** He had two or three nose jobs: one in 1979, one in 1984 and a possible third one between 1987 and 1991.

** His eyebrows, and in later years, his hairline (because he was balding), were tattooed (also confirmed by his autopsy).
** He had no surgeries on his cheekbones, jaw or chin (apart from having a cleft put into it). All other changes to his face were the result of, as the troper above me posted, weight loss, aging, lupus, and drug abuse. Speaking of Jason Malachi, I've listened to some of his songs and while he might pass as MJ at first, there is a noticeable difference between his vocals and the ones on those tracks, especially on "Critical". His accent is also noticeably different than MJ's.

"Critical" where he has a bit of a whine to his voice that Jackson never had.

Now I know that even his own relatives have said that it was an imposter but I've listened to "Breaking News" and "Monster" and while there are parts where the voice sounds off, there are other parts where the voice is, to me at least, unmistakably his, (and I'm not talking about the "aaows!" which are obviously copy/pasted from other songs) such as the part in "Breaking News" where he says "All the news today, they say we're crazy" emphasis on "crazy" and in "Monster" where he says "Like you should, girl" near the final chorus. Whether people want to admit it or not, MJ's voice did decay as he got older, which noticable when he's singing "Smooth Criminal" on ''This Is It'' where his voice sounds more forced and even weak at certain points. So either I'm a moron, tone deaf or Jason Malachi is a damn good impersonator.

Without rambling anymore, here's the theory, Michael Jackson did record vocals for the Cascio tracks, but didn't finish them for whatever reason. So after his death, Jason Malachi or some other impersonator finished it out and that's why the vocals were heavily processed, to try and match the two voices the best they could.

* Based on what I've read, I'd say this is true, but YMMV on that.

** This is almost certainly true.[[note]]The reason I say almost is because everything about Michael is WMG.[[/note]] His autopsy proved that he did in fact have vitiligo (and it was biological as well since one of his sons shows signs of having it as well) and tubes of Benoquin (which contains Hydroquinone, a skin bleaching chemical) were found in his home. He also used makeup to cover up what the creams couldn't.
