* TheGimmick: The toy line had several of them.
** The Assault Weapon Systems had interchangeable parts and could attach to the Centurions' Exo-Frames in a variety of positions. Not only that, each hero figure had a built-in chest drive that interacted with the weapons, causing missiles to launch while other accessories rotated or pulsated. Just before the line was canceled, a motorized "Power Pack" that activated most of the weapon systems' action features automatically was introduced.
** As for the villains: Doc Terror, Hacker, and the Strafer and Traumatizer all had detachable parts that allowed them to mix with each other. (This becomes a PlotPoint in "[[Recap/CenturionsEp58TheBetterHalfPartI The Better]] [[Recap/CenturionsEp59TheBetterHalfPartII Half]]", in which Terror and Hacker's robotic halves accidentally fuse into a would-be world conqueror called Uniborg.) The unreleased Cybervores (a cyborgized shark and panther) would have continued this by allowing kids to combine them into a "Catfish" or "Tiger Shark".
