1	* Fred gets a pretty good one, when he jousts against the Black Knight... on a motorcycle. ''[[SugarWiki/AwesomeMusic To the tune of Bon Jovi's Wanted Dead or Alive.]]'' That is all.
2	** Worth noting is the fact that not only did he do that, but the Black Knight actually ''hit him'' in the shoulder and Fred more or less shrugs it off.
3	** The Black Knight's entrance in the scene itself is genuinely intimidating and ominous, as the Knight emerges from the fog and stares down the Gang on his CoolHorse, staring them down as they look on.
4	** Daphne took on the Black Knight earlier in the movie - and nearly got killed for her efforts (despite putting up a damn good fight)... and is saved by ''Velma'', of all people, who [[GroinAttack boots the Black Knight "right in the round tables"]].
5	** Fred and Daphne take out both the Black Knight and the 10,000 Volt Ghost at the same time using some jumper cables and a metal rod to suck the Volt Ghost into the Black Knight.

7	* When the Mystery Machine is being pulled back by one monster, Captain Cutler’s ghost, the others are scared but Fred drives back quickly knocking the monster away and giving them the chance to escape.
8	* The tar monster has just succeeded in trapping the gang (minus Scooby), and is [[NightmareFuel suffocating them]]. Scooby (who has the control panel that can stop the monsters) backs away whimpering, glancing in fear at each Mystery Inc. member, while other monsters close in on him. Upon seeing this, the [[BigBad evil masked figure]] begins to taunt him. Big mistake - Scooby realizes that he's strong enough on his own, and saves the day by freezing the monster with a fire extinguisher. Then there's this little gem...

24	* Daphne figuring out that Howe is the Masked Figure, simply from a throwaway line Howe says to her. She's only thrown when the Masked Figure then appears on the roof on the museum as Howe is standing in front of her but manages to later work out that it was Ned.
25	* The MadScientist antics of the BigBad successfully creating monsters is pretty cool by itself.
26	* When the gang flees downhill, one of the Skeleton Men turns into a sled so the other can ride him after the gang.
27	* The Evil Masked Figure rides into the center of Coolsville on the deck of a ghost pirate ship while delivering an ultimatum to turn over Mystery Inc.
28	* The barely-glimpsed pterodactyl ghost flying through the sky during the opening credits is pretty cool.
29	* During the museum robbery, the Evil Masked Figure pulls off an impressive escape by grabbing one of the ropes dragging behind the pterodactyl ghost and letting it carry him away into the sky.
30	* Fred and Daphne show an impressive amount of tactical planning and scientific understanding compared to the previous film. They're even able to keep up with Velma's technobabble and even predict what she's about to say next.
