* HilariousInHindsight: It's hard to watch {{FLCL}} with it's rampant use of guitars as blunt weapons and not think "EL KABONG!" at least once.
* HoYay: It's probably nothing more than narcissism, but Quick Draw and Horse-Face Harry, who look alike, will refer to the other as handsome or good-looking.
* PeripheryDemographic: When it first premiered the show was very popular amongst grown-ups as well as with kids. Same thing with ''Huckleberry Hound'' before that.
* {{Woolseyism}}: The Latin American dub made this show very popular among Spanish speakers, which among other things, gives Baba Looey, known there as Pepe Trueno, a heavy Mexico City accent, and gives Quick-Draw, known as Tiro Loco, an American accent... until their voices [[TheOtherDarrin were changed]] for the latter Quick-Draw cartoons. In Spanish. Much funnier than the native English version.

Added DiffLines:

* EthnicScrappy: Baba Looey hovers near the borders of this, but does not seem a particularly offensive example -- perhaps because he is obviously so much smarter than the *ahem* "white" horse Quick Draw.
