6	** In episode 3, he finally accepts his role as a Jetman and a hero, performing a BigDamnHeroes to save Ryu.
7	** In episode 11, he was hit with the MonsterOfTheWeek's spell, which turned him into a NiceGuy. Unfortunately for the monster, this did ''not'' get rid of his HeroicSpirit, as Gai [[{{Determinator}} still went ahead and fought on his own]].
8	** In episode 20, he manages to defeat the MonsterOfTheWeek who was stealing people's love in a awesome way. The way he walks into the battle only adds into awesomeness.
9	** He also single-handedly destroying the MonsterOfTheWeek and forcing it to [[MakeMyMonsterGrow grow]] before joining the rest. Even then, he's still the guy to execute the Jet Icarus' finishing move on the monster.
10	* Episodes 4, 5 and 19 are basically Kaori becoming an awesome member of the Jetman in her own. Bonus points for the episode 19 having her own CharacterDevelopment moment as well.
11	* The latter episodes has Chief Aya Odagiri, after being infected with a MonsterOfTheWeek, was mightily pissed off and when the Jetmen got the Jet Icarus drained thanks to said monster, she goes on piloting Jet Garuda ''alone'' and completely destroying that MonsterOfTheWeek with all of Jet Garuda's moves.
12	** She was also the one who managed to get Ryu out of the MonsterOfTheWeek's spell that made him lazy in the aforementioned episode 11.
13	** There's Episode 3 when she's giving most of the team TrainingFromHell and has them attack her, curbstomping all three. Yes, they're untrained, but they've also got super strength while she's just a BadassNormal. Later, when Faucet Dimension attacks her, she manages to save herself. By ''cutting its tendril off.'' 29	* Ako showing just how superhuman the Jetmen are: she promises to break the high jump world record, and when taking part in a contest she does just that, jumping ''2.40 meters '''without even trying'''''. For comparison, the female record (standing since 1987) is 2.''09'', and the male one, standing since 1993, is 2.45 (not beaten by Ako, but then she wasn't really trying). And she's still a high-school student.
30	* Ryu taking on a giant jet monster on foot, by himself, and winning. True, he did wound it with his jet earlier on, but its still damn impressive.
31	* The dogfight between Ryu and the jet monster. When the monster snatches up Gai to have a hostage? Ryu quickly targets its arm and flies by it as it's firing everything it has at him, slicing into it's arm to make it drop Gai and send it crashing to the ground.
32	* How Radiguet makes the monster: he sees Ryu flying around in the Jet Hawk and Odagiri flying as his wingman with a normal jet, and, out of the blue, ''puts a Dimensional Bug in Odagiri's jet to turn it in the monster Fighter Dimension''.

36	* [[MonsterOfTheWeek Faucet Dimension]]'s first target is the chief, who gets attacked while under the shower. She escapes without much trouble.

41	* For most of the episode, the team has been having trouble working together to form Jet Icarus, and Gai, as usual, isn't being much of a team player. Then Gai gets captured within an apartment building infected by a Dimensional Bug. He's seconds away from [[ItMakesSenseInContext being eaten by a giant wall mouth]] when Ryu busts in through a window and rescues Gai. Gai joins the rest of the team, only to find Ryu's vanished, having been taken into a hidden area of the building by Radiguet. It's at this point the building fully becomes the monster House Dimension. The four resolve to form Jet Icarus on their own, and take a thrashing at the hands of the monster. Ryu's still stuck inside the monster, battling Radiguet (who by this point [[OneWingedAngel has gone into his Radigan form]]); Gai disassembles Jet Icarus, henshins in mid-air, and busts in through a wall. He slices the tentacles holding Ryu, declaring that they're even, before they both use the [[PowerFist Wing Gauntlet]]'s Wing Beam on Radigan (who isn't seen again in the episode), before escaping and boarding their Jet Machines. Once the entire team has henshined, they promptly form Jet Icarus again....and this time, they take the fight to the monster. First they deliver a flurry of punches, then use the Jet Lancer on it, and Gai gets his licks in by using the [[RocketPunch Shot Puncher]]. Finally, they summon the Birdonic Saber for the first time; awesome music swells as the saber charges up and the mecha leaps into the air, soaring in front of a glowing vortex, before slashing House Dimension and destroying it. They ''earned'' that victory.

45	* Ryu's [[NeverMessWithGranny grandmother]] forces Mirror Dimension to release his captured victims by ''jumping in front of his capture beam'' and using a mirror to deflect it into Maria, trapping her and forcing it to release everyone to let her out. The Jetman team are impressed.

