It didn't help that the judge overruled the jury's 'not guilty' verdict simply because he had predicted a guilty verdict and he can't be wrong because he's Mentok the Mindtaker ([[CatchPhrase ooo-eee-ooo]]). An appeal might have given Harvey a fairer trial, but it was denied. [[spoiler:Then he found out everything -- the 'murder', the trial, the five years he spent in prison- was all a practical joke everyone played for his fortieth birthday. The only thing that ''actually'' happened? Harvey's prison marriage to Magilla Gorilla.]]
