4	* Blink's use of portals is absolutely mind blowing, especially when used by Colossus to gather momentum and take out several Sentinels.
5	** [[{{VideoGame/Portal1}} "Speedy thing goes in, speedy things comes out."]]
6	** As well as Blink's own last stand against the Sentinels, making them hit each other, until three stab her from behind.
7	* Quicksilver's BulletTime run through the Pentagon kitchen, stopping the guards' bullets from hitting Logan, Erik, and Charles, and also managing to get the guards to hurt themselves.
8	** All while listening to "Time in a Bottle" by Jim Croce, which is fitting.
9	** Even prior to that scene, when Quicksilver and Magneto blur past security making them slowly levitate in the air for a couple of seconds in Bullet Time before hitting the ground.
10	** Don't forget his clever use of his powers, breaking Erik out of his cell by pressing his hands to the glass and moving them so quickly that the glass wobbles in place before breaking apart.
11	* Magneto is likely at or around the peak of his mutant power in this film[[note]]if one does not count the SuperEmpowering he gets in ''Film/XMenApocalypse''[[/note]], and ''it shows.'' Among other things, he '''levitates the entirety of RFK Stadium, takes it with him four miles across town in mid-air, drops it around the White House, whilst controlling multiple Sentinels.''' And he doesn't even seem to be straining himself.
12	** And let's not forget his contribution to the final battle in the future prior to getting wounded. He hurls the X-Men's jet into the throng of the Sentinel ships and uses Bishop and Storm's powers to detonate it, taking out what seems to be a good chunk of the Sentinel forces and buying Logan extra time.
13	* Mystique, Havok, Toad, Ink, and Spyke taking down a group of Trask mercenaries effortlessly.
14	* Every scene with Sunspot. While he isn't in the film for long, he steals his scenes. Especially when we first see his powers, that little yelp when he lets out and lights up (with his creepy eyes even) and then suddenly unleashes his sun powers on the Sentinel. Oh, and before he dies at the end, he loses an arm, but KEEPS FIGHTING until the bitter end.
15	* Storm and Magneto using the Blackbird against an oncoming horde of Future Sentinels. [[GodzillaThreshold Let me sing you]] [[StuffBlowingUp the song of my people]].
16	** Can we also mention the fact that Erik is in his ''eighties or nineties'' at this point?
17	** The explosion is so bright that, for a few seconds, it ''literally'' looks like day. A crowning moment both in-universe and [[SugarWiki/VisualEffectsOfAwesome out]].
18	** Just seeing Magneto fight alongside Xavier and his X-Men is an amazing and heartwarming sight for both casual and longtime fans. Despite him and Charles being [[FriendlyEnemy Friendly Enemies]] for so long, their combined powers showcase just how well they complement each other, especially with the X-Men and other mutants fighting at their sides. If they were up against anything but the Sentinels, it's easy to picture them being almost unstoppable on the battlefield.
19	** The fact that, when the China team announces that the Sentinels have found them, Erik just gives Xavier this brief "I got this" look and steps outside to assist in the defense.
20	* Iceman finally showing us how badass his powers can really be, by fighting a Sentinel while simultaneously ice-skating in his ice-form.
21	** And how effortlessly he does it too is pretty badass in itself. Recall how in ''X-Men: the Last Stand'', he was only able to turn himself into ice after a lot of struggle and while in extreme duress when he was under attack by Pyro. To see him turn himself into his full ice-form so quickly really shows how much his control over his powers has grown.
22	* Magneto ripping the entire safehouse out of the White House.
23	* Erik verbally [[WhatTheHellHero tearing Charles a new one]] when the latter accuses him of abandoning him and taking Raven away from him, having already dismissed Erik's ''Holocaust-induced trauma'' as no justification for his actions. [[TranquilFury Calmly]] telling Logan to let Charles come at him, he hammers in the fact that whilst he abandoned Charles, Charles abandoned ''mutantkind'' by hiding himself and his powers away and doing nothing whilst [[TheDeadHaveNames Angel, Azazel, Emma, Banshee, and countless others]] were experimented on and butchered. And all the while slowly crushing the plane they're in with his powers.
24	* Hank/Beast beating the crap out of Erik/Magneto when the latter attempts to murder Raven/Mystique.
25	* Wolverine easily brings down three Mafia goons after calmly warning them that they have no chance against him.
26	** And then effortlessly tanking their subsequent gunfire and treating it as a petty annoyance. The goons' OhCrap expressions are priceless.
27	* Even after Logan accidentally attacks her in the present, Kitty manages to maintain the link between Logan and his past self [[{{Determinator}} despite being in intense pain and bleeding profusely.]]
28	** In the Rogue Cut, even though Kitty is too injured to maintain the link herself, she instead takes Blink's role of getting Magneto back inside the building after he's injured and being cornered by Sentinels, grabbing him through the doors he'd just reinforced.
29	* Mystique ''impersonating Richard Nixon'' while confronting Magneto, who is about ready to kill the entire Nixon administration, shooting him with a plastic gun, and then removing his helmet to render him vulnerable to Charles' power. Badass.
30	* After eleven long years, to hear the ''[[{{Leitmotif}} X2: X-Men United]]'' [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QMOVs2VHEtU title theme by John Ottman]] as the film opened was as reassuring and epic as it was a godsend.
