* Enchantress in ''VideoGame/AvengersAcademy''. Her possible actions even include "Judge Everyone", "Remain Stunning", and "Scoff at Peons".
* Marcy from ''VideoGame/Borderlands2''. She engaged in a persistent campaign of bullying Gaige, with the implication that at least some of the violence was physical. She is only referenced and never seen onscreen due to being killed by Deathtrap when he attempted to stun her (his weapon systems were miscalibrated). It obviously never occurred to Marcy not to pick fights with someone who had a massive deathbot hovering behind them...
* ''VideoGame/{{Bully}}'':
** Mandy Wiles, head cheerleader and self-proclaimed most popular girl in school who mercilessly torments nerd girl Beatrice and humiliates people for her own amusement. Her friends, though, claim that she's actually nice once you get to know her. And then, late in the game, she gets a PetTheDog moment.
** Derby Harrington, leader of the preppies, may count as a male example. He's rich, entitled, and condescending towards the player even after you defeat him and his clique.
* PlayedForLaughs in the BlackComedy game ''VisualNovel/ClassOf09''. The PlayerCharacter Nicole is a popular NewTransferStudent and ComedicSociopath who [[TheVamp uses her good looks to manipulate the boys around her]] and cruelly humiliate the ones that don't meet her standards.
* ''Franchise/{{Danganronpa}}'' has [[spoiler:the [[BigBad Ultimate Despair Junko Enoshima]]]] fit this trope to a T; [[spoiler:a {{Gyaru}} supermodel who's just as sadistic, manipulative, and abusive as she is popular, attractive, and rich]]. In fact, [[spoiler:she uses her "queen bee" skills to bring down global society and usher in an age of {{dystopia}}, with her as its EvilOverlord]].
* Audrey Belrose from ''VideoGame/HuniePop''. She's bratty, obnoxiously loud and abrasive, insults and yells at everyone she meets, and only seems out for her own pleasure. Even Kyu doesn't hesitate to call her a "Mega Bitch." Interestingly enough, she inverts the popularity; only a few of the other girls recognize her, the only girl that could be considered her friend doesn't like her all that much, and she herself hates people with fake personalities and considers them posers. It also turns out that despite her claims of having lots of sex, she's actually a virgin, and there are hints that she's quite sensitive beneath her unpleasantness. Then there's her downward spiral into addiction and depression in [[VideoGame/HunieCamStudio the sequel]].
* Alicia in ''Videogame/GrowingUp'' the richest and most popular girl in middle school who bullies the PlayerCharacter at the beginning of her route. She also has her own GirlPosse who follows her everywhere and she splurges on expensive clothes with her dad's credit card. She [[LovableAlphaBitch grows out of this as you get along with her through the years]] and also in high school when [[spoiler:her dad forces her to volunteer at the hospital. Her wealthy upbringing made her forget that there are people less fortunate than her, and when her dad plans to close the hospital to build bigger businesses, she aspires to go to community college and become a registered nurse to continue helping the sick.]]
* ''VideoGame/{{Hiveswap}}'': Trizza Tethis stole Cridea’s #LOLSHRIMP meme and claimed it as her own, on top of being the descendant of Her Imperious Bitchiness herself. [[spoiler: She destroyed the neighborhood Xefros and Dammek live in and slaughtered its residents to get a good backdrop for a selfie.]]
* In ''VideoGame/IWasATeenageExocolonist'', Marz is rather mean as a child and is noted to have been the leader among the children. Even as she grows older, Marz naturally wields presence and knows how to get ahead in life, though she becomes more well-meaning.
* Cindy from ''VideoGame/{{Kindergarten|2017}}'' is a much younger example, being [[ExactlyWhatItSaysOnTheTin of course]] in kindergarten, but considering that most of the children in the game, including her, exhibit TroublingUnchildlikeBehavior, she fits right into this trope. In this case, she's a manipulative and potentially violent girlfriend towards the player character and mercilessly bullies classmate Lily, doing things like calling her "ugly" and getting you to stick gum into her hair [[BreadMilkEggsSquick and pour a bucket of blood all over her]], and if you go through with all of this, it will eventually [[spoiler:[[DrivenToSuicide drive Lily to suicide]]]]. If you don't do what she likes, she'll break up with you, or worse, accuse you of rape. At that's not even getting to the fact that there's a chance she'll [[spoiler:stab you to death during a game of house]].
