When Mary Cooper starts to flirt with Sheldon's new boss, and he askes Sheldon if he should be working, she gives him a dead angry look that makes him leave the room confused. She's the first character we ever see who Sheldon doesn't have the power to refute. The look on her face of "get out" that is only directed towards Sheldon when she wants to flirt with his boss makes it all the more awesome.
