* LauncherOfAThousandShips: Ferb, Baljeet, LauncherOfAThousandShips:
** Ferb gets paired with everyone. Vanessa (his canonical PrecociousCrush), Isabella (Ship Teased), Meganekko Gretchen (ShipsThatPassInTheNight), Phineas
and Doof, Candace (his step-siblings) plus about a hundred MarySue OCs (though this one is the most popular) and probably every other citizen in Danville. He's also been paired with half of the Fireside Girls (excluding Milly, Katie, and Ginger, in particular.most cases).
** Baljeet, but oddly enough, the majority of his are actually canon; in fact, the only non-canon ship of his is with Isabella. But even then, they have their moments.
** Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz. The obvious Perry aside, he dated several women on the show. Even ignoring the canon, he has several Fan Girls and OCs after him.
** Candace with nearly many female characters in the show: Stacy (her best friend), Jenny (her other friend), Vanessa, Isabella and Dana (background characters and darkhorse).

* SeasonalRot: Some fans of the show think the episodes from the middle of the third (for some, the second) season aren't as good. That said, the show is still quite good - as far as SeasonalRot goes, P&F manages to get off pretty easy, what with the show still being of a pretty good quality.

** In "Phineas and Ferb's Quantum Boogaloo", the KnightTemplar MoralGuardians outlaw all fun and creativity. While that could be fairly easily chalked up to being WellIntentionedExtremist, stuffing their own children into tiny capsules until adulthood is just plain sickening, no matter what the intent.

** Literature/Wicked fans could find Doofenshmirtz and Baljeet's parody characters in "The Wizard of Odd" particularly Squicky, considering that they are the Wicked Witch of the West and the Scarecrow, respectively. (Though the episode was based on the original book and the Judy Garland film.)

* HellIsThatNoise:
** Baljeet's "Fail Wail" in "The Baljeatles". Seriously, the sound makes you think of some kind of animal, likely a cat, in very severe pain. Even Phineas couldn't stand it.
** Busting Candace's screech in "Split Personality".
** Candace's monstrous id's roar from "Monster from the Id."

* RescuedFromTheScrappyHeap: Irving was this to begin with, but later appearances have redeemed him in some viewers eyes.

** Candace is a big example. She starts out as a classic bratty teenager, unlikable to most viewers that see as excessively mean to her brothers. But with the story moving forward, she becomes more lovable and sympathetic often showing a soft and funny side (also helping is the fact that Candace has more development compared to her brothers who, most of the time, are static characters). Because of this, she's a fan-favorite among with part of the fandom that treats her like the real star of the show.

** As the spectacular opening will tell you, "Meapless in Seattle".
** Canderemy.
** Similarly, "Act Your Age" uses the term "Phinabella", which finally happens after all these years.
