* DudeNotFunny: In the episode "Everybody Hates Bed-Stuy", adult Chris explains that he wasn't actually the first black kid at Corleone Jr. High, just the first one to make it through the door. Cue cutaway scene, set in 1968, in which a black kid gets off the bus and is shot on sight. Possibly justified in that most of the cutaway scenes happen in Chris's imagination, but it's understandable why some would not find this funny at all. ** An InUniverse example happens when Chris starts telling jokes to his schoolmates using curse words. The kids don't laugh, and condemn him for telling them curse words instead.

** AdoredByTheNetwork: And the open-air station responsible airs it many times as well.

* TheScrappy: Everybody hates Tonya. And that fact is not even a joke with the show's title.

they have their own section
* CrowningMomentOfAwesome[=/=][[CrowningMomentOfFunny Funny]]: Chris completely losing it in front of his parents over a night of hell in which the babysitter took off on him, a baby got dropped off, and the babysitter's mother showed up looking for her. Normally this could be considered a HeroicBSOD, but considering Chris doesn't get punished for his outburst or for the events of the night, it is quite awesome. ** There was also the time Chris decided to take revenge against Caruso on the last day of Junior High School: he made the whole school smell like cat food, framed Caruso for it, and got the bully sent to summer school. [[DiabolusExMachina Too bad Chris had to go to summer school with him, due to apparently failing Science.]]

* HilariousInHindsight: Greg was shown to wear costumes as pajamas. One of them included a {{ComicBook/Robin}} costume. A few years later, his actor, VincentMartella, would do the voice of the teenage Jason Todd in ''WesternAnimation/BatmanUnderTheRedHood''.

she's more naive then racist
** Other characters seems to have this kind of treatment just for being a complete dick with Chris. Examples are Caruso and that annoying racist Miss Morello.

Already on the Trivia page, add it there if you want to add it.
* HeyItsThatGuy: Chris' dad is either [[Film/{{Idiocracy}} President Dwayne Elizondo Mountain Dew Herbert Camacho]], that one guy that keeps hitting on one of the protagonists in ''WhiteChicks'', or that guy who bounces his pecs and screams in the Old Spice commercials.