49	* After Ako gets infected with a HatePlague that makes her greedy, [[TheOjou Kaori]] makes use of her immense wealth, buy all the diamonds in Tokyo, then confronts her with an awesomely made-up RichBitch voice showing all the diamonds she bought and demanded that Ako snap out of it if she wants to get all the diamonds. Then Kaori administers a [[GetAHoldOfYourSelfMan Bright Slap]] to Ako... ''and it works''. Yeah, way to be an awesome rich girl, Kaori.

53	* Raita frees his childhood sweetheart from Fashion Dimension's spell, shocking Trans. When the team starts beating the monster down, Raita comes up late. Why? He was busy getting his usual giant rocks...''four of them'' which he uses to pound the living heck out of the monster.

57	* One of the most impressive EnemyMine fights in Super Sentai. Radiguet, Grey, Maria, Tranza, and the Jetman minus Gai all team up to fight against Juza. They do decently against her...but then Gai comes in, making a very dynamic entrance, dealing a critical blow, and the Jetman fatally wound Juza using the Fire Bazooka.

61	* The monster of the week is stealing love, and this hits Gai's personal BerserkButton. He proceeds to make one of the most awesome entrances ever, a slow, UnflinchingWalk illustrating his TranquilFury as he proceeds to transform and unleash a beating on the monster and his mooks alone. He actually defeats the monster in its base form!

65	* Semimaru, Radiguet's powerful new monster, has the Jetmen on the ropes. Semimaru causes tons of destruction downtown, and when Jet Icarus arrives, he proceeds to slice the chain of the Icarus Crusher, deflect the rocket punch attack back at the Jetmen, and ''break the tip of the Birdonic Saber''. After further beating, including the dismemberment of both the arms, Jet Icarus has collapsed and the Jetmen have de-henshined. Semimaru prepares to use the broken tip of the Birdonic Saber to strike the final blow... when something blasts him, causing him to drop the saber fragment. We see a rift open in the sky.... [[BigDamnHeroes revealing the Bird Garuda]], [[MechaExpansionPack a new mecha]] piloted by three inhabitants of the Back Dimension who have a bone to pick with the Vyram for ruining their world. They promptly fire the "Dia Blizzard" to freeze Semimaru in a giant block of ice! Sure, he gets out later, but still, it's a hell of a moment.

69	* By this point, things have taken a turn for the worse: Radiguet's killed two of the three Dimensians and hijacked the Garuda, meaning the Jetmen are at his mercy. Dan, the last Dimensian, is so pissed off he changes into his Birdman form and confronts Radiguet in the cockpit. When Radiguet impales Dan on his sword, Dan roasts him with some sort of flame-breath attack, causing the latter to retreat. Even as he's laying there dying, Dan tells the Jetmen to combine their mecha. Great Icarus is formed and Semimaru promptly gets his ass kicked once again before being destroyed by the [[WaveMotionGun Bird Maser finisher.]]

73	* After Vyram nearly killed her and the Jetman, Commander Aya pulls a BigDamnHeroes to save Ryu, Gai, Raita, and Ako while they were in the Jet Icarus while she is in the Jet Garuda. Aya defeats the Bio Drill Dimension ''all on her own'' in a CurbstompBattle. Now this is why Aya should have been an official SixthRanger!

77	* Grey's got Gai on the ropes after blasting him with his bazooka. What does Gai do? Blast him [[DualWielding with the Smash Bomber & the Bird Blaster]] and then [[HoistByHisOwnPetard blast Grey one last time with his own bazooka!]]
78	** Afterwards, Gai [[WorthyOpponent lights Grey's final cigarette]].
79	* The Jetmen flying into the sky after Radiguet blasts them, then turning around, and somehow merging into a flaming phoenix (basically a human-size Jet Phoenix attack) to run through Radiguet.

84	* With help from Odagiri, the team use Jet Icarus one last time to kill Radiguet and finally end the terror of the Vyram.The kaiju version of Radiguet faces off against the ''entire'' Jetman mech arsenal (Jet Icarus, Jet Garuda, and Tetra Boy). Tetra Boy gets destroyed, Jet Icarus loses an arm, and Jet Garuda had to hold back an already previously wounded Radiguet to allow the Jetmen inside Icarus to finish the tenacious Vyram leader off with a one-armed stab.
85	* Even if Gai died, he managed to be awesome. He chose to carry his fatal wound just to make it in time to Ryu and Kaori's wedding and give his blessing before succumbing. {{Determinator}} at its finest. [[FridgeBrilliance Even more if you look at how many times Gai has cheated death before]]. This guy has come close to death for more than once: Being crystallized and then literally sent to Hell. He was scared shitless back then. This time? Him going to the wedding in spite of his wounds might as well his way to say "I'm done cowering in the face death. Lemme FaceDeathWithDignity, dammit!". Might be another reason why he ends up in Heaven by the time of ''Series/KaizokuSentaiGokaiger'', saving the world probably isn't the only thing that impressed God.
