]] Uh-huh. [[LovableSexManiac Continuously being molested by a sex-crazed classmate?]] Oh, yeah. Dropping her pants in front of everyone else? You bet. Will this poor girl's suffering never end?
%%* ClusterFBomb: When he starts doing this, something ''very bad'' is usually happening.
* CuteClumsyGirl: In the Magical Girl challenge, Gordon--or rather, Gardenia--seemingly can't go thirty seconds without tripping over her own feet or otherwise falling over.
* {{Determinator}}: After destroying the Combine Overworld, Gordon refuses to let anything kill him. Not even being impaled by a nomad does him in.
* EarnYourHappyEnding: Gordon destroys the Combine Overworld in a challenge that nearly cost him his life, dragged himself through wound after wound in the finale, refused to die even after being impaled, and finally killed a being equatable to fate itself to ensure that earth would be safe. And after going through all of this, he finally gets to go home and have a rest.
%%* HyperspaceArsenal
* ImpaledWithExtremePrejudice: [[BigBad Omega]] impales him with a mechanical tentacle in one of the penultimate fights. He survives.
%%* KnightInSourArmor
* OCStandIn: Gordon has absolutely [[HeroicMime no lines or personality in the actual games]]. Therefore, this was kind of necessary.
* ScrewDestiny: The destruction of the Combine Overworld gives Gordon the will to do this, to the point where her kills the G-man to get home.
%%* TheSmartGuy
%%* ThereIsNoKillLikeOverkill: If you piss Gordon off, expect to be struck with this.

!![[Franchise/TouhouProject Cirno]]

An ice fairy from Gensokyo, Cirno often boasts that she is "the strongest there is". She possesses a childlike mentality to go with her childlike body, and given the way things work in her homeland she sees nearly all of the party's encounters as different sorts of games.

Travis Touchdown is an American video game antihero from ''VideoGame/NoMoreHeroes''. 27 years old, he is both an otaku and a professional assassin, wielding a beam sword weapon. He later appeared in the 2010 video game ''VideoGame/NoMoreHeroes2DesperateStruggle'', which takes place three years later.

He is named after the protagonist of the film ''Film/ParisTexas'' directed by Wim Wenders. He lives a lifestyle that is often compared to those of average people because of his obsession with anime, professional wrestling, pornography, and action figures; however, this lifestyle has also been called an "uber male fantasy."
----
* TheBrute: Acts as muscle for Saren in "Blood Feud".
%%* CoolShades
%%* ComedicHeroicSociopath
* DisproportionateRetribution: In the Romeo & Juliet challenge, some random bystander threw a tomato in Travis's face during a brawl between the Capulets and Montagues. Travis responded by slicing the guy in half, to the horror and outrage of several other Challengers.
* WhatHappenedToTheMouse: Not seen since shortly before the start of the Reach challenge.

!![[WebAnimation/SuperMarioBrosZ Mecha Sonic]]

[[caption-width-right:150:[[Series/DoctorWho EX-TER-MI-NATE.]]]]

Mecha Sonic is a powerful robot built by Doctor Eggman that appeared in the game ''VideoGame/SonicAndKnuckles''. He attacks both Sonic the Hedgehog and Knuckles the Echidna, and appears in the Sky Sanctuary Zone in four separate boss battles across the two story lines of the game (three times for Sonic and once against Knuckles). His abilities are hyper jet boosters, teleportation and laser blasts. He can turn into a ball like Sonic can.

%%* WhatHappenedToTheMouse
* WouldHurtAChild: During the Halloween challenge, he tells the other Champions how he once killed Cream the Rabbit, specifically noting that she was seven years old and that he derived joy from the act of killing her. This enrages Gordon Freeman, who immediately tries to gun Mecha Sonic down.

!![[VideoGame/ModernWarfare Gary "Roach" Sanderson]]

Roach is a British Special Air Service operative. He was part of an international Special Forces strike force called Task Force 141, led by Captain John "Soap" [=MacTavish=].
----
* OCStandIn: Since he's a FeaturelessProtagonist in canon.
* PutOnABus: Gets written out at the end of the MagicalGirl challenge; possibly a BusCrash depending on where he ended up.

