** In "Agent Penny", when Morocco Mole goes through the files during his first day of replacing Penny as the Chief's secretary, he mentions villains from previous episodes such as Goldflipper and Queen Bea. He also mentions Dr. O even though his episode hadn't aired yet, though that may be because the episodes aired in a different order from when they were produced.
** Secret and Morocco use a map of villains' lairs in "Dr. O". Two of the lairs seen on the map are those of Queen Bea and Goldflipper.

* GoingCommando: In "Voodoo Goat", it is established that voodoo dolls only work when used with a personal belonging of the person the doll represents. Secret manages to get his voodoo doll of the Voodoo Goat to work by stealing the villain's underwear. When this is revealed, the villain even remarks that he knew he felt a draft.
