It turns out ''Roy'' looked up the information as part of his own plan to take over the world, since the gene creates clones that are easily manipulated, such as then President of the US, George W. * PaperThinDisguise: In a flashback in Episode 3.1, Kirby and Joanna Dark were seen attending a villains' conference, and Kirby's only disguise was Luigi's hat. It fell off and everyone immediately identified him.

Kirby points out the argument only happened because Joanna tried to keep him from getting someething from the buffet (their spat as she tried to stop him revealed his disguise.

Per tradition, Samus jumps on and assists the duo until Kirby inhales her and copies her suit's powers, forcing her into fighting bare-handed as Zero Suit Samus.

* WhatMeasureIsAMook: Kirby and Ian kill many of the guards on board Air Force One. In the actual Perfect Dark mission, you fail the mission if you kill any of them.