!!Franchise/{{Kirby}}

A Star Warrior who is known as one of the greatest warriors of Pop Star. During a battle for power against the tyrannic King Dedede, Kirby was snatched away by the Nomads and found himself at first in Verona, Italy. It hasn't been any less confusing since.
----
%%* DeadpanSnarker: Alongside Narumi.
%%* RidiculouslyCuteCritter: Its Kirby. Of course this applies.
%%* TeamPet
* TranslationYes: Whenever making a short statement, like a yes or no answer, there are far more "boyo's" than if he were going on a huge rant.
* WhatHappenedToTheMouse: Disappeared after the Magical Girl challenge.

Samus Aran is the protagonist of the ''VideoGame/{{Metroid}}'' video game series. Samus is a female ex-marine bounty hunter usually fitted with a powered armor suit with weapons that include beams and missiles. Throughout the series, she executes missions given to her by the Galactic Federation while hunting the antagonistic Space Pirates and their leader, Ridley, along with the energy-draining extraterrestrial parasites called Metroids.

Orphaned at a young age, Samus was brought up by the extraterrestrial avianoid Chozo race, who trained her as a warrior. The Chozo also gave her the Power Suit, and infused her with their blood in order to create a perfect warrior.
----
* WhatHappenedToTheMouse: Briefly appeared before and during the Magical Girl challenge, then vanished.

!!Film/{{Tron}}

A security program from Encom's OS, Tron was plucked from the Game Grid and deposited into the game shortly before the ''VideoGame/HaloReach'' challenge. Though his blunt and straightforward manner put him at odds with some of the other Champions, he honestly means well.
----
* DeadlyDisc: Tron's weapon of choice is his Identity Disc, which he can throw with enough force to break an [[VideoGame/{{Halo}} Elite]]'s neck.
* SillyRabbitIdealismIsForKids: In the Halo Reach challenge, Tron coldly argues that the Champions have no hope of saving even the tiniest fraction of Reach's doomed population and that even if they did, the people they'd save are statistically unlikely to make any difference in the long run. Thus, they should prioritize completing the challenge over wasting time rescuing civilians. This attitude ultimately gets him chucked out of a Pelican by a furious Jorge.
* StrawVulcan: He came off as this during the Reach challenge, prioritizing completion of the challenge itself over trying to save as many innocent lives as was possible. This put him at odds with Jorge, and after a war of words [[DestinationDefenestration he was thrown out of a flying gunship to what seemed a certain demise.]]
* TronLines: [[TropeNamer As expected]], his body is covered in glowing blue lines. A few characters note that he looks similar to the Nomads because of this and briefly wonder if there's a connection.
* WhatHappenedToTheMouse: Averted. [[red:Phi]] sent him home as part of a deal.

----
%%* BlackMagic: His entire spell repertoire is that.
%%* DarkIsEvil: Somewhat subverted, but played straight in his past.
* DeaderThanDead: Completely destroyed by Galen Marek.
%%* DemBones: And a really bizarre version of a skeleton too.
* EvenEvilHasStandards: He detests Demons.
* EvilIsDeathlyCold: His mere touch drains the life-force.
%%* HeWhoFightsMonsters: He's even listed so at [[VideoGame/BattleForWesnoth Wesnoth's]] page.
%%* HumanSacrifice: And himself of all people.
%%* {{Necromancer}}: Of the Wesnoth variation, though somewhat accepted after he helped defeat the Chaos Emperor.
%%* NoSell: His player did this at his battle with Harry Dresden in the Reach challenge. Cue Tribunal, nerf, and loss.
* NotQuiteDead: He's stuck in his phylactery, which is his old sword. He gave it to Rey as a gift.
* WellIntentionedExtremist: After all, he became a necromancer (and later a Lich) only to free his hometown, Parthyn, from the menace of Orc raids.

