Added DiffLines:

* HarsherInHindsight: Snow Miser's reluctance to let Heat Miser make it sunny in the North Pole has become much more reasonable due to research into global warming, which ironically has caused winters in the south to become colder.

* JustHereForGodzilla: After seeing it the first time, the real reason you'll see it again is because of the Miser brothers.
* OneSceneWonder: Okay, so they've got slightly larger parts. The one thing people remember from this special is the Miser Brothers, in no small part because of [[EarWorm those SONGS.]] Half this page is devoted to the guys, even.

** The same goes for the live-action version, but only for Michael Mckean's Snow Miser, as he seems to be the only one in the whole thing having fun.

* UnfortunateImplications: Somewhat stronger than mere implications: despite just finishing an entire musical number about the idea, Mrs. Claus abandons her initial plan to substitute for Santa simply because Jingle and Jangle recognized her -- when she wasn't wearing anything that counted as a disguise. She then hands over almost all plot advancement to male characters -- at least until it comes time to talk to Mother Nature.
** Santa Claus replacing Mrs. Claus in her role of the story in the live-action remake.

* ContestedSequel: ''A Miser Brothers Christmas'' has a rather divisive reception.
* CrowningMomentOfHeartwarming / TearJerker: The "Blue Christmas" sequence, anyone? Seeing all the children of the world banding together to tell Santa that they love him and cannot fathom Christmas without him simply ''had'' to melt a few hearts.
** ''A Miser Brothers Christmas'' has Snow Miser and Heat Miser finally getting along and succeeding in saving Christmas. To hammer the point home, we even see Snow Miser deliver a present to a kid who lives in a warm climate, Heat Miser deliver a present to a kid who lives in an icy climate, and then the brothers give a present to one another. They also reprise each other's songs once they decide to end their feud!

reception. Some consider it a travesty and some find it to be a worthy follow-up to the children of the world banding together to tell Santa that they love him and cannot fathom Christmas without him simply ''had'' to melt a few hearts.

* CrowningMomentOfFunny: Jingle and Jangle's impromptu Vaudeville routine when Mrs. Claus calls.
-->'''Jingle:''' Hello Mrs. Claus. Yes, Mrs Claus! Right away Mrs. Claus! Goodbye Mrs. Claus.
-->'''Jangle:''' Who was that?
-->'''Jingle:''' That was...D'OH!
