* First, this would go to explain Prime's CharacterDerailment in Teen Titans #97-100: despite the attempt of [[RescuedFromTheScrappyHeap redeeming his character]], he's back to his Jerkass InvincibleVillian traits. Perhaps that wasn't Prime himself, but the ''writers'' controlling his actions. Secondly, it explains why [[CrisisOnInfiniteEarths the Anti-Monitor]], [[BlackestNight Black Lantern Alexander Luthor]] and numerous other Earth-Prime crossovers haven't impacted it in the slightest-after they're done, [[RetGone the effects they've had on us are wiped out]] and [[StatusQuoIsGod we remain under the guise that they're just fiction.]] Given the Threeboot, [[OhCrap this also includes our future.]] [[FridgeHorror We may have been better off with Superboy-Prime killing off the DC writers...]]

[[AC:Animated series]]
[[WMG:Bouncing Boy resigned as leader.]]
Out of guilt for Ferro Lad's [[HeroicSacrifice death]].

[[WMG:The Controller will return to menace the Legion as the Time Trapper.]]
The portal Superman sent the Controller through took him far into the future, to the End of Time. There he found the Library of Time and learned all he could about the timestream and ways to manipulate it in an attempt to destroy the Legion. He may have caused the "great crisis" that was occasionally mentioned.

In the original comics, the Time Trapper was revealed to be a Controller, until {{retcon}}s and [[ContinuityReboot reboots]] gave him MultipleChoicePast.

[[WMG: Timber Wolf's father in the show isn't the real father]]
In his debut episode, TW showed the team a picture of his father and he looked rather kind. He has the ability to clone himself as in a season two and from season one, genetic engineering. His clone killed him, took over his life and just grew evil.

* That wasn't ''Threeboot Kryptonite'', that was a strain of Element Lad created Kryptonite. He may have just been able to whip up some Earth Prime Kryptonite. That would leave the issue open with the Legion-fandom as avid readers of seemingly Earth-Prime comic books.

Very simple reasoning: one sent to the past (Phase), one in the present (Apparition), so the other one logically would have gone to the future. If the Reboot ever gets their universe back, except a teenage Tinya to be appearing out of nowhere any day now.