[[quoteright:270:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/11_357.jpg]]
[[caption-width-right:270:[[Music/TenaciousD Your socks have officially been rocked off.]]]]

The world's greatest roadie. Eddie is an old school metalhead who dreams of the days when heavy metal was pure. He was transported to a mythical land of metal after an accident at a concert resulted in his near-death. After waging several wars on hair-metal traitors, {{Emo Teen}}s and Bondage Demons, he found himself transported to this new world, surrounded by strangers.
----
%%* TheBigGuy: Though [[GeniusBruiser he's not stupid]].
* DarkIsNotEvil: In spite of his demonic abilities, Eddie is still a really nice and decent person.

%%* HotBlooded
* HiddenDepths: Eddie has come up with a few smart ideas from time to time, such as how to complete the Bloodfeud challenge in a way that wouldn't end in total bloodshed.
* ICallItVera: His guitar, Clementine.
%%* MusicalAssassin
%%* OnlySaneMan: Possibly.
%%* ThePowerOfRock
%%* PlayingWithFire

%%* ShockAndAwe

[[caption-width-right:244:"When things get strange, when what goes bump in the night flicks on the lights, when no one else can help you, give me a call. I'm in the book."]]

A Wizard (the only one in the Chicago phonebook, at that) and Private Investigator, Dresden is a powerful magician. He has seen and thought any number of strange things in the past and has accumulated an arsenal of magic and artifacts for fighting off mundane and supernatural threats. He awoke in the Lounge after being shot by an unknown assassin.
----
%%* BadassLongcoat
%%* ChronicHeroSyndrome
* FantasticRacism: Accused of this towards the ObviouslyEvil necromancer Mal-Keshar by Rey. Given Mal-Keshar went on to kill Gordon and try to kill Harry, it seems he may have been right.
* FirstPersonSmartass: He is unique in that he narrates his own actions in first person, like in the books.
* FullContactMagic: He's as likely to blast you away with magic as to punch you in the face.
* KillItWithFire: In addition to regular fire, sometimes uses Soulfire, white fire he can make constructs out of which is CastFromHitPoints because he uses his soul as fuel
%%* KnightInSourArmour
* PragmaticHero: Given he's perfectly fine with Jorge killing the defenseless Mal-Keshar. Further supported by his actions in the books, where he ''breaks a vilain's kneecaps with a baseball bat'' after he'd [[ISurrenderSuckers surrendered (although he was surrendering solely so he could get away with his crimes without retribution)]].
%%* OccultDetective
* WalkingTechbane: Tends to short out any electrical appliance near him when he uses magic. This is addressed when he nearly kills Tron, forces Ravage to go into Beast Mode (his aura acts like corrupt energon radiation to cybertronians), and messes up Craft's systems. [[teal:Psi]] cures him of it, on the grounds that he won't be any fun to watch if he can't interact with the others.
* WouldntHitAGirl: Attacks Ravage and Saren because they attacked Samus. It's clearly stated that this was because she was a girl, rather than anything else.

!![[Franchise/TouhouProject Yuuka Kazami]]
[[quoteright:140:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/great_yuuka_2_2847.jpg]]
[[caption-width-right:140:The strong ones are usually smiling.]]

A flower-Youkai from Gensokyo. She was taken from her home in the Dream World Mugenkan with no idea why she was, and has absolutely no interest in finding out. As far as she knows, whatever kidnaps a Youkai needs a laser to the face. As a being born from the magic of nature, she has to struggle to fight out or her element during the challenges.

Yuuka is a rather powerful and dangerous flower-loving Youkai. In Lotus Land Story, Reimu and Marisa break into her mansion in the dream world of Mugenkan, and she defends herself. In Phantasmagoria of Flower View, she goes out to enjoy herself, trying to remember why the event that touches off the game's story seems familiar.

[[caption-width-right:146:"Feelin's? Look, mate, you know who has a lot of feelin's? Blokes what bludgeon their wife to death with a golf trophy..."]]