31	** It's rather brief, but [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SzdSrkXyAP4 Magneto's badass theme from]] ''First Class'' [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M0xn22OBwds#t=185 shows up as well]].
32	* TheStinger: We see a huge crowd of Ancient Egyptians chanting "EN SABAH NUR" in unison, before the camera reveals the very same mutant (Apocalypse) ''effortlessly assembling an entire pyramid with his mind'', with [[HorsemenOfTheApocalypse four people on horseback]] atop a dune in the background. Needless to say, [[Film/XMenApocalypse the next film]] is going to be... epic.
33	* [[MyFutureSelfAndMe The younger and older versions]] of Charles Xavier telepathically conversing with each other... '''''THROUGH TIME'''''. It's a rather profound and potent moment of past and future colliding.
34	** Even better because the writers were able to do it in a way that MAKES SENSE!! Past!Charles and Present!Charles could speak to each other because they were both reading Logan's mind at the same time.
35	* Charles taking control of Erik and using his powers. It truly illustrates just how powerful Charles' telepathic abilities are and shows that even Erik (who is likely at the peak of his power in this film) can't stand against Charles without the helmet to guard his mind. And considering how the rest of the film went, it's ''really'' awesome to see Charles reclaim and wield his powers without fear or extreme pain.
36	** Speaking of pain, the scene is made a little bit more awesome by the fact that he had spent the last few minutes pinned down by debris from the stadium, visibly bleeding, and it wouldn't be surprising if he had a few broken bones. And none of that seems to affect his concentration.
37	* Charles refusing to take the [[PowerNullifier serum]] and getting back into his wheelchair after a decade-long HeroicBSOD (partially caused by his disability and his powers) is a [=MOA=] for inner strength. Sure, it's temporary, but that's part of what makes it awesome: even in the midst of a [=BSOD=], he will at least try to do the right thing.
38	* Raven tracking down Erik after what's at most a day. In a foreign city. Without telepathy. She then isolates him, threatens to shank him if any metal so much as twitches, gives a short TheReasonYouSuckSpeech, and off she goes to vanish into the crowd. It's clear she'll be no pushover in this film.
39	* In a quiet moment after everything that happened in Paris, Magneto is studying the film which contains blueprints of the Sentinels. He uses his powers to (a) hold the film reel up in the air in front of a light, (b) hold a lens in front of the projection, and (c) control a needle suturing closed a wound in the back of his head that he got from Beast pounding him into the fountain. Being able to do so many precise movements at the same time is in its own way just as impressive as throwing around hundreds of tons of metal.
40	* The Sentinels are indeed perfected mutant killers who take out people clearly experienced with their powers and fighting in general. The list includes having enough raw strength to rip Colossus in two, being able to adapt to any superpower, ice to counter fire and fire to counter ice, and understanding powers quickly. They manage to stab Blink twice.
41	* Hearing Creator/JamesMcAvoy's Xavier perform the voiceover for the first time in the franchise is quite exhilarating because you can sense that he's gradually becoming Creator/PatrickStewart's Professor X.
42	-->'''1973 Charles''': The past: a new and uncertain world, a world of endless possibilities and infinite outcomes. Countless choices define our fate; each choice, each moment, a ripple in the river of time. Enough ripples, and you change the tide, for the future is never truly set.
43	** Heck, just listening to Creator/PatrickStewart narrate TheTeaser for the first time in 11 years is wonderful in itself despite the bleak subject matter.
44	--->'''2023 Professor X''': The future: a dark, desolate world, a world of war, suffering, loss on both sides. Mutants, and the humans who dared to help them, fighting an enemy we cannot defeat. Are we destined down this path, destined to destroy ourselves like so many species before us? Or can we evolve fast enough to change ourselves, change our fate? Is the future truly set?
45	* A single, cool line of dialogue: after Cerebro shatters due to young Xavier's inability to use his telepathy properly, Beast goes off to restore the electricity, leaving Charles and Wolverine alone. Charles has his conversation with his future self, on Logan's encouragings, and gains the strength of resolve he needs to use Cerebro and control himself properly. As he recovers in the present, we see Hank jogging back up to them as the lights flicker again.

48	* Erik preparing his attack on the White House is full of these.
49	** When he ambushes the train transporting the Sentinels and inserts metal tracks into them.
50	** Erik breaking into the Pentagon to reclaim his helmet. He just casually strolls into the place and makes knocking out security guards and opening a vault look like robbing a grocery store. He's even wearing a fedora and shades as he does this.
51	* As Beast nearly drowns Magneto, Erik begins to panic drawing in all the metal in the area close to him until he takes a moment to achieve true focus and uses the metal fountain to restrain Beast completely.
52	* "So much for being a survivor."
53	* ''The Rogue Cut'' has an entire additional sequence in 2023, where Xavier, Magneto, and Bobby rescue Rogue from the occupied Xavier Mansion, where she's been held prisoner and experimented on.
54	* Without the adamantium mixed to his skeleton, one might have expected Wolverine to actually defeat Magneto or at least make it way harder for the latter to win. Instead, Magneto reminds the audience that he's never ''needed'' someone to have metal bones to defeat them, and simply uses his power on some nearby steel cables to hold Wolverine down before throwing him into a river. Logan doesn't even get a scratch on him.
