* CompleteMonster: [[SociopathicSoldier Desil Galette]], a [[ChildSoldier seven-year old]] Vagan AcePilot when first introduced, sees [[BloodKnight war as a game]], and his victims as nothing more than expendable toys. As the pilot of the [[TransformingMecha Zedas]], he spearheads genocidal attacks on colonies, and is implied to be the one who orphaned [[MysteriousWaif Yurin LíCiel]]. He subsequently hijacks the AGE-1, and tests out its capabilities by [[WeHaveReserves butchering his own allies]]. He later captures Yurin, puts her inside of a remote-controlled mobile suit, and forces her to attack her LoveInterest, Flit. When Yurin tries to fight off his control, Decil kills her, while laughing about how she was "just a plaything." Thatís all in the First Generation. By the Second Generation, heís thirty-three years old and has, if anything, [[PsychoForHire gotten worse]]. Deeply resentful of his younger brother [[{{Antivillain}} Zeheart]] for having been promoted past him, he takes more and more insane risks. This ultimately leads to his getting most of [[EliteMooks the Magicians Eight]] killed as a part of a grudge match against Flit and murdering Flit's friend, and Flit's son Asemu's mentor, Woolf. It gets to the point where [[NobleDemon Zeheart]], realizing what his brother has become, leaves Decil to die at Asemuís hands in the aftermath of a losing battle.

* CompleteMonster: [[ChildProdigy Desil Galette]] is what happens when you take the EnfanteTerrible and KidsAreCruel tropes and turn them UpToEleven. As the pilot of the [[TransformingMecha Zedas]], he spearheads genocidal attacks on colonies, and is implied to be the one who orphaned [[MysteriousWaif Yurin LíCiel]]. ** Wow, a LoveTriangle in both season 1 and season 2? Too bad we already know who's going to win because the hair colors of Asemu and Kio is the same as Emily's and Romary's respectively. If they had kept the same hair color throughout all 3 generations, it could've added a guessing game for who Flit and Asemu would end up with, but nope!

Too bad we already know who's going to win because the hair colors of Asemu and Kio is the same as Emily's and Romary's respectively. respectively[[note]]Romary's case is a particularly bad case, since she was the only female in the triangle, and Zeheart wasn't shown having any kids; they could've hinted that Arisa and Flit might have had feelings for each other at the very least[[/note]]. If they had kept the same hair color throughout all 3 generations, or have the Asunos cover their hair in promotional material prior to their on-screen debut, it could've added a guessing game for who Flit and Asemu would end up with, but nope!

** The combination of a [[Anime/PuellaMagiMadokaMagica Kaname Madoka]] figure with parts from AGE-1 Titus has resulted into Madoka Titus. It is a popular fanart on {{Pixiv}}.

** Yurin, Yurin, Yurin. She topped the official series character poll by a huge margin (in the Female Characters category, she got 60.5% of the votes), and at that time she only appeared in ''a single episode''.

* NightmareFuel:
** Desil Galette. While he was always bad news, his behavior in Episode 13 proves that he is a real horror show when left unchecked. The fact that he [[spoiler: imprisoned Yurin in an auto piloted mobile suit to forcibly make her fight for the UE doesn't help either.]]
** Imagine being chained to the cockpit of a UE mobile suit as an AxCrazy BloodKnight controls the functions of that mobile suit. Then, when you see your loved one fighting on the opposite side, the system controlled by the BloodKnight orders the mobile suit to open fire on your loved one. And all you could do is just watch in horror. [[spoiler: That's exactly what happens to Yurin when Desil forced her to pilot the Farsha mobile suit in Episode 14.]]
** You thought Desil being an AxCrazy BloodKnight ''at the age of seven'' wasn't scary enough? Well, let's just say that in the Second Generation, '''HE GETS WORSE.'''
** Strangely enough, he's even gets scarier in ''Memory of Eden'' for being RIGHT. Verbally. He may be [[TheLoad the load]] in Generation 2, but in ''Memory of Eden'', he makes so many valid points in calling out on Zeheart's behavior that you can't imagine him being the same [[ButtMonkey butt monkey]] in Generation 2, but rather, he regains his old Generation 1 intelligence back again.
** [[spoiler:[[MoralEventHorizon Flit's coup d'etat and consequential witch hunt in Episode 28.]] The faces of the officials who were rooted and presumably executed like the Prime Minister for trying to achieve a compromise with the Vagans and [[OhCrap Flit's goal to exterminate every last Vagan]] are... disturbing to say the least.]]
** The scenes of destruction in Episode 30 as the Vagan ruthlessly attack the city of Olivernotes. Particularly as civilians try to outrun blasts from the beam weapons and fail, demonstrating once again that the producers are uninterested in the GoryDiscretionShot.
** Episode 37's revelation of life in the Mars Colony. [[spoiler:Many live in poverty and unable to get their hands on medicine for the disease caused by Mars Rays, but even if they ''could'' it would only be a temporary measure--Ezelcant himself has just six months to live, which will leave his wife with a dead child ''and'' husband. The disease hits everyone no matter their age or social status. Conditions are so hopeless and dehumanizing that most people gradually shut off their emotions as they get older, except for resentment towards the Federation that abandoned them.]]
** [[spoiler:The sheer thought of what Flit had when learning 'Second Moon', Vagan's main base was now in Earth Orbit. "Now we can wipe them all out."]]
** In ''Memory of Eden'', [[spoiler: every single moment where the dead and Zeheart communicate with each other wouldn't be out of place in a horror movie]].

** Kio: His hypocrisy, constant whining about "understanding" and stubborn refusal to listen to more reasonable points of view overrides the fact that we're expected to pity him for being a naive ChildSoldier. The [[TooDumbToLive utter stupidity]] of many of his actions, and the fact that the series itself [[ProtagonistCenteredMorality considers him 100% right]], [[StrawmanHasAPoint painting negatively all those who disagree with him]], and the plot [[ContrivedCoincidence bends over itself to make sure he's always right]]... don't really help.

** The series as a whole is heavily inspired by the UC timeline, with almost all major entries up until ''Manga/MobileSuitCrossboneGundam'' receiving arcs representing them...except for one, the (At the time) currently airing ''Anime/MobileSuitGundamUnicorn''. It would have been better for the Three Generations arc to be condensed into a shorter number of episodes and have the last arc play out as a mini-AGE version of Unicorn.
This list shows the last 10 events of 464. Show all.
