* CompleteMonster:
** Lion Of Macedon and Dark Prince: The Demon God Kadmilos manipulates events so he may possess the body of the young future-king Alexander. Trapped in Alexander's body, Kadmilos's influence traumatizes the boy by causing his touch to kill people and creatures around him. As Alexander grows, Kadmilos's influence steadily becomes stronger: he arranges the murder of Alexander's father King Philip, and while Alexander is proud to fight in war and conquer, Kadmilos takes pleasure only in senseless murder. Arranging brutal massacres as he attempts to seize control of Alexander, Kadmilos steadily eliminates those in his way and promises Alexander that when he is done, Alexander will be remembered with hatred and terror once the demon turns the empires of man into blood and ash.
** Last Sword of Power: Wotan, AKA Molech, is the BigBad of this second book in The Stones Of Power duology. One of a group of humans who found the mysterious stones of power that elevated them to practical godhood, Molech differed from his fellow deities in cruelty and depravity. Demanding sacrifices of children, infants and innocents during his time as God of the Canaanites, Molech viewed suffering and torture as the Sadist sweetest of pleasures. Having survived to Roman-era Britain, Molech sets about on a brutal war of conquest as Wotan, subjecting civilians to brutal conquest, as his armies torture, rape, and kill. Wotan defeats the king Uther and then enslaves his soul, intending to torment it for as long as gives him pleasure. In the final battle, Wotan attempts to weaken the fabric between the worlds in order to allow hordes of demons to come through and devastate humanity.

* MagnificentBastard: The Rigante series' Moidart, to levels almost rivalling his fellow Machiavelli-expy Lord Vetinari. Likewise, also his author's best-drawn AntiVillain. And that's saying SOMETHING.
* TearJerker: Sword in the Storm, Ravenheart, Fall of Kings and Stormrider all have heartbreaking climaxes.
** Stormrider has a very understated and off-screen one - Taybard finally tiring of all the death he's seen in the war drops his rifle and stands up in the middle of an enemy cannon salvo

* BigLippedAlligatorMoment: Caessa being revealed as a SerialKiller in Legend. This isn't a spoiler because it has no effect on the plot; the other characters don't even find out about it. It's just this bizarre backstory detail that she liked to have sex with men, though she felt no desire for them, so that she could murder them in their sleep later because weeping over their dead bodies made her feel alive.

** The King Beyond The Gate: Emperor Ceska, the mad ruler of the Drenai people in this second book of the Drenai series, is a ruthless tyrant. Using a cult of chaos priests, Ceska mutates humans by fusing them with animals to create The Joinings, and enslaves them mentally to serve as an army. Ceska taxes and brutalizes the populace, answering any hint of defiance by massacring people, including entire villages. When a rebellion arises, Ceska attempts to have everyone in the vicinity, man, woman or child, killed so that the lands will run with, in his words, "oceans of blood". A bloated, insane, cowardly tyrant, Ceska is remembered as the greatest shame of the once proud Drenai history.

* CrowningMomentOfFunny: In 'Hero in the Shadows' Yu Yu the Chiatze Ditch Digger seduces a maid in Waylander's palace. He is then confronted by some guardsmen who call him a slant-eyed pig and ask him why he feels he can steal their women. Yu Yu muddles up the translation and thinks he's being accused of stealing a woman's one-eyed pig.
** Stavut from Swords of Night and Day: "Why am I taking seduction advice from a man who's idea of foreplay is to slam some coins on the table and ask 'Who wants to ride the big horse?'?"
** Viruk The Avatar is a walking one of these, well when he's not murdering people
