As it turns out, that school's "Alpha Bitch" was, in fact, a [[ClassPrincess nice popular girl]], whereas all of Liz's classmates regarded ''her'' as a [[SchoolyardBullyAllGrownUp bully]] because of her cruel putdowns.
2	* In ''Series/AdamRuinsEverything'' an adult version appears in, funnily enough, the episode where Adam proves that alpha males don't exist. She proceeds to mentally dominate Alpha!Adam while Normal!Adam narrates that humans' closest genetic relatives are not chimps, but bonobos, which are actually ''matriarchal''.
3	* In ''Series/TheAmandaShow'' skit "The Girls' Room", Amber is the AlphaBitch of the group. Her slogan is simply "I'm Popular".
4	* ''Series/AmberBrown2022'': Hannah is the most popular girl at Amber's school, surrounded with a constant GirlPosse and other adoring fans, but quite rude to girls like Amber.
5	* This has always been a staple of ''Series/AmericasNextTopModel:''
6	** Jade Cole is arguably one of ''the'' examples of this trope. She always talked smack about the other girls, exploited Gina's fear of cockroaches and generally went out of her way to antagonise her and got mad at Wendy for taking up the phone because she'd just got back into contact with them after ''Hurricane Katrina''. Even the judges disliked her bitchiness, she landed in the bottom two ''five'' times in Cycle Six.
7	** Monique was such an ''extreme'' example of this trope that there was even stuff she did they couldn't air on the show. Though Monique wasn't a strong competitor, which was unusual for this behavior, but she caused multiple arguments from her tyrannical and borderline insane behaviour, such as ''wiping her dirty underwear'' on another girl's bed, pouring water on a different bed and pretending she'd peed on it, throwing out a bunch of food because she thought one of the other girls had stolen hers, hogging the phone for up to three hours purely out of spite when she lost a challenge.
8	** Renee of Cycle 8 nearly got into a physical fight with Dionne over an argument, constantly talked down to and argued with the other girls and accused them of being "fake" when they all rallied to comfort Jael after her friend died, while doing nothing for Jael herself. Unlike Monique, though, Renee consistently had very strong photographs and walk so she lasted until the final three.
9	* ''Series/{{BIA}}'':
10	** Carmín, the top influencer of Laix, is the obvious example from her very first appearance. She is obsessed with her popularity and the number of her followers, and [[BitchInSheepsClothing acts nice in front of the camera to attract fans]].
11	** After Carmín's HeelFaceTurn, Mara becomes this. Arguably, Mara becoming the new AlphaBitch is what triggers Carmín's HeelFaceTurn.
12	* ''Series/BadGirlsClub'': A bunch of 20-something girls get drunk in a mansion and do awful things to each other. Social dominance is the central theme and drama the thesis. The name itself is BAD GIRLS CLUB.

16	* ''Series/TheBradyBunch'': Several episodes, always portrayed negatively. Both Marcia and Jan -- and once, even little Cindy -- have had conceited, holier-than-thou moments, only to realize that [[SmallNameBigEgo they alienate others]], most notably their siblings.

The main target of her bullying in season 1 is Sam's childhood friend Aisha Robinson, who is overweight and a bit nerdy. She also turns to kicking Sam out of her posse and bullying her after Sam fends off an attempted date rape by Kyler and Kyler subsequently retaliates by spreading rumors about her. Yasmine would get a major comeuppance when Aisha (who got fed up with the abuse and joined Cobra Kai) publicly humiliates her by giving her a front wedgie. When she returns in season 3, Yasmine has largely mellowed out, reconciling with Sam and Moon, and also beginning a romantic relationship with Demetri.

33	** "The Sleepover" revolved around a [[TitleDrop sleepover]] at the house of a middle school Alpha Bitch who poached the victim's former best friend into her GirlPosse. She was also a CreepyChild who killed the family cat when she was young. [[AbusiveParents Her parents]]' form of discipline was disturbing, to put it nicely. She has not changed at all in the present, to the point that while she didn't commit the murder, it was a shame the detectives didn't arrest her.
34	** The killer in the episode "Stand Up and Holler" was one of these, being captain of the varsity cheerleading squad and known as "the gatekeeper to all the parties". She subjected new cheerleaders to "hazing" rituals like being raped by the football team, and killed the victim for telling her off and deciding to quit the squad. In the present day, [[FutureLoser she has had two failed marriages (and was working on her third) and was desperately clinging to her glory days when she was the most popular girl in school]].
35	** The episode "Boy Crazy" has a former one from the sixties, who [[ReformedBully got caught up in second-wave feminism and eventually became a women's studies professor]]. Her remorse over her treatment of the victim causes her to give the team a vital clue.