* Larxene from ''Franchise/KingdomHearts'' is a prime example of this trope, but in a grown-up group setting. She is mean to both ally and enemy alike, and is an absolute sadist. Her sadistic and sarcastic comments as well as actions often harass her own allies, particularly the resident dork Demyx, whom she also has doing favors for her against his liking. However, her behavior is probably due to her lack of emotions combined with a painful past life from back when she did have them.
* Victoria Chase from ''VideoGame/LifeIsStrange''. She has the typical smug attitude expected of a high school AlphaBitch and constantly rips on Max Caulfield for her quirky introverted nature. Like Max, she also has a thing for photography and is in fact so insecure about her own talents that she does everything in her power to make sure Mr. Jefferson picks her over Max in the Everyday Heroes Contest. What really cements Victoria's spot on this list is her constant bullying of Kate Marsh over an alleged video of her engaging in slutty behavior at a club party. Her actions cause the poor girl to [[spoiler:try and take her own life, something Victoria actually feels terrible about afterwards regardless of whether Max stops Kate from killing herself]].
* Priscilla, the BigBad of ''VideoGame/MonsterTale'', is one of these, who uses her desire for control to boss around monsters as their queen.
%%* In ''VideoGame/{{Overwatch}}'', there are anti-heroines who clearly fall into this role: (Administrivia/ZeroContextExample)
%%** Widowmaker.
%%** Symmetra.
%%** Sombra.
%%** Moira.
%%** [[spoiler:Ashe]].
* Ai Ebihara of ''VideoGame/Persona4''. When you first meet her as your sports club's new manager, she bluntly tells you that she has no interest in doing actual work, and is just helping out so that she won't be held back. In most of her interactions with others, she seemingly views other people as annoyances or people she can take advantage of, and even [[KickTheDog bluntly rejects a would-be suitor by telling him that he's not good-looking enough]]. However, as time goes on, she [[HiddenDepths is actually impressed if you have the nerve to tell her to buy her own drink]], and it turns out that she [[spoiler:was bullied in the past for being fat and poor, and while she lost weight and became beautiful after her family became wealthy, she also came to assume that beauty is all that matters. Her issues are so bad that when she learns that her crush on your Strength Social Link is unrequited (particularly with Kou, who's attracted to the relatively plain Chie instead), she almost commits suicide. She also doesn't have any real friends besides you, and has an undeserved reputation as someone who ReallyGetsAround.]] She becomes a better person as the link goes along, particularly if you [[spoiler:don't accept her initial confession]], as she realizes the error of her ways and [[spoiler:falls in love with you]].
* ''VideoGame/PilgrimRPGMaker'': The leader of Akemi's bullies was a blonde girl with two girls acting as her GirlPosse who picked on Akemi (including [[ShamefulStrip stripping her naked and leaving her outside]]) because the blonde girl's junior was ''supposedly'' picked on by Akemi (though in truth, the junior was herself bullying Inago, Akemi's little sister). [[spoiler:Suu, after being killed and resurrected as an undead, has actually become TheAtoner and wants nothing more than to make up for what she put Akemi through.]]
* ''VideoGame/{{Psychonauts}}'': Black Velvetopia's supposedly perfect and gorgeous flamenco dancer Lampita turns out to be an [[UnreliableNarrator idealized and romanticized version of a girl who crushed Edgar's heart in high school]], who proved to be this.
%%** Back at camp, Kitty seems to fill this role, with Franke acting as her sidekick. (Administrivia/ZeroContextExample)
%%** Elka also has shades of this, but is generally more worried about her love life than anything else.
* Etoile Rosenqueen from ''VideoGame/RhapsodyAMusicalAdventure'', the first part of the ''Marl Kingdom'' games. Etoile has HiddenDepths, though: [[spoiler:She's secretly an ActionGirl who hides a pistol behind her frilly pink fan.]]
