The President stating that he had met his wife in his third year of college and hasn't looked upon another woman since. He is speaking this through the president's translator. Jack retorts by claiming the report was regarding the Russian President's personal life in college for the first two years, and speaks in Russian to the president about how he received the highest marks in English during that time, meaning the Russian President is fluent in speaking and understanding English and has always understood what Ryan and Cabot were saying without the necessity of the translator!