40	* ''Series/{{CSI}}'' had a very ''dark'' use of the Alpha Bitch in the episode "Unleashed." The episode features a Homecoming Queen who is seeking retribution against Maria, the VictimOfTheWeek. Maria's only crime appears to be that the Homecoming King dumped the Queen to be with her, but this doesn't stop the Homecoming Queen from unleashing truly nasty attacks at Maria via cyberbullying. She and her cheerleading squad post obscene messages about Maria online, they upload a viral video of Maria allegedly saying "slut" and "whore," and they even manage to create a website that features Maria's face on a mule, claiming that 'she's a bitch' The website alone garners over 1,000,000 hits. Sadly, the pregnant Maria has a mental breakdown from the onslaught of abuse, along with other tragic circumstances in her life, and [[DrivenToSuicide commits suicide]]. Fortunately, the Las Vegas police are on hand to save and deliver her unborn child through a C-section surgery, while the Alpha Bitch and her friends end up going to jail as the CSI team correctly assess they were the ones to blame for Maria's death.
41	* A truly monstrous Alpha Bitch is the VictimOfTheWeek in the ''Series/CSIMiami'' episode "Stoned Cold". She ends up being stoned to death by ''[[spoiler:the parents of]]'' the people she tormented.
42	* ''Series/{{CSINY}}'': A girl named Libby was pretty nasty. [[spoiler: She pretended to make friends with homely girls, dolled them up, had her boyfriend take their virginity, wrote all about it online, and gave the girls big necklaces so everyone would know. The sister of one of her victims strangled her, and then part of her house fell on her. Incidentally, that was the second time that week the killer on a ''CSI'' show said, "I killed [them] and I'm not sorry." (The other time was on ''CSI'' where a kid shot his abusive dad.)]]
43	* Abigail Armstrong or "Abby" of the Australian produced TV series ''Dance Academy'' is a highly competitive ballerina that will verbally assail any other student that she sees a threat to her goals sometimes outright sabotaging theirs. Despite all of this the other lead characters still put up with her in a somewhat friendly manner which softens Abigail's harsh personality very slightly. One of the leading male characters has an unconditional crush on Abby. No matter how she treats him he still seems to be in love with the alpha bitch. Abigail considers the other lead females to be her "Frienemies".
44	* Christine in ''Series/DeadGorgeous'' is one of the coolest girls in school. Her parents are wealthy and that could be one reason why everyone wants to be her friend. When Rebecca meets Christine and her 'gang' of friends she desperately wants to be accepted. Rebecca will go to extraordinary lengths to be one of Christine's friends which gives Christine a lot of opportunities to take advantage of her.
45	* Stephanie Kaye from the 1980s ''Series/DegrassiJuniorHigh'' is a rare case where the Alpha Bitch is one of the protagonists. As a result, she has frequent PetTheDog moments in between her bullying.

47	** Paige Michalchuk is the head cheerleader (who takes credit for other girls' work), and she's a horrendous snob toward anyone less popular than herself. But when school is out, she has to work a minimum-wage job. She becomes a LovableAlphaBitch from season 2 onwards. While she had a lot of moments setting this trope up, they peppered in PetTheDog moments to keep her from being irredeemable, mostly with Spinner, Alex, and J.T.
48	** Her replacement after she's graduated is Holly J., who followed this to a T. Rich, pretty, snobbish beyond logic and reason, and mercilessly cruel. However, the trope is subverted as it turns out that the school actually hates her guts. Then, she becomes poor and a FallenPrincess. Before her fall, they gave her a lot of IceQueen moments, showing that a lot of her issues were a poor role model at home (her sister, Heather Sinclair).

Marisol is this trope played straight, Katie is friendlier but a bit of an IceQueen and non-confrontational and will usually go with Marisol's plans. More work was put into keeping Katie friendly than Marisol, who has developed a [[TheScrappy reputation]] with the fandom.

Marie's ability to maintain her position as the senior AlphaBitch causes junior AlphaBitch Debra to take out her frustrations by asserting herself as the dictator of her own household, often beating or insulting her husband Ray when he attempts to rebel.
64	* Lauren in ''Series/FakingIt''. However, in her high school, where the most popular guy in school is gay, that's actually a ''detriment'' to her social status.
