They mostly keep the form and shape of the respective vehicle they are. These types of sentient vehicles are most common in less surreal or semi-realistic cartoon worlds.

27	These types of sentient vehicles keep the form and shape of the respective vehicle they are. They don't walk, manipulate objects with their wheels, wings, or spontaneously grown hands, grow limbs, or morph into evident human or animal body shapes. For example, tow trucks of this anthropomorphism style can use their hooks as hands as real tow trucks use them to tow cars with but not their tires. Cars of this style are often called "Heads on Wheels" as these vehicles' style emphasizes the face as their primary expressive feature. These types of sentient vehicles are more common in more realistic or semi-realistic cartoon worlds and the most common type of sentient vehicle found in live action worlds.
