** Also, the transformation theme is pretty good, too- it has a definitive feel to it that allows the viewer to know that the villain’s number is up.

* GermansLoveDavidHasselhoff: The anime is big in the Philippines where it aired on several networks starting from 1999, and getting added on to other channels in 2007. In fact, that's pretty much where most of the fanbase for this anime comes from! There's a ''reason'' why it's still talked about after all these years there. Even the entirety of the Filipino Dub is uploaded and shown on Facebook, of all Websites.

Looking back, i don't think dorothy's ever mentioned doris as a "she", the only instance of her doing so must've only been a fansub thing.

* ValuesDissonance: There's a scene in episode 19 where Seravy appears to be uncomfortable with Doris, Dorothy's sister, and once she drops her wig he says he's scared of crossdressers. Nowadays this joke would definitely not be found funny by anyone for being grossly transphobic, especially considering the fact that Doris is obviously not a crossdresser, since even her sister refers to her as a girl.