A rugged and ready crack shot from the Australian outback, the Sniper prefers to pick his targets off from a distance, though he isn't afraid to get his hands dirty if the situation requires.

In his former life as a tracker of dangerous game in the unforgiving Australian outback, the Sniper would spend months by himself. Prolonged isolation taught him a valuable lesson: You don't have to rely on other people if you never miss.
----
* CannotSpitItOut: When asked about the jar he carries, the Sniper insists that he can't talk about it.

[[caption-width-right:225:[[TheHerosJourney With my right hand I will save humans, and with my left hand I will save the Akuma.]]]]

Allen Walker is an Exorcist of the religious organization known as the Black Order. He is the adopted son of Mana Walker, adopted nephew of Nea Walker, and is the apprentice to Cross Marian. He is the main protagonist of the D.Gray-Man series.

While Allen is good in swordsmanship, he has an anti-Akuma weapon that he uses in combat. Called the Cross, it's a rare, parasite-type Innocence that shares a symbiotic relationship with Allen's body. It appears as a cross-shaped shard embedded in the back of his left hand, which causes his entire left arm to appear red, scaly, and deformed. As a parasite-type, it is capable of both invoking and acting of its own accord. Allen can use his Cursed Eye to see souls trapped in Akuma.

And he received a ''bunch'' of huge, deep scars across his entire chest from impaling himself with his own Akuma-purifying sword, which he thought ''shouldn't'' hurt him... except for the unfortunate fact that he's actually a Noah.
%%* HilariouslyAbusiveChildhood: His childhood under [[TricksterMentor General Cross]] is played as this.
* MagicalEye: His left eye lets him see the souls of Akuma.
* TheSoulsaver: Saving humans and akuma, according to his vows.
%%* WhiteGloves: Always wears them.

%%* ObstructiveBureaucrat
%%* OnlySaneMan

Dexter was in a litter of five kittens that were abandoned at a Brooklyn animal shelter. Dexter was then taken in by a lonely woman who lived in a small city apartment. The apartment was broken into one night during a robbery. Dexter attacked the intruder, waking the woman up. She was then murdered by the intruder. When the police came to investigate the murder, Dexter was kicked away from the apartment by the policemen and left to fend for himself in a nearby alley. Dexter was later picked up and put in a sack by two men, who intended to throw him over the edge of a bridge to drown when a red power ring found him in mid fall. "Dex-Starr of Earth. You have great rage in your heart. You belong to the Red Lantern Corps." Dex-Starr now seeks the man who killed his owner so he can kill him.

Jack Noir is an Archagent of Derse who appears in every session of SBURB. He oversees various affairs of the kingdom and does all of the most important and most tedious paperwork, and is the direct subordinate of the King and Queen. In the kids' session, he slew the Queen, and soon after, the King, declaring himself as the Sovereign Slayer and wreaking havoc on the Medium. In the trolls' session, he was able to enlist the help of Karkat Vantas and the Red Team to exile the Black Queen (who became Snowman), and at some point was exiled himself, becoming first a Scurrilous Straggler and then Spades Slick, leader of the Midnight Crew.

Jack has no tolerance for things he doesn't want to do. His vicious demeanor, sarcastic nature and nasty attitude are readily apparent, and he exhibits a lack of concern for life that isn't his own. Despite his bad behavior, Jack seems to have some sense of honor - even at times when it would seem at odds with what would be most intelligent.

Red is sent on a journey to better himself as a trainer and a person, displaying amazing feats of courage and a strong sense of justice. He becomes the champion of the Pokémon League after beating Blue, defeating Giovanni and Team Rocket.

His six Pokémon, after becoming a Champion, consist of a Level 73 Espeon, a Level 75 Snorlax, a Level 77 Blastoise, Charizard and Venosaur and a Level 81 Pikachu. Red's not a trainer someone should mess with.

