1	* [[HesBack Godzilla's triumphant emergence from the erupting Mt. Mihara]], [[ThemeMusicPowerUp set to his iconic title theme by Akira Ifukube]].
2	* Godzilla and Biollante's first fight, as the plant creature stays hidden in the water while lashing out with powerful vines.
3	* The reveal of Biollante's evolved form as it attacks Godzilla.
4	* Godzilla gets his palm and shoulder speared by Biollante's tendrils during their climatic battle. It's as ballsy as it is shocking for a Godzilla flick, particularly the former instance as the tendril is explicitly shown going straight through the Big G's hand and even lingers on the shot for a bit. Doubly qualifies as NightmareFuel, but almost immediately harkens back to Awesome when Godzilla grabs the tendril, yanks it right back out, and continues fighting undeterred. Nightmarish? For younger viewers, yes. Nauseating? A bit. ''Bad-freakin-Ass?'' '''''Hell yes.'''''
5	* The sudden introduction of Godzilla's thermal pulse attack.
6	* Godzilla blasting a hole down Biollante's throat. He finally did the one thing every kid played out with their toys.
7	** And it was so utterly awesome, ''they reused it in the [[Film/Godzilla2014 2014 reboot]]''.
8	** Biollante gets one in return by basically shrugging it off and healing from it.
9	* The precognitive children drawing their [[DreamingOfThingsToCome dreams]]. They all had the same dream, which they show to their instructor happily: Godzilla in the volcano, surrounded by flames. And some of the drawings actually look pretty impressive.
10	** The looks on the instructor’s and Miki’s faces and the dramatic music playing during this scene [[NarmCharm somewhat zings it back around]] to a [[SugarWiki/FunnyMoments Funny Moment]] though.
11	* After [=SSS9=] murders Kirishima's colleague, the scientist pursues the professional killer in a car, runs him off the road, and gets into a brawl with him. He eventually loses the fight and needs Kuroki to save his life, but it's still an impressive sequence, something that is quickly lampshaded.

13	* [=SSS9=] meeting his end at long last. Having shot and killed Shiragami and being close to doing the same to Kirishima, he steps onto one of the M6000 T.C.S's heating pads, and is immediately vaporised when Sho Kuroki turns it on.
14	* Gondo firing the ANEB rocket into Godzilla's mouth as he utters his one-liner before Godzilla kills him.
15	* The massive BattleInTheRain Godzilla has with the JGSDF while they light him up with the M6000 Thunder Control System.
16	* Every time Godzilla trades energy blasts with the remote-operated Super X-II. Its predecessor ship ends up vainly fleeing from Godzilla in the previous film's climax, with Super X-II standing its ground and surviving multiple battles before going down due to the Fire Mirror melting because of how hot Godzilla's Atomic Breath is.
17	* While more funny than awesome, the fact that Godzilla is so established a character by now that this film gets its own unique [[UsefulNotes/MediaClassifications content descriptor]] for its traditional violence. Does ''your'' favorite movie character have their own content descriptor? No? Yeah. Didn't think so.
