* FanDumb: Apparently people went into the Wii expecting 1:1 controls, and since this was the first game to prove that assumption incorrect it took a lot of flack. It's notable that similarly floaty shooters like VideoGame/ResidentEvil4 for the Wii had no such complaints, after players got used to it. This causes many players who did not play this at launch to experience cognitive dissonance upon reading the many reviews and comments (even on this very wiki) slamming the controls they had no problems with. That this still not been absorbed into popular perception makes it the trope.

Added DiffLines:

* GameBreaker: The Sniper Rifle. Has a whopping ''30'' rounds, even though the Sniper Rifle is a bolt-action style rifle, and it kills in one hit. Its only downside is that it can't be used for focus shots.

* UnfortunateImplications: According to what's shown in-game, Japanese men are all Yakuza members, and Japanese women are all "masseuses." Likewise, the LA gang members operating the garage in act one would probably be considered overdoing it in a Blaxploitation film. Whether this is the result of a French dev team portraying cultures only seen through movies or [[TheyJustDidntCare general indifference]] is left for the player to decide.