!![[Manga/{{Naruto}} Kimimaro of the Kaguya Clan]]

The strongest member of Orochimaru's elite Sound Five. The last member of a clan of Blood Knights who were killed off after attempting to revolt against the Hidden Mist Village. Taken in by Orochimaru, who he idolized. He was originally supposed to be Orochimaru's next vessel, but he contracted a terminal illness (likely tuberculosis), which prevented this. The others didn't want him to join, but as he was able to kick their asses all at once, they didn't have much of a choice.

He has a ''kekkai genkai'' which allows him to control the growth of his bones, which are harder than steel. He can cause them to protrude from his body as SpikesOfDoom, or remove them from his body entirely to use as weapons. His Cursed Seal form is a dinosaur-like creature.

During his time being made to fight against the Shinobi Alliance, Kimimaro learned the horrifying truths behind his old master, and thanks to Naruto Uzumaki and Juugo (Kimimaro's most trusted friend), he forsook the role of the villain and found emotional closure, which broke Kabuto's hold over him. After his zombie body decayed into dust and his soul was loosed, the Nomads brought him back to play the role of a Challenger. He is now trying to fit in with the role of a good guy, and so far hasn't screwed up.

He can generate bones from any part of his body, and then remove and modify them to be used as weapons. He can also make his bones stronger than steel, or create an ultra-tough layer of bone just underneath his skin.
* BewareTheNiceOnes: Kimimaro is one of the nicest, most amicable of the group, yet push him too far and he shows just why he was Orochimaru's premier spec-ops leader. 354[[caption-width-right:150: [[WalkTheEarth He walks across the Earth to get back to pre-Tokugawa Japan.]]]]

Jack is the son of the Japanese Emperor who ruled the area where Aku originally appeared on Earth, and is banished to the future by Aku during their first battle, where he is left in every episode to search for a way home. He was born on the day that his father defeated Aku and he seems to be the only mortal (aside from his father) to be a match to Aku. After his father was captured by Aku, Jack traveled around the world to prepare both physically and mentally for his confrontation with Aku. He studied under various scholars, such as Egyptian thinkers, and attempted to master each art of combat from the cultures he met, training with African warriors, Viking sailors, Robin Hood, Mongolian warriors, Shaolin monks, Greek Olympic contestants, Russian Cossacks, and several others.

Jack's magic sword was forged by the gods Odin, Ra, and Rama through three mortal avatars. The sword was forged from the righteous energy within Jack's father; it is unable to harm beings that are pure of heart. Jack strongly exhibits the characteristics of a stoic hero. He is unfailingly polite and humble despite the completely alien nature of the futuristic world and never scoffs at or disparages the customs of the people he encounters (as unpleasant as they seem to him at times). Jack consistently shows an uncommon moral strength of character by helping the poor and defenseless along the way.

Aside from the proficiency in handling his katana, Jack can also fight with other weapons such as the Bo and Kyudo. He can also engage enemies in unarmed combat and he is also an expert strategist, as well as the ability to move fast and has lots of strength thanks to his training.

Rayman is the protagonist of the Rayman series, a video game created by Ubisoft. He is limbless and attacks by throwing his fists. 386!![[Manga/{{Naruto}} Kisame Hoshigaki]]

The most powerful of the Seven Swordsmen of the Mist. Quite polite, but also more than a bit savage, and ''[[BloodKnight loves]]'' to fight. Wields Samehada, a sentient... '''thing''' whose resting state superficially resembles a sword, which it is wielded as by Kisame, and literally eats chakra. Kisame possesses absolutely enormous reserves of chakra, comparable to a Tailed Beast, and he is a considerable powerful ''Jonin'', capable of easily trouncing most average Jonin and lower-tier Tailed-Beast Hosts, and could probably fight a Kage one-on-one and hold his own for a while before being overcome.

