* ThirtySuePileup: ''Every'' Christian in the story. ** GodModeSue: Jerry, who [[HijackingCthulhu actually has God at his beck and call]], and is able to [[CurbStompBattle curb stomp]] most people he meets, with very few exceptions (Literature/{{Percy Jackson|and the Olympians}} and apparently "Rika"). ** PossessionSue: The converted canon characters, [[WeAreTeamCannonFodder when they're not being cannon fodder]]. ** PuritySue: All of our heroes...[[JerkSue but it's not a "good" purity they have]]. ** RelationshipSue: Mary has virtually no personality outside of being Jerry's girlfriend.

* DesignatedVillain: Most of the villains are this, since their "crimes" are often things many people would consider harmless, or simply not choosing to follow the Prayer Warriors' murderous ideology. One interesting example is how PercyJackson does nothing evil while on the side of the villains, but one of his first acts after converting is to [[MoralEventHorizon stone Tyson to death for refusing to convert]]. It's easier to list the exceptions, such as Jupiter, rather than the straight examples.

** [[PercyJacksonAndTheOlympians Percy Jackson]] crosses it by stoning his half-brother Tyson to death for not converting. Ironically, this is worse than anything he did as a [[DesignatedVillain villain]]. And if that didn't do it, he later kills Ebony ''because she was raped''.

** DracoInLeatherPants: Ironically, Draco is one of the "secret Christians" in Hogwarts. Additionally, [[spoiler:Luke]] joins the Prayer Warriors in [[PercyJacksonAndTheOlympians The Evil Gods Part 1]].

** This even gets seemingly acknowledged in one case in ''Threat of Satanic Commonism'', in which Grover says that Stalin legalized drugs, but [[InsaneTrollLogic since Grover goes by American law, in which drugs are illegal, he has to kill Benry for dealing drugs]].

Invoked example moved to front page.
** Noah Brown, whereas he actually exists or was made up by the troll who created this. In the chapters written by his, his notes are every bit as over the top self-righteous as Thomas Brown's, but then it's stated he came out as bi, got out of his house to avoid his brother's wrath (and Thomas appearently was [[FridgeHorror looking for him]]) and on top of everything inspired Jupiter's [[DepravedBisexual characterisation]], as Thomas felt like spitting his brother.

** Meta-example: Noah Brown, whereas weather or not he actually exists or was made up by the troll who created this. In the chapters written by his, him, his notes are every bit as over the top self-righteous as Thomas Brown's, but then it's stated until he came out as bi, got out of his house bi. He had to run away from home to avoid his brother's wrath (and Thomas appearently was supposedly out [[FridgeHorror looking for him]]) him]]), and on top of everything inspired Jupiter's [[DepravedBisexual characterisation]], as Thomas felt like spitting spiting his brother.

** Arguably, the act that makes Dumbledore stop being a DesignatedVillain, at least for the moment, is having Noah executed by being stoned to death because he prayed to God and Satan. Notice that the Prayer Warriors approve of this.

** InUniverse, several villains are considered to have crossed this by doing things that would come off to some people as completely harmless (Venus kissing another woman), or PetTheDog moments (Stalin deciding to allow freedom of religion).

** Hell, even the actual premise of the fic has promise! A group of very religious christians clashing with other worlds that obviously conflict their views. Written by a smart and open minded writer, this could have been a very interesting look at both the fictional universe they traveled to and also Christianity itself brining up topics of faith, reliability, and such. But of course, that's not what we got at all.

"Keep in mind that Unfortunate Implications are ''unintentional''." The Prayer Warriors is supposed to be seen as hateful and offensive to anything the author dislikes.
* UnfortunateImplications: [[UpToEleven To the point where it's hard to consider this YMMV]].