* ''VisualNovel/ShaleHillSecrets'': Ashley is a blonde ditzy cheerleader who is condescending to the unnamed protagonist due to his inability to speak and because he works at the university's IT department. She's willing to sell nude photos not only of herself but her friends without their permission, [[spoiler:and is revealed to be a sociopath who'd happily murder her own brother to get ahead]].
%%* Linda and Nicole, from ''VideoGame/SnowboardKids Plus''. (Administrivia/ZeroContextExample)
* ''VideoGame/SummertimeSaga'': Jenny is a former [[CruelCheerleader cheerleader]] with an oversized ego who acts like she's above everyone around her, with the exception of Diane and Debbie.
%%** Roxxy starts out as this, but CharacterDevelopment happens over time. (Administrivia/ZeroContextExample)
* Mira Kagami from ''VisualNovel/TokimekiMemorial'' is this, to a degree. She's haughty, beautiful, followed by ''lots'' of boys... [[spoiler:and a BrokenBird SugarAndIcePersonality, if she becomes your love interest]].
* Krista Sparks (aka Dollface) in the 2012 reboot of ''VideoGame/TwistedMetal'' is this character all grown up and taken to a psychopathic[=/=]AxCrazy degree. She feels that she deserves to become a supermodel due to her hard work... her definition of which includes sabotaging her rivals and, at times, outright murdering them.
* Emily from ''VideoGame/UntilDawn'' is abrasive, domineering, high maintenance, and, in contrast to [[LovableAlphaBitch Jess]], doesn't show much repentance over Hannah and Beth's deaths early in the game. It's not too uncommon to hear of players [[spoiler:fucking up any of her segments on purpose, or blowing her head off as Mike]]. Her defining moment as this trope comes in when [[spoiler:she's about to fall off a tower. She will continue to fling insults at her boyfriend Matt, ''while the guy is trying to save her''. As if that wasn't bad enough, if Matt doesn't take her side during an argument with Jessica and she survives to have an interview with the police, she'll complain that he left her to die in the mines even if he tried to save her, and will either try to get the police to beat him up (if he's alive) or show no concern over his disappearance (if he's dead). If he did take her side, she'll have had a HeelRealization.]]
* Group South of ''VisualNovel/WeKnowTheDevil'' are described as very popular and they do everything perfectly, in spite of the fact that they love to harass Venus and have a mean sense of humor. However, as discussed by Venus and Jupiter, the other camp goers may not even particularly like them; they just don't want to get on Group South's bad side.
* ''VideoGame/YandereSimulator'':
** Kizana Sunobu, the Drama Club president and the third Rival, has elements of this. Her short-term goal is "to become the most popular girl at school", and she was intentionally designed around the [[RichBitch "himedere"]] anime archetype. One proposed questline for her has her change her hairstyle to resemble [[ButtMonkey Kokona's]], then demand that ''she'' change it so that Kizana can have her own unique hair. However, WordOfGod has considered giving her some [[PetTheDog positive characterization]], possibly taking her into LovableAlphaBitch territory.
** [[GyaruGirl Musume]] [[SpoiledBrat Ronshaku]] is a straight example of this, complete with a GirlPosse of other {{Gyaru Girl}}s at her back. She's a total ValleyGirl who leads the school's bullies and plays cruel pranks on the student with the lowest reputation in school, and will insult you if you refuse her (illegal) task for cigarettes. And even if you ''do'' complete it, she'll gossip about you behind your back. She uses CrocodileTears on her dad to get anything she wants, and if confronted by Kokona (whose father is in debt to hers, which has forced Kokona into CompensatedDating to pay), she'll just {{Slut Sham|ing}}e the poor girl. Oh, and she [[ArsonMurderAndJaywalking blows off Cleaning Time every day]].
** In a variant of this, it's entirely possible to [[VillainWithGoodPublicity have a high reputation stat]] while eliminating your rivals primarily through gossip and bullying. However, doing so is tricky; [[SurprisinglyRealisticOutcome each time you gossip with someone, it takes away some of your reputation]], because people think of you as a rumormonger. One way you can keep your reputation stat high while using this elimination is by joining the Cooking Club, which has a bonus of allowing you to give snacks to other students, which raises it.