Kisame was one of the original members of Akatsuki; he joined when Madara Uchiha promised to help find a way to bring an end to the "world of lies" - the lies, betrayal, and backstabbing inherent in the shinobi world, which Kisame despised greatly. He engaged the 8-Tails' Host in battle, and actually defeated him... until the Host's brother, the Fourth Raikage intervened. A quick Subtitution technique with a Zetsu-made clone fooled the two into thinking they'd killed Kisame, who stowed away inside Samehada. Later, Kisame was discovered and emerged, and fought and was defeated by Might Guy. In the end, Kisame commited suicide so as to prevent the "heroes" from extracting information on Madara from his mind, greatly impressing the Leaf shinobi with his dedication to duty and comrades.

Now, Kisame has been brought back by the Nomads, wielding a non-traitorous exact duplicate of Samehada and ready to rip his way through Challenges with his usual style.

[[caption-width-right:200:"You haven't truly lived until you have seen the world through the eyes of madness."]]

Vezon was created when the Spear of Fusion divided a Dark Hunter called Vezok into two beings. He became an unofficial Piraka and Dark Hunter, and guardian of the Kanohi Ignika, fused to a Rahi named Fenrakk. He later became a member of an Order of Mata Nui strike team led by Brutaka, and was also used by the Order of Mata Nui on a mission to Destral during the Destiny War. He was later mutated by energized protodermis into a living dimensional doorway, constantly creating and falling into dimensional gates.

Like the other Piraka, Vezon had a vision power (the ability to see into the future limitedly) and a physical attribute power (the ability to absorb kinetic energy, making him stronger every time he gave or received a physical blow). Vezon also carried the Spear of Fusion, which could merge or split beings, though it could not separate him and Fenrakk because "the Ignika wouldn't like that".

When Vezon was exposed to energized protodermis, his body fused with the Olmak, a Mask of Dimensional Gates. This at last gave Vezon a power of his own: he became a walking dimensional doorway, constantly creating a portal to an alternate universe and being sucked into it. His entrance into the games was punctuated by an exit through one such portal.

[[caption-width-right:242:Quite the mysterious guy, isn't he?]]

The Black Stig was introduced in the first episode of ''Series/TopGear'''s 2002 series by Jeremy Clarkson as the resident test driver, as the presenters could not consistently post fast times themselves in driving the various cars. When asked about the Black Stig, Clarkson mentioned that "we don't know its name, we really don't know its name, nobody knows its name, and we don't wanna know, cause it's a racing driver." He then described The Black Stig as having a very small brain, who had worthless opinions, a disorder described by Clarkson as "Mansell Syndrome".

The Black Stig can speak, but places an accent to hide his identity. As a result, some people assumed that he was of French background for a short time. Regardless, the Black Stig works hard to keep his identity a secret.

He is an expert in driving and handling all types of vehicles, though the Black Stig is proficient in driving any kind of racing cars since it's his forte. He was brought to the Common Room alongside the [=G4=] Trainer and [=CWO3=] Michael Durant to assist the Champions in vehicle driving tactics to get ready in handling vehicles that could appear in challenges.

Galen Marek is a human male taken as a secret apprentice by Darth Vader from his father, a Jedi named Kento Marek, on Kashyyyk during the Great Jedi Purge. For years, the Dark Lord trained him, under the codename Starkiller, in dark side arts and to eliminate his enemies, including Jedi who survived Order 66. Marek was told that he would ultimately assist in overthrowing Vader's own Master, Darth Sidious, Emperor of the Galactic Empire. In reality, Vader and Palpatine only planned to use him to root out those who rebelled against the Empire.

Darth Sidious appeared and ordered Vader to kill the apprentice. In apparent submission, Vader telekinetically hurled him through the viewing windows, into open space. Vader secretly recovered his body and had him "resurrected" six months later on the science vessel Empirical, during which time he was known as Subject Zeta or Subject 1138.

Galen Marek is an incredibly skilled lightsaber duelist and powerful in the Force. Darth Sidious believed that he had the potential to become as powerful as Sidious himself. Marek is highly skilled at using the Force in combat, often relying on Force-enhanced acrobatics to back up his lightsaber skills. His proficiency with telekinesis is incredible, as he frequently utilizes it in combat, tearing up the battlefield with kinetic blasts and Force-throws. He also has the ability to use Force Lightning.
